This dealership and it’s employees have gone above and beyond all expectations for me. I was a difficult customer looking for a rare vehicle at a price that I could fit in my budget. Salesman Sergio Fabian and General Manager Sean Sullivan found me the vehicle and got the deal done. It took a lot of time and effort on their part and I am so thankful they hung in there for me over a number of months. Who does that in the day and age? They took the time to listen to my situation and figure out how to make this work for me. They kept me informed they also told me the truth. I have found this is not the case with other dealerships I have dealt with recently. Michelle Santiago, the finance manager also worked very hard to get me through the paperwork and got me the extended warranty I wanted at a price I could afford. Again, I felt genuine care that is not found anywhere else. I am so very impressed with them and everyone else I have in contact with at Bill Currie. They all know the vehicle business, but also are kind and attentive. The service department is also the best I ever dealt with. I have used them for 25 years personally as well as with my company with it’s fleet of vehicles. Those technicians listen and figure out solutions where others fail. I was difficult on these folks , and they got it done and I appreciate them very, very much.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service for the first time at Bill Currie Ford – I actually drive a Toyota. While that sounds strange, it’s because of their service advisor, Antonina. Antonina has taken exceptional care of my 2017 Toyota 4Runner since the day I brought it to her years ago. When I heard she was moving to Bill Currie, I knew I had to follow. I have been impressed with Bill Currie Ford’s service center, the technician working on my car, Angel, and of course, Antonina. Highly recommend her and Angel both, I’ve never been disappointed.

Jordan “Iggy” Ignacio was a fantastic salesman. He greeted my daughter and I before we walked into the showroom. We explained we were just looking. We gave a list of what type of vehicle, what commodities we wanted in our new vehicle and the colors we’d go for, as well as colors we didn’t want. After much running around to find it, he came back to say he had the perfect car for us. To be certain, the Ford Escape, 2020, in Persian Green (better known as Teal), was exactly what we wanted. This car, and all the trouble Jordan went through to make sure he had what we wanted in the vehicle, tipped the scale. We went back today and bought this gorgeous SUV.

Terrible used car shopping experience in November 2020. Bill Currie Ford decided to show me a used 2014 g37 coupe that had not been cleaned whatsoever. The salesperson knew next to nothing about the vehicle or it’s condition, and proceeded to add nearly $2,000 to the online price for “Detailing,” which includes a basic interior clean and an exterior wash. Salesperson was inattentive and playing with his phone for the entire test drive, unable to answer basic questions about the car’s history. I left immediately upon ending the test drive. Would not recommend them for purchasing a vehicle.

“Very, very condescending sales staff. Right from the start, the entire atmosphere, vibe, and process, was “”Yeah, what do you want loser?”” Salesman who I went on a test drive never bothered to give me his name, information, heck even a business card when we were was done with the test drive and went to next steps. Glad I decided I was not going to purchase here. Quite frankly surprised a place like this is still in business. Personally, when I’m looking purchase a vehicle at a new dealer, it means the potential start of a long business relationship. I was looking to purchase my first Ford, but looks like it will wait…or at least be with another dealership.”

“I’m pretty sure they stole one of my tires. I brought my car in for a recall and they offered a free oil change/tire rotation package for the trouble. I took it in and when I got it back, they gave me a list of suggested work that my car needs, and that my total was ~$60. I told them that they insinuated over the phone that the oil change was free to which they responded “”No problem, we’ll remove that charge””. A few days later, I took my car in to my local mechanic to get my brake pads changed and I realized that one of my tires is now an older and lower treaded Goodyear tire, instead of the 4 Firestone tires I bought (and still have the receipts for) 2 years ago. “”One of your tires has lower tread and needs to be replaced soon”” is one of the things they had on that list of suggested fixes. I’m struggling to figure out why or how this happened, but I called and left a message for the manager several days ago, still no response. Update: They responded a few days after this, they are investigating… Update: I think they forgot about it…”

Went in on a whim and I can’t even boast enough about my experience. Not only was Trevor very knowledgeable about the car we looked at but he was very courteous! Walked us through every step. If I could give them 10/5 I would! Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great bang for their buck!

