Most recent visit rep was good drop off area looked like it could use a clean and a update no one greeted me at arrival so it was confusing on what had to be done or where to go so far the repair is good I’d say to soon to tell for a gasket change especially because area that was leaking wasn’t cleaned so I have to clean and wait and see if it continues to leak after picking my car up it had tree sap on it and it looked like it sat through a sand storm note my car is garage kept I felt for having one of nissans sport cars treatment over all could be better and cars should go through some type of clean especially if you park it under a tree also almost forgot the dirt left behind on the door trim panels by the tech made me feel like he rolls in dirt before going I to the car I took the time to write all of this on my break time by the way I almost forgot the vinyl wrap on the shuttle doesn’t allow the driver to see around him making a danger

We had a good experience buying a car from them. It started out a little iffy with the salesperson going in and out with every request. But, once we voiced our specific desired model and how much we wanted to spend to the management level we received a fair offer that we accepted. Our papers were quickly processed and we were off the lot with our car.

Horrible! Very disappointed with this dealership service dept. I made an appointment for 8:30 am made it there and was told some was going to get back with me in a few hours to advise what was wrong with vehicle. I waited until 4:30pm to call and they let me waiting and sending to voicemail a couple of times until finally the tech tells me that they were working on my vehicle at that time. Arrived at the shop and paid for my deductible. The air fan needed to be replaced. When I think I am leaving the tech comes and tell me the battery is dead. This is the first time I have ever had any issues with the vehicle battery (that was not what I took the car in for) then they try charging me 160.00 for a new battery. I seriously think they switched the battery on my car and gave me an old battery…. will never go there again! Few months before this, I took the vehicle to the infinity who did an inspection and never stated something was wrong with the battery.

Paul Cruz was great to work with. Made the task of finding a new car more enjoyable and was transparent throughout our encounters. I had a rental car and he even offered to drive my new car to the Enterprise to meet me with my rental to drop off so I didn’t have to walk/Uber back to the dealership. I recommend working with him!

I was referred to Brandon Nissan by a friend bc I was in the market for a new car. From the moment my mom and I arrived we received subpar treatment. From the cold, no-name reception from Tony T. (whose name I had to request bc he neglected to even introduce himself or ask our names) to the lackluster 8 minutes of conversation about what we were looking for before bringing his equally lukewarm manager over, this experience left us saddened and stung with the realization that they took one look at the car we arrived in and our race and assumed we probably couldn’t afford a new car. I am the LAST person to throw in the race/ethnicity card, but after seeing them warmly greet 2 other ppl of different ethnicity I sat there dumbfounded and disheartened. I will be writing to the Nissan corporation to complain. The treatment at Brandon Nissan made me angry, but what really angered me was seeing my mother cry as we drove away. We went to another dealership only to find that Tony T. had neglected to return my mother’s license!! I called them to request that they fax a copy to the other dealership and we receiveda blurred out copy that was certainly representative of our prior treatment. Fortunately, 3 hrs later we were driving home in our new Nissan Altima from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland with smiles on our faces as we received positive and kind treatment from Francisco C. and Rachel K.

“The sales and finance staff at this place clearly need better training. I walked in with a pre-qualification looking for a used car at a specific price and payment range. Looked at a few cars and repeatedly asked for pricing, but was only told it was close to the payments I wanted to make, not once did they disclose the actual price of the car. My fiance liked it and we were assured that the price was close to our budget. We sit down and the sales guy brings back a piece of paper with payments $100 over my max budget I’m willing to pay.. why would you even bring that back to me knowing my budget?? Then they try to bring it down by 75 dollars, which is still over my budget by 25 dollars. They blame the bank, but the bank doesn’t control the pricing of their cars.. I was pre-qualified for a 2.65% rate, so clearly it wasn’t the bank, they were just trying to sell me a car way out of my price range. I decide to walk and then they try to bait me to sit back down promising my original budget.. I left and they still call me to “”try and make this deal happen””. It’s obvious Brandon Nissan cares more about sales than they do about people, the owner should be ashamed. Don’t ever shop here.”

Went to Nissan at their Brandon location to get the car serviced. Everyone was polite, there was only one young man who did not wear a mask. Anyway, they did a good job and replaced two worn tires. It’s expensive, but everything done was necessary.

