Hands down the best car buying experience EVER! ASK for FRANK! We just bought a 2021 Explorer ST and it is an amazing SUV. If you’re looking for an all wheel drive SUV with 400hp then BOZARD is your place!! We spent less than 30 minutes (total) at the dealership doing paperwork and the rest was spent ogling at cars and driving them! What a great experience.

Went in looking to possibly trade in my car and test drive a new one. Had a great experience with Robert when first arriving at the dealership. Ended up purchasing a black 2021 Mustang Mach 1. I was worried about not being taken seriously because of my age when purchasing the car but never once felt uncomfortable. Rick Garcia was also very personable when working with financing. Outstanding service!! Failed to get a confirmed service appointment from dealer 3 miles from home so contacted Bozard. They scheduled my appointment and send me almost daily reminders. Upon arrival, shared would be 45 minutes or less and was less. Washed and sanitized inside of vehicle. Great Service. It may take me 30 minutes longer to go to Bozard, but that is where I will go from now on. Tremendous service after the sale!!!!!

The entire service department from top to bottom gets 10 stars from me. I have happily had thousands of dollars of service work done here and I would gladly have them work on anything else I need. This is a common sense run company, and I greatly appreciate them and the standard they hold themselves to. If you go anywhere else without at least getting a second opinion from bozard Ford service you are missing out big time!!!!

After going to this dealership to look at (seriously) buying a new truck, I can confidently say I will never consider this dealership for any future endeavor ever again. Anthony C, the salesman who was helping us was not taking us seriously at all and tried to usher us out as fast as seemingly possible. After the rude encounter we had at this dealership I felt extremely discouraged, but soon after I went to the Auto Nation Ford by the Avenues- a short drive for a much better environment. Here we found not only an exponentially better deal but an entirely more welcoming and impressive level of service. There we were treated respectfully and were able to find and purchase the perfect 2021 Ford Ranger for us free of any issues whatsoever! If you’re in the market for a new Ford, I’d stay as far away from this place as possible and take business elsewhere.

Clean and friendly dealership. Very knowledgeable staff. Not much of a used truck selection under 25k. We were off by $1,400 to complete a sale. I would consider going back and try again at a future date. There are many dealerships within this and the Jax area that may be willing to make a deal for a similar truck. I recently just purchased my third vehicle from bozard all three times sharyl brewer has been my sales person . i can call her and tell what I’m looking for a she does her very best to find it. yesterday i called her when i found a truck i was looking for on the website i gave her the stock number and she went to work finding and getting it ready for me to test drive when i got there . After the test drive i moved over to the finance side to Mr. Rick Garcia who has been my finance guy all 3 times and let me tell he will work his tail calling to get you the best loan he can. i am for ever grateful for everything him and Sharyl have done for me and there unmatched professionalism through it all they will get my service for as long as possible the dealership and salespeople truly make it a family atmosphere and i forever grateful for it

“I made an appointment for an oil change and wasn’t kept waiting. I also mentioned a vibration in my dash at highway speeds and the service rep recommended I start with balancing my tires. The advice was spot on….no more vibration! My husband and I walked next door to “”Ford’s Garage”” for lunch. “I went to the fast lane to have my truck serviced and to find out why my “”check engine light”” was on. I had just returned from Pigeon Forge and the road to our cabin was very muddy…my truck was filthy! I was a little irritated by that… and very irritated why my check engine light was on… I was met by Frank O’Quinn, who went out of his way to be patient and helpful. He had my truck serviced and more importantly had my “”check engine light”” investigated and repaired very quickly! When I went back to pick up my truck, it had been washed and the interior had been vacuumed and detailed… it was spotless and I didn’t have to pay the $100.00 deductible. Thank You Frank!”

Dropped my truck off for quick service. Oil change and tire rotation. Visited Fords garage for lunch. Walked over to the outlet mall, was called by service rep, my truck was ready. In less time than originally stated. He stated that my battery was testing low, so since it was still under warranty they replaced it. Wow! Wasn’t expecting that, but what great service! We will be back!

