I got the car I wanted with the options I wanted at the price I wanted. I felt like I was heard, I felt the sales rep was responsive and listened (Oscar) and that he offered me many financing options that fit my budget. he went out of his way to ensure that I understood the car’s options and treated us with respect and dignity. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Purchase complete- In and out in under 15 minutes. Its our second van we have purchased here. The other dealer couldn’t touch their price. Up front pricing, no games. We’ll be back for the third van soon enough.
I have to say that we had a very good experience. We made an appointment for a test drive and Mark Saunders was there to meet us. He made sure to answer any questions that we had honestly and patiently. After the test drive we decided to make the purchase and we worked with him and his sales manager Rodney Frazer. We never felt pressured and they worked very hard to get us a deal that we were very satisfied with. Even after the deal they both went out of their way to ask if there was anything else that they could for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family or friends.
Don’t ever breakdown in Ontario in a Dodge. Called the dealer had it towed to the dealer. Extremely rude! Was no help, couldn’t look at it for 3 days had no loaner cars or rentals. Had it towed to another shop and got great service
Called ahead for an oil change. They said come on down. When I got here they said I missed the cutoff and that no one would have told me that… it’s 2pm and they don’t close until 6, horrible management. They also require masks regardless of medical issues which is a violation and most of their employees are notwearing masks correct to begin with…
Thank you to Dan, took care of us pretty efficiently. Very knowledgeable. Did have to wait about 1hr only because they kept skipping us.other than that im hoping my car will be ready soon.and they were able to fix the problem
We need a Ram replacement battery. To get the best one for our truck the parts representative asked for our VIN, which we didn’t have. I went to Service and they graciously provided me with the VIN.
Do they even want business? I called and was transferred for Ram service, phone rang for minutes and no answer. I called again and had the operator transfer me to their voicemail- 2 days later and no answer. I called again today and was transferred to Ram service- again phone rang for several minutes before the call being ended. I have a Ford truck and a Ram truck- the experience is WAY BETTER with Ford service
They have a mobile check in app that can help with unnecessary contact with others. The experience was pretty painless with the exception that I was told the best way to contact the service advisor is if you have any questions would be by text message. Unfortunatly I had received text messages from 3 different phone numbers on check in. Make sure you know and test the number they give you to text them at.
The whole experience was very good, thanks to Fred Ramirez for his attention, very professional and not pushy at all, he really helped us answering our question and explaining everything, we were very happy the way he treated us, we got a fair deal and we are happy with the car. My wife and I recommend this business.
Brought my car in to get serviced. Dan Trimmer Assisted me. He was such a nice person! He answered every question that I had about my car, with no hesitation. Great customer service and friendly!
Went to pick up a car with my brother that he bought for Christmas the staff there was very very friendly. The dealership was nice and clean they did have all the measures for the covid in place for you to keep you safe. Everything went smooth and according to plan.
|Back in August, we sent our car in for a recall and warranty repair. So the dealership got us a rental car. Everything worked out fine… Until November, the rental car company change us for the full amount of rental because the dealership didn’t pay the bill. And that’s the nightmare start!!! Called the dealership, the reception said Kirk, the director of the dealership, can help with the problem. Ok, Called Kirk many times, never answer or call back. Called again and ask the service advisor who work with us for the repair, he said it he can’t help, I will have to talk to the service department manager. Then I called the service department manager again, and again and again for 2 weeks, left voicemail, never called back. Seems like no one in this dealership know how to return a phone call or pick up a phone!!! And if I didn’t check my bank statement, I will n find out that’s how they scam customer to pay for the thing they supposed to pay!|
|Ontario Dodge-Jeep is a great place. I went in for service on my Jeep Wrangler. They were quite busy but Karina explained to me they would do their best. No beating around the bush here! They got me in and out efficiently.|
My husband’s car was brought in for an oil change and door panel inquiry Friday morning at 7am like suggested by your associates because of how busy the dealership gets. He waited all day and received an incorrect text message from Jose around 1630 stating that the door panels had been placed on the car (which they did not) and that his oil change would be done soon. Knowing that the dealership closed at 1900 which was also an incorrect time give by your associates as the pick up window closes at 1800, we arrive about 1830 to pick up our car since we had NOT heard an update regarding the old change. When we arrived service was closed! Frustrated we came back Saturday morning around 1130 to inquiry about our car & we were shocked to find out that there was no record of our car sitting there because the paper work had been lost and no one knew that our car needed any service. It was put on a “rush” order for the oil changed, and we were informed that the door panels were not replaced nor were they in stock. Our car was not ready until around 1430. The lack of communication, incorrect information and break down in customer service was extremely disappointing.