My husband and I came to the dealership looking at Pathfinders and Rogues. Little did we know that God orchestrated the right people at the right time. Paul came walking out and our car shopping experience started. He was SO informative and professional. When we were getting ready for the test drive he knew the 2021 model inside and out, pointing out features that we weren’t even aware of. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We ended up purchasing the 2021 Nissan Rogue and adding a few additional components. When I say that Paul Cruz was amazing to work with, I mean it. His professionalism and sincerity is something you don’t find on an every day basis. He was such a blessing through the whole ordeal and I know he’ll continue to be successful because he’s just different! Every visit I’ve had here the staff has been courteous and attentive, very professional. Appointments are on time and one of the most surprising things was that their services are not out of line price wise with a lot of other independent places. You are getting quality parts and technicians trained specifically to service and repair the vehicle you bring in. We needed new tires on my daughter’s car on a recent service visit and I went online and checked tire prices and could not beat the deal they gave me on 4 new good quality tires mounted and balanced. I must confess I was very surprised. I would definitely recommend you check them out, especially if you own a Nissan vehicle.

I went in to test drive a used Nissan rogue advertised at $12,000. When I got there I was told it was actually $17,000 and the radio made an ear piercing pop every few mins. I asked if it would be fixed and was told I would have to pay extra to have it fixed. I asked for an estimate for tax, tag, and tittle so I could go back to my bank for financing and was told I would receive an email estimate in about 30mins which never came.

So I’ve been without a car for a year now I’ve saved up just to come and buy a new one. So what I didn’t know or plan on was finding a great guy like Paul Cruz at Nissan of Brandon! Man the guy is a beast, I put in application on Thursday talk to Paul on Friday and he stayed in contact with me daily all the way up to the purchase and deal was sealed. I told Paul which car I wanted and that’s the car I got but what I like about Paul is he asked is that the car you want I said yes he said say less. He didn’t pressure me to look at any other car or say you sure you don’t want to look at any others he took the plate and hit a home run. He got me my car and a great deal with a great interest rate. So if anyone is looking for a car look for PAUL CRUZ at Nissan of Brandon the guy literally showed me the proof was in the pudding! “A sales man tried to aggressively pressure my grandmother sign for a vehicle that was a few grand over priced saying that the original price was for first responders which “”was in the fine print.”” After re-reading the fine print, there was nothing saying anything about the price for first responders. After refusing to do business with this sales person my grandmother walks away and this sales person chases her trying to still make a deal and blocks the door while my family is trying to leave. Proceed with caution and don’t let them swindle your elderly!”

This place is fraud. The don’t honor their advertised sales prices. They say whatever they need to get you in the door. They make up fees while trying to work a deal. I was told there was a $2,000 reconditioning fee when the paper in front of me said $986. They don’t like when you call them out either. Don’t waste your time!

Bought a used vehicle used that passed a supposedly inspection that it’s charged on the reconditioning fee over $800, the morning after turn on the a/c and doesn’t cool and it has security nuts on the wheel with no key. The dealer doesn’t wants to take responsibility. The night when I bought the vehicle temperature was low and the seller insisted on turning on the heat.

TLDR – expect the price to be increased at the dealership with fees piled on and an extremely low trade-in value. My wife and I had an interesting experience at Brandon Nissan that other people might find very useful and give you an insight into their sales tactics. The first red flag was offering us $12,000 trade-in value for our car which KBB had at $17,400 trade-in value. After we pointed this difference out, they increased their offer to $15,600 and said they were doing us a favor because the auction price for our vehicle was around $13,000. The second red flag was the price. Online the vehicle was listed at $19,525, but at the dealership they quoted us $21,000 and some change. The sales staff told us the online price includes maximum discounts that don’t apply to everyone. The third red flag was was the $900 vehicle reconditioning fee. So the overall price of the vehicle with taxes and fees, that was listed $19,525 online, was closer to $24,000. Obviously, we were not enthusiastic about the huge price difference, so they pointed out that it would only be $200/month payment for a 6 year loan. They tried really hard to sell that to us. Yeah…you got that right. Paying 200/month, for 6 years, for a car that is only worth around $2,000-$3,000 more than our trade-in. We said no, and offered them our car for the $15,600 trade-in and $4,000 cash on the spot. We were expecting a counter offer around $6,000 cash, however they had a little meeting in their back office, came back and said they couldn’t do it for less than $8,000. We walked away. 2 stars because their sales person Thomas was great.

