I would just like to give a shout out to Ivan for having the best costumer service! I pulled into the service department just after they had closed frustrated because my headlights were not working (after the collision center had my vehicle for over a month and returned it to me with the headlights not working) and I really needed working headlights to drive to work tomorrow. Ivan came out of the showroom and went above and beyond to fix them (himself) so I would be able to drive my vehicle to work tomorrow! Awesome costumer service and definitely recommend going to see him for anything you need!

Please save yourself some time and money and take your car ANYWHERE ELSE for service. I brought my car in in August and Jim helped me to upgrade my tires as well as diagnose an issue with my traction control light coming on. Supposedly when they put on my tires my brakes, and battery were checked as well. Beginning of October I brought my car back in to Jeep, this time to Melvin, because I was having the same issue as well as I could feel something was wrong with the brakes. I was told by Melvin that it must have been a rock in my brakes and that the traction control light coming on was due to the tires being oversized. Last week i was still having the same issue and could tell something was still wrong with my brakes, so I chose to bring my car to another mechanic, As it turns out my brake pads had been worn down so badly that the metal from the pads was grinding down my rotors to the point of metal flaking off of them, hence why I could feel something wrong with my brakes. Both the rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced on 2/4 tires. So now riddle me this, if my brakes were marked “OK at this time” on 8/23/20 how in the matter of a month have they been grinded down to nothing, its just not possible. this was complete negligence done by The service department as well as both Jim and Melvin for assuring me that my car would be safe when in fact it was not. This kind of service is unacceptable and truly beyond carelessness. I will not be returning here for any service and I highly encourage you to choose another mechanic to trust with your safety.

Very nice good service and everyone working there. Only thing missing was the breakdown of what the total costs involved. Wonderful salesman who was very knowledgeable and efficient. I came in with the thought of getting an older car but he was able to get me approved for a lot better vehicle. Because of the holiday weekend I will have to wait till Monday to finish the paperwork. Have not dealt with the sales department, but the SERVICE department here is excellent (especially Alex). I’ve tried four different dealerships including the one right down the street from me in Delray Beach for my ’17 Hellcat and my ’19 Ram, but this is the only one I trust to bring either to. I drive out of my way to bring my vehicles here because I know it’ll get done right in a reasonable amount of time. When it’s time to upgrade to a newer one I’ll definitely give first priority to Joey Accardi from my experience with the service department.

After my first (and hopefully only) auto accident about a month ago, my car ended up having to be totaled out and I needed to get another car ASAP. The thought of having to go car-hunting was stressful as I didn’t know what I was getting into. I had my eye on three different cars, at three different locations when I started my search, and the one I liked the most was here. Although I stopped here at Joey Accardi second, I knew I would be back! Justin was the sales associate that assisted me, I’m glad I got to work with him. He was very helpful knowing what I was able to spend, and worked with me every step of the way so that I understood everything. He linked me with Ricardo do take care of the finance paperwork, who also did a great job in assisting for that more tedious part of the car-buying process. Everyone in the office seemed really relaxed and not pushy whatsoever like other dealerships are. It really made the whole process less stressful and a lot more pleasant. Thanks again!
I could not have had a better experience buying my Jeep at Joey Accardi in pompano beach. The general manager Joe Wyres gave me such confidence in purchasing this vehicle. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and so helpful. Javier, was kind and respectful and not at all the pushy- salesman type which was a major bonus!! The salesmen at this dealership are VERY RUDE! If I could I would give this place ZERO stars I would. They falsely advertise online compared to what the official Jeep website says. If you’re looking for a place to waste your time and double your estimate from a national deal, shop here. After setting an appointment and thoroughly discussing the advertised jeep national promo I was promised that I would be greeted at an appointment time with the Jeep I had picked pulled up to the front of the lot. My salesman promised me that he would send me a text confirming this information so that I could text him when I was on my way. When I never received that text I called into the dealership and spoke to the manager he basically confirmed that they were falsely advertising prices on their website. This was a total waste of my day as a serious buyer. Before reviewing prices with me he assured me that leases start at least double the price I was initially quoted. What happened to the salesman I spoke to on the phone who knows. I will be reaching out to corporate with screen shots of prices…..