This was a service issue. I called to make an appointment to have my vehicle looked at as my AC just stopped working and have a premium extended warranty through Ford. The service department stated that I could come in at 10am and they’d be able to diagnosis it and give my an answer about what was wrong with it by 3pm. What the hell is the point of bringing it in at 10am than? I brought it to Veterans Ford and had no issues with them.

I bought my car from out of state. Chris was really helpful! The ease of everything was icing on the cake. The warranty is what caught my attention. I can’t find anyone with a better deal or a better warranty. And the warranty is NATIONWIDE. I haven’t tested it yet but I should be able to go to any Ford dealership and they will honor my warranty. I would definitely make the road trip again to buy another car from them.

I have bought Ford before but my experience at Bill Currie was by far the best. Honestly when I pulled into the dealership I really didn’t think I was going to end up leaving with a new car. I had been shopping around for a few weeks already. My salesman Ron walked up and I explained what I was looking for and that i had already been shopping around. His response was “The difference between them and me is Im willing to work with you”. Ron kept his word and made it happen. Once the deal is done and you drive off most salesman are MIA. Ron has kept in communication with me, is very responsive and has answered every question I have had.It has even been a few weeks since my purchase and he has still kept in touch to make sure everything is going well. Needless to say Ron deserves 10 stars.

I read a lot of reviews on how Bill Currie Ford charges more than advertised. I have had a similar experience even after taking to them via a phone call. They guaranteed that the only charge were as advertised and she went over them over the phone. To my surprise the other reviews were absolutely right. The price of the car jumped over $2000. My advise is there are a ton of dealers selling cars out there. Cross the less than honest ones off you list. Big investment and you should be able to trust your dealer..

I received an email with their offer for a used truck today . It listed Your Offer, and listed other fees . Then the email said Total after Dealer Fees & Accessories. I then talked to the sales associate who said on top of the $799 documentation fee there would be another $1000 fee for titling out of state. I asked the associate to have someone call me back that could explain the extra $1000 as she could not. I then received another call and was informed that the $1000 would be waived but I now had to pay a $2000 reconditioning fee. Seems to me if you give someone a Total after Dealer Fees & Accessories that should be the price. Adding a $2000 reconditioning fee after a price has been given seems shady at best!

I am a week or two late writing this but I wanted to make sure I got around to this. Bill Currie is a 5 star in my book A+. SHOUTOUT TO AMY EATON!! WOOP WOOP! I made the mistake of going back to Elder Ford to be a loyal customer an lease another vehicle, purchased a BRAND NEW lease and the A/C was not working (see other post for Elder Ford on that topic) and because Elder Ford failed me, I went to Bill Currie to get my brand new vehicle serviced and Amy Eaton and their team was GRADE A from start to finish. They diagnosed my vehicle, she kept me up to date EACH DAY, and even though there may have been a temp. delay for the part (due to weather) she kept me informed and accepted my vehicle and problem from DAY ONE! I have nothing but good things to say about Bill Currie Ford and especially Amy Eaton and her team. I will from now on go to them when needing service or in general. Ford never disappoints Zach Christian and there’s another gentleman I think he’s over service tall bald and has a beard all three of them were absolutely amazing oh I can’t forget Michael and the gentleman in finance and Bernadette with insurance lol Now I’m starting to like sound like I got paid to do this review LOL but no they all are truly outstanding. There’s another beautiful woman who has blonde hair she’s super nice and I cannot remember her name but I had bought in a Mustang here several years back and from the moment I had it to the moment I no longer had it every time I went there or needed somebody amazing customer service so I came back to buy the car that I have now Because of that and still because of that and still amazing customer service the service department I absolutely recommend that is the only place I take my cars For any service or oil changed etc. When it comes to dealerships I know it’s Super overwhelming sometimes but there seriously is no pressure here and they do everything they can to find you the perfect car for the perfect price. I’ve gotten two cars elsewhere in the past and they came with so much stress between breaking down in the horrible return customer service I will never ever again go anywhere else but Ford I would recommend you if you were a friend and family so I will recommend you even though I don’t know you have a beautiful day stay safe and stay blessed

Please read before traveling to here. Price can’t be beat- Until they add fees bought at another dealer in Florida and the fees were less than $1000. Bill currie wanted a $995 out of state fee $799 doc fee, 296.30 handling fee 483.50 estimated license fee, then the tax, which is a legitimate fee. I bought at another dealer for 699 doc fee (Still High) and $123 state fees. The worst part about it is the salesman tried to make it sound like he was doing me a favor by waiving the $1995 reconditioning fee. Everyone realize reconditioning does not add to the value of a vehicle it brings the value back almost to where it was before the damage occurred! A quality preowned vehicle does not need reconditioning, only damaged ones do!