I took my vehicle for repairs think I will get my fuse replaced because none of my chargers work in my car, shift gear doesn’t work, horn doesn’t work without me using the horn and then pulling over to turn car off to stop the horn from beeping but then the sales rep Ray informed me that I had a bad airbag sensor. How does that happen I ask, my car is 3 yrs old with 60k miles. Why so many issues for a new car and yes the car is out of warranty. He said it will cost 1950.00 to repair everything. I decided it is time to get rid of this lemon. I should have reacted sooner but maybe naive, didn’t know a brand new vehicle could be a lemon. Reached out to their corporate to express my concerns as advised. I informed warranty expired and these are some pretty major issues for a veh on 3 yrs old as agreed by the dealership and the 3 other dealership I spoke with when I decided to find a new car. Nissan. In Brandon was helpful and even set me up with the manager to assist me with purchasing a new car, I felt confident in Nissan and said ok, there is light at the end of the tunnel. They will fix these issues, I will trade the car and get another brand new Nissan. I received a call today after about 3 weeks that there is nothing Nissan can do for me and my warranty is expired, we knew that day one. My point is the airbag sensor. The service rep said if you are in a car accident your airbags will not deploy because of their defective product. My safely and my family’s safely is not worth 935.00, are you kidding me? Talking about some bad publicity for Nissan. Someone in that corporate office needs to see the big picture. What an opportunity to create a Wow moment but instead you lost a customer.

I started the process on web site, then by email, text, and phone. The site was well organized and easy to use. I was able to get all details except the final lease deal on the site. I was contacted by the sales manager who was able to do the deal by phone. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. I appreciated that there was no go between of a regular salesman having to consult the manager and keep getting back to us with an answer. We were able to make a much better deal than at the Ocala, Fl dealership so we traveled the 90 min. ride to Brandon, Fl. The manager called me at 12:30 which was about 5 mins. after my request for info. We made the deal on phone and we picked up the car at 3:00. We were only at the dealer for 2 hr. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and did an excellent job.

The car is still in my name and Brandon Nissan won’t help me and won’t even connect me with a human being for assistance. Shameful. I’m very disappointed and will never buy from this dealer again. The car salesman Leo was fantastic! He was accommodating and empathetic. I wish I could say that about the rest of the team. If the other associates had shown us the car I would not have even wasted my time. First they try to reel you in with one price and then add thousands of fees. The two follow-up salesmen were what you’d expect from a sketchy car lot. Both were rude, aggressive, and matter a fact. The worst part is, with everything going on during the coronavirus, you’d think they’d be more cautious about about how they approach people. The director was rude and smelled like cigarettes.

I’m already buying a car from this place. They call me and tell me I can trade my 2017 sentra in for a 2021. Knowing I still owe over 14k on my current car. The told me I could get same payments. Then I get there. They want my current car a grand down and to raise my payments 100 a month. Because of them I missed out on 10 hrs of overtime at 30 an hour and wasted 2hrs of my day for absolutely nothing
Don’t even think about going to this dealer. Terrible experience in this place. Everything is offered to you when you are buying your car, but they don’t hold the deals after you sign your contract. Customer service doesn’t exist in this place. You have to call a thousand times before someone wants to talk to you and when you finally get someone to talk to you is just to remind you that you already signed your contract and you got screwed with their shady deals. I regret about doing business with them. I should do a better research about them before going to buy my car. Don’t make the same mistake.

Last year around May I was shopping for a new car. I went to a couple of different dealerships to test drive the car I may potentially buy. I came to Nissan and asked to drive the 2020 Nissan Altima. The young Puerto Rican that was there told me he is not allowed to let me test drive unless I am purchasing it. Of course I took offense bc I feel like he took one look at me and my girlfriend and figured we didn have any money so he didn’t take us serious. So I went across the street and drove away in a 2020 Nissan Accord. Never assume what a person have or don’t have by the way they look 😎

They weren’t happy that I had no trade and wasn’t financing. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends to purchase a vehicle. My wife bought a 2016 Ford Explorer. After a month we never received the license plate on the mail. I had to call and drive 1 hour from my house to get the new one. Also the Vehicle they sold me has restrictions on the key. the car would not pass 65 MPH , Radio will not go aver 14. It is annoying when you in the highway and when you reach 60 miles the vehicle start making noise and will top at 65. Communication with the dealer management is bad. They say they will call you and it has been two weeks since they told me that. Which I had noticed those restrictions in the Key before or I would never buy the car. Just watch out with these people. After the purchase they really don’t care about customer service.