“Professionally treated and all fee’s explained up front. My opinion is in regards to financing. What I’m going to mention is, I have had a few dealerships where they run my credit as much as they can, these actions messed up my hard work in improving my score. I from they start was Why don’t you use financing, “”We Can Get You In your Jeep today “” ! Well I want to pay cash. I will have the money in a few days. “”‘I don’t want to drive off the lot with a car payment “” it doesn’t matter how much you butter it up, it sounds real good, everybody going to make a profit out of me even though I don’t want financing no matter the deal and benefits of paying off the loan. It all sounds good. Guess what, going to take my Cash $$$$$$$$$$ and the deal and deal offered paying with Cash want. I want to drive off the lot with title in my hand. If this Jeep is not for me, there still plenty of Jeep Grand Cherokee’s out there. This a personal matter where I to own the Jeep straight off the lot. No good intentions but false hope. The employees are Professionals and they are doing the job and angels need to be covered and checked off , it’s about making money !! We all have a responsibility to get most out of a sale. Blythe was extremely unprofessional, rude and under mining. We sat down and she insisted on running credit first before even showing us a vehicle. She told us we were unable to afford other options and only recommend 2 dodge chargers, after we told her we were not interested in the black charger with defects she proceeded to tell us “ mathematical speaking this is what you can afford “ not taking into consideration my charger that I own as a trade in.

I typically use Vic as my service advisor, but when he has been off the other have been just as great. I would recommend their service department whether you have a Jeep product or not.

First off, I have to start by saying WOW! A++++ customer service from Dean Lelchuk! He offered us such an amazing experience! Buying a car is an uncomfortable and unavoidable experience we all have to go through in our lives. My husband and I were car shopping and although we dislike the hunt, it had to be done. We went to about 3 different dealerships and we were striking out left and right. On the last day before giving up, we found a truck that lured us in to visit Dean at Joe Accardi. From the beginning, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Dean introduced himself as the salesman who would be assisting us to see the truck. He was very sweet and gave us ample time to prep our coffee, for what we knew would be a LONG day (thank you Dean!). Needless to say, we saw the truck and fell in love. Unfortunately, it was not in our price range. Dean was extremely willing to show us other options. He very patiently spent about 2 hours with us at this point. We were going back and forth on which truck would be the best option for us and for our finances. I have to say, there was NO PRESSURE from Dean. We were given the time we needed to make the best choice for us, that we would not regret later (also, he gave us some snacks which is a huge bonus because we were starving). At the end of the day, Dean wanted to make sure we were happy and that we chose what was fitting for our needs. We will absolutely go back to Dean in a heart beat when we need to purchase a new car. We know he is someone We can recommend to everyone, and we know they will be in good hands. I’m so glad I am able to share this wonderful experience for such a daunting and scary task of purchasing a vehicle. Also, Ricardo on the financing side of it was extremely helpful with sharing our options. He really assists you as if he was assisting a friend. He was very nice and made the experience painless. I walked into the dealership with a bit of anxiety. I find car buying to be a bit overwhelming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dean. I told him which car I had in mind and he took me right to the lot and started the process. Within a few minutes, I was put at ease by Deans calm demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly, did not pressure me about anything. Once my decision was made, the process went smoothly. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Sahara in July 2019. My salesman suggested I purchase an extended warranty at the time and I agreed. I recently sold the Jeep and contacted the warranty company to cancel the contract. I was told to call the dealership and request the finance department for the paperwork. I called Joey Accardi Jeep 4 DAYS IN A ROW leaving messages at their finance department, the operator, and then the manager of Joey Accardi. To date, I am still awaiting a return call. NO ONE ever called me back! I explained the situation to the warranty department, and they would like me to describe the non-communication from the dealership and they will handle for me. A simple return phone call is the minimum customer service for customers. You have lost a customer in me for lack of communication and non-caring on a product you sold me. BUYER BEWARE of this dealership. UPDATE: Ricardo, from Joey Accardi contacted me to apologize and is willing to handle the cancellation for me. GREAT RESPONSE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a fan of most auto dealerships, but was very pleasantly surprised. I appreciated the professionalism from Justin Graham. He was honest and transparent throughout the purchase process and was a pleasure to deal with at all times. We communicated in advance of our meeting and I fully expected a bait-and-switch so typical of other dealerships, and was amazed this was NOT the experience at Joey Accardi. Took my truck in for a scheduled service appointment. Heard nothing for 5 days, so called to find out what was happening. That’s when they first took a look at it. I was told it needed 2 warranty repairs, but they could not give me a loaner car (despite that being provided by Mopar as part of the warranty plan). When I called another week later they told me every day the truck might be ready the next day, but might not. Eventually they told me I could have it back without 1 of the repairs done. Not wanting them to have it back again for another stretch of weeks, I told them to let me know when both repairs were complete. After that I got multiple voicemails telling me the truck was ready. Went in to get it and the 2nd repair was still not done! Pathetic! Last time I went in (several months prior) for a warranty oil change, the water pump had given out the day before and sprayed coolant all over the engine compartment. They gave me the truck back with an ‘all good’ inspection report! So I took it somewhere else to get the pump fixed. When you read reviews here about maintenance issues being totally missed, you can add this review to the pattern. The service department front office personnel are obnoxious and customer service is anathema to them. Not going back, so I won’t have to deal with them again.