Went in for a recall service. Brittney has always taken great care of me and my Jeep! Customer waiting area is nice and checking in and out is easy. My only recommendation would be for the service department to have some rope line or sign to direct people waiting to be served on where to line up. It’s more or less, waiting against the window and hoping that you’re recognized as being next amongst the rest of the customers.

Took car in for transmission slipping but they keep saying there is noting. Whn I get my car it’s still doing plus I took it to someone before just to check it out and drove with him and he said take it back to ur dealer before ur warranty runs out but they still say no. I hv about 1500 miles before it runs out. Crazy.
Salesman was no help at all! I went in yesterday afternoon looking at the Jeep Gladiator, I planned to purchase one of 2 trucks by the end of the year. I wish I could tell you the salesman’s name but he never offered it nor did he ask mine?! I told him I was looking to replace my Escalade EXT and asked questions about the different Jeep Models, he was basically uninterested and gave me short, basic answers, and told me to check out the Jeep website. He didn’t offer a test drive (although I did see another couple test drive so not a Covid thing) and he never tried to sell me the vehicle or ask for my name/number. Needless to say I didn’t get a Jeep from them but I did end up purchasing one from another dealer that evening. Got all my questions answered and got a good deal. Thanks for being so disinterested, I paid almost $5k less than your dealership asking price!
Our Car buying experience was great. Leo Lutz was an exceptional sales person who provided outstanding customer service to us. I highly recommend Leo to anyone looking for a vehicle. All the other people we worked with were also friendly and helpful.
|Would not recommend, I purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Ontario Dodge as a new vehicle. The sales experience was first class. The issue that has ruined that experience has been the service department. My Jeep has 26,645 miles on it and has been in the service department 7 times for warranty issues. Four of those visits have been for the air conditioner. Since the day I bought it the air conditioner has had a very slow leak. The service department has been incapable of fixing it so they recharge it and send me on my way until it leaks out again. On 2/6/20 my Jeep was in for an unrelated warranty issue for 2 weeks. At that time, I asked the service advisor to check the refrigerant level. He refused to do so. Now warm weather is here and the AC is out of refrigerant again. On 4/28/20 I drove to Ontario Dodge and asked if they would recharge the AC again until I could get the vehicle in for a service appointment. Again, the service advisor refused and instructed me to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 5/4/20 at 7:00 AM. I arrived at 7:00 am and waited in line until 8:15 am when service advisor Brittney M took my vehicle in. There were quite a few upset people in line for their 7:00 am appointments. I had purchased the Mopar lifetime warranty which includes a rental car for warranty related issues. Ontario Dodge contracts with Enterprise Rental for their rental cars. When I requested a rental car I was told by Brittney that Enterprise was closed and she was unable to provide me a rental. I called Enterprise and found that they were indeed open for business. I also found that Enterprise was no longer doing business with Ontario Dodge due to lack of payment by Ontario Dodge. Brittney was not honest with me. I left the vehicle there hoping they would do the right thing and get on it. The vehicle was there for the entire day and most of the next day, It was never looked at. I decided to remove the vehicle from Ontario Dodge and take it to another dealer. John Elway Dodge was able to fix the air conditioning. John Elway’s service was first class. I will recommend them in the future. Ontario Dodge had opportunities to do the right thing and failed to do so. Not sure if they take in to many cars, incompetence or complacency. It’s unfortunate. Former customer.|
Absolute waste of time trying to deal with these people. Your appointment time simply means you can leave your car there – they won’t look at it for a week or so. Take your vehicle elsewhere!!
