Got my 2017 pathfinder here and was very happy with my purchase! So far everything has been a breeze with the car and dealing with this dealership. This is my first Nissan and love it! The staff were very friendly and helpful…. they are salespeople so I’d expect that. Took my car in for first out change and found out you are best to schedule and appointment so you are in and out. No appointment you could wait.

Had a wonderful experience here!! Bought a 2017 super low mileage CPO Rogue Sport from Matt Alexander who went waaay above and beyond. I am not the easiest customer I will say and was very skeptical about buying anything used. Unfortunately, new for what I wanted was a little out of my price range and after weeks of searching I found exactly what I was looking for at Downey Nissan. Matt worked with me on the price and walked me through the whole process. As it was used and I am super OCD I literally inspected the heck out of the car and Matt fixed every single minor cosmetic scratch, replaced exterior trim as well as completely resurfaced the wheels which only under very close inspection had very minor road rash even giving me his personal mobile number to keep me updated as the work was underway. The floor mats also had very minor stains and even after taking the vehicle home, when I was not completely satisfied, Matt replaced all the floor mats for free!!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here!! Thanks guys! Customer for life.

Don’t believe the ratings, I went in trying to buy a new Nissan Sentra and was very disappointed, staff won’t even negotiate at all, they try to add other costs to the deal which other dealerships don’t do, they didn’t even try to match other dealership prices! Don’t waste your time. Head on over to Nissan of Downtown LA for a better experience!

Towed my car there from L.B., because they stated I had a dealer stock alarm system, & they had the key fob I needed available. Got there & no help. They wanted to charge me $140 just to see if they can help & if they couldn’t, I’m out $140. That’s ridiculous. Finally after getting on the phone with/AAA & setting my alarm off several times. I went back in & spoke to another associate, who kind enough to go & physically check my car & try to help. Other than that nothing. To elsewhere. AVOID

It was later than the reservation time for about 15 minutes when I first visited. However, I was able to work on schedule as soon as possible without any problems. I had easy snacks, coffee, and resting places while waiting. I received a simple video to check my car. It was so good to explain it in detail and to know about my car. And thank you so much.

When you go there please as for Randy Toro all the service personnal are great and knowledgeable but Randy goes to extra mile for all his customers. You will be like family with Randy no hidden surprises a fair rate for great work with no returns to fix the same problem again. You will not be disappointed.

Found A Great Deal and Super Service from Ricky. I have been watching for a clean BMW M6. I found Downey Nissan online and inquired for a Salesman to do a detail walk around inside and out and inform me of his findings. Ricky stepped up to the pump and took a ton of pics for me. He also went to bat for me on price negotiation. They knew what they had and in fact they didn’t really want it to go out of state but instead use it as a loss leader. Ricky followed though on everything including watching the vehicle being loaded onto car transport make detailed notes.
If you are in the market for people that still care about your purchase i would highly recommend Downey Nissan in Downey CA and make sure to ask for Ricky.

How are the reviews so high? I wanted to negotiate the price of a vehicle down, and after a couple days they confirmed my price. I was prepared to go in and buy the vehicle then this happened. The following is our last correspondence by email:
From me to Rudy Magana (sales rep) Looks like my wife and I will be there in the neighborhood of 1pm. We will be pressed for time, so i am sending you info on the ford edge ahead of time. We will need to be on our way by 4pm at the latest. I also have pre-approval for the car loan. I’m hoping we can close on the deal relatively quickly. If you could do your best to accommodate our schedule, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, gentlemen.
Dave From Rudy to me a few minutes later Dave, It looks like I made an error with the price yesterday. The FX is priced at $18,335 +fees the special deal we can offer is $17,995 not $14,995. I am working on gathering an extra discount for you for the inconvenience.
Who does that? Who says, yes, it’s a deal and then turns around minus later and says I made a mistake.? These guys must be the shadiest car salesmen on the planet. They suck so bad they made a bad impression before I could walk in the door.

I stop by about 2 weeks a go and i was not expecting to get out of there driving a new car but the sales men who welcome me help me a lot because my credit was really bad at the point the i went to 3 dealers before Nissan of Downey and walk out empty hand it. All the staff that i deal with that day treat me and my family really good i can’t ask for nothing else, Nice treatment good service and nice environment.
I recomend to go there because they really want to help you and put you on a new car, I’m glade glad that i stop by that day with really low expectations but i drive out in a nice new car, now me and my family we are enjoying it. The customer service here is amazing! My service Advisor Yoni is the greatest of them all, He is very professional of what he does and speaks very clearly. I would just like to thank Carlos Quinones from Downey Nissan. I came in without an appointment and close to their closing time for Service. I was so horrible, because there were still quite a few people in queue. I told Carlos that it was just my car’s tire pressure. I was expecting him to just give me an appointment because they seemed too busy, but he didn’t. He asked for my key and immediately sent my car to Service. In less than 5 minutes, I was ready to go. It was quite unbelievable. He was too amicable and friendly. I was a horrible customer but i do very much appreciate the awesome (and quick) Customer Service. Great place too. It was my first time there. Clean and huge. Five stars. Merry Christmas!

No happy with service. Made a appt for Saturday at 7:15am. I called at 10am to get status on my truck and I was told , they haven’t got to it. That really piss me off. The purpose of making appts is for the car to be seen first before walk-ins. I told then they better get to it or I would go down there and go off on a supervisor. Not happy, they “f” my plans for Saturday with family because their stupidity and unprofessionalism.

I had the best experience with downy Nissan. First of all Elizabeth was so knowledgeable, kind, relatable, and a great listener – she was truly a pleasure to purchase a car from. She did everything down to pairing my phone with my new car (which I’m totally obsessed with btw!). Second – signing all the paperwork was a breeze. While that docupad thingy was really cool technology, it was very efficient. Everyone was beyond kind, all of the staff had smiles on or were laughing the vibe was awesome, which is very rare for a car dealership. One of the things I liked most about my visit was that I could tell the dealership focused on customer experience and service vs. ramming sales. While sales is obviously important, the customer experience far outweighs that. It makes people want to come back and refer them which obviously brings more sales. Downy Nissan has it down. Will always refer them and will purchase any future Nissan cars from them 100%

Downey Nissan did what Glendale Nissan couldn’t do. I kept taking my car to Glendale Nissan for an issue and they never fixed it. My sister recommended Downey Nissan to me so I took my car in. They found the issue and fixed it the same day. I felt like they were being genuine and weren’t trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Thank you Downey Nissan. My car runs great now.

I got the best customer service here, went in for an oil change and i got that plus a car wash! how awesome is that? Carlos attended me and he was super nice and funny, every single staff member smiled and greeted me (positive attitude at 7 AM?! yes!!! ) if that wasn’t enough, i waited in the waiting room that was clean, had the AC on, WIFI, and was offered free donuts and coffee and while they serviced my car. Disappointed… I purchased my wife’s car from this dealership. Great service when we purchased it. This will be the 2nd time coming here to get her car serviced, and the last. Both times I’ve made appointments and both times it’s taken up to 2 hours JUST to get the car an oil change. I had to rearrange the rest of my day due to this. What is the purpose then to make an appointment in advance if you don’t take care of the customers that take the time to make the appointment? I might have an idea… the picture was taken during the last hour of my 2 hour wait. Are these mechanics on break? This is why it takes 2 hours to get an oil change here.