Had to return the vehicle(s) within two weeks EACH time. Over what they said was a formality on their part? Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor & AVOID this dealership. Called dealership for sales quote on a used Ford Explorer SUV. Gave internet sales all info on my 2019 trade in for value and requested OTD final pricing. Received email with detailed breakdown of all costs. Was given an “ok” trade in value for my wife’s Grand Cherokee, but had to laugh when I looked over quote more. $1000 for a “reconditioning” fee, $1000 in Doc (dealership fees) and almost $1000 in taxes ($750 for car taxes & $250 in miscellaneous taxes?)! Internet salesman continued to contact me about interest so I responded with no, thank you for your time. Shortly after, sales manager contacted me about getting “closer” to my offer of $36,000 otd. Told sales manager that they were crazy if they think I am going to pay an extra $3000 in fees & taxes, so he abruptly ended phone call. When looking at prices of automobiles on their site, don’t be fooled by the “discounts” they supposedly give you! They will just add them all back in with ridiculous fees! My wife and I have bought dozens of cars around the Tampa Bay Area and never seen anything like this! Notice also when you call them out on their ridiculous “fees” and shady business you don’t get a response from the owner like in other comments/posts!

Dropped in to have lift gate, occupant sensor for passenger airbag, and cvt transmission looked over. They ran codes and told me I needed a new transmission rather than the part that the code indicated of an ecu. Less than $100 plus labor to have it programmed, equals about $300. Didn’t do anything with my non working occupant sensor for AIRBAGS. And told me my lift gate has an error code rather than installing the spacers that it needs to keep it from scrubbing my roof and scratching the paint off. Satisfied? Hardly. I wouldn’t have been surprised if they told me I needed my blinker fluid changed as well. I’m not the average consumer as I’ve ran a shop before. Both sides, so I’m familiar with parts, service, and warranty. I know how the diagnostic computers work and I’m familiar with the vehicle components. If this is how average customers are treated, God help them. Needless to say, probably won’t be back and will be reviewing everywhere so other less knowledgeable people know what to look out for.

I signed a contract for $325/ month on a lease and some how magically a contract gets submitted for $341/month- which is exactly what the manager was trying to get me for originally. It took OVER a month- 10 days late of my payment to get fixed. Edward in finance thought it was a joke that my payment passed and dogged my calls for days about it. Absolutely horrible customer service. I wish I could return my car and go to Nissan in Tampa. Will never make this mistake again.

I am very happy with my car, despite the car salesman being pushy and indicating a demand for my car (typical salesman stuff) however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that the salesman was not honest with me about applying for a loan. What I mean by that is, when I applied for a loan the salesman assured that he would not apply to numerous credit unions, which will not be good for my credit. I have now had my car for over two months and I am still getting random calls, mail to my home, and text messages about loans that I was approved for that the salesman must’ve applied for. A.k.a. my information is being sold and passed around to random companies. I have a big problem with this, primarily because I was told this is exactly what they would not do. In addition, the salesman was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional as soon as we signed for the car. He disappeared and kept telling us “10 more min” every hour when we asked when the car was ready. When our car was finally ready, he was no where to be found and we had to track him down to get the keys the car I already purchased. I wouldn’t have complained about my experience if it wasn’t for the aftermath I am experiencing with my info being sold. If you go to Brandon Nissan and get Jonathan Q, ask for someone else. Not sure if his performance is a reflection on the entire company or what the issue was.

But OVERALL, I’ve been to this Nissan for most of my oil changes(strictly for convenience), and every time I go I get new/different “recommendations.” 3 months ago I was told my breaks needed replacement. I did not replace them, this time around they’re in excellent contrition with 7mm left. I just bought new front wipers and they’re telling me they need to be replaced again. 3 months ago there was a nail in my tire that Nissan said they “can’t remove because of the location” and that I must buy a new tire. The tire has yet to be replaced and nobody mentioned the supposed nail this time. very contradicting “recommendations” and I do not trust y’all at all.