Sales department gets an A+ from my family. Finance and management needs a lot of work. I received unprofessional assistance. It seemed as if no one was in a hurry. The car information online didn’t match the car I visited. Once I did find a car I liked- I waited nearly two weeks to take my car home AFTER all papers were signed on my end. Then, after the sale was done they didn’t offer two keys for the vehicle. Not that it’s a huge deal but after buying 3 previous used cars for the dealership didn’t offer to negotiate an extra key was unimpressive. I should’ve went somewhere else. I definitely won’t be returning. *I should note this is in the used car department.

My wife and I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th anniversary. Recently it started to show the battery, check engine light, as well as the A with circle around it, which refers to the start stop feature. After much frustration as to diagnosing the true issue, Reed stepped in and made a stressful situation become simple. He answered all of our calls and made himself available when needed. They were able to provide us a true time frame and also got us into a rental which was right down the street from the dealer! Luckily, the issue at hand was electrical related and part was covered under warranty. Reed and the guys in the service department were professional and easy to work with. We felt taken care of, not taken advantage of, like some service departments will do. I would highly recommend this service department and dealer. Extremely disappointed! Poor service, incompetent technician, and lazy service advisor. I left my truck due to a “wind noise” as many 2019 Ram 1500’s owner experiencing the same issue. The vehicle stayed there for 10 days. The service advisor attested they investigated everything, but could not find any defect. On my way back home I heard the same noise. Nothing hard to hear. More than clear they didn’t test drive the vehicle or their technician are lazy enough and incapable to find a simple issue as this. I did report already to FCA, how embarrassing this dealer is for their brand. Stay away from them!!!!