Received awesome service from beginning to end. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Greeted with a smile – which is very important to me. Excellent customer service – will definitely return.
Got to there so called express lane at 8 am on a Saturday. Was told it was going to be 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Finally got checked in then was told it would take 3 hours for the oil change. Waited 2.5 hours and heard nothing on the status of my vehicle. Was told after waiting 2.5 hours that it was going to take another 3 hours. Don’t come here if you value your time. I purchased the oil change service when I bought the car they definitely don’t tell you about this. Horrible!!!!!
I’m very satisfied of Fiat Ontario. My stereo suddenly did not work at all. They checked on it and told me it has to be replaced, but they need to order it. They told me they will get the stereo on 12/4. Then they let met knoe that there is dome delay to 1/4/21. Surprisingly on 12/7 Karen called me, left me a voice message, n texted me that they got the part. It’s a great thing to communicate to customers through text as it is often hard to call by phone. In my opinion texting is an efficient and effective way of communication. I texted her back to set up an appointment. On 12/21 I came to the dealership and met Dan. He is very nice, polite, and professional. As soon as he finished to fill up all information in his tablet, he texted me the working order. Then he told me that the car would be ready the next day. The next morning he texted me again that the car is ready to be picked up. I went over there to pick up my car and voila, I got a new stereo. Thank you Dan, Karen, and all of you guys in Fiat Ontario.
Wow I was amazed by all the trucks they had available to look at. A young salesman by the Name of Juan Garcia approched us and was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and more.. Im very pleased with the customer service we recieved.
One of the best service experiences that I have ever had… This is my first service for my new 2019 Fiat 124 Spider and wasn’t expecting too much given that the service center also shares with Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep lines. My appointment was at 7am and within just a few minutes I was greeted by a service advisor and checked in. I also met the service director Kirk who was incredibly nice and accommodating of my time and vehicle concerns. I was in and out of there in under an hour – was expecting at least a 2 hour visit! If you own a Fiat, definitely check this place out – excellent service!
|I have been calling the service department all since opening 9:00am and still have not talked to anyone. This is not the first time I have tried to get ahold of someone in the service department and still no luck. They worked on my car that had a factory defective CAT and took 2 weeks to finish the work. All rental fees should have been paid for. Yet a large amount of funds have been removed from my bank account this morning. This is the second time something like this has happened from this same dealership. So I called the dealer this morning and have been sent to voicemail numerous times. I have been told someone will call me back 4 times now. I have still yet to talk to someone. Unbelievable!! To add to this issue the items that where said to be repaired on my vehicle have not been and I will need to return and have them repaired. To once again get a bill for a rental car that should be covered by them. If you plan to have work done here expected to have your time wasted, your bank account compromised, and do not think your going to get ahold of anyone in service to go through any questions or concerns you may have.|
Karina at the service department was amazing with great customer service personality. However the second visit was very disappointed, took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation with a low pressure tire. They did not do the tire rotation or inspect my tires because the tire pressure still low in the same tire I had before I dropped off the car. At this point I’m not even sure if they actually did and oil change never the less I WILL NOT be taking my vehicle here for any kind of service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer for service. Not trust worthy.
Dropped off a Durango for service on Wednesday. Received no call or update on Thursday. I had to call Thursday afternoon to check the status and was told it would get checked on Friday. I contacted the advisor mid day Friday and was told it would be completed. Two hours later they contact me saying they would not be able to inspect it until Monday. I was not even given a rental car ..because I would have to pay for it myself. I picked up my vehicle Friday afternoon to take it some where else for service. Not to mention, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for them to return my Durango. This is the worst customer service experience. The way the advisors talk to customers is terrible.