So. I went in because my MKZ had a key fob issue. Wayne my service advisor was great. They had my vehicle in and out in about an Hour. I know it was just program the fob etc, but I expected 2 hours atleast. Being real, I work in the field and understand. This wait time even included washing the vehicle off. 5 stars Y’all

Disappointed as I heard wonderful comments from friends and then see these nice reviews. The service I received I will be forget. I scheduled for an oil changed and left with some awful brakes due to their mechanical. Don know why they wanted more money from me but they got and I received those awful brakes that have you washing your truck every other day due to the brake dust. Cannot believe a dealership has cheap brakes for sell to theo customers. This place is not what everyone makes it out to be. I understand they are out to make money but why with very cheap parts. The brakes I originally had I did not have ANY brake dust on my rims like I do now. I just no longer have any faith in this dealership. People beware. Asky them for the paperwork and number of the parts prior to leaving the dealership. This seal is deceit and manipulating.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Billy and Bruce in the services department. I can not be more appreciative for their willingness to solve my keyless entry issues. Bruce greeted me the moment I pulled up and Billy was happy to go the extra mile to help me out with the gadget that I had purchased there a few weeks ago. I couldn’t for the life of me get the device to work. After hours of watching You Tube and researching I was so frustrated. Billy took the time to verify that I had the proper equipment and was super happy to assist. With a services team like this, you guys will always have my business. Very disappointed and frustrated with my experience. Bought a new 2019 F250 Lariat in November of 2018 and had problems from day one with rear window defrost not working and windshield wipers not staying on the windshield. Took it in for warranty repair when first oil change was due and they replaced rear window and wiper blade (wiper still came off driver side windshield). Installed a leveling kit and took it back in for oil change ,alignment , and wiper issue and was charged for a alignment that wasn’t even done called service manager and he personally picked up my truck and seen steering wheel off center and pulled to the right and my modem got fried somehow when they flashed the computer. They fix that and I get my truck back. 2-19-21 I dropped it off for oil change and tire rotation. Drove it there in the rain and I have no leaks pick it up that afternoon and it’s leaking in the sun roof. Call right away and they gave me a appointment for today 3-1-21 get a call this morning and was told I had to pay deductible for a repair that my lack of using sun roof was just as bad as abusing it and my slides on sun roof track are cracked. Every time I have gotten work done there my truck is returned to me worse than it was when I put it in their shop. I will never get work done on my truck there again!

Oustanding,patient, and fair. Greg Steinberg was FANTASTIC!!!!. Ended up not buying because of color selection on a vehicle they brought in. I’m not a big review writer, but I feel I had to after this experience. I talk with Tischler at Bozard ford about a ford f 150 and it’s availability. We talked the day before and set a time for the next day to come see the truck.I was in communication with him throught out the day and he said the truck was still available and that he pulled it up front for me. I then called him before starting on my 60 minute trip to see the truck. Tischler tells me it is available and to come down.I get to Bozard Ford and after 20 minutes of Tischler looking for it Tischler informs me the truck was sold earlier that day. I don’t have a problem with the truck being sold, but if Tischler would have done his job and actually looked to see that the truck was not available then I would not have wasted 2 hours of my time and my gas to look at a truck that Tischler said was available at Bozard Ford of ST Augustine.I don’t know if it was an attempt at bait and switch or poor work ethics but I will never make a trip to Bozard Ford again!

“Went to the quick lane service center paid for what I thought was a oil change , tire rotation, cabin air filter and engine air filter and the free inspection paid 166.xx Upon getting home I checked under the hood and found the the oil had not been changed (can tell due to color) , air filter housing wasn’t secured down with provided screws , tire rotation couldn’t be performed “” excuse given by three different there is no shop master wheel lock set”” , no fluids were topped off . For 166 dollars I could have went somewhere else that was also a ford dealership …. first and last time coming to this s… show . Would give negative stars if google would allow it”

