I want to thank Gene, Chop, and Sol for an amazing buying experience. They were extremely patient and honest throughout the whole process. I have purchased many vehicles and always felt like I was being taking advantage of. This was not the case at Jarrett Gordon Ford. They truly have your best intentions at heart. I went in with a prepared check from my personal bank, and the Sol (in finance) told me that the rate from my bank was a little high high and asked if I wanted to let him get me a better rate. I didn’t want to have my credit pulled again, but I’m glad I did. I told him I was adamant about not having my credit shopped around, and he got me an interest rate that beat my personal bank (whom I have had a previous auto loan through) by 1.60% in one shot! I was comparing an identical vehicle at another dealership, that was slightly cheaper, Chop (Manager) gave me honest advice and told me to call them to get an out the door price. After all of the other dealership’s high markups, the out the door was more than theirs. Gene (salesman) was amazing and even delivered my car for me! I want to tell everyone interested in buying a car in the Central Florida area, whether new or used, stop by Jarrett Gordon Ford first, you’ll be glad you did!

This dealership was amazing, all way through the process. No hidden games, were straight forward and honest, rarity in the car business. I will definitely be back to buy another car, we drove 4 hours for a truck and it was well worth it. Joseph Grubb and the finance manager were absolutely great to work with. Very poor follow up on repairs. Purchased 2019 f150 certified. Had hole in driver’s seat back section. Brought it to their attention. They said it would be fixed. Got me off lot and haven’t heard anything about fixing it. Vehicle was purchased 6/2020. After going there and multiple call, NO SATISFACTION! Was thinking about a new purchase, guess I’ll look elsewhere!

Great shopping experience. Started online, found the vehicle my wife liked. Called and spoke with Joseph Bammer. We discussed our trade-in. He followed up with a complete purchase agreement. We drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. We test drove the car while they looked at the trade. Boom BamBam out the door we went with vehicle she loves. No games, just good friendly business.

Visiting Florida for spring break. I heard a turn noise in the passenger side of my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited at 124k miles when arriving. Walkin to the dealer and quick lane manager, Johnny Donohue, had me drove with him to diagnose the problem to make sure we are hearing the same noise. It was a wear and tear of one of the bearings. Johnny was very straightforward that it will cost me 1200 to fix but I don’t have to and not a critical problem. Car is still safe to drive back to IL, it can wait and advised me to enjoy our vacation. Such a great guy, no grab money BS manager. Great service Johnny. I recommend him. Thank you again!

The most seamless experience at a dealer I’ve ever had and I’ve owned 6 Ford vehicles with 5 being mustangs . I called about a mustang Wednesday and I left with the car friday. I live two hours away so Brandon D and Dave the finance manager both made my experience simple and wonderful. They were both extremely helpful in calling and texting when they said they would as I live on the west coast we had to do everything over the phone. I’ve never written a review for a dealership but they went above and beyond with taking care of any and all little concerns and questions I had about the vehicle . I would recommend them to anyone .

Honest service dept. Able to get us in last minute and get our vehicle safe and back on the road as we were traveling from out of town. Assisted a bit in the pricing as we were short on cash. Highly recommend service dept. Straight shooters. Did not try to upset us on unnecessary service. Only what was immediately needed to make in back home safe.

“Just like most other dealerships in central FL. They just want to play games. They have a “”High”” MSRP and a “”LOW”” one. Guess what they give you? Yep the high one. There is only one MSRP and it is what the bottom says on the factory window sticker. Everything else is a make up figure to play games with. There are better places to go, yes they are hard to find but they are there. When I caught them with it they just talked in circles, Go else where”

I took my 24′ RV (Ford transit chassis) into Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Davenport FL last Tuesday. The check service light was on and I needed an oil change. The experience was beyond my expectations! My service representative Mike was very professional and communicative. He kept me informed of the possibilities and timing. The service department found the problem, ordered parts and had the RV fixed and ready to go by Friday morning. And, they offered a shuttle service to take me home and back which was very appreciated by me! The driver, Tim, was friendly, professional and I felt comfortable and safe riding with him. All in all a stellar experience for a mundane maintenance chore!

I’m not sure if it’s my luck with the service department or what. Several years ago I took a van here and worked they were supposed to perform for was not before I had to return to have them do the work. Yesterday I was trying to speak to somebody but I guess they were in a hurry to leave we’re very impatient and would not give me an estimated price on a service that I was requesting. The sales team is good But the service department in my experience has not been pleasurable and needs better management and the team members need to be a lot more attentive. I know I’ll take all of my vehicles to A different Ford dealer that is 30 miles away but Their willingness to go the extra mile and take time with you is much more appreciated.