I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month go and it has been running a little rough. I understand from the dealer where I bought it that there is an RRT report on this vehicle where Jeep recommends replacing all the spark plugs. I have never serviced a Jeep in Florida and decided to visit Joey Accardi to set up service and order a cargo mat. Now understand Accardi will get paid from Jeep to do the service repair on my vehicle which I would have thought they would be interested in fixing. There were 5 service technicians when I entered. Not one of them picked their head up to ask if I needed help. They seemed busy so I waited patiently. After about 5 minutes goes by I ask if anyone can help me. One of the service technicians answered yes in about 30 minutes. I replied 30 minutes that’s to long and I will go to another Jeep dealer such as Arrigo. Once I said that one of the service technicians said snarky what can I help you with and I replied a service appointment. Now why would I be standing there just to enjoy the view. He told me just to bring my car in Monday or Tuesday and there would be no guarantee my spark plugs would get replaced. He said we will keep your car for a day or two. What has happened to customer service? I will not be servicing my vehicle with them period. If your not treated fairly the first time most likely this how one would be treated going forward. What happened to the day when you actually had a relationship with a car dealer and the service they provide. It builds trust. There’s plenty of competition here in South Florida.

Called Joe Wyres 3/5/21 430p – No Response. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. This was my experience. We bought a $70K+ RAM from them and as part of the deal they were supposed to register the car in GA. We would not have bought the car from them otherwise. We traded in a Silverado as part of the deal and already had a FL tag. We did not need them for a FL tag. After waiting and waiting we called and were shuffled back and forth between salesperson and finance. Each of them blamed the other for plate and registration not being sent. Temporary plate expired and still no resolution. Manager, Joe Wyers, became involved and we agreed that he would register the car in GA but it was going to cost us an additional 1% on the loan because they had to restructure it. We agreed…because we wanted this nightmare to be over. I posted a review here and on the BBB site. Joe Wyers called us to say that he would not honor this new (more expensive) deal unless my post was removed. SO BEWARE…There are probably many other unhappy customers but they strong arm people into removing posts. I removed the post in order to get deal finished and move on. WE THOUGHT that things were moving forward. Joe Wyers told us that temporary plate was on the way…days pass…after having to drive to the dealer yet again because calls were not returned and demanding a FEDEX tracking number for the package with the temporary plate…a package finally arrived yesterday with a Florida plate. Joe Wyers does not return calls. We have no way of finding out if the 1% extra on the loan was taken off since they never honored their part of the agreement. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SHAM. I have already reported them to the BBB, YELP and will now be contacting Chrysler. I even tried to reach out to Owner and no response. STAY AWAY….especially if you are a woman. They talk down to you like you would not believe.

“Advertised price for the truck was $39,800. After confirming the truck was available I drove 4 hours to check it out (it’s a pretty sweet truck and didnt want to miss out). I got there as they were opening for the day and told them I had an appointment to drive it. They informed me someone else had agreed to buy the truck, but it was available (weird) for $44,000 now, and I was welcome to purchase it for that price. I asked why was $4K added on to the advertised price and they said “”dealer fee””. The website doesnt say anything about a “”dealer fee”” like they said it did (even so, a FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR DEALER FEE IS A BIT MUCH. LOL). Here is what the website does say: “”* The advertised price does not include sales tax, vehicle registration fees, other fees required by law, finance charges and any documentation charges. A negotiable administration fee, up to $115, may be added to the price of the vehicle.”” We pointed this out to them, and their response was “”oh, you got that on a mobile device, yeah – the dealer fee isnt mentioned on the mobile website (haha, what?). For the record, I’m currently typing this on my PC and just copied and pasted the above directly from their website (not from a mobile device). You are here, presumably to do a little research before making a large purchase. Let me strongly, strongly caution you about Joey Accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram – these are the Used Car Salespeople we all have come to hate. These folks are the ones who give other Used Car Salespeople a bad name. Run Far Far away unless you’re a glutton for disappointment and a sucker for ‘bait-and-switch’ tactics. This is as dishonest of dealership as you will find. If they arent honest about their prices what else are they hiding? (did they really do the 172 point inspection like they said they did? Was there really another buyer they had lined up to purchase at that price, or was this a lie to instill a ‘sense of urgency’ in me to acquiesce and purchase at the higher price)? Anyone but Joey Accardi.”