Where do I begin, I recently encountered some rough patches due to covid and lost my vehicle. While trying to rebuild my finances I asked my mother to co-sign a vehicle for me. Deciding to give Bill Currie a shot, the initial salesman failed to provide any useful information in addition to lying about practically every situation we encountered just to get the sale. Transparency was non-existent even regarding simple information such as factory warranty information. The finance manager even gave us a lifetime powertrain warranty on the vehicle to make up for the salesman’s negligence. With good faith we signed the deal. On the way home I noticed difficulty in braking , without hesitation I drove it to the actual dealership who specializes in the vehicle. After having the vehicle for a day I was informed they had to keep the vehicle for a safety issue. Long story short the car had a bad master cylinder with only 20 something thousand miles and one month left on the factory warranty. The dealership gave my mother and me the run around for a whole week after getting my car out of the other shop. I had to make several visits attempting to get this issue resolved but the company failed to offer any sort of reasonable solution, refusing to work with us to get into another vehicle of similar value. They spoke over me the whole time, lacked sympathy and any customer service skills considering the situation we just went through they just treated us like another deal! I highly recommend not conducting business with this dealership and for them to really consider customer service training for their associates. The issue has not been resolved and the vehicle is going back for its second visit because it fails to brake properly which is a severe safety issue!

I bought a 2017 focus from Jordan a few months ago and im still in love with the car. I told him what I was looking for and he put me in a really nice car for a super great price. We test drove, financed and sign in less then two hours. I was surprised how quick it was. Recently I came in for my first oil change and Rick W. in service was great to us! The waiting room and rest room where super clean. I saw a lot if social distance and constant cleaning. I felt safe with my daughter in the waiting room. The coffee bar in the main store is good too. The store manger, Sean, is always around making sure everyone is attented to and comfortable. I came here because my brother bought his first ford, a used explore, and has never had any problems with it. I look forward to coming back in 2021 to buy ME something nice since my daughter will keep the focus. Thank you guys so much By the way, I bought a used car and it had great tires on it.

I literally cannot speak more highly of the fine men and women at this dealership. Trouble found me one day, and left me stranded on the side of the highway. I made my way into Bill Currie and was immediately taken care of, by employees going far beyond their normal scope of duties. Within a reasonable time, I was back on the road, and in even better shape than before. It was truly a blessing. Mr. Sullivan, the GM, is a gentleman to work with and his establishment has secured any future business of mine, even if I have to pass multiple dealerships on the way. They went the extra mile for me in a critical time of need. I will certainly go the extra mile for them throughout the future. Edwin Torres is the best sales consultant to work with! I explained to him my situation and he truly cared about getting me what I needed and what the best option was for me. That is really hard to find when trying to purchase a car, not all sale consultants are like that. I am so glad he was the one to help me, such a fast experience as well. Would’ve rated them higher but paperwork took nearly 45 days to process, which meant that I was paying interest on 2 vehicles until they paid off my trade. Lifetime powertrain warranty is good offering and seems to be the real-deal. Haven’t tested service dept. yet but will likely do so in the future.

“**UPDATE** Read what happened below, then continue here: The day after this happened, the manager Frank called me to hear my story and was extremely nice and apologetic. He offered several services if I would come back again. He sounded like the kind of boss you would hope for, just trying his best to be successful in the middle of a pandemic. He was so nice in fact, I asked him if they were hiring. 🙂 Terrible customer service! I went there for an oil change and to have them check out my A/C. After 2 1/2 HOURS, I was told they probably wouldn’t be able to properly test the A/C and I’d have to bring it back another day. Then I was told it would “”just be a few more minutes”” til I was on my way. Another 40 MINUTES went by and I was finally given my keys and checked out. I went outside and my car wasn’t there. Tracy said she’d take care of it after she checked out another customer. Then she walked past me and said “”I’ll go get your car””, then proceeded to check out ANOTHER customer. She then went outside and looked at someone else’s truck, so I finally went up to her and asked where my car was. Another few minutes went by and they FINALLY brought it out. I noticed they’d “”washed”” it too, meaning there were soap streaks all over it. I will never come back here again.”