I bought my 2020 Ford Escape se I’m very highly disappointed with the detailing department they detailed it look like a scratch on my door he rubs it off with his finger so they didn’t wash it they just put tire shine and the next day my son goes under the hood looks under the engine and there’s no engine bay cover and it isn’t a feature and my headlights have a bunch of water in them and there all bubbled up and they didn’t trasfer my insurance from the other vehicle it’s been 4 months almost they said they would do that so I’m very highly dissapionted

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new F-350 here. Our salesman James was awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable, happy to help and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. The finance guy (so sorry – forgot his name!) was great as well. Super personable, and no bs played with rates and requiring extra purchases to get lower percentages. No excessive dealer fees (in fact, out of all the trucks we looked at, the fees were the cheapest), whole process was smooth and easy. ROBBED!! They did not replace the part we were charge for!!! My friend and I went for a service because the dash was indicating that the car was overheating when it was not. The diagnosis was a bad Cylinder head temperature sensor and a bad cylinder head temperature sensor pigtail. My friend paid over $400 to get the service done and they have guaranteed us the car would be safe to drive back to CT. I wish it was true. The car broke down again after driving it for few hours. We had to tow the car to a nearest ford dealership on a Saturday night in the middle of nowhere. The dealership in GA where his car was towed was closed on Sunday, so we had to find a hotel. First thing on Monday morning, we received a diagnosis from the dealership in GA saying that the same temperature sensor was bad and they had to order a new sensor. However, the fastest they could get it delivered was in a day or two. Sure enough, it took two days. At this point me and the other four people in the car were mad but trying to believe that maybe the sensor replaced at Jerrett’s was bad from the beginning. (Manufacturing problem). Finally the new sensor arrived and it was replaced on Wednesday. But guess what? THE SENSOR WAS NEVER REPLACED at Jerrett Gordon Ford Inc. They charged for the parts and services when only the sensor pigtail was replaced. We have proof including pictures and the old sensor they replaced in GA. It’s obvious the difference from a new sensor and the one that they said they replaced. Because the sensor was never replace, there was no warranty. So, my friend had to pay another $200 for parts and service at the Ford dealer in GA. Our expenses caused by them was over $800 including hotel, food, and rental car. Not to mentioned that all 5 of us that went through this nightmare had to miss 4 days of work because of Jarrett Gordon Ford. Myself and the Ford dealership in GA called Jerrett Gordon Ford and left a message since no one picked up. It’s been over 2 hours now and we haven’t heard from them. If they don’t take responsibility on this issue my friend will be taking legal actions. My advise to you is that do not use their service. If you do, make sure to ask for the part that was replaced otherwise you might be going through the same nightmare we have gone through.

Just purchased my very first car. I was extra nervous because I did the entire process by myself and did not want to go where I would be treated unfairly. I did tons of research and came back to this dealership for a second time to look at a second car after seeing it pop up online the night before. In my months of searching, he was by far the best salesman I have come across. He is incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and focused on finding what YOU want in a car. NOT what he thinks is best. I understood the process better after working with him. He gave me his number and as a first time buyer I’ve had a million questions to which he always promptly answers. I set up an appointment in the service department to have a tire replaced that kept going flat after purchasing four tires from the dealership. The service department representative scheduled my car to have the tire changed rather than my truck. When I called to bring that to his attention, he told me it didn’t matter which vehicle as long as the time slot was available, they would service whichever vehicle needed Servicing. When my son took my truck to have the tire changed they didn’t know anything about the appointment for the truck or the tire. My son managed to get the tire changed that day and he picked the truck up the next day. I spoke with management they assured me that they would rectify the problem so I made an appointment for my wife’s car for service; oil change and tire rotation. I got a notice the day before the appointment for my car needing a tire and my truck needing service. I don’t know why they can’t get it straight but I don’t intend to do business there anymore.

First let me start by saying they were 100% covid-19 compliant. Hand sanitizer as you walked in the door I’m requiring masks from everyone. This dealership was recommended to me my friends even though they were far from my home. The dealer I dealt with Bill was very honest and straightforward as to the value of my trade in and what I could or could not purchase. Unfortunately do to my credit the car payment was way out of my price range.

The worst Ford Dealership ever experienced. The service department management lies, and will not honor Ford’s own warranties. Ed the manager was rude, is a liar, and has no idea about customer focus. You have an appointment at 7am. No one shows up till 7 am. Then they make you wait. They set you an appointment with someone who is not even working. Ask to speak to GM of course he is not in. Do not buy from dealership or get your car serviced here. Hope they go out of business soon. I am also filing a comply with the states attorney office. Believe the one stars not the five stars on this dealership.

