They give you good service when you buy your pick up truck, the oil and mechanical change service in jeneral while you wait for your car service or buy your pickup 🛻 truck. |Had a great experience even with this whole pandemic going on. Walked through service door and immediately met with Brian. Very nice gentleman and easy to work with. Went over everything for just my basic oil change and quickly took note I mentioned low on Windshield wiper fluid. Overall it was quick as I dropped off and retrieved it few hours later (quicker than I thought it would given the fact I had no appointment and right in the middle of the day). I forgot I had the coupon for my service prior to him writing up the order and went to pay, I had to go back to him before the cashier and he had no problem or attitude or hesitation. Most people or some places have issue doing it. No nothing. Thank you for that. I only gave 4 stars because I felt no help in the beginning of what their steps were when pulling up. For someone who hasn’t done this before or someone like me who had my husband doing it for me I felt so lost… I pulled up and parked, no one came to my car, I waited good 5 min and finally got out. Still no one, that’s when I went inside. No visible signs on what they wanted you to do…. Finally a sign on the door to stay in your car until someone comes to you. How are people to see that so far away??? Something to consider.. Thanks|

I recently purchased a new 2021 Traverse with Manny Markakis from Riverside Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier! I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in 14 years and have been looking to buy for well over a year. Had a no start problem 2 other mechanics couldn’t find the problem towed it to Riverside Chevy it took a couple of days to find and a few to fix but Steve Edward’s kept me informed through the whole process and suggested I contact my insurance which saved me over a $1000. I was expecting to get an ‘I’m sorry and too bad we couldn’t make a deal.’ But instead, Anthony apologized for my experience, took ownership of the situation, listened to my concerns, cleared up some of my misconceptions, and offered to make things right. By this time the original Tahoe had been sold and there was 1 left that was comparable but $3000 more. Not only did Anthony offer to sell me this vehicle at the original price of the previous one, but due to my particular circumstance and how far I live from the dealership (130+ miles), Anthony offered to take the Tahoe off the lot, remove it from their website, and hold it for me until I was able to come in. He did this with only my word as assurance that I’d be coming back. I was taken aback by this offer. I truly believe Anthony went above and beyond to earn our business. Although my original experience was not the most pleasant, and Anthony recognizes they could have done more the first time around, it is their dedication to make a situation right that has also earned Riverside Chevrolet my future business. One thing I didn’t mention was the exceptional service we received from our salesman Mohamed. He listened to all of our needs and did his best to address them all. Mohamed went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the vehicle we purchased. Through this whole experience Mohamed remained professional and tried his best to make a deal happen. I will leave my original post below for reference. I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle a 2020 Chevy Tahoe, on Friday December 11, 2020. I came back to the dealership on Saturday, December 12, 2020, to negotiate and make the purchase. A deal could not be made on this day. After some back and forth negotiation I decided to purchase the vehicle at the dealerships asking price as advertised online. I requested an out-the-door quote with all applicable taxes and fees on Monday, December 14, 2020. It was at this time that i was informed that the only way I could get this price was by financing through GM Financial. I looked back at the advertisement for the vehicle and no where does it state that condition. I feel the pricing on the vehicle is deceptive. I showed up in good faith to purchase this vehicle. I allowed an inquiry on my credit history in order to make a deal because they insisted I submit a credit application even though I told them I was financing through my credit union. I’ve tried calling and left messages for the sales manager as well as general manager and have yet to hear back from them.|
I found the vehicle I wanted online and confirmed with the dealership that it was still available. I came in the next day and worked with Habib. He didn’t pressure me, waste my time and was quick to get the process moving. I had met my salesperson, drove the car, did the negotiating, signed my paperwork and went through finance in a smidge over an hour. Cant beat that! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I didn’t like that when I booked the appointment I selected an offer for the service I wanted and when I got there I was being asked to pay triple the price. What’s the point of me selecting the service and special offer if I have to do it all over again when I get there. I had to go on my phone and show the service advisor what I was talking about.

