Our sales rep Jonathan Gonzalez was outstanding! I saw this car online and called the dealer. Jonathan answered the phone.It was 530 pm on Sunday. They close at seven. I asked him to get the car ready as we were coming over to look at it. Jonathan had the car parked right in front of the dealership. We ended up buying the car. Jonathan is very patient and the whole process was seamless! Job well done Jonathan.
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler through their website. They already had an online special which was comparatively priced better than most other dealerships. The buying process was effortless as Jon Brenner and Gustavo helped me navigate the purchase agreement paperwork through fedex. They even delivered the car for me. For not having to step into the dealership, this was by far the most satisfying car buying experience I have had.
I purchased my 2021 Gladiator from Mena and his manager Abraham. I got a great deal on it and I love the way this truck drives. I also purchased new rims and tires for it and Caden was very professional on setting my appointment and getting it done in a timely manner. Overall extremely happy with my experience, and I would highly recommend this team.

I took my car in for a service and was told I had to keep my car there for 1-2 days. I was pleasantly surprised they assisted me with a rental car right away. I waited less than 15 min for the rental car and signing documents. Victor was very nice and provided me with great information on my service. He was even able to get my car done the same day I took it in! I was shocked and very pleased that my car was taken care of right away! I am very happy with Rydells customer service. No scams going on here they find you the best APR and best of all no need to negotiate price you see online is price you get (which is always lower than many dealerships). 2nd car I bought from here and will never go elsewhere. Most incredible service by Phillip on getting a new lease. We arrived close to their closing time, yet Phillip show no sign of rushing us out. I had many questions regarding the options of purchase or leases. He patiently listened to our questions and answered every one of them, giving us the pros and cons. And leaving the decisions completely on us to make. Showing no sign of trying to sway our decisions to benefit the dealership. Felt really comfortable through out the process of test driving the car to signing the final paper. I brought my car in for airbag recall repair and oil change, the work was done correctly but I was told it would take one day it and it took two days, the problem was a failure to communicate this to me, when the work was going to take longer I feel someone should have called to let me know and even when it was done I had to call to find out instead of being notified, I appreciate you contacting me and am giving you guys another star for reaching out

Great FAST service. Dropped off my car at 7am and was out the door by 7:30 no joke! Staff was friendly. The only reason I’m not doing a full 5 stars is because upon reviewing the paperwork that was given to me, it states that I declined a tire rotation at the time I came in. Hmmm I know it was early in the morning but I’m pretty sure I was never asked for a tire rotation. I would’ve appreciated them telling me if one was needed especially if I was outside the whole time rather than to state I declined something.
|By far the easiest dealership to work with in all my years of dealing with the car buying experience. Everyone is very friendly and they’re no games or hidden cost once you get to financing which is where most deals fall apart as the dealership tries to tackle on another $2-$5,000 in hidden fees. My last shopping experience was an absolute nightmare with Moss Bro’s of San Bernardino and they didn’t honor their deal we had negotiated at the last min.This time around I took my time looking for a new car, for over 8 months in fact…. I got the best deal on my car from over 50 other dealerships that I could have gone to. It was great, as soon as I walked in, i was greeted and asked how can I be help. |Took my Jeep to get an oil change, the man who assisted me told me I would receive a text once it’s ready for pick up. 30 minutes passed and I asked what time they closed. *no reply* Went to pick up my car and it was closed, an employee took me to see the manager, Gustavo Ruano, to get my keys. Gustavo answered with an attitude saying there was nothing he can do and I needed to come back the next day. I told him I did not have a ride home nor a ride back to the dealership. Simply horrible customer service! He didn’t ask around, look for a spare of keys, or bother going outside to solve the problem. I went outside asked around and was able to get my keys. The manager did not care about solving my problem.|