They went FAR from the expected and I want to be specific: Sells agent Jorge Nieto: he came with his personal Ipad to entertain my 2 years old baby and make my life easier during the conversation, and that was the very first step, even before asking me what I was looking for. He spent time explaining and trying to get me a deal, I hate when sells agents try to sell pushing against your expectations, this guy was AWESOME, I told him what I was looking for, what my budget was, and he was focused on that, he never pushed me, super comfortable, very nice guy. Finance Manager Edward Carrasquillo: the deal was close, first documents signed, we were ready to leave and he found a better deal on the warranty extension, I’ll not be specific on that but I’ll just say that I can’t believe what he offer me, who does that when they already have your sign? My experience was not good this time. My car was diagnosed for a part and service that my car doesn’t even have. If I would’ve trusted Craig I would’ve paid 1000 for no reason. When I received my car back my hood latch is broken and it wont allow me to closed my hood. There is a recall on my car but they failed to tell me at the time my car was in the car of Nissan. I didnt find out until I received an email from Nissan after picking my car up. I just feel they could have did the recall while my car was there for the weekend. I called on a Friday night to see if someone could call my auto protection warranty with the diagnosis to see if they covered it and I was told Craig had gone home for the weekend and wouldn’t return until Monday. My problem is that they didnt have a universal data base that tell you about each car getting serviced just in case. I should have had to wait on Craig for 3 days to get a simple answer. That was 3 more day I had to pay for a rental just because Craig had the only person with knowledge about my car.

I tell you my experience I took my 2010 honda odyssey to correct a leak due to the valve covers my honda arrived in perfect condition without any light on the dash they had it for weeks and when they understood it it had the check engine on and the vsa light on and the sling was failing I took it back and they told me it had a damaged max air flow sensor my husband is not a mechanic but he did not want to believe what they said so he went and picked it up as it was so when we got home he checked it and the problems were two sensors that they left disconnected and they said that they were damaged sensors and they wanted to charge me $ 500 to fix it when it was only that they had not connected the sensors everyone who reads this does not take their car to this dealer they tried to steal 500 from me $ for one of their errors that means that their mechanics are mediocre and not professional at all THANKS TO ACEVEDO EURO IMPORT 1018 w brandon blvd brandon fl 33511 for helping me with the sensors that they left disconnected in this mediocre dealer

Yesterday I went to Mid Florida credit union asking for refinance my Qx60, bought in May of last year. My car was finance by BBVA bank thru the Nissan dealership at 5.94%. What shock me was to find out Mid Florida had approved my loan for 3% thru the Nissan Dealership. The Nissan was aware that mid Florida approved me for this low percent but selected the other bank with a higher percentage instead. This is a sign of bad business not protecting the consumer but benefiting the big banks. Nissan could save me $4,000 but instead they gave the big bank the benefit. People be aware of Nissan they are not there for you but for the big players

Another three hour wait, again for a simple oil change. Last time they got oil residue on the inside of the driver door material. This time they damaged a part while replacing a wiper blade. My Nissan was leaking and it was under warranty, I called the closest Nissan dealership to bring it in to. They were very responsive to get it fixed. They didn’t try to up-sell me and made sure I had a vehicle in the meantime. There were a few bumps in the repair process, but they were very informative and helpful. We picked up my car and had to return it again, this led to a different loaner vehicle.. Which my husband loved so much that we traded his car in for one. We worked with REGGIE. I took my car in to fix my lower control arm and other miscellaneous issues I spent almost 5000 to get everything fix supposedly but I’m still have the same issues as when I bought my car in they said they did a 28 point inspection or something like that and nothing was wrong with my car but the control arm and seal for my axel on both sides. And they recharged my ac. A week and half later my ac goes out now I need a new compressor which Nissan says it was absolutely fine. I’m having a bad shaking and noise on my passenger side where they were supposed to fix the problem but it’s still the same. 5000 down the drain for the same issues I hade before bringing it to Nissan. Never again will I throw away money to them again.