“Bill Currie is the worst. I have owned and drivern Ford products for years. Most recently vehicle 17 years, however I’ve discovered that Bill Currie’s standard answer if they don’t want to address your issues and concerns is “”we cannot duplicate that”” so they refuse to assist. Mirror issue that I had on the passenger side was addressed and repaired, HOWEVER, I was ask four times was there an issue with the driver’s side, four times I said no, including putting it in writing. The mechanic changed the mirror anyway and now it is as if I have a fun house mirror on my F250! What is the point in asking the customer if they are going to do what they want anyway? Further once I picked up the unit and identified the issue, the service rep said it would be corrected. NOT – why because the service rep is not longer there so Bill Currie will not honor the repair and consistently identify that “”we cannot duplicate”” the issue. I finally contacted Ford Motor Company in Detroit and report my concerns. Not one single word from Bill Currie. They have become so complacent and non-proactive for their clients need, it is abudently clear that customer service after the sale is nonexistentent. I fully recommend you seek sales and service from another dealer in the area and avoid Bill Currie as if they were diseased.”

Once the Sales Manager, Sean Sullivan became aware of my dismay regarding the condition of one of the tires on the truck that I purchased, he immediately reached out to determine what the issue was and offered to replace the tire gratis. He connected me with the service manager, Frank who arranged for a service visit to replace the tire with a new, matching tire. This place works very hard to try and make a deal for me. We were unable to come to terms but what I will say is that once they were told my limits they still try to put me in a vehicle for $100 more than I was able to pay. Car dealerships have to understand that we have bills and we have obligations and buying a new car should not cause stress it comes to finances. I walked in the door and said I could spend 375 a month they came back with an offer of 475 a month. I know what my budget is. Why show me a vehicle that you know I can’t afford? Is it because you don’t care about me and my family? Does my daughter’s wants a need not matter ? Having me in a car that cost more money than I can afford would cause me to have to take money away from her Health and Welfare. I wonder if they considered that. Do they consider that when any of us go buy a car? Any way they did work hard and I do appreciate the effort. However, this is proof that their effort was for their own benefit and not for the benefit of my family. I’m glad I said no and left. I will find the deal that works for me and my family. Just won’t be here

So, I dropped off my truck this morning and hopefully everything will be solved today. Original post: I’m very disappointed with Bill Courrie services department. I dropped off my F150 2017 this morning at 9am without an appointment for oil change wich I approved right at the moment I left the truck, and also to fix one of my keys fob under the extended warranty that I paid for. When I asked the lady (Nani) when it should be ready, she said would take maximum of 2h and she would call me when ready. She never called me, so I called her after 4 hours, talked to the receptionist and she couldnt find her and said she would call me back. I waited another 1h, no one called me. So, I called them back, and again they said they couldn’t find Nina. So I decided to go there in person to check what was going on. When I got there the lady was in her desk. I asked her for the car, and she said they were checking the key fob. So I said, forget the keys if you did the oil change its fine because I need to pick up my daughter in school. So she said they hadn’t done the oil change yet. So I said, what? I left my car 5h ago and you guys didn’t do anything, why you told me everything would be done with 2h? Also, she said the keys were not under the warranty. So, whenever they want to sell you a car, they will promise their mother, but when you need what they promised you and what you paid for, they will run away from you. I went next door where I bought my truck last year and told the guy that sold me the truck Mr. Oscar and he found out that the keys are under warranty and he said the people in service should know it. He gave me a paper with the details of the warranty. I’ll come back and show them the paper and hopefully they will give an attention to it. It’s very embarrassing and frustrating. Unbelievable how unprofessional this lady Nina was. I always took my truck to Bill Courrie Service for oil change and never had a problem, but I’m very disappointed right now. I don’t understand why they rotate people so frequently. It’s always a different person taking care of your care. This time was veeeeeeery disappointing.

