One word I would use to describe the customer service at this dealership: exceptional. I bought my first new car here, the process was extremely simple and quick. Signing documents took less than an hour with a fairly good understanding of what I was putting my name on. Very pleased with my new car I soon found myself returning to the dealership to have a repair performed. Moyer ford was not at all responsible, and yet they proceeded to correct this issue, not covered under warranty, with the best deal I have gotten in a long time. I hope this post helps you make the right judgment call in your next automobile purchase. Can’t go wrong with the exceptional service found here.

After a year of searching for an F250, I found the best deal at Moyer Ford. This is my 7th Ford that I’ve purchased (from 4 different states) and it was, without a doubt, the absolute best car buying experience so far. Everyone very friendly and courteous from the very beginning. Alaina and Charlie the sales people that helped us out and they were very professional. The general manager, Pat, was very straight forward and seemed very customer focused. To be honest, I dreaded having to go to the dealership because I hate having to wait around all day and play the haggling game, but I arrived at 1:30 PM and was driving my F250 home by 4pm. I plan on driving the hour to have it serviced by them when needed as well. If you are looking at buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and dont even look any where else. Very pleasant experience and will be a repeat customer.

The absolute worst Ford Deal I have dealt with ever! Had diesel exhaust fluid put in my diesel fuel by mistake by an oil change place in Foley. Their insurance paid the $11,000 to have it repaired by a Ford certified mechanic. Moyer was down the road so that is where I had the vehicle towed. Several weeks later I finally got the 2015 Ford Transit van back. Since then it has been in three different Ford dealerships trying to get issue after issue resolved all related to the DEF problem. Every time I took it back to Moyer they turned the “check engine” light off and told me it was running great. Each time charging me – total now $4,000 over the past year. This is not to mention the four times I have had to have the vehicle towed. Don’t believe these rosy reviews – Moyer is a joke in the area of service. I talked to Richard Moyer directly about paying a $200 wrecker bill since my AAA had limited out. He refused. That is the service you can expect from this dealer. Go somewhere else.

We are traveling through the area staying at a local RV park for a few days. When we arrived at the park our Lincoln MKX would not shift out of park. I called to see if they can help and was told it would be Friday before they could get me in and then they would need to order parts. Really? You can’t help a traveler? I was shocked at the attitude. So I will drive to Astro Lincoln in Pensacola. There response was “oh no. So sorry you are broken down. Bring it in anytime today and we will help you out”.

So my Ford fusion broke down after a month of using it. I got it from Eastern Shore Toyota in Daphne AL…. They were so reluctant to help out in anything. I came to Moyer Ford and this had to be the greatest group of humble people I’ve met. Autumn was so kuch help and Pat made sure everything got taken care of. I know where I am buying my next car. I highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for legitimate deals and good people.

To be fair I didn’t have an appt, but I expected better customer service even being turned down. Went to get an oil change at 3:30 in the afternoon. Typically speaking at a dealer they have someone in the breezeway checking you in. So I waited for a few minutes in my car and nobody came out.. okay maybe it’s different here so I walk in. I ask the guy up front about getting a oil change and he was very nice and pointed me to a young woman at her desk on the right. He told her why I was there and her immediate response was “now, it’s going to be awhile he is working on one and he leaves in 20 minutes” , which to me meant he either would stay later or not, but again seemed like I was imposing on their afternoon. So I asked again, how long will the wait be, she then said she didn’t think he could at all today. I walked back to my car, and the nice man who greeted me comes out and says how much time do you have? I said an hour. He went and checked and came back to ask me to come back Thursday. Nobody asked me my info, nobody tried to really make an appointment. Nobody except for the greeter inside seemed to even care if I was there, and if they did care it was in a negative way. Won’t be going back.

On vacation and needed an oil change in my 2015 F-150 before heading out. Moyer Ford service department got me right in. Had lunch at Lambert’s Cafe across the street. When I came back to the dealership they had my truck ready to go. Quick, friendly and very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Moyer Ford.

I called the service dept a week ago to make an appointment to fix a brake issue with my car. I was told it would take 2 hrs. to fix. When I took my car in they were very rude and acted as if I were putting them out by bringing my car in at the scheduled time. I called them after 3 hrs to see if it was ready. They told me no and they didn’t know if they would get it fixed that day. We’re here on vacation and needed my car. We went and picked my car up and WILL NOT go back there. The most rudest people I have ever met. They don’t deserve to have 1 star much less to be in the business of working with the public.

I have purchased many vehicles from the three dealers in Foley. Hands down Moyer Ford has been the most personal and professional dealership I have had the privilege to do business with. No pressure sales at all. They let you do your thing. They should do seminars on how to. Just keep in mind. They have to keep their doors open, can’t give vehicles away. I’m 62 years old and purchased vehicles seance I turned 19. Other than the first Dealership I did business with (Frasier Pontiac Buick) Moyer Ford stands out above the rest. That might be only because Frasier was my first.

Terrible customer service from the Service Department. First, I made an online appointment through their website and the service manager told me that system doesn’t work because it doesn’t send him a message to his phone. I’m in IT – when I said someone from their IT dept would have that information and should be able to fix the disconnect, he said we don’t have an IT dept. So I asked how I should make an appt he told me to call – I replied but I work during the day – he said everyone works but “they make the time to call us.” After they “worked me into their schedule,” the service advisor told me they would not evaluate the problem with the back seat until I got the interior cleaned and free of dog hair and sand. I have dogs and live at the beach – I’ve never had a mechanic tell me they wouldn’t begin work on my car until it was cleaned. This place left me with the feeling they are doing me a favor by servicing my car instead of being happy to have my business. On top of that the waiting area is a dump. I’m going to look for another dealer that actually works for and appreciates the customer.

I came in with a problem concerning my battery since my car did not crank the morning of 7/28/17. The service tech was friendly and was up front with me it could take 15 minutes or 2 hours. They wouldn’t know till they hooked the car up to the machine. I gave permission to do what was needed. I assume the later that it would take w while so I ran an errand across the street at Home Depot and then decide to go ahead and eat lunch at a close by Whataburger. Well it did n’ttake as long as expected and they tried to call me but I didn’t heard the phone. When I walked back in the advisor said when they hooked up my car the diagnostic machine it told them immediately what was wrong before I had even crossed the street. It was a bad cell in the battery. Since the battery was still under warranty they replaced it and it didn’t cost me anything even for the time to run the test and put in the battery . I was impressed with Moyer especially since I was from out of town and they were the only ford dealer near me. Thank you for your great service

Service department was rude and condescending. They do not make appointments for service so you do not know how long the wait will be, which is frustrating. We were told to return in 3 DAYS! But they did not take our name, so who knows what the wait would be if we came back? We are NOT returning.