I’ve been to plenty of dealership service bays! I have to say I have had the best experience ever of all my service issues. They told me they would have the parts in hand and have it ready the same day. They texted an hour or so later saying they did not have the part after all. When I stayed that I was told they would have the parts they sent someone to jacksonville to get it! They never tried to upsell anything but a battery. I had an issue with the battery just before we left home so I had them replace it. I have to give them 5 stars all around! I dealt with 3 different service advisors due to the different times of day and all 3 were great! Sorry only remember one name. Kyle. Wish I lived closer. Superior Service – plain and simple. These guys take it to the next level! Angela M. greeted me, no pressure, asked me what I wanted, provided some recommendations and set accurate expectations regarding the time it would take for my oil change and radiator fluid flush service which I requested. There was zero waiting to check in. Completely professional in a really nice environment, the price was good too with ZERO UPSELLING (you know, change your air filter, cabin filter, blades etc). Once my car was ready, I got a text message saying it was ready to go. When I arrived to pickup my car up, it was sitting in the bay washed and detailed (no extra charge) waiting for me to check out. Once again, no waiting! on a Saturday! Wow! Angela quickly checked me out, made some additional recommendations with zero pressure and suggested she will keep an eye on those bits as I bring my car in for oil changes – Elite service right there. on top of that, I should note Angela was extremely technical – she knows her stuff boy and knew exactly what she was talking about. Do not purchase a new Ford car. Not a good product very unreliable. We bought a brand new 2020 Ford Mustang and it has been in the shop 5 times already. We are filling a lemon law claim and Ford corporate cannot be bothered to call me back. We picked it up December 28 2020 it went in on January 5th 14th 22nd and 27th and February 2. We have had it in service 45 of 60 days. The Ford corporate lady lied and said she would have it in for a fix on the 10th then pretended like she did not say that and tried to lie her way out even though we have proof. When Supplied with that proof she said she would call back the next day and has now been completely ignoring my phone calls for the last week. I called Bozard Ford yesterday asking for her email so I can get in contact with her directly and they would not provide the email. I know they do not build the car However they sell it and have not been any assistance whatsoever in filing for the lemon law claim or offering a resolution to this. Do not purchase a new Ford car. Not a good product very unreliable. We bought a brand new 2020 Ford Mustang and it has been in the shop 5 times already. We are filling a lemon law claim and Ford corporate cannot be bothered to call me back. We picked it up December 28 2020 it went in on January 5th 14th 22nd and 27th and February 2. We have had it in service 45 of 60 days. The Ford corporate lady lied and said she would have it in for a fix on the 10th then pretended like she did not say that and tried to lie her way out even though we have proof. When Supplied with that proof she said she would call back the next day and has now been completely ignoring my phone calls for the last week. I called Bozard Ford yesterday asking for her email so I can get in contact with her directly and they would not provide the email. I know they do not build the car However they sell it and have not been any assistance whatsoever in filing for the lemon law claim or offering a resolution to this. I’m happy with my car but the service not so much. I’m not sure that it’s just one person to blame but this is my experience. I traded in my 2018 Ford Focus for a 2020 fusion. The specific one I wanted was apart of their loaner program so it wasn’t at the dealership. I was buying on Monday. They told me by Wednesday it should be here. No later than Thursday. It didn’t come until Saturday. A bit inconvenient since I planned my day around the time I was told. Tom offered free window tint for the inconvenience. Okay, thank you much appreciated. Still a happy customer. He tells me they will call me to schedule it Monday or Tuesday (this was Saturday) no call for two weeks. Okay no problem. I reached out to Tom he said he’ll get back to me. Another week goes by. So I call and schedule it myself. Got it scheduled for Friday 8:30 am. Called Tom to let him know and to give them the paperwork that the tint was complimentary because the paper I signed wasn’t in my paperwork. (Why didn’t I receive a copy of everything I signed?) I get here and they tell me it will take maximum 3 hours. No problem I’ll Uber home while they are doing it. This morning no ubers were available. I mentioned it to him & he said no problem we have a shuttle who takes people home and picks them up. Ok awesome! I’m 8 months pregnant and haven’t had breakfast yet so perfect! He calls the shuttle & says he won’t be back for 45m. No problem I’ll wait. I sit in the service area waiting area he comes and says hey he says he’s gonna take it in right now (8:50 should be going back anyway since I had an appointment you would think) and should be able to get you out in an hour – hour and 45. Ok cool. Not wanting them to drive me home to have to turn right around and get me again I didn’t say anything when the 45mins rolled around when the shuttle should be back. 2 hours go by. Car is still not ready. Which is fine but why didn’t the shuttle guy just come and grab me once he got back!? I go and ask about the Vehicle and explain what happened and he goes to check on it and tell me he’s just finishing up it’ll be another another 15 minutes. At this point I’m upset because I could have just went home I thought that was what I was doing to begin with. I had no intentions on waiting the 3 hours there at the dealership. It’s now 11:15 and my car is still not ready. So like I mentioned above it’s not so much A specific persons fault but it’s a bit ridiculous the continuous inconveniences that seem to keep happening. I’m mostly writing this review so they will know what they could do better for their future customers.