It was definitely worth the drive out to San Fernando..I had to call Oscar twice bc I left my garage door opener and a bracelet that was my mother’s when she was a girl in the car i traded in. He found them for me and mailed them to me. Oscar went above and beyond in my experience and showed me the ins and outs of my new jeep and all the benefits and even emailed me some videos of all the cool things my car came with. He is an honest salesman and was genuinely happy to see us in our new jeep. I can’t recommend this company enough!!!
I asked for a price quote by email and they sent me on $5000 below MSRP. I came in and they offered me another similar deal. Waiting for a color I like. No hurry. Very upfront. No other California dealer has sent me anything other than MSRPs and factory incentives like $750 off the $9300 diesel engine.
Excellent experience with the service department. Rick Guzman was very helpful and informative. He got me in and out quickly knowing I had to go straight to work making sure I had an Uber to take me to work and then return me back when it was done later that day. My trucks’ needs were taken care of in a timely manner. I also had questions about after market upgrades and Rick was very helpful getting the information and advice I needed. I won’t hesitate going back to them and would recommend their service center to anyone.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Rydell today. Oscar the sales representative gave me a horrible price for a lease on a Charger which was basically the same as if I was buying the car. I was looking forward to a good price from all the reviews I read about but, unfortunately this place just has horrible prices.
Came here at 9am ready to purchase a Pacifica. I had done all my research and communicated with AJ and Michele (who were very nice, I def give them 5 stars) However, Rad was helping us, but I had to guide him through his own inventory. He said the computer is always wrong…ok? Anyways, he found the vehicle I wanted. Took it out for a test drive. He didn’t care to tell us the good stuff about the vehicle. He just sat in the back waiting for us to be done with our test drive. My husband said he loves it and wants to purchase. However, he didn’t show much interest in wanting to make a sale so we left.
I service my Power wagon on a regular basis. Each time i use the express oil service at Rydell my truck is attended to within 20 to 30 minutes i’m done and out. A quick inspection of air, brakes etc.. and i’m on my way.
The best dealer experience I’ve had hands down the sales man Roobik Arakelian is definitely the nicest sales man I’ve ever come across he treats you like family and my car buying experience was amazing and so fast. Come to find that the cables on both batteries were lose and not installed properly. After advising service advisor… no response. What kind of quality service is this?|

Highly recommend the service department. I’ve been here three times this calendar year and been more than happy each time. Eddie and Victor were my service writers and both got me in and out quickly and efficiently. They also kept me notified as the to repair status and any other issues that had cropped up. I chose this service department, which is about 20 miles from my home, versus the one in my town, because of the excellent service, both mechanical and customer.

|So glad I passed on the extended warranty My Jeep had squeaky noise coming from one of the wheels so I called the dealership where I bought the car and was told the soonest I could bring the car in was in two weeks for an appointment and it took another three days to order the parts and fix the car. Huge hassle when they don’t tell you they will need to keep the car and you don’t have a way to get around. The repair didn’t last and the noise came back. Called the service department manager and he told me to bring it back and that I wouldn’t have to wait another two weeks, that he would move me to the front of the line and give me a car to use this time while mine was being repaired again. When I got to the dealership on a Monday morning no one in the service department knew anything about the manager’s front-of-the-line special and was told I had to wait two weeks for them to see it. After about 45 minutes of tracking the guy down they were able to locate the manager by phone and agreed to take my car. “Should be finished in two or three days” they said. I called back on Friday to see how my car was coming along and the Rydell Service Manager had no idea my car was even in his dealership. It was literally sitting somewhere on the lot all week without anyone in the Rydell Service Department knowing my car needed service. Unbelievable. So they hastily check the car out, ordered new parts and slapped the repair together the following Monday. The Rydell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service Department is a complete joke.|
I looked everywhere for a very particular Jeep. Rydell is the only place that had it. They were straightforward with negotiating and made the process very easy. I usually have good experiences here, but my last visit wasn’t one. I was disappointed that I never received any update on my car after leaving it for a quick oil change. The times I gone to get it services I did. So because I was wondering if it was finish, I went over to check. Certainly enough it was just there and I was unaware. Hopefully my next visit will be better.

|Spent $3200 on a service and wasn’t treated well. I made an appointment over the phone, got there early and apparently the appointment wasn’t saved. Had to rent a car for six days (which cost $260) because even though I made an appointment they didn’t look at the car for at least four days. Was charged for a bunch of services I don’t even think my car needed, and one of the few things I asked four (all four brake pads replaced) was only half done. They only did the rear, even though I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR ALL FOUR TO BE DONE, but they had no problem doing a bunch of services I didn’t ask for. When I tell the advisor when I’m going to pick up my Jeep I say I want an explanation of ALL SERVICES and he goes “I’ll just say it over the phone” does that sound like the way a dealership should treat a customer? Again, I paid $3200. I expect better. They also didn’t honor ANY of the coupons found on either their site or the Mopar site. I brought this up multiple times and the advisor said “I’ll put in all the coupons, I’ll put em in don’t worry about it…” when I paid of course he was gone for the day and the only discount I got was $50. ON THEIR WEBSITE it says “Spend over $900 and get $100 off.” They didn’t even do that, just some made up BS. I got ripped off and I know it. I’ll never go here again and I don’t recommend this place. Also, it’s been two weeks and there has been no follow-up call. They got there money so I know they don’t care about me or my car anymore. I will never go here again. Congratulations guys, you lost what could have been a life long customer for just three grand.|
This is the best place to get your Ram 1500 Truck. Just replaced my 2014 Ram 1500. For a new 2020 Ram 1500. They were great to work with and Hihad was the best. I can’t thank you guys enough.