He never ask any question about financing but showed the vehicle, drove the vehicle. When we were done with the test drive we told him we’ ll get back with. Shortly after buying a brand new truck I found the dash parts unsnapped I contacted my sales guy who went to the service department and asked them if there was any reasoning for the dash panels to be un snapped. The service department said they had no idea but would take care of it. I then later found gouge marks on many of other plastics. They told me to bring the truck in and I live two hours away, I take the truck in they tell me they are ordering a new dash cluster trim piece and a new panel for the back of the center console and a new trim piece for the right side of the center console but instead they had their interior trim guy “fix” the pieces instead and now I have iver spray on other panels etc. The fuel door on the truck was also not painted very well so I had them take it off and take it down to their body shop where they re sprayed it and now it’s a different silver than the rest of the truck. Fast forward a little bit, I was cleaning the truck and was under the seats and found pry marks on every cap that covers the seat bolts. Not just little marks but marks that look like the guy that did the work used a ice pick to pry them off. I them did a little investigating and found out I was lied to, not only was a few pieces of trim taken out but the entire interior was taken out I have proof printed out that states everything Jarrett-Gordon ford did to the truck before I bought it. Kind of funny they wouldn’t be able to find out what happened to the truck but yet they typed all the stuff in the system. Also not only was the truck torn apart because of a flood from the Evap drain that flooded the truck and caused mold but it was also sold to someone before me which has to be disclosed by law even if it wasn’t filed through the dmv yet. The report says customer states but yet I’m the first buyer 🤔. I was never told the truck suffered more than $600 worth of damage before buying it either which is Florida statue. I would steer clear away from the lies and find a better dealership that might actually take care of the situation the right way the first time.

Don’t go to this dealership. They lie at people. They start giving you a price and give you a purchase agreement and when you agree with that they change your numbers. Those people make you to waste your time. Plus they offer me a car that when I accepted the offer, they said that the car that I wanted wasn’t in the color that I wanted, so they offer me an expensive one in the same color. What type of game they think they’re playing?

I first left a five star rating because I was pleased with the service when I purchased the F150 from them. I then scheduled to have some aftermarket rims balance at the shop. No mounting just balance, I had them in the back of my truck. This were BRAND new wheels and brand new tires. No scratches whatsoever and when they were done they put them in the back of my truck. I didn’t bother to check and when I get back to my house that’s when I noticed all the scratches in around the same area in each wheel. Would not recommend the shop at all.

“I have never had such a terrible experience with anywhere in my entire life. I have been lied too, I have been blamed, and I have been disrespected continuously. Around 6+ months ago I got in an accident that wasn’t my fault. A piece from another car flew off and hit my undercarriage. That’s fine, I have insurance and what better place to take it to than a FORD body shop. Everything was fine till I picked up the car, there were numerous problems beyond belief. I got a paper back stating everything that they did and when I asked about what the damage was and what they did, they couldn’t tell me and had no idea why they did the things they did. I found my steering wheel leather torn, my seat plastic covers on the backside pulled upon. The seat cover for the track was also not in place. As far as I could tell, they had no reason to be inside the car as all the damage was outside. Not only was there cosmetic damage but the steering was also having an issue. I even found a RAT nest in my engine. When I called to take it back they said they were going to take a look at it but didn’t sound too happy. I showed up and they were completely disrespecting me. Saying I broke everything and everything is my fault. Even the nest was my fault though the nest was 50% built with FORD stickers. He immediately took it out and threw it away before I could get a picture. I asked for them to fix the steering wheel. For the few plastic things, they jammed it back in and now one of them is completely broken while the other is loose. They took it in the back and found a steering error and simply cleared it. Not checking why it had an error, not even noticing it had an error in the first time I took it in. I assume they didn’t check it. A week later after getting my car back with the steering wheel leather still ripped that they promised to at least glue back down but never touched, my plastic underlying to protect the car from rocks was completely ripped off. Upon inspection I noticed they installed it wrong by putting it outside and over the fender so when the wind caught it on the highway it ripped completely off. I had to use wire to hang it back up so it wasn’t dragging on the road and didn’t tell the body shop as I was worried they would ruin my car even more out of spite for bringing it back. I also notice the front fender was not the same as my previous fender. Upon a few weeks ago, a shop told me I needed transmission mounts front and rear LOWER. As the shop found the transmission to be rocking. When I took it back to the body shop as I assume it might be from the previous accident, I was immediately given plenty of excuses on why I was wrong and perhaps I was involved in another accident, implying I was lying. I have never been to a business where they call you a liar and blame everything on the customer. I continued to be extremely nice and they finally agreed to look at it. Stating that the trans mounts are located on the top of the car and that nothing can even damage them as the accident had an impact on the bottom. Not only that they are wrong where they are located, but they seem to not understand how shock of a chunk of metal flying at you (70mph+), bouncing under the body carriage can cause damage to other parts other than where it impacted. They took two days holding my car only taking pictures. Upon picking it up again, they took the pictures of the wire job I did and everything underneath the car stating once again I was involved in another accident and nothing is wrong. Even with their “”LIFE TIME WARRANTY”” they didn’t offer to fix their work. I’ve had steering issues ever since I got my car back from day 1, the turn radius is completely smaller making it hard to park, I also have a dangerous wobble from time to time when turning all the way in. Fairly fast oil change lane serving all kinds of cars. However recommend getting there early or make an appointment. Some days the wait can be 2+ hours. The waiting area is comfortable. As with automotive dealers, their repair prices are outrageous. I’ve been quoted almost $1,700 for repairs there when other independent repair shops were quoting 50% that price.