We went to four other Ford dealers and basically decided not to buy a truck now. Then I decided to go to Bozard. I talked to Rob on the phone and I knew this was going to be a positive experience. He greeted us and had our choice ready to drive upon arrival. There were no pressure sales tricks. Just honest information designed to fit our desire and budget. Rob ran himself crazy getting us other trucks to test drive. Finally we found the one we wanted. No haggling or games. Just factual information. Then we met with Bob in finance. He finished our experience in a very positive and informative way. He helped us pick or warranty plan without pushing us with a bunch of what if scenarios. So from the first meeting with Rob to the last with Bob, we were finally in our new truck and very pleased. This experience is so different from the other hard sale approaches we encountered. We will be back with our family members in the future because of Rob, the sales person.

In November of 2018, I had a very rough trip to St. Augustine. I am there frequently for work so I drove my 2016 Mustang up there just like it was a normal day. My car battery decided to reach the end of its lifespan when I was there. It would have to be jumped off to start, but wouldn’t hold a charge. The battery was kaput. I got jumped off by Triple A for like the third time during that trip (I was there 5 days) and drove it to Bozard Ford from the beachside. I explained that I would be driving back home across the state that night. They had my battery repaired within the day. Their service driver was super nice, I forgot his name but I remember he was from England and did competitive running (or biking, cannot remember). If I needed help again, I’d expect the best help from this location. Very professional, friendly and a speedy repair.

I hate to leave this kind of review since ultimately upper management was helpful. BUT unfortunately as management you are responsible for your employees. Both Kevin and Art were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. While trying to deliver new inventory to them, after being caught in a thunderstorm we showed up 5 minutes past their cut off at 3pm. They rudely refused to let us unload and told us “It was not their problem” and asked “Why are you still standing here?” I do understand this was not an experience purchasing a car from the dealership, however I myself am a business owner. I own 3 companies. You should ALWAYS keep in mind that wether you are speaking to the CEO or the Janitor people should be treated with equal amounts of respect. You never know whom your speaking to or what their influence may be. I myself have been in the automotive industry for over 10 years and I have to say I wouldn’t recommend bringing your business here. Clearly multiple employees are only capable of “customer service” if you’re a customer at that precise moment. At a time where there is so much hate and negativity in the world it’s disheartening that even the customer service industry lacks common courtesy.

If there was a rating for 0 stars that’s what I would give them. The fluids in my used car were never checked. I had to buy antifreeze and power steering fluid because both were so low. I had to get my own oil change because my car didn’t have one in over 8,000 miles. My car was never cleaned on the inside. I found a used straw under the passenger seat. Someone must have owned a pet because there were small white hairs everywhere. I would never buy another vehicle from Bozard.

The service department is excellent. However I purchased the maintenance plan with my new Ford Explorer and on the basis that I was told by the finance manager that it covered every required service up to 84 mos or 100000 miles. Imagine my surprise to find out it doesn’t even cover oil changes at the recommended service times of every 5k miles but only every 7500. It seems there’s a limited number of services based on that which was never disclosed until I found out by accident during my first service. Also the vehicle is now, 1 year later and in excellent condition, worth only 3/5 of what I paid and I’ve had numerous issues with it, some which apparently can’t be fixed. So I can’t say I’m happy with the sale or the vehicle. It’s my 3rd Ford truck but it’s enough to make me consider another make 🙁 Update: owned to truck a year and a half. Took it in 4 times for the SYNC system which still wasn’t working properly and 4 times for the roof rack. Finally gave up and traded it. Good news I was able to get a refund on the balance of the warranty (we’ll see if I actually get it in the 6 weeks they say it takes). Heads up though – refund is based on time or miles – whichever results in a lower refund and the calculations don’t add up correctly in your favor. It’s only off hundred or so but still…

Blatant bait and switch. I went into the dealership to purchase a truck for the advertised internet price of $22,858. Looked at the truck with a salesman and agreed to purchase for the advertised price. Finance manager changed the internet price of the truck while I was waiting for paper work. New price for me was $29,500. I was told there was an internet pricing issue. 8 days later the same truck with the same VIN number is for sale at $22,858. I own a business and have purchased multiple trucks over the years. I’ve never seen anything like this.

I recently purchased a certified 2018 F150 from Bozard. I worked with Burt who did an awesome job and was very low pressure (I do not like working with high pressure sales agents). Burt answered any questions that I had and gave us plenty of time to look through the truck and talk among ourselves. The detailing work on the truck was outstanding and they do not try to nickel and dime their customers… they even throw in a full tank of gas, something a lot of dealers do not do. I have been searching within a 400 mile radius for the right truck for me. I was looking for some very specific options (including the max tow package) and was very happy to find one locally that was priced at a fair price point. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and have absolutely zero complaints!