When I arrived for my appointment, they had no record of it and said online appointments aren’t reliable. If that’s true, remove the option from the website. What a waste of time, felt like a bait and switch. Inquired on the truck below, received a call from a rep names Roger Salinas. Confirmed 2 times the exact vehicle in question and price advertised. Since I am out of state I sent over my trades info along with a bunch of pictures to get a trade value. Spend a good part of the day back and forth only for them to tell me they can not honor their advertised price on their own website and Auto Trader and would need to get almost 20K more then advertised $92,000! What a joke, will never deal with this place again, i would be careful dealing with them before making the trip.

Bought a 2016 Navigator from Bill Currie. Bought the extended warranty and was told that it was the Lincoln wrap that it won’t over everything. Less than a year later the navigation/Sync system does an update and messes the system up so I go in. They don’t have my warranty…. I bought it all from them…. so they want to charge me $1500 to fix the sync system. Lucky I had my warranty and sent it to them and they fixed it for my deductible. Less than a month later my water pump starts leaking, they tell me that is covered under my warranty but there is a pipe leaking also that is not and they recommend a flush of the system, and all that was going to be $1000+. My deductible was 100, the part was 50 and the flush they wanted to do was going to be 140. So labor was 700+… when they already had it apart??? I had them do the water pump/warranty work and that was all…I have a mechanic friend, only took it to them because of warranty, so when he looks at it he says it looks like they clamped down on the pipe with pliers, he assumes while changing the water pump?? I would not trust anything they say nor buy anything from them.

I bought a used vehicle from Maurice at Bill Currie Ford and the customer service was great on the day I bought my car and has fallen flat now that there is an issue with the car. Upon leaving the lot, it was evident that something was wrong with the steering. I called and was told to bring it in as it would be covered under warranty since it was a pre-existing condition. I brought the car in and they kept it for the day ( gave me a loaner vehicle and drove my car back to me that night over 30 minutes away which was nice). When I got my car back, I was told they fixed the alignment but I never got a diagnostic report or any kind of document verifying that any work was even completed, after asking multiple times. Driving the car the next day was apparent that the issue was not fixed and I reached out again to have it brought back in to further investigate and fixed. It has now been 3 WEEKS and I have still yet to receive a call back from anyone to help resolve the issue or even schedule it to be looked at. I’ve been told multiple times (by Christian the Manager) “it would be taken care of” and I would be called back, only to wait another week with no return phone call after leaving multiple messages. I was then told that I would receive a phone call from another Manager as Christian conveniently “went on vacation” and then the General Manager would call me and still NOTHING. The car I’m driving is a safety issue at this point. It’s pulling to the right and left when I’m driving and braking. It’s clear that I’m getting the run around and they want to do little to help you once you’ve paid them and their commissions are in their pockets. So unbelievably disappointed in this experience and the lack of concern once the car is out of their hands. If you’re selling a car with a pre-existing condition and the car isn’t sold AS-IS , then make it right and fix it. I’m sure this dealership can handle the financial cost . I will never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they make it right. Still waiting…

I went to look at a used mustang Cobra. I drove 4 hours from Jacksonville. First I would like to say Willie and Angela were phenomenal answering all my questions and sending me over the top information as well as pictures and videos before i made the trip.when I arrived the typical hungry salesman swarming the parking lot. Once inside I was greeted by Jordan, He was also an absolute please to deal with. He was a mustang guy and was a perfect fit for my test drive and inspection of the vehicle. He let me do a fulltestdrivethrough the city for a total of about 30-40 minutes. After the test drive i i need to have the car put on a lift so I could inspect the suspension. This is an odd request and probably against company policy. But they made this happen as well. Very impressed. Lastly, which is why they did not receive a 5 star review. The final sales manager was a disaster. Very pushy, rude, and kind of full of himself. He was the type to not want you to leave to think on your decision and discuss with your partner. More of a let’s do this now. He also let me know that our deal may not be the same if I came back a few hours later. Overall a great experience, but finish strong guys. No need to pressure the sale.

My brother purchased a new 2020 Ford F250 on October 17th. He had to take it back to the dealership because the back door did not close properly and was chipping the paint. A few days later he opened the tailgate to find 3 spots of rust!!!! We contacted the sales person who said he would need to check with the company who installed the truck bed. We never heard back from him. I then contacted the sales manager Sean Sullivan who responded once that he did not work weekends and has yet to respond to my next emails. How can a brand new truck have rust spots and what does it take to get this problem resolved. This is very unprofessional an unacceptable from a service stand point! Keep this in mind if you are purchasing a car/truck from this dealership!