“Save money by not listening to the pushy finance guy. He does not have your interest in mind. I will try to give the facts of my experience without any mis-information. When it comes to financing terms there was a “”rebate”” for using Ford Credit. I went to the dealership with a pre-approval from Bank of America, a bank that works with this dealership. The finance department talked me into using Ford Credit over the BOA because I would lose the rebate. That amount is not disclosed in my paperwork I brought home after purchase. After not finding that I did not have it, I called and spoke with Kirk (Used car manager) and was told by him that I could get a break down of the rebates given. That does little to help at this point and I believe the rebate was $1,000. The financing guy let us know to take the rebate now, using Ford Credit to get the rebate and re-finance the vehicle after we got our first statement. All sounds good but it isn’t. Ford Credit gave a 6.87%, Bank of America gave a 3.44% for NEW VEHICLE. After sale, Bank of America gave a 4.59% because it is a REFINANCE. We missed that 1.15% difference PLUS we have to pay FL State Doc Stamps again. The difference will cost us about $1,600 for taking the advise of the dealership finance department. I am better informed now. Thank you for the lesson that you are in business to make money and don’t honestly care about your customer.”

I found the vehicle on the dealerships website and it was exactly what I was looking for. The last vehicle I bought, 10 years ago, was from Jarret-Gordon and I had a very good experience. This particular dealership is 45 minutes to and hour away. Price was a little more than I wanted to spend but the vehicle spec’s were perfect and I liked the dealership. I decided to do the inquiry online. I received a phone call from a sales rep, Justin, in 5 minutes which was quick by any expectation. Justin said I could do the online finance application and trade-in estimate to speed up the process at the dealership. Online application was easy and I got approved for 0% financing and $16k for my trade-in. I drove right to the dealership and met Justin. Took the truck for a test drive and went back to the sales office. Justin left for a long time and came back to say that although I had the pre-approval for a $16k trade in, market trends say my truck is worth $13k and that the vehicle price went up because I was using 0% financing, the price of the truck went up from the price advertised online. After some negotiation we got the trade-in value to $15k. Little bait-and-switch on the trade in and online sales price but I’m sure I skipped over some fine print somewhere, touché. Now, this dealer is a “no haggle” type of dealer which is why I went there. No-haggle works both ways! I’m not going to haggle you on the price, don’t haggle me either! I’ve now been at the dealership for 2+ hours. I signed the deal and then I was transferred to the finance manager, David. David is the “closer.” Obviously a successful sales guy and now running Finance. David believes you should buy every warranty and service package he pitches because he’s David, a Ford expert. Unfortunately for David, he’s too aggressive and will loose sales because of it. I considered buying the tire protection package but was turned off by David. Dealerships need to get rid of this part of the sales experience, it’s off-puting. After David I was returned to Justin. He had my new truck parked outside. Unfortunately it was pouring rain. Justin gave me a quick orientation and I took off. After I got the truck home I discovered the front and back-up cameras didn’t work. In full disclosure, Justin said there was issues during the test drive but said it was working fine when we did our orientation. They stopped working once I got it home and am using another dealership to repair. I also discovered that my new $70k truck was apparently parked next to a sprinkler head on the dealer lot because it was covered with etched in hard water stains. I am still polishing them out. I would have had the dealer take care of it before delivery if it wasn’t pouring rain but in my opinion, $70k trucks should come out to the customer in perfect condition regardless of current weather conditions. Now, Justin was good but that’s his role in the sales process, to be my chaperon and fiduciary against them big bad dealer/finance department. I don’t like that model and dealers like Carvana and Vroom are going to drive this model to change. On a positive note, if you throw a few corn hole bags in the hole, you can get $125 towards accessories. I got them all in and Justin made sure I got my gift certificate which I used towards a truck bed divider.

I went in to have my transmission replaced on my vehicle. They took 3 weeks to do a job that I was told would be done in 1 week. When I got my vehicle back it started leaking transmission fluid. They had broken the radiator in the process of replacing my transmission. They replaced the radiator and gave me the car back. The next morning all my radiator fluid was on the driveway. So I took it back. They had broken the water pump rushing to install the radiator. So they replaced the water pump. I was told they would test drive my vehicle after the repair to make sure no other issues occur. They did not test drive it and they lied to me 3 times telling me they had. I told them, my dashcam shows that it was not test-driven. So the mechanic came out to test drive it. He was visibly angry that he had to test drive my vehicle. While he was out driving, my vehicle broke down. If I had taken the vehicle back I would have been broken down on the side of the road instead of the mechanic. So they fixed the problem. They rush through work when they should take the time to make sure everything works. I will not be taking my vehicle back to them for service again, I would rather drive further to a better dealership that cares about their customer’s vehicles. It took 1 month in total for them to finish fixing my car. Hopefully, they will take better care of the next customer than they did me.