Very disappointed. Will not go back. My daughter’s 2009 Escape had 2 drains clogged on moonroof which caused rainwater to enter her suv. She also wanted a multipoint inspection and oil change. On 10/7/20, got an estimate from Bozard for approximately $1500 to replace moonroof, unclog drains and dry/deodorize carpet on floorboards. I was told it took a couple of hours to diagnose the problem so Bozard wanted to charge her a $200 diagnostic fee. We were not told in advance the diagnostic fee was $100 per hour! Eventually Assistant Service Manager said she would help by taking $100 off as we had explained when we brought the vehicle in that my daughter could not afford any unnecessary fees. We paid the $100 plus tax and some mysterious misc. chg. of $11.33 and left the premises never to return. We looked at a youtube video, about cleaning out drains on Escape moonroofs. Bought $12 tubing at Home Depot, followed mechanic’s directions on the video and viola problem solved. Drain holes cleared out and no more leaking. By the way, the invoice we received said multi-point inspection performed. However, when I asked the Assistant Service Manager about it, she told me they never performed one as they were focused on the clogged drains. Hmmm.

This was my first visit to Bozard Quick Line. It is appropriately named. I arrived as a walk-in customer. They had my Dodge Ram 3500 dually in, oil changed and out in 30 minutes. However I gave a printed paper to them that I got a birthday gift from them for a car wash and VACUUM when I dropped off at Ford. They said they would do. I was really impressed with Hayden Lewis and the team at Bozard Ford. We bought a used Nissan Armada and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Hayden was courteous, patient and went out of his way to work with us until a deal was finally agreed upon. The conversation about the vehicle started on a Wednesday and ended in a sale on the following Saturday. I never felt any pressure during the entire process while agreeing to a deal that worked for both of us. They made the price for the vehicle the best in the state considering the excellent condition the Armada was in. I could only image what they would do on a new Ford or Lincoln deal. We drove up from Orlando to pick up the vehicle and the inviting atmosphere was evident from the time we stepped out into the parking lot. The vehicle was exactly as described and there were not any gimmicks like at most dealerships. What we saw is what we got. Erick in Finance was great. No pressure to push us into decisions. For what its worth, I would really would recommend for anyone to put these guys on the list and give them a shot at earning your business whether you are looking for a new or used car. I am not a Ford guy but I am definitely going to reach out to Hayden and the Bozard Family for my next truck purchase. Thanks again!

Where do I start. This will be car number 9 in our family in the last few years. In Thursday my husband called Bozard and our normal team Zach and Cheryl and told her what we wanted to do. Trade in our old car and get into a newer one with around a 300 a month payment. They said send me pics of your car. We did and they sent us a quote of the trade value. She then pulled the 2 cars to the front we asked for. I decided those would not work for us. So in the pouring rain she goes out to the lot and brings back another choice and we did this until we were able to get thr financing right for us. Between her and Rick ( loan officer) it made the day at the dealership in the pouring rain a pleasant visit. We had snacks and drinks offered to us. Felt right at home. And was able to get me into a brand new 2020 ford explorer for the same price as the first choice I picked. It was a frustrating time but with Rick and Cheryl we got it done and they had us laughing and joking the whole time. I will keep going back to Bozard they have great service in sales and in warranty , repair,maintenance work. They have always scheduled my car work and made sure I had a rental for the duration they have my car. Which is a great sales pitch because there has been a time or two I consider buying the rental. Bozard takes care of you and your family as their own. They offer all kinds of discounts and promotions to help you get into your car.

I will not be returning to Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine, FL. When I arrived on Friday, March 20, 2020. I was greeted by Ken S. in the Service Department Office. I walked through the door and Ken was instantly in my face not even welcoming me, just started rattling off questions about where I’ve traveled to and had a very hostile attitude. He was asking questions and demanding answers he legally should not be asking about my personal health and history. The HIPAA Act protects people’s personal medical information. He had no right to demand answers from a client. And before this happened I took my car in to have my check engine light issue resolved and cruise control button replaced. The check engine light issue was repaired and I was told the cruise control issue was also fixed. I drove 10 minutes and the cruise control still was not fixed. So I had to return the car cutting into time I should have been at work. If someone says something is repaired then it should be repaired. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service.

This was the best car buying experience EVER!! I went in to look at a car I saw on line. I explained that I wanted to trade my 2014 for a 2017 but wasn’t sure it would be possible because I still owed on my 2014. They asked, how much could I put down and how much more a month could I afford. I knew my payment would be higher because it was a newer car with 20,000 fewer miles but my budget could not stretch much further than I was already paying. I gave them a dollar amount to both questions. The Finance Director went in the back and started working the numbers. Before long, I was driving out with a newer car and payments $0.80 cents less than I offered. It was AWESOME!!

