To be honest I hated shopping for cars . My experience in the past was not been pleasant. Lots of pushy sales people trying to sell me what they want not listening to my needs. All that changed when I meet Auto Nations Sales Associate, Victor Rivera. Let me start by saying he was amazing! He made the process so easy and painless. It didn’t matter how many times I challenged him and how many questions I had. His professionalism did not change. He was always courteous and willing to listen to what I needed. Something so important is trust and Victor earned mine. I look forward to my next car purchases with Victor. I have already recommended Victor to friends and family they won’t be disappointed.

They failed to disclose an accident that a Ford F150 Raptor I purchased from them was involved in. I found out, after purchasing this truck, that it was involved in a rear end accident and Autonation Ford Miami lied to me about it. When I purchased the truck in August of 2020, I asked if there were any accidents or damage and asked to see a CARFAX report. They promised that the car was perfect and sent me a clean CARFAX report. I ran another CARFAX report in October of 2020, after I purchased it, and now it shows that on July 27, 2020, the truck was involved in a rear end collision and was put up for sale about 2 weeks later. I sent an email questioning why the accident wasn’t disclosed to me and I still have not received a response from the used car manager Julio Roman or my salesperson, Gio Bustillo. They were very responsive before the sale but now, after the sale, I get no response. The truck was always serviced at Autonation Ford Miami and it should have been inspected when the prior owner traded it in so they can’t say they didn’t know about the accident. I just checked the rear of the truck and saw a yellow CAPA sticker on the inside of the rear bumper so that shows the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket bumper. Any trained automotive technician should have seen this. Also, part of a trade in would be the disclosure of any accident history so either AutoNation Ford Miami knew about the accident and covered it up or they didn’t properly inspect the truck and missed the proof of accident. Either way, they failed to either disclose or properly check. Please be careful and thoroughly inspect any vehicle you buy from Autonation Ford Miami and don’t trust them. I bought the truck and had it shipped to New York so I went with the word of Autonation Ford Miami that there were no problems. I trusted the staff at Autonation Ford Miami and was screwed since I overpaid for a truck that is now permanently devalued due to an accident report that they failed to disclose to me. Their lack of disclosure about the accident will cause me problems reselling in the future. I am very disappointed in my experience with Autonation Ford Miami. I am a lifelong Ford enthusiast, I currently own three Ford vehicles (a 2014 Shelby GT500, a 2004 Ford Mustang Mystichrome Cobra and the 2014 Ford F150 Raptor) and I’m also a Honorably Discharged Disabled Military Veteran who trusted AutoNation Ford Miami and was screwed over because of it. UPDATE (11/2/2020 at 11AM): As requested, I called the GM at AutoNation Miami and spoke to someone who told me that AutoNation Miami will not do anything, not even offer an apology for my poor experience. The GM spent most of the time, trying to convince me that I should just accept the vehicle as is, there is nothing they’re willing to do, and that they inspect all their vehicles with a 125 point, or more inspection. When I asked how could they miss a large CAPA sticker inside the bumper, which shows that the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket piece, he said that doesn’t mean anything. I asked if it wasn’t that important, then why didn’t the salesperson disclose it? How could they not see it if they inspected the vehicle as well as they claim to? If I were to try to trade in a vehicle, they would not have such a cavalier attitude about an accident report. They even went as far as to try and tell me that if I ordered a part for a car with my VIN, through the dealership, it would show up on the carfax report. I challenged that statement and asked for proof because I’ve ordered parts for all my Ford through the dealerships over the years with VIN numbers and never had anything come up on carfax. The dealership spent most of the conversation trying to just gaslight and force me to accept that they’re unwilling to do anything to change my experience, not even offer an apology. Again, buyer beware. I’m a lifelong Ford buyer, from my first Mustang when I was 17 to this Raptor, my Cobra and Shelby at 45 years old and I’m extremely disappointed at my treatment from AutoNation Ford Miami

Salesperson, manager and the staff in general were really professional and understanding and so was the finance guy. But I went on a Sunday, I had to wait over 3 to 4 hours for finance becuase there was only one finance person. Other than that, everything was great. Salespeople do not follow up and haras you with questions. I love it.