Called with an emergency due to a nail in a tire on the way to work and was told we could be helped in 45 minutes or less. Upon arrival, literally one minute later, we were told that there were now seven vehicles in front of us and they had no idea how long we would have to wait. We watched the van that was in the bay we were waiting for pull out & the bay remain empty for 15 minutes before we asked what was going on. We were then told they were sorry they couldn’t help us. ??? They were literally going to let us sit there & not talk to us again after we repeated what we were told when we called. Had we not gone to ask again the tire would’ve been so flat we couldn’t have made it anywhere else to get the help we needed. We were treated like a bother even though we had called & explained it was an emergency & told no problem they’d be happy to help. The manager had told the mechanic not to help us but never himself showed face. Total disgrace & asshat move.

My warranty was void because of parts that I bought with the car from this dealership were not correct!! I’m in Philly now, so I can’t take the car to them, so I called for some help from the people that sold me the useless car, and now, useless warranty…. I’m still waiting for the warranty guy to call my wife back…. It’s been 4 days. Still we wait! I’m still being charged for the POS car and the even more useless warranty. I was very interested in a vehicle they had posted on the Internet but it lacked details as it was new to their lot. I talked to Caty Konat. She told me she would research the information and get back to me that afternoon since I had told her I needed to make a decision within 48 hours. I am still waiting for that call. I did, however, received a call from some nice office assistant 36 hours later following up on my desire to buy a vehicle. She had no clue what had already transpired, poor thing. Twenty-four hours later i get a boilerplate email from Caty Konat herself saying how sorry it was that JG Ford didn’t earn my business and if I knew anyone that needed a new or used vehicle to call her directly. JG Ford didn’t lose the sale; Caty Konad did. If she doesn’t honor a commitment she herself made, how comfortable will you be buying a vehicle from her? Postscript: Instead of a vehicle 60 miles from my home, I ended up buying one 1800 miles away.

I’ve been here about four times. The first time was great because I actually bought something- a Ford w a full warranty. The next three appointments were so disappointing. Only once was I greeted when walking in and standing there to be helped- the other times I’m standing there 7-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my prescience. I understand they are very busy- I work in a busy, demanding job myself. This kind of service from the start is telling. One visit I just walked out because I got tired of people walking past me and not acknowledging me. I was just there for an oil change. Another time I dropped my car off and asked repeatedly for someone to stay in contact with me because I would need a rental if they were going to keep my car. I called and spoke to Mike in the service department who told me they would call me back with some kind of answer in around 15 minutes- over two hours later with no contact, I call again and speak to Arty who was zero help with this entire process. I bought the car at this dealership and have a full warranty but no one could tell me when I could possibly get a rental; I will be stranded without one and need to get to work. Every experience I’ve had since buying the car has been bad- they are dismissive, unhelpful, they clearly don’t care. I won’t be returning and I really expected more from this place.

Purchased a used 2009 Suzuki SX4 hatchback from this dealer with salesman Chris, and when I leave the dealership with it the engine starts shuttering and the check engine light comes on. I bring it back and they tell me it’s safe to drive?? The manager Daryl tells me the check engine light code came up as nothing. I ask to speak with the mechanic that checked the car and he tells me it could be an O2 sensor or the fuel pump. They cleared the code and would not tell me what the exact code read, so I could do research myself. They said the shuttering stopped and to call and make an appointment if the check engine light comes back on. As soon as I go to leave the dealership it’s shuttering like crazy. Come back and ask to go ahead and make that appointment, they repeatedly tell me it’s safe to drive. I go to pull out of the dealership and I can hear I have a flat. When the mechanic took the car for a test drive he ran over a nail. It was one thing after the other with this dealership, thankfully the 5 day money-back warranty saved me. I got my money back, and then see they reposted this lemon on their website days later. Don’t buy used from here.

Close and affordable ,but now you can’t get an oil change unless you leave the car for the day or make an appointment 3 days in advance , also now they raised the price for a Basic oil change from 25. to 40. As I arrived there was a nice young man outside who I spoke to. I explained I did not know what I was supposed to do or where I was supposed to go. He was very kind and told me not to worry I followed him inside took two min to fill some papers out and he showed me where I could sit and relax until they where finished.The chairs where very comfortable. i watched the news and then he was back in no time with my keys and told me it was done. Got there a d saw the SUV parked out front ,, BUT with a private plate on it , then someone walked over to it and drove off ,, waiting for the salesman to come to us ,, approx 10 minutes,, we had told the receptionist we had an appointment,, salesman finally showed,, to inform us that it was sold the night before ,I asked what time ,was told and it was BEFORE they called to confirm the appointment !!!! They are really good there. We moved here from up north a couple of years ago. Our cars took a beating every winter from the snow, ice and salt. My wife’s car died about six months after us moving here. Jarrett-Gordon Ford was the only dealer willing to work with our limited budget. We bought a great used Focus from them. Last year when my 19 year old Honda Civic died, we headed off to Jarrett-Gordon Ford to see what could be done. I came home with a brand new Ford Fiesta and I love it. It’s such a fun car to drive. My one requirement in finding a new car was that it be a manual transmission. They had the Fiesta there, took it for a test drive, loved how it shifted and bought it. Would recommend them!