I called the service department due to having found water under the rug on the passenger’s side. One of the employees answered the phone, was very rude, cutting me off and telling me that I needed to drop off my car only on Thursdays because the man specialized in leaking problems only comes on Thursdays, not even knowing what the real issue with my car was. I tried to call again to be able to speak with somebody polite, he picks up the phone and says “I already told you to come on Thursday. I know what it is and the guy only comes on Thursdays”. How can he give me the diagnose of my car’s issue if he hasn’t even seen my car? I told him he was being rude and to transfer me to somebody else. Then Jim picks up the phone, was polite to me but kept making up excuses to why the other employee was rude to me by saying “oh, he talks like that because he’s from the Islands”. What? So I have to deal with a rude employee because he’s from the islands??? Also, I was informed that “he has to deal with a lot of New Yorkers”. What??? He’s rude because of New Yorkers customers???? I’m not even from NY and that should never be an excuse for the lack of respect and manners to a customer. I won’t be going back there.

I had such a terrible experience at Schumacher yesterday where I was approved in the beginning and due to lack of communication I waited 7 HOURS for them to tell me I couldn’t take the car home and the bank was closed at that point. I called Joey Accardi this morning and explained my situation to them. Javier, a sales manager, was more than willing to compensate me for my prior experience at the other location and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for. Justin diligently worked hard to get everything taken care of before I came in. He made my experience remarkable because he took the time to fill out the paperwork over the phone and spent the day making sure everything was set in stone so I didn’t have to sit in store and wait! I also wanted to recognize Ricardo, one of the finance managers, for combining his efforts with those two to make sure that I was getting the best deal for the new car and the best price for my trade in. I am amazed how on point their staff is and how quick they were able to do everything for me. I really cannot thank them enough. Be aware, these people take advantage of the elderly, knowing they are easy to trick into anything just to get a car out of their inventory. Technician claimed the problem was two different problems before finding the actual problem with the vehicle. Technician claimed I had bad fuel pumps even though I purchased them and replaced them myself. After charging me for new fuel pumps and labor after I was already charged for the first claim, the technicians threw away the fuel pumps I purchased myself so I did not have the option to return them after the service advisor promised he would return them to me. I will never return to this location if my vehicle has another problem. I feel as if I was robbed and taken advantage of. Did not have my car for almost a month and was only offered a rental after the second time it broke down after leaving the dealership. I returned the call to request that my number be removed. Sadly, within 2 minutes after doing so, I then received 2 more calls from the dealership, which I did not answer. (Violation of the Do Not Call laws) Whoever was calling from the Dealership then used a cell and called 2 more times, leaving a threatening VM. (2 more violations of the Do Not Call laws) Obviously this business hires people who are a little suspect.

Our family (Wilson), has a mechanical & maintenance plan, had to use this service location. They are dishonest and do not perform services as promised. And, destroyed our property. Jeep purchased 10/2019. Purchased Service & Maintenance plan. Brought in 9/5/20 for oil change and tire rotation. Also showed service writer about 2 issues that need repair, he witnessed the no-start complaint himself and said we would need to bring in for repairs during the week only. They claimed to have performed the oil change and tire rotation. THEY DID NOT ROTATE tires (I’m not sure if they really changed the oil now). Brought the Jeep back in 9/8/20 for THE TIRE ROTATION and for the two repair complaints. 1. does not always start – sometimes have to try several times, up to 5 minutes (service writer witnessed this on 9/5). 2. Air conditioner does not always come on, have to fiddle with the switch to make it work. Explained that both conditions have been intermittent since vehicle was purchased in October 2019. They had the Jeep for 2 1/2 days, could not locate a problem or duplicate the problem. Guessed that it may be a repair of a non-covered item for $800 in parts and 2 hours labor. NO THANK YOU! When I picked up the vehicle, which has a dash camera inside, with sound, I discovered that they never touched the vehicle on day 1 (9/8/20). On day 2 (9/9//20), they started the vehicle 2 times – AND AT APPROXIMATELY 5:30 PM, an employee & a rider (not sure if employee too), took my vehicle home – used 1/2 tank of my gas, when they discovered the dash camera was live and recording, pulled the wires out of the camera, which broke the power port. The camera has a battery back up so there are clips of parking my Jeep at a shopping center and again at a private residence. I am disgusted, they knew that this vehicle was needed for travel to and from work. I have rental coverage on my policy but it requires them to diagnose first. They let the vehicle sit the entire first day and the second day only tried 2 times and let someone else use it for transportation WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Total disregard for their customers property or the service they should provide. I was without transportation for 3 days and received absolutely no service. I now have a broken camera – and the recording is proof of who broke it. And, I still have service issues that are not resolved. I was promised to be contacted by the general manager and no one has contacted me either today or Friday. I guess Stuart Weinstock thought I would just go away? Don’t bother responding to this review with some ‘canned’ response. You need to contact us as promised. We have an update – this dealer did repair one of the items on our initial complaint. They did charge us for the repair and part of the car rental. Not totally satisfied and have filed a complaint towards the Warranty company (that this dealer sold us) with the State of Florida. **Be very careful when buying these warranty plans. I’m sure most folks buy the middle (Gold) plan like we did – ignition switch not covered??