Service facilities could do with a makeover compared to other dealerships, but the customer service was first rate. Advisor Arnaldo was friendly, welcoming and treated us like we were valued customers. I really appreciate how straightforward he was with how long the diagnosis would take, repair time and when the car would complete. After subpar service from another dealership, I’ll definitely be taking my car back here! Well done and well deserved 5/5!

Purchased a car for export. Upon test driving, a amp was installed and radio was working fine. However, when i received the car i not only found that the amp was removed (causing the stereo to not play), but removed incorrectly leaving several live wires in the trunk that were sparking. If not found sooner my car would’ve got on fire. Very negligent with no concern for the customer.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, I strongly suggest you go to a different Ford Dealership based on my experience with Ford Autonation Miami. I bought a 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost with the performance pack and a year into ownership the car was plunge with a series of issues. Which seemed odd for a fairly new car. I should have lemon law the car. Out of good faith, I took the vehicle to Autonation so the issues can be addressed. Each time they supposedly fixed something another issue arised. Still out of good faith, I gave them an opportunity to fix the issues. Most of the issues were related to the same thing. At the time, I asked the service manager can I get a new engine because I knew that year of the mustang ecoboost was known to blow the motor. He assured me that the persistent issues was not serious enough to warrant a engine replacement. I took his word for it. Nonetheless, the car still had issues. Then close to 2 years afterwards I was able to drive the car and put 30k miles with out problems until I recently got a P0299 engine code. Which means the car is losing power and misfiring. I took it to a dealer that was close to me and the diagnose that the car had several issues. All in which, Ford Autonation Miami supposedly fix in the past. Upset I called, Ford Autonation and spoke to the service manager and explained everything. He told me to call corporate. I did and the opened a case. After I had the car towed to Ford Autonation Miami, two days passed and I did not receive any update. Mind you for the two days I am calling them dozens of times and no one answers or I get a attitude from the people who work there and they hang up the phone on me. Today I called numerous times and finally, finally get a call and I am told my engine is blown. My car is literally 6k miles over the power train warranty and Ford Autonation Miami has really been the worst experience ever. They refuse to help and ignore the fact that I was sold a very problematic vehicle. They should have replaced the engine from a very early standpoint but they literally replaced small things that never solved the true issue. Very unhappy and now I have to deal with Ford corporate to hold them accountable. Please stay away from this dealer at all cost. Not happy and this is the worst dealer.

Worst experience ever. I’ve been at the dealer 5 times because of a vibration in my F150. The “Walmart graduated mechanics” made me buy 3 set of tires and wheels because they said it was because of out of round tires and bent wheels. After the 3rd set then they realized that wasn’t the issue. Then they say it’s the vibration was caused by the driveshaft. I had to wait almost 2 months to get the driveshaft replaced and figure what… I’m still having the same vibration so 3 months later I’m with a 20k miles truck that I can’t drive safely at highway speeds and they don’t have a solution.

I purchased my Ford escape here 6 months ago and I called service to schedule my oil change and to check out a weird noise the car is making. I’ve Always been given a loaner to get to and from work while my car is being looked at but I’m being told that they don’t offer loaners to anyone including customers who purchased their cars there. The customer service is terrible, they don’t even try to answer your questions or help.

If I can put 0 stars I would. When I first bought my Ford Explorer with them back in 2017(40,000 miles) it was nice and easy, no rush. During the past 3 years I have not driven my car more than 15,000 miles. The car has gone to the dealership in 3 occasion for repairs and everything is complicated. If it is not because they don’t work during the weekend, it’s because they don’t work at night. This last occasion my car has been in the dealership since Friday December 11th till today Dec 15th at 9:30pm. They have no diagnostic for my vehicle. And let’s not mention the customer service through the phone because when I call they transfer me to the incorrect department 3-4 times and it’s been like that every single time. It’s ridiculous and frustrating. They use pink plates for Cancer awareness and I think they should use red instead for heart attacks because that’s what I feel every time when dealing with them.