My service took 90 minutes ( oil change and tire rotation)the staff was aloof at best, closer to rude but they just wanting to go home. this quick lane name should be removed tried to book my other vehicle for service they were unable to service it the same week I went in on a Monday they said maybe the following Monday, so I said forget it booked service elsewhere this is a problem with this location poor quick lane service and no resolution by management

Will and Luis in sales are fantastic! They worked hard for us and it was very appreciated. Only thing I would reccomend to management is work on how long you’re making guests wait around. We had to wait several minutes to see a salesperson even when we called ahead. Then had to wait to find keys to see cars, then wait for more keys and a plate to test drive, then wait to get a quote on the prices, etc., etc. Seams like the whole sales system could be more efficient and engaging.

“I wish there is a Zero Star rating for this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone new to the Area. I came to this place for an Oil change and AC Freon Recharge from 11:55 AM till 2:30 PM. I had waited 2 hours and 35 minutes, and the consultant came out and told me. “”I’m sorry to have you waited here for NOTHING, we have too many cars backed up from appointment”” When I first arrived here, he said there is an hour gap so he could squeezed me in. I told him that I will need the car to drive back to Atlanta today. “”We will try to get you out of here in 45 minutes”” he replied. and I came out waiting 2 hours and 35 minutes for nothing? Well I do understand that Freon Recharge will take at least an hour, but at least have a Heart and give me an Oil Change to be safer on the road! It is NOT like I’m begging for a FREE oil change to be treated like this. It should take less than 15 minutes considering it is a Honda CR-V. Appointment or No appointment. This is very unprofessional and unreliable business place. They could have done it better by having 1 available Bay for an on-going basis like fast pace jobs such as Oil Change, and regular checks up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family, friends, neighbors, nor co-workers. Any businesses that are planning to do businesses with this place should be aware as well, this place will drag your company reputation down with them. You will have many and many customers like me.”

I purchased a 2017 in March 2018 of this year (From a different dealer) I was on vacation with my family and air conditioning stopped working In summer of Florida( Plus we have a three-month-old baby and a one and a half-year-old baby ) Number one they had no loaner service and told me that they could not look at it till tonight and before the service guy can even diagnose the problem or look at the problem he told me if I rock jumped up there and hit it it was not covered and I was told liable for all charges who use that type of tactic with the person that purchases $80,000 vehicle If they are giving me this types of problems with the vehicle with 10,000 miles on it I would be very leery of this location once again I am a Ford owner and my loyalty is with ford but each branch is different and ran differently as well And result I left because I did not feel comfortable or confident in this location to take care of my brand new vehicles problem I would pay thousands more somewhere else just to never experience the service they offer I am so glad I don’t live locally and forced to use them!!

I was in the market for a new truck, an F450 King Ranch to be exact. After trying various dealerships like Bartow, Weikert and Brandon, which the first two didn’t take me serious at all and that’s fine it’s their loss. I finally stopped in at Jarrett and right away I was helped. The truck had to be ordered since it wasn’t a truck that was just sitting in their parking lot and it was ordered and it was ordered to my liking and they had all the patience in the world, thanks Gene. The finance rep, David, was also great in terms of getting me the best deal and the deal exceeded my expectations. He worked with me as a veteran to give me the best interest rate from ford which he was able to get me two. All in all zero complaints and great customer service. Sometimes it’s not about the product because even the best products are defective because their man made. Sometimes it’s about the customer service. Went again with another vehicle for just an oil change. As last time went well but I lost my bill holder. It was my dads and was also 40 yrs old with my cash in it as well. When I got home we were frantically looking for it when my phone rang and it was the dealership calling me to tell me a tech “Johnathan” who was new to the dealership quick lube found it on the shop floor and gave it to his supervisor. He never took a thing from it. I immediately drove back to get it back and offered a reward to him. He flat out refused! It is refreshing to see there are still people like that left in the world. They stay with the truck for 8 days waiting for the Ford Enginering team to tell the what was next. They change a part after 8 days and the truck keep pulling sideways. Now I’m driving a brand new truck the is pulling to the sides and I have to wait for my first oil change for then to take a look of my truck again. I dont feel safe driving the truck. First and last time the I buy a Ford. I had bought new cars before and never I had a issue .