Took my Ram 3500 in for recall work. Brittney was my service coordinator. She was great about making sure my issues were addressed and kept in contact with me all along the way. They have a large service group and are very professional, unlike a few of the other local dealers I have taken my trucks to.
|Even before COVID, this place has been a nightmare. I love my fiat, it was a gift from a passed family member. trying to get on the phone with them is impossible, you’ll have the line ringing for 20 minutes minimum and this is not a new situation due to covid. This last time was a bit of an emergency, and I called 15 times over the course of three days. I didn’t want to just drop it off because I needed confirmation that I would have a rental car set up before I arrived. their reception leaves you on hold then tells you “one moment” only to hang up on you after a few minutes. On the third day I finally got through to service, they still had to call me back. The prices quoted are not what they end up charging you on pickup as well. I’ve had increases between getting the call to pick up my car and the 20 minute drive to the dealership. This time was 100$. Today, I spent 30 minutes waiting for my car and watched as service team members stood around. It was not busy. It took me politely asking for updates multiple times, only to have someone get frustrated for me and walk around the *corner* of the lot to get my car. Honestly. I love my car, but this terrible place makes me want to get rid of it. It’s the only fiat dealership around, and I have a lifetime warranty.|
Had a great experience with the parts department today for my jeep, they were able to order ship and get my parts ready for my 2005 jeep liberty all in one day and had me on my way home to fix it. Thank you guys for being so quick and treating me like I matter.
Service staff is friendly, however, always takes a very long time for an Oil Change. Waited over 2 1/2 hours, can’t possibly be related to COVID-19, have always had a long wait at this location.
|Just got back from my so call appointment. I had a recall and needed an oil change. When I told the service writer I would wait for my vehicle and he says it’s going to take awhile. Like five to six hours. I had the Recall taken care of and went to jiffy lube for the oil change . Maybe there about a half hour. I was told by the service writer it doesn’t make a difference if you have an appointment or not ,its first come first serve. So don’t bother making an appointment just get there early.|
They were backed up could not get to look at my car till after the holidays. The only dealer I like was costa mesa fiat dealership. I only had a miss fire on one of my diagnostic testing and I only needed a oil change and sparkplug change along w sparkplug change if I would of left my car there I would of not gotten it back till next week Monday which is 30th of November he said possibly. I’ll have my husband do all the work
Was surprised to find out they now charge for the batteries for the key fob. Was left standing waiting at the parts counter for quite a while before anyone helped. They were polite and kind.
|I seriously dread working with this place but I have an extended warranty on my Jeep thank god because boy have I had to use it…. When I call they tell me their next available appointment is in a couple days. Okay no problem take the appointment at 945am. Get to appointment there is a line out the drive way and down the street because apparently they have the same appointment for everyone. Wait in line for 30 minutes to even get helped only to have to drop my car off and them tell me they will call me by the next day….. Um why would I make an appointment to only drop my car off and not have a car for days. (This isn’t even fixed, this is over 24 hours to even tell Me what the issue is and for me to say yes fix it and I’m sure they will take days to fix it as well and after 30 hours I still haven’t heard from them As of now) It’s such a mess there, so unorganized and busy…. Customer service is horrible and I rather make an appointment to be helped and not have a car for a couple hours then to make an appointment and have my car sit there for days not even being looked at or worked on. It makes no sense.|

We have been searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a while. They had a several JGC’s but not the color we wanted. Then on Sunday I checked and they had the color of choice. We test drove the vehicle and my wife fell in love with it. The purchase was simple and now we’re proud owners of our fourth Jeep. I’d highly recommend this dealership as they have ample inventory, professional personnel and treated us great.
Good. In service they have good guys like carina, José, carl, Dana, well all are amazing. I got a flat tire last time that I was there and the guy thst is moving the cars aroud very friendly helped me .