I recently bought a car from them about two weeks ago. According to the dealership the bank wants more money down and I need to come in and sign a new contract. When I arrived the new contract was ready to be signed and I had the money they asked for. Everything was smooth sailing until I showed them their ad that had the car 1400 dollar less then what was submitted to the bank on the old contract. They are refusing to price match their own ad! I was told by the manager that he will not lower the price because they would lose money. I was also told that they would never sale the car for that price and they don’t know how that price got onto the ad. Now I have to either return the car or put down more money then what they originally asked for the 2 nd time. I refused. The manage then stated that he will keep my deposit and come tow the car. He also stated me that I’m committing bank fraud. Really, how? I sent you the last 3 of my paystub. I agreed for y’all to call my HR to confirm. I also drove two hours to get this car and I missed work to come sign the second contract which the manager doesn’t even want to do the deal due to our discussion. You are supposedly about the customer and wanting to help but you DONT even price your cars for what you advertise. You trying to bamboozle people out for extra money. I will never recommend Brandon Nissan to anyone.

Purchased an F-150 from Brandon Nissan (when they were affiliated with Auto Nation). When they sold me the truck, they advised that the original owner of the truck only delivered one key, so they were going to contact him for the second key. However, they advised me not to worry and that they would cut a key for me, if they couldn’t get a hold of the original owner. Being patient, I attempted to reach out to the sales rep multiple times, over a period of a few months; however, I never received a response once the sale was finalized. Life pulled me in other directions, and when I finally got back around to calling Brandon Nissan, they advised that they would not hold up to their agreement. Brandon Nissan has shown me that they will do anything for a sale. They have lost a customer, over a key. I will not purchase from Brandon Nissan again.

I arrived at the dealership right before 8am for car service it takes them from 8am to past 130pm to finish a tune up and rear break pad changed. The funny thing I have service done at other Nissan dealerships I have not stay that long for service. The only reason I went to that dealership is because of convenience of where I reside otherwise I wouldn’t go there. Sometime I drove about an 1 hour to go to other Nissan dealership so I don’t waste my time. Time is valuable for me. The funny I have to send the car back for just to reset the break light, if you work on a break should it be common sense to reset the light after the job is completed. In addition they are supposed to top up ur fluid that wasn’t done I just take my care and went to an auto part to do myself because I couldn’t afford to spend more times there.

NEVER GOING BACK. Called yesterday for an oil change and to have a starting issue looked at. Was asked by RAY to bring the vehicle in this morning between 8-8:15. I arrived at about 5 till 8, dropped my car off and informed them I would be leaving as I did not want to wait in the waiting room. 2 1/2 hours later, no word on my vehicle, so I returned to the shop being that I was around the corner. After speaking with RAY, I come to find out my vehicle had not even been touched by that time. He assured me I would be on the lift in the next 10 minutes. I left again so i was not having to sit in the waiting room with a mask on. I return 1 1/2 hours later and ask to speak to RAY again seeing as I got no call or update on my vehicle. RAY is on lunch, so I end up speaking with another associate that informs me my vehicle STILL had not even been put on a lift for the oil change. This associate informed me that I would be next on the lift. I told him I would get the oil change and then I would like my vehicle to leave. As I sat in the waiting room for 10 min, I FINALLY see my vehicle pull around, just to wait outside the service warehouse. Having already waited 4 1/2 hours from dropping the car off I asked them for my keys and I left with no oil change or diagnosis on my problem. I went to the dealership with the thought that if it was a mechanical issue, who better to resolve it than the dealership. WAS I WRONG!! No regard for appointment times if you leave the dealership. Think twice before going here unless you have a whole day to waste.

The salesperson we worked with was awesome but once we parked at home we noticed a very bad scratched window (new 0 mile suv sr ) and a sensor went crazy it needed a alignment a lot of issues already with a new 2020 suv kicks sr … we call we made a appointment a week from the day we bought it ; car was there for a week they didn’t fixed the sensor and there was a chipped that it wasn’t there in the front where they were supposed to work with the sensor advisor said it was a rock but it wasn’t there when I left the car !!!!!!! Went again this Monday for them to check again the sensor and the chipped advisor wasn’t there he left to lunch and he knew we had a appointment we were on time so Juan took the car a told him that I wanted another advisor that I didn’t want to talk to ray anymore so today is Friday car it’s been there for another week nobody call me my boyfriend had to called and the are saying the sensor is ready ( at first they said that need it to be replaced but then they said they fixed)but I have to talk with somebody else for the painting so far so disappointed with Nissan with Nissan service with the whole experience because you are buying a new car to leave it a the dealer for service and you return thinking everything is fixed and there is always something and they don’t take responsibility they sound like it’s your fault !!! Take your business somewhere else it is not worth the trouble anxiety and poor service again it is a NEW CAR ! I bought it 10/23 /20 I had it at home for a week !! It’s been more at service than at home !!