First and foremost, I would like to recognize a few individuals for a job well done. We are from the Orlando area trying to find a specific kind of Ford Expedition. I called Bozard Ford Lincoln and spoke directly to Adam regarding a 2019 Ford Expedition they had in their inventory to purchase. My wife and I conducted our business negotiations via a phone call with Adam and we came to an agreement over the phone. We drove up to St Augustine that afternoon and when we arrived we were met with professional kindness and everything plus as we agreed upon. We were immediately introduced to Alex and he started the paperwork and going over the 2019 Ford Expedition in detail. Alex did a great job of assisting with our questions and concerns as we went through the vehicle. Once this was completed we met with the Finance/Business manager, Rick and completed the purchase process. Rick was awesome and very knowledgeable and professional with closing the deal. Great buying experience!!! They were nice and helpful in every way. Ive bought a few vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the fastest sales experience I’ve ever had. Service experience has been mediocre. I had some transmission problems in a used sierra I bought from them a couple weeks after I got it. Took it back to them for them to fix, which they did, and pretty quick at that. But I had to talk to 3 different ppl to get a rental or loaner. A week ago it threw a check engine light and had a service this and that pop up on the info center. Took it to them for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Not what I wanted to hear considering I live an hour and 15 minutes away.

The good- Well trained and competent mechanics. Fast too, my car was diagnosed in a day and fixed in three days total. Another shop had my car two weeks and could not figure out what Bozard did. The only reason I did not give five stars, was I was charged double the price of what a Ford part goes for and labor is very expensive. I would recommend them to fix your Ford you be ready to pay a premium.

My repairs were going to take a few hours, so they sent me on my way with a vehicle and told me to go enjoy my day while they took care of their concerns. To The Point: Cool Dealership-Friendly Staff-Great Inventory-Good Follow-Up/Customer Service Details: We went to Bozard because they seem to have the best inventory of what we were looking for. Bozard’s Sales Rep, Alex K, was great. We did not have an appointment yet he took a lot of time working with us on our specifications and pricing. He was very patient and ultimately found us exactly what we were looking for. Blake T made the financing piece easy and found as many rebates as possible for us, which was greatly appreciated and definitely helped with the bottom line. However, the Ford Credit rate was a bit high so we ended up re-financing through our bank for much lower. Before bringing the truck home, we opted to have the spray-in bed liner added and glad we did. That too was easy and completed by the next morning. It turned out very professional looking and one would think it was factory installed. Highly recommend having Bozard do it! The only (minor) blip was after the sale. We had some follow-up questions and reached out to Alex and Blake. It took a while, but Blake got back to us and was extremely apologetic for the delay. He answered all of our questions and emphasized that Bozard wants to ensure they provide great customer service, not just before and during the sale, but after as well. We have not had any routine maintenance done as of yet so we can’t speak to that piece but will update our review once that happens. As it stands right now, we would buy from Bozard again and highly recommend them.

Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test drive a combination of highway and city. After that we talked numbers before meeting Rick and Patrick. Ultimately I was not ready to buy, so I left. I knew it was the car I wanted but I drive close to 300 miles a week, so a Highlander, which is a bit more fuel efficient was also part of my decision. I took a week to work it all out, running numbers, reading reviews, etc. During that time Andy never pressured me and never bombarded me with calls like the sales people at other dealers tend to do. He gave me the space to work it all out. When I was ready I sent an email to Andy and Patrick about the price I was willing to pay for the flagship Explorer. A few days later they met my asking price. Andy also got all of the dealer options I wanted like tints, all weather mats, and mud guards at no extra cost. Financing was hassle free. Rick took care of that. Very smart guy. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Got me a fair deal on the ESP for maintenance and parts. So for the next 100K miles I don’t have to pay for anything outside of dents, tires and battery. Ultimately, I’m extremely happy with the Explorer. Bozard’s service was excellent.

I always have my Ford serviced at Bozard Ford Quicklane. They always treat me with respect which I appreciate as a single woman. They explain everything but not in a condescending way. Also, they never try to upsell me either like oil change places usually do. They offer a very nice waiting area with some complimentary beverages, a few public computers and a game board to use while they service your vehicle. I think if you give them a try, you will be a repeat customer as well.