I was inquiring about a For Ranger the other day online. That evening I received a call from the GM Tommy, he asked if I wanted to stop in the next. I said yes. I just had a not so good experience the day before with another dealer that basically blew me off. So I was ready for another blow off. I came in the next day, Told the gentleman at the front desk about the call. A few minutes later I was greeted By this tall man with a big smile. He told me his name was Stan the Man. I was looking a Ranger. We started looking around for different ones. They didn’t have what I was looking for. He told me a F150 might work and they have some great incentives goning on, I took a look and Stan found me the one I liked. Between him and Tommy the GM they got me fairly close to the price I was looking for. Also they got me out in time for me to go with my wife to my birthday dinner. Stan was great with helping and making sure I was happy. Coming back to day for My Ford Hat!! Thanks Stan and Tommy.

I went last week for a technical service (with appointment) and I totally wasted my time. I was waiting for 40 minutes and no one attended me to receive my car. I have been a customer for several years but the service is no longer the same. The facilities are equal to the service, horrible!

“Orlando Martinez treated me with disrespect and took his sweet time helping me simply because I am young? I’m pretty sure this guy practices age discrimination. When first entering the facility at 9am I was told that my vehicle advisor was scheduled to attend to 3 other people so I had to wait a while, no problem. All I wanted to know was if I was able to get a loaner while my car is being serviced, which i asked, and they said they’ll get back to me. After waiting 3 hours for my answer, which was simply put “”no”” due to covid, I was sent to Enterprise to get a rental after they recommended me that. Upon realizing I could not rent a car because I am not over 21, I walked all the way back to Autonation. I explain to the advisor my situation to which he replied “”Sounds like a personal problem””. I do not understand why he treated me with disrespect and wasted time with me, but I believe it was simply because of my age and he was discriminating me. I want to file a complaint, and I eagerly await a reply back from Autonation because I do want to share his name.”

I originally leased my vehicle from this dealership, a brand new 2017 F150. I recently purchased my lease option and the dealership took 40 days with my 20K in cash that I put as a down payment to pay off ford credit. This caused me to have to make an extra lease payment after the salesman told me that the last 3 payments would not need to be made as I was buying out the lease 3 months prior to it ending. I called ford credit and they also said that the dealership was reimbursed $300 because I over paid: Last I checked the dealer is just the middleman, I purchase the truck with my own money not the dealerships money therefore the $300 should go back to me. Trying to reach a manager at this dealer is a mission and on top of that the GM quit his job, hmmm I wonder why? Why did you hold my $20k for 40’days?

We had a great experience when we bought our Mustang here, the customer service from the salesman was amazing. However, every single time we’ve had to come in for service it is always almost a two hour wait to drop it off and another two hours to pick it up even though there’s always people available to help me. I did not receive a good service, they cheated me, I gave them my truck with a problem in the transmission with an extended warranty, they lasted 15 days with my truck and they told me that it had been repaired with a replacement from another model. My car remains the same and I complained to them and they continue without giving me an answer. they are liars. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place

My wife and I went to the dealership today, very disappointed at it. We walked around the lot looking at new F150 trucks and no one even came out to greet or even offer to help. We were looking forward to making a decision to go with the Truck. I just cant believe that the dealership did not even attempt to earn the business. They were all inside on their phones at their desk, its not even that they were occupied with other customers. Truly an ungrateful place to do business.

Simple process. As with any dealership go in prepared, do your research and it avoids confusion. They answered all my questions about all the discounts and rebates I qualified for. Once I got to the lot the price held up, no hidden extras, and actually lowered some when the final amount was calculated. I left feeling I received a fair deal.