The worst dealership by far. They pretend they understand your situation. They pretend to listen even if you emailed them including Sean Sullivan the GM. They do not respond to your concerns. I was told I was approved, signed documents and ended up with no reply from them and no car days later. Poor customer service when explaining concerns over not to run your credit multiple times. And I was told by Brynne that she informed the finance team. Only to have them do it anyway. In which they lied about me never telling them this!! My sales associate Brynne is incompetent and does not have the common knowledge to keep me informed of what’s happening. They do not wear masks, and there are no precautions they are following for CDC guidelines due to covid. They stand close to you. Do not waste no your time!!! I read a bad review about this dealer and I should have listened. Definitely not worth 1 star.

Well I was shopping online for a truck and noticed the ad in reference to 84 months 0 percent interest rate… great! I inquired about the details of the sale and they said for the 2019 models. So I went online and looked at the 2019 model truck and saw a few I liked. I spoke with a sales representative who said he couldn’t do anything over the phone and I had to come in if I wanted to negotiate… I told him about my negative equity and told him how much a month I was looking to spend. He said it was doable … so I went in and left without a vehicle. We were not even in the same ball park. Thousands off. It was very disappointed and was more disappointed in the ad, very misleading. I drove an hour away for no reason and it was unfortunate we couldn’t have made a deal, I was looking forward to driving a way in a new vehicle.

I bought a 60k brand new f150 truck from this dealer. The sales end was great the service center is a nightmare at best. My advice to you is run far away and as fast as possible to avoid them. I wish I would have known just how bad it would be and I never would have bought a Ford product especially from this dealer. The low level of professionalism is astonishing. If I could rate them below zero I would. They need to wake up and get the service center together. This is not how you treat customers especially if you expect to ever have them buy from you again or recommend someone buy there. The excuse of saying they can’t recreate a problem that is a well known issue is beyond old. I’ve owned the truck 1 1/2years and I’ve been in the service center 15 times. Half were them screwing something up or not completing all the issues I came in with. It’s seriously ridiculous.

Worst test drive ever. I walk into the dealership with a set-up appointment for a test drive. They tell me to wait by the car and a sales rep will be with me in 5-10 minutes. I stand out in the sun waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 50 MINUTES pass and no one has come out so I finally go in and ask whats up. Finally get a un-motivated, quiet, knew nothing about the car sales rep who lets me drive the car in silence next to him for 10 minutes. No talk about the car, the features, the pricing, not even small talk. Arrive back to the dealership (obviously unmotivated to purchase anything from them) so I tell them I’ll think about it. This is when they ask me if I have to check with „Mom and Dad“ before I buy it, having discussed no numbers or anything. I guess people don’t take you seriously when you’re 20 years old wanting to buy a car with your own money. Never again…

Recently, I had my 2016 Mustang sent in for repair. It was the weekend, and my car died. AAA towed my Mustang to Bill Currie, and the next day o received a call from Ric Wagstaff my service representative. They conducted the diagnostic and identified the fuel pump as the failure. Has been piss poor service from them since I am just now getting an email today that I need to fill out a tax form for an out of state deal and military tax exemption. Called dozens of times over multiple days. Cash in hand, ready to buy a car at the listed online price without any negotiations. Gave me the runaround for days on end, promised several call backs over days that simply never happened. Started sending me to voicemail when they saw my number. Put me on ‘hold’ only to hang up on me. All so eventually the manager could refuse to sell me a car at the online listed price because I intend to resell it. Service was done timely. Only issue is that the service rep stated the car would be washed also. When the work was done, the car was returned to me without the car wash. Thus the reason for 4 stars, and not 5.

Bill Curry Ford allows their employees to drive their vehicles, visibly branded with the dealership name, while on their phone, on an interstate swerving dangerously and driving under the speed limit. NO, not talking on it, looking at it as if they were face booking. When you call to inform them they bounce you around from department to department and nobody really seems to care about this hazard to public safety. What a joke!! Maybe when this person seriously hurts someone you will take this seriously. I would want to know if one of my employees was representing my company in this way.