This dealership puts “the sale” above everything else. They are not ethical, and quality customer service doesn’t exist. This is why people hate to car shop and why their profession has a bad name. We had a horrible experience attempting to purchase my daughters first car in “her name”. After working hard for 4 years of college, graduating during Covid, she gets a job, gets financed with credit union, and is ready to sign the dotted line for the first time. Instead, after getting a price agreement, documents all provided via text with salesman, we are told get there to sign. We drive 45 minutes away and as we approach they sold to someone else. I’m guessing the “took them” for more money. These are not good community partners, and to say I had to see real heartbreak and disappointment in my daughter is an understatement. Don’t shop here. They don’t care about anything but corporate greed.

“Used vehicle (2016 Nissan Maxima SL) was advertised for $14,297. Dealer added a used vehicle “”reconditioning”” fee of $986.35, a dealer doc fee of $998 and a “”non tax fee”” of $685.19. Buyer’s order sent to me did not show the dealers name (I feel that was intentional). Dealer fees and doc fees added $2,669.54 …or almost 19% over the advertised price of the vehicle. Additionally, the salesman said the bumper still needed “”clips”” added (I would think that would be covered by the almost $1,000 reconditioning fee.) The $685 non tax fee was never explained to me. To the dealer – just price the car for a realistic price….don’t advertise a vehicle at a price that the vehicle can’t be purchased. (You may not…but I call that misleading the customer. I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership that misleads the customer.)”

I’m frustrated for having to take the car back after getting brake work. The car began to make a noise, I took it back and it was found to be missing a part that wasn’t installed with the brakes. I get off wrk late and care for my mother so it’s difficult to find time to take it back to have the part installed. I don’t feel comfortable driving my car now until I get it taken car of. It doesn’t seem like Nissan is willing to make arrangements in order to accommodate me for their lack.

Salesmen are cheap trick liars it’s hilarious, gave me the old “oh that price isn’t right” only to come back and say the cheaper price listing was only for military and first responders. Then continued to backpedal when I show them the full listing and no information at all that the listing was for military and first responders. My advice is to steer far away if you’re a first time buyer because these people are only out to close deals, whether they do it with a smile or do it with trickery and deception. Toyota down the street is actually the complete opposite and they are willing to negotiate:).

My sales person, Paul Cruz, deserves 5 stars. He was absolutely great….kind and knowledgable. I would definitely go to him in the future, but probably not if he’s at Brandon Nissan. The 2-star rating is because I am annoyed with the dealership and customer service. I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Rogue with very little mileage. When the purchase process was done and I went to the car, I only received one key fob. Brandon Nissan said the original owner only returned one key and if I wanted a second one, I had to purchase it. There is no way I should have to pay for a second key on a basically new car. If anything, they should have charged the original owner for not returning all keys. Nonetheless, they should have provided me with two keys regardless. It may seem like a minor deal but little things go a long way. Poor customer service.

Before coming to Brandon Nissan I was contacted by salesmen Howard Hopkins. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking at the rouge and the only think I wanted for my car was a SUNROOF and power seats. When I got there he let me test drive a rough with all the bells and whistles sunroof included and I fell in love. Will the rough I end up getting does not have a sunroof. I tried to leave several times because i felt uncomfortable but the Finance manager keep on and on. At the end I bought a rouge no sunroof. The very next day I brought it back because I did not feel safe driving the car because I wasn’t use to an suv. They would not take it back which is disappointing. However, driving the car now I got use to it. I just felt manipulated out of what I wanted and what he Howard promised me he would put me in. I’m not happy that I have to drive a car for years without one of the two things I asked for. My sister is looking into getting a new car and also one for her daughter and I told her about the safety features of the rough that would be perfect for my niece. Because of my experience with Brandon of Nissan she’s looking at other dealerships and hopefully she will have a better experience. I feel cheated. I came to Nissan after 14 years at Kia with only TWO request a sunroof and power seats and this is what I’m stuck with. Very very disappointed.