I came in looking for a R/T Challenger or SXT, the sales rep who was helping me seriously told me, “You don’t need a V8”. He was very dominant with what he said and I was shock. He did not take my business seriously. Maybe it was because of my age. I didn’t argue with what he said. Instead I took my business elsewhere. I will never go back which is unfortunate because I love Dodge and this is the closest dealer to me. I went to a different dealership and bought my car there instead.
|An Honest Review It seems integrity these days are far and few. Especially when you are trying to purchase a vehicle. “A Brand New Car” should be a Super Happy Day! A day you go and celebrate with a really Nice dinner without guilt because you got a great deal, unfortunately those days seem to be gone. Please keep reading and allow me share my experience with Ontario Jeep, Dodge. It was Monday, Memorial Day when Chrysler advertises incredible deals and then you find out “those deals” are on every car except the one you want. Or you do your homework and know the rebates apply and the APR is on the model you want. You get excited only to find out they added the most requested features “on your behalf” and filled the gas tank with pixie dust so you can fly. All for the low price of $1999.99 and unfortunately since these things everyone wants they won’t remove Anything. They wouldn’t use these tactics if it didn’t work. (a sad truth of our day and age.) FINALLY my experience. I tried to get the price of my truck with internet sales online. They were understandably busy “Holiday” I did speak with a sales manager and he convinced me the advertised price is the actual price and they didn’t have hidden fees. I took a chance and trusted him at his word. I drove almost an hour and it was a great buying experience. No high pressure and the finance department offered me an extended warranty at a reasonable price. I declined the offer and honestly woke up that night thinking 🤔 “I should’ve bought it” Why would I write such a lengthy review? Because it was “A Super Happy Day” I really needed to commend this dealership on their integrity. So hard to find but a breath of fresh air. Repeat sales and trust in the service center will “win in the end” Thank you Ontario, from a faithful customer Steve Campbell.|
|Lack of communication, they don’t give you a phone call, and they don’t answer the phone. Well once again my car is back at the dealership, its been a week since a drop my car and no diagnostic yet, once again lack of communication I have to be calling them otherwise they wouldn’t call me, they give me a rental car for only 5 days and the rest of the days I have to pay out of my pocket which I’m gonna have to because I have to go to work, thats ridiculous that they don’t have a diagnostic after 5 days. I only have this car for 6 months and this is the 4th time at the dealership, and every time I have to leave it for several days.|
Worst experience ever! Made an appointment days in advance, and I got there 30 mim prior. Waited and waited and as all service people had a great time inside doing nothing, I waited. I finally left.. never returning or buying from here again.
My husband insisted on using them, they had my car for 3 weeks, didn’t provide a loaner and now after $3000+ in repairs I am having the same problem!! Their communication is non existent and their customer service is atrocious. Stay away
I had 3 recalls on my car. I originally had an appointment at the Dodge in Anaheim and had the worst experience. So I made an appointment at the Dodge in Ontario. They set my appointment and told me it would take a few hours to get everything fixed. Brittany was my rep. She was very friendly and they were able to get me in and out. Great customer service! Would definitely return and refer others!