We all know car buying is not fun, but this was beyond expectations Our salesman Will V. met with us and showed us the car we were interested in seeing, we were not in a hurry to buy a car yet but wanted to look at one on their lot. He let us take it for a test drive and showed us another model that might have worked for us. Neither car was in the price range we were looking for, so we left him our number and told him what to keep an eye out for Over a week later he found the perfect car for us, a low mileage late model ford that we were looking for, but it was on another one of their lots. I said we would be interested in it and came to the dealership to negotiate a price for the car. After 2 hours there we came to an agreement and they would have the car there on Monday. So Monday comes and we come to see the car. The car listed is Certified Pre-owned. A huge plus in our books, so we start the paperwork, one problem. The car was too old to be certified pre-owned. We were ready to walk away. So we renegotiated some more and in the end we got a really great deal. I’d say the only way it could be improved is if they had a small area like a kid corner with a few puzzles or toys . other places do and it makes it a little easier if you’re waiting with kids.

Very good experience. Edgar was my service tech. He greeted me at the door. I had an appointment set up for replacing my front brakes on my 2012 Focus. Edgar verified the information in the computer and took all my information. He gave me an estimate of how long the repairs would take and how much it would cost. He then arranged for the driver to take me home while they worked on my car. Edgar called me with updates on the repairs and arranged for the driver to pick me up when the car was ready. Jarrett Ford was very efficient and professional. Edgar did a great job!

“ZERO STARS is what I’d love to give if possible. I do NOT recommend anyone go here EVER to get their car serviced. Seriously, run. My husband and I went to get our transmission looked at and were told the labor would run about $800 to have the engine lifted and the issue “”examined.”” Sure, fine it’s a transmission so what choice did we have? So, we went ahead and gave them the green light. We paid the over $800 bill thinking we had received a service. We were TOLD the transmission had “”severe corrosion”” and that we needed an entirely new transmission. Wow, talk about a blow so of course we took the car to another mechanic just to make sure we weren’t overspending. Y’ALL, our second mechanic immediately called us and was like please do not tell me you paid a dime for anything…the vehicle was NEVER TOUCHED. Dust and all, no marks on any of the ORIGINAL bolts, tires hadn’t been taken off (zero hand prints on the tires which was necessary to get to our engine with the car we have), and a whole bucket list more of reasons he knew the car wasn’t touched. He even took pictures. Of course we were furious. When we confronted the manager at Ford about this, he said sorry and that he couldn’t believe this “”happened again.”” THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE?! YEAH, YEAH IT HAS and guess what? I had to demand the money be refunded that day because he was going to “”mail it to us”” or “”drop it off at our home.”” Yeah, I really trust you after just STEALING over $800 from us. The most pathetic part of this is there was no follow up, nothing to indicate that whoever was clearly NOT doing their job was fired, nothing. It was beyond disappointing. We have three Ford vehicles and have always stuck with Ford but DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. IT’S PLAIN ROBBERY. DODGE THIS BULLET. RE: There is nowhere to answer the response I received on my review so I will answer here. It seems we are being directed to contact Ed Solvis but that is exactly who we spoke with when this occurred so I am not sure that contacting him after we already explained all of this and provided photos proving there was no work done on our car that there would be any further resolution. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recommend to all, avoiding business here will save you a head ache. I recently got some serious transmission work done. When I picked up my car, they gave me the keys, told me I owed them nothing and that it was all covered under warranty. Now over a week later, they are calling me saying that there was a mistake, and asking me to pay the full amount. I was ready to pay for the damage when I showed up to collect my car, not over a week later after they’ve told me there was no charge already. Absolute ridiculous way to run a business. Take your business elsewhere.

“The experience I had with the service department makes me not to want to buy my next car here. Poor communication from start to finish. We have bought several cars at ford, and have a lease from there as well and service all of our work vehicles there. I dropped my car off Friday at 11am for an oil change. They called and said I needed four new tires and that it would be ready Saturday morning first thing. No problem. I called Saturday morning right at open and asked if my car would be ready for 9am as promised. They said no it would be awhile because the truck with my tires on it had not arrived. Noon was the next promised time. Called back at noon (I borrowed my Mother in laws car to make it to my work appointment) at which point they said the truck had broken down with my tires on it. They offered me a rental which was impossible to get as I was at work. Sunday they are closed. Another day of no car. Called for Monday morning pick up as they said no later than 930 am ready. They said it would be ready by 10 and was around $650 dollars. Ubered up to Jarrett ford arrived at 10. They said “”20 minutes.”” I had an 11 appointment which I then also missed. I did not leave with my car until almost 11:30 am for an oil change and new tires. I understand things happen, but this was 4 days of back and forth and poor communication and a ton of wasted time. Not only that, but the amount ended up being 775.00. This is unlike any experience I have had a Jarrett Ford and when I turn in this car I will not be using them again. Overall frustrated, huge waste of time, and just not what they are usually capable of.”

Bought my used truck here. They were very helpful in sales and working on the financing. I did have to take the truck back a week later with a leaking tire. They patched it for free, but I didn’t realize until later that they mounted the tire backwards. It cost me 35 bucks somewhere else to fix that. I just didn’t have time to go back and wait. Also they told me they would find my second set of keys, but I have yet to hear back from them.