I went to this dealership originally to just look at a car, i had spoke to a man named victor over the phone and scheduled a test drive so of course when i went in i asked for him, he was busy but assigned me to another salesman named romero and one named ronald, both of those men helped me look at the car, drive it and talk finance. Even though i am 19 they spoke to me and worked with me like a grown up, near the end I realized i wanted to drive away with this car and they made that more than possible, after buying there were a few issues with the car that i had brought to their attention and they say to bring it the next morning and it would be taken care of. I brought my car in, was given a loaner and picked it up a few hours later, victor did a great job keeping in contact with me and updating me on the car. With all that being said buying at this dealership was a great experience and i will definitely buy here again!

Took them 3 hours to perform an alignment. I was told over the phone at 1:30 PM they were finishing it up. Came to the dealership at 4:00 PM and got told the same thing. It wasn’t until 4:30 PM they finally came and got me. My steering wheel is now tilted to the left and my Jeep shoots to the right. I’m not sure what they did in that 3 hours but it was NOT an alignment.

I I purchased a lease on December 2017 Dodge Challenger 5.7 lt Hemi..The finance guy Steve told me that he will send me paperWork (contract) In the mail.I never received.I keep calling the guy asking him for my paperwork and for some reason I can’t seem to get the paperwork from him what’s he hiding did he forge my signature on the contract and that’s why he don’t want me to see the contract.When I went to get the car I had somebody go with me so I do have a witness too.I called a couple weeks ago, which was Aug 15th , 2020 asking for him to return my call and I could not seem to get him to return my call what do I need to do to get my paper Work? “Mark J. I am in the market of trading in a used vehicle for newer but used vehicle. I attempted with online notifications about jeeps in my area. Car Fax bombarded my email with notifications. Joey Acardi dealership came up on Car Fax with some very affordable prices and quality vehicles. There was a Jeep latitude in excellent condition, low mileage, clean. The ONLINE price was $12,200.00, very attractive. When I got to the dealership I was told the actual price was $17K + with my payoff for my BMW. This did not add up. I asked the salesman to get me the numbers for a contract as I gave him a affordable price range for me monthly and left. As soon as I walked out I received a text “”I think we can meet your number”” great! The deal for them was that in order to meet my number I had to finance with Joey Acardi/ Citi bank, reputable financing, great, 5.5% interest on $15,300.00, $1000. 00 down, pay off on the BMW $2000.00 and get a trade in credit of $2000.00 for the BMW. The deal for me was they were going to beat my finance company (Navy Federal) by .5% over 75 months. This was doable since my credit is in the high 7 hundreds. I could see myself in this vehicle by week’s end, great looking vehicle for a 60 year old Veteran just trying to get back and forth to work. I did have two (2) requests, 1 was for them to at least give me a spare tire for the Jeep since there wasn’t one in the vehicle and, well you are a Jeep dealer (I was told I could get one for fifty ($50.00) dollars somewhere else). The other request was to please explain to me how the marketed asking price went from $12,200.00 to $17k, to $15,300.00? I later returned to the dealership after work (late evening) with hopes to advance the deal/paperwork (license, insurance info) I was then introduced to a finance manager who again read to me the numbers they had on paper with a green sharpie, still, nothing itemized or exact fee allocations. I soon left because the numbers were still not adding up, I was tired, and they were closing. I called one more time the next day to get some clarity and assurance that ALL the numbers were valid. The gentleman said to me again all was good and then stated that they have just dropped the price again and attempted to explain their pricing and how there are additional fees in print for online pricing (down in the unseen details) that are not factored into the upfront advertised price. Even after tax, tag, title transfer, maybe a dealer fee. I was left with the question of why there was a three (3) thousand dollar difference from the online asking price. I was at work and could not stay on the call very long but had made an agreement to come in my next off day with proof of insurance (full coverage) and close the deal. 20 minutes later I received a text quote “”hello just letting you know that I just sold that vehicle””. My lesson here is to become more competent of the online sites and to have someone help me with my future online searches.”