Don’t waste your time at this dealership. Horrible customer service (in service dept). I had a bad experience my first go around with Dana but I thought I would try again and shame on me. Brittney was my rep who never returned my calls or texts. Carl was the manager who never returned my call. I took it there for recalls and oil change but after over 5 hours with an appointment all they finished were the recalls. I called and said I wanted me truck now finally Brittney called with an attitude. When I went to pick up my truck she wouldn’t even come speak to me, she hid inside. I can’t wait until I get my survey
Excelente service, Freddy Arvayo was very helpful and very knowledgeable in the Ram pick up we choose as our vehicle there is nothing like asking someone who actually owns a vehicle similar to the one you want to purchase. This is a great dealership we highly recommend it, you can trust this guys…
|My husband and I almost gave up on our Jeep Rubicon hunt because of bad experiences with surrounding dealerships. Most of the internet searches led us to places (Redlands, Riverside, Moreno Valley) where the prices were not as advertised online and we even had a dealership call us and say they had incentives that we qualified for and when we showed up they didn’t even exist. The salesman even told us in our faces that they do that so people could come in. Luckily an online search of a Jeep led us to send an inquiry to Ontario Jeep. Throughout our experience at the dealer we were helped by 3 employees that were all understanding, patient, and very helpful. Our salesman Freddy Arvayo throughout the whole experience demonstrated his patience and understanding he even stayed overtime to make it all happen (we were the last customers and they closed up and locked up until when we finished up our deal as they were patiently waiting). Even when we switched our minds on the color of the Jeep while signing that paperwork he made it happen for us. I’m very satisfied with the level of commitment he showed to make sure we left satisfied with the vehicle we had chosen. The finance guy (Frank I think ) that helped run our numbers was straight up with us and also very patient as we weren’t the easiest of customers. My husband was having a very difficult time committing as this was his first vehicle purchase and he was very offensive and wanted the best deal he could get. He did a great job working patiently on a deal package we couldn’t let go to. Lastly, we were sent to Gerardo Arciga from finance to sign our contract. My other experiences with the “guys in the little room where you sign the final contract” has always been a negative one. They always seem to try to add bogus packages to make your payment super high and maximize their profit but it was totally the opposite experience here. He wasn’t pushy trying to make us add anything we didn’t want. He was friendly and helpful and got our sales contract all signed up and even said he would try to get us the warranty on the vehicle and leave our payment the same the following day when he came to work and he would call us. And we were Very surprised because he followed up on his word the next day and we came back to sign the new contract. He was great! Our experience with this dealership was just amazing. Nothing like I had experienced at other dealerships. If you need a car, please skip the hassle of going to other dealers and go straight to them ask for Freddy on the sales floor. He will find you what you need and will not disappoint. He will make your deal happen even if he stays overtime and will work patiently with you to keep you satisfied throughout the sale. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received.|

Horrible Service Experience. 2 days. Scheduled maintenance with an appointment! Over 1 hour wait to drop off the vehicle. 2 days without them reaching out a single time. Over 1 hour on hold just to get ahold of someone to tell me whats going on with the car. Now its almost the end of the day and I still haven’t received a call back.
I’m very disappointed in this place I brought my truck in yesterday for an oil change and a recall and i get a phone call saying my batties are completely dead and that I need to buy new batteries which is ridiculous because my batteries were fine MY TRUCK was fine. I pick it up 600 dollars later drove it home noticed my volt gauge was reading in between 8 and 14 when before my gauge was always at 14. I didn’t think anything of it. I wake up in the morning to go to the store my truck started up fine on my way home from the store my battery volt meter drops to 8 and my truck starts going crazy air bag light comes on services lights come on I pull onto my drive way and shut the truck off NOW MY TRUCK DOESNT START. TOTAL B.S I call this dealership and spoke to Dan i was loud with him for obvious reasons. I feel this place is crooked and looking to get you in anyway they can. Now I have to tow my truck into this place so they can look at it and tell me it’s not their fault and possibly charge me to put in some other parts. I dont trust this place and I have to bring my truck in here again. SMH also I noticed on my battery cable their tech arc out on somthing shiny gold color on right terminal. But I bet they’ll say it wasn’t us.
Left my car there on may 22 didn’t get it back till June 5 and i still got charged thousands of dollars of course with no discount. Just take it somewhere else if your car isn’t brand new. They don’t answer calls and place you on hold indefinitely. I’m going to a local mom and pop next time.
Calling them is always a little annoying. I call from a dealership and sadly I have to deal with them a lot. Every time I call, they answer but hang up midway and when I try calling back, they never answer.
A man Named Dave helped me out today in the service department at Jeep Ram Chrysler of Ontario. I needed my ecu Flashed for my ram 1500 Brake Controller and he took care of it right away for me. I am very pleased with the professionalism he displayed. Thank you Dave! I appreciate it very much.
I made an appointment a week before for today at 8:30 am. I arrived there before 8:30 am, and cars lining up till the street. The line did not move at all. So I called them n was told that the appointment is for drooping off only, and they can’t do anything else.