My purchase of a used car was very surprising. At the time of purchase, I was not happy and couldn’t have what I wanted. Lucky at a later date, the manager contacted me for follow-up, and I was very fortunate to be able to re-contract with his offer to solve the issue. Originally, I thought that this issue could not be solved, but I was lucky that this manager found me and tried to satisfy my purchase. It must not be easy for the manager to do this but I think this manager did the right thing as human moral and made me happy. I think this company has a good leader who will also improve consumers’ needs.

Purchasing the vehicle was fast and easy. Only downside is that they never answer phones unless its sale. Every other dept seems to be empty or no one there. I spoke to service and they even ran over to finance to see if there was anyone available, when they came back to the phone. They said they would transfer me and that they would answer. Phone rang until it went to main answering machine which only prompted me to wait or select dept to speak to again. I did leave a voice mail few time but never received a call back. Receptionist never answers phone either.

They wouldnt sell me the car that was on sale cuz they wanted me to finance w the and charge extra fees. Since I had my own financing. They didnt want to sell. Wasted my entire day. What a scam. Ivan was GREAT!!! I contacted him on friday to make an appointment and to let him know what I was looking for. I am on crutches so I asked him to drive for the test drive and he answered ALL my (?)s. He was patient and kind and helped with whatever was needed. Hes an asset to your company and also a great salesman. He listened to what I needed and asked and he gave me that. He did not pressure or be mean or rude. This is why I keep coming back to this dealer. The absolute worst customer service and response time. I had to call for days trying to get anyone on the phone. Left multiple messages and never get a call back. After you pay they stop caring.

I had a terrible experience at Moss Bros in Moreno Valley, I refused to go back. I’ll rather drive 20 minutes to Riverside. Moss Bros needs to take notes because they definitely lost a customer.|

He offered us certain services that they have and we took the bronze package. I mention to Mr. Brian that there were no appointments available at Moreno Valley and Temecula dealers. So we chose to bring the vehicle to Riverside . The cashier Miss.Diana was friendly and attentative. Thanks for the attention, great customer service and the free car wash that Mr. Brian offered. The scheduled work was completed within a reasonable period of time. I have a non-scheduled replacement part that Riverside Chevrolet has informed me that the part has arrived. I should contact the service department to schedule the replacement of the part. However, it is impossible to communicate with anyone by telephone at Riverside Chevrolet. I’m still trying to call after six business days. I guess I will have to drive over there to speak with someone in person, so that I can get the part replaced in my car.

|Very disappointed with this dealer .. I apply online to save time on Sunday . Since I am a dad and I have kids . going to the dealer with kids it’s not a good idea .. and it was the worst thing to do.. Alfredo was the one helping me out.. I was thinking to trade in my Sentra . And I saw a ram 2500 they have online .. but it since it was me just txting him .. it since they care about more customers going in that . Person doing threw online.. If a person doesn’t qualify just let them know straight up .. it’s been 2 days and still no word ?? There are more dealers don’t waste ur time in this dealer ..|
First my salesman was polite and very understanding of my first time buying a beautiful truck, they also made my buying experience stress free!
After dropping off my truck for an oil change I had some questions about possibly adding a transmission service as well. I sent a reply to the automated text message i received from the service advisor to call me, 30 min later I left a voice message on the service dept. answering machine (still during business hours), AND I left another voice message the next morning, during business, and I never received a call back! All I wanted was some information about the transmission service for my truck. I ended up calling a local repair shop who answered all my questions and will be servicing my transmission monday morning.
Luis Ochoa provided me with descriptive and pursuasive información about they truck that i purchased. His customer service was great and Will reccomend.
The gentleman that worked with me didn’t make me feel like my business was important to the dealership. On two occasions when we spoke on the phone he was conducting business with someone else. I found that to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I sincerely hope that is not the treatment that all customers, receive but money is hard to come by right now. I have an expectation that the work done on my vehicle will be of the highest quality, something Chevrolet brags about as part of their service but in addition to having quality work completed on my vehicle, I also expect to be treated respectfully n professionally. Unfortunately that was not my experience at this particular dealership.