“This was my first time going to AutoNation Ford Miami Lakes and I honestly had a terrible time and service. I brought my car in on Monday Aug 3 to get an oil change, get a spare key and reprogram my current and the new key, and I wanted them to diagnose my engine too see of anything is wrong with it because I’ve been having stuttering issues. Juan Mesa was the one helping me out and he said that it’ll be done either at the end of the day or morning of next day. I had to leave the car and no replacement vehicle was offered. I asked about the replacement vehicle and the question was basically avoided. The car was never touched that Monday and I was told that it will be looked at tomorrow because there were 2 vehicles that were ahead of me and that they were short staffed. I was understandable and I was okay with waiting. The next day I get the same excuse and that they ordered the key that would be delivered on Thursday. Again I am left with no car with no offer of a replacement vehicle. By Thursday they finally did the oil change and they were reprogramming the key. However, I get a call from Juan telling me that the horn, the one for locking the car, isn’t working. When I dropped the car off it was working perfectly and it wasn’t an issue at all. I never gave them my car to be serviced for the horn. He said that it was working at first and then when they were reprogramming the keys it all of a sudden stopped working and assumed that it somehow broke. I still need them to diagnose the engine and now my horn “”isn’t working””. I had to leave the car there for the weekend because they still haven’t diagnosed the engine because they still have other cars ahead of me. I honestly don’t think it takes a whole week to look at 2 cars but I decided to be patient because I want me car at 100% and I was willing to wait. Especially when Juan told me that my car will be first priority on Monday. Fast forward Monday and my car hasn’t been touched at all because they left a car on the lift and just decided to work on that one for the day and leave my car for the next day. No replacement vehicle was offered again and I’m starting to lose a little of my patients because I need my car to go to work. Tuesday they finally diagnose the engine just to tell me that it is in perfect condition and that the problem was probably the oil and the fuel that was put in the car. Now I can either pick up the car or fix the “”broken horn””. He said hes got me and I decided to leave the car one more day to get the horn “”fixed””. It’s Wednesday and I go to get my car and I see that I am paying a good amount for the horn that was fixed but never really needed fixing in the first place because it was perfectly fine. I have been trying to dispute that charge because my horn was never an issue and it all of a sudden bacame and issue. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for it because I never gave them my car to be serviced for something that was never an issue in the first place. The car was also in their hands for over a week and I was never offered a replacement vehicle and I was getting broken promises that it would be looked at sooner rather than later. I have been getting ignored trying to dispute this and I will for sure not be coming back here again. Hopefully someone reads this and tries to help me out because the service that I received from this place was the worst I’ve ever had.”

Performance was terrible from the very beginning. After originally making an appointment for Friday, July 24th, I was told to go back on Monday of the following week since a specific technician that checks leaks was not available. Upon arriving, i was again told to go back Wednesday but i could not since it would conflict with my work schedule. I was told I would get the car by Wednesday the latest of that same week. I called on Tuesday and got no response even after i left a voicemail. I called on Wednesday and was told the car was not yet ready that it would be ready by Friday. I spent an entire week without my car and it appears they did not do a good job at fixing the issues either. I requested to have an alignment done on the car and the day after i got it back, the car still steers off to the side. I was told to come back multiple times, no clear date as to when my car would be ready, and the service performed seems to be very poor. Only reason i would go back is because most of the services fall under the warranty, other than that, everything was just a terrible experience.

It was supposed to be a simple oil change, new tires and alignment. The car was there three days. Every time I called I got a different story as to the delay. I got it back and the engine cover was dangling under the hood, one of my speakers is blown, and the car pulls to one side. Worst of all, they argued that this was normal even though the steering wheel was not straight. It wasn’t until I told the service manager I was going to have someone else look at it that they decided to do something about it. The second time I got it back it had a clicking noise coming from the front tire. I did not feel safe driving it after that. I had to take it some where else to have that repaired. I literally got my car back in worse shape than I left it. I will never take my vehicle there again and recommend you stay away.

I had to call in to see what was going on because I never heard from them via call, text, or email. Apparently he did not input my phone number accurately. He told me it would be ready at 1:00pm and it was actually ready at 4:40pm and no one called to inform me. Next, Juan quoted me $263.00 out of pocket for repairs. So I took it to Autonation Toyota in Ft myers the problem with the brakes was the rotor had to be cut. It was not covered so I couldn’t fix it. 10-11-2020 I definitely go back to giving 1 star. Apparently they didn’t fix the recall and I had to experience the transmission failure and my car has been at the dealership for almost a week. Besides that, they are making me spend $1,500 for a tuneup that I don’t think the car needs because the faults that it gave and what I experienced was clearly transmission failure, transmission sensor. And I have a recall on my SYNC and they do not want to repair it. 4-23-2020 After the horrible phone conversation I had with one of the service consultants, the manager Jeff called me and was able to look into the safety recall my vehicle had and with his knowledge and expertise he was able to fit me in on the schedule and even though I had to wait for the repairs to be made, I didn’t have to leave my car and didn’t have to miss a whole day of work. 4-22-2020 I am trying to schedule a service appointment for a safety recall and the person on the phone can’t even understand letters and numbers. He got the vin number wrong and then got the recall code wrong. Besides that he’s saying that I need to leave my car from one day to the next but they dont provide a loaner unless its 24 hours. Does he not know how a clock works either? One day to the next is 24 hours. Its so unfortunate the quality of this dealer has gone down so much.