Tried buying a mustang 3x and pretty much got nowhere. Salesman said I’ll get back to you with GMs best offer over 24 hours later never heard anything so I contacted him he said “Oh yeah can’t do it numbers ain’t right”. Ok so just ignore me and leave me in the dark? Whatever. We negotiate a little more won’t give me more than a few word responses like ok or nooooo. Then he said he’d definitely get with the GM and get the best offer possible for me. Haven’t heard anything back. I see no reason why I SHOULD HAVE TO KEEP MAKING CONTACT. If they was really interested in making a 35k sale I feel like they would be helping me at least a little. It’s a crying shame trying to buy a car is a hassle no matter what dealer it is.

Brought our Ford Edge in there about 2 weeks ago for a couple of things, a brake issue & no heat. My wife dropped it off & the shuttle gave her a ride home & when it was finished they picked her up. She liked the experience they treated her really good. Our extended Ford warranty came in handy all we had to pay was our deductible. The brake issue was fixed & we had heat again. But later noticed the defrosters on the driver side was heat & the passenger side was cold. The passenger side windshield would fog up or frost up. So made another appointment with Jennifer over the phone. Dropped it off today & since we brought back in less than 30 days (actually 2 weeks) from the last visit, she reopened the original ticket since it was the same issue. (the mechanic probably put his hand up there, felt heat & said ok its fixed, easy to miss). So that means I don’t have to pay the deductible again (COOL) since I paid 2 weeks ago. They fixed it completely today, something wrong with the door to dual AC control!! Good Job Jennifer & to the mechanics!!! They treated us fantastic!! They noticed my cabin filter was dirty & replaced it free of charge for not fixing it right the 1st time around. We will be back to Jarrett Gordon Ford for service again, when needed. Again great job!!!

I’m told that the leak was fixed and the carpets replaced. However, the car still smells like mildew (and does not smell like new carpet as expected). My wife got a pre approval from capital one which did speed to process up. The staff that Jarrett Gordon Ford have made the time we did spend there very pleasant to say the least. No hassles or stress. Very respectful and courteous. We will be back to their dealership for future purchases when the time comes.

You are better off taking your chances at Walmart Auto then going to this place. Took my car in for routine service and was told my tires were good when clearly the belts were showing through the tire. I expect more from dealership trained technicians. They also have missed other minor repairs that have led to more costly repairs so they can line their pockets.

I normally have an excellent experience at Jarrett-Gordon Ford’s service department but my most recent visit was phenomenal. I called to make an appointment and Ashley accommodated me with the exact day and time that I requested. When I got there Anthony Pared took the time to listen to me and then he came back with details on what was needed to get my car taken care of. While I was at home waiting for the call Anthony kept me up to date on the progress even letting me know that the part came in earlier than he told me. He then arranged for Wayne the shuttle drive to take me home. It was a really pleasant ride, Wayne is a great representative of the company. Finally I requested to see the mechanic to thank him and he came right out to meet with me. Overall what a great experience.

I needed an oil change, tire rotation and my seatbelt bolts replaced due to a recall from ford. I was crunched for time as I only had an hour before work. The Ford Quick Lane team noted my rush needs and had my car back to me in under 45 minutes! They also washed it!! Misdiagnosed by service technician’s. Tech need to be retrain on diagnose undercarriage noise. I requested to replace the carrier bearing on my RV, but was told I needed to overhaul the rear differential. A markup of over 800 percent, without fixing the problem. My second appointment. I requested to re-diagnosed the undercarriage noise. Which was done by the supervisor, and was told it was the carrier bearing and not the rear differential. After three appointments and over five hours of wait time. The carrier bearing was replaced on the third appointment. I was quoted $2500. to overhaul the rear differential. I paid $280 to replaced the carrier bearing, plus $69. for diagnose which was incorrectly diagnosed. Best to do your research and get a second opinion before overpaying for service that is not needed. Kudos to Jennifer, my service advisor for her assistance and earning my business. Also thanks to the service manager for credit on the misdiagnosed.

We have been taken our car and truck to Jarrett Gordon for service for the past 2 years. We found that their customer service has overwhelmed us compared to the service we got at other dealerships. We are especially happy with our service adviser, Jennifer. She goes over and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. She always keeps us up to date on whatever repair we are having done. What we really love about her is she is always true to her word. She tells us something and that is the way it is no hidden charges. My Autotrader search for a truck took me to Jarrett – Gordon in Davenport. WIlling and able to pay the stated purchase price, disclosed dealer and electronic fee. Upon reviewing the order i was informed of the $2500. down payment fee. I understand this is high-level stuff but can someone tell the GSM downpayments don’t get added to the purchase price, rather deducted. Deceptive tactic, not disclosed . How can one claim such a stellar business for so long with these policies ? Very disappointed in a mainline Ford dealer with these tactics.

Simply awesome Customer Service ! I had the Wrench light come on my 2016 F150, brought it in spoke to Jennifer in the service dept. and they diagnosed it and repaired over the weekend and even gave me a rental car on them because they had to keep my truck in the shop a lil longer .