I went for 2 recalls on 05/11/20 and after waiting 1 hour a guy comes out to tell me that they don’t have the parts and I will be contacted within 2 week…. No call whatsoever so I called again after 3 weeks to set an appointment again. A very rude person told they have problems with the internet causing malfunctions on the phone line and redirected me 3 times to the service department where NOBODY picks up the phone. I hope they listen to the call because she was being super rude and sarcastic. Her name is Ruth. Finally I was able to set my appt and get my recalls done. I want to thank Orlando Martinez (I’m not sure about his last name) but Orlando was totally professional, answered all my questions and showed care for the customers. Orlando gets 5 stars from me. And I was told it was going to take a couple of days to look at my car to find out what was going on. Two days went by and Autonation Ford never had a chance to even look at my car. I wasted money on rental car, approximately $140.00. I was then told, they would call me back to bring the car in. But I never received a call or a message. I don’t recommend this dealership to do any work on your car for their lack of professionalism, being understaff, undertrained and run by a bunch of people that don’t care about their Ford company and their company’s reputation.

This place is horrible!!! I love my car, yet I had it less then a week before I had to take it back to them to be fixed. They had my car linger then I had it to yet only take 2 days to actually fix the car. Not only they I’ve received mail from them many times yet when I need my registration for the car the somehow sent it to the wrong address. So now I’m driving with an expired paper tag and have to drive to them to pick up the registration…. Not to mention when something is wrong these people are hard to get a hold of. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! This dealership is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have taken my vehicles(unfortunately) twice to this dealership. The first time was a nightmare. When I took it in, I was told that I would be contacted by my service advisor once they had a chance to look at the car. I waited two days, with no contact or working vehicle. When I called them, they were disorganized and still had not assigned my vehicle a service advisor and that they would call me back the same day with an update. I never got a callback. The next day, I called again and asked for the service manager. He informed me that the vehicle still hadn’t even been looked at. Long story short, over a week later, I finally got my issue resolved. I crossed my fingers, hoping this was just a one time issue, but my other Ford vehicle broke down after 26k miles today. I towed it to the dealership and was informed once again, that it would be 2 days until they could even look at the vehicle. When I asked for a loaner vehicle, they denied me one and said they can’t help me until they have a chance to see the vehicle. I will be out of transportation for another few days at least because of this dealerships incompetence. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

Jose was terrific, he was able to look up my prior service contract and explain the coverage of my extended warranty to me. He personally escorted me to pick up my rental car and introduced me to the enterprise agent. Jose called me and kept me informed of the status of my car, additional issues (door locks) and overall diagnostics review. He handled all of my concerns and explained everything in a friendly, straight forward timely manner. If I could give no stars I would. I recently purchased two batteries with the warranty’s (f350). Unfortunately, the batteries life didn’t last so I did as I should and attempt to replace them. A representative told me that I needed a receipt to show proof of purchase. I understand that but I asked could I show a bank statement with transaction info and he stated he would not honor that!!! I went to this Dealer with a family member this past weekend. I recommended this dealer because I have done very Good Deals with Autonation Before. Unfortunately our experience here was not pleasant from the beginning. I don’t recommend this dealer in particular because the sellers won’t tell you the truth, they will try to sell you an expensive car and the management is in the know of the whole situation. I personally know AutoNation has the best banks, prices and finance deals but this dealer in particular is a shame to the AutoNation name. That same day we got a car from a different dealer who’s employees where helpful and honest.

I will start by saying my Service agent very nice and kind. My appointment was for 7:30 am. I arrived 2 min late. I was done speaking with the service agent at 7:46 am. My vehicle was not taken back till 9:00 am. And that was only after I said something. The service tech started to work on my car at 9:07. He performed the service check. I advised the service agent that I don’t want to change the brake pads. I would have but had already been there way to long. The basic oil change was made. I paid my bill $59.00. And my car was out the door at 9:35 am. I car was actually worked on for about 10 min. I STOOD THERE AND WATCHED. I took my card here every 5000 miles and will NOT go back. There is plenty of other places to go and pay $59.00 for an oil change. I will not be back!!