Horrible service!!! Made an appointment for a safety recall and the service technician Vic told me to come back Monday because they would have my car all weekend. Then I came back Monday morning to drop off my car. After dropping it off I receive a call hours later stating that they don’t have my part and to come pick up my vehicle. Buyer beware. Do NOT do business with this dealership. Arrived to make a cash purchase on a vehicle based upon the advertised price which was listed on at least three independent websites. I confirmed the price with the manager Oscar on the phone. When we arrived to purchase the car the price we were quoted was $3193 over the list price. That included a $1995 refurbishing fee and a $1198 dealer fee which was not disclosed on the Carfax website, Facebook or the Car Gurus website. This did not include tax, tags or title. The sales rep Brandon flat out told us the dealer would rather have someone finance the car then pay cash. We were completely caught off guard by the bait and switch game with the price, and they eventually offered to waive the $1995. This is the type of dealer that gives user care dealers a bad name. Dishonest.

Mr Joey Accardi, You should be aware of the inconsistent, deceptive and lack of transparency pricing practices being conducted at your dealership in Pompano Beach. On two occasions, dealership would not honor online pricing. On my second visit to the dealership on Friday, 5/15/2020, the best offer on the vehicle I’m interested in was 9% higher than the first offer about two weeks earlier. I showed Kareem the online sales price and they wouldn’t honor it. When I departed the store, Jesus phoned and provided another “best offer” with an incredible low ball offer on a trade-in that was 32% lower than KBB”s Cash Offer, which Jesus stated he provided. Online ads are being sent advertising zero percent interest rates, however of course these rates are not being honored on the vehicle of interest. Consumer must click 10 times through a site to get to the fine print. Really, in theses days and times, honestly and transparency prevails. I had the title of my trade-in with me and was ready to buy. My experience at Joey Accardi Jeep in Pompano Beach was the epitome of why car shopping gets such bad rap!

2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited – Joey Accardi Chrysler I bought my Jeep into the dealer on 1/06/2020 for transmission issues which are causing safety concerns, as well as other issues. The transmission was shuttering when switching gears and I was almost involved in two car accidents because of this. I clearly outlined all of my concerns to the dealer prior to bringing the car and again while I dropped the car off. I was told it would be a few days before I heard back with a diagnosis, which was understandable. Fast forward a week, I did not hear from the dealer with any updates. The dealership, in total, had my car for one month. During that month, I was the one that needed to reach out to them for any updates. Each time I did so, I was told that the dealership is very busy and has a very large backlog & that was their reasoning for not being able to reach out to me and it was sitting their for 3 weeks without being looked at. Had this been communicated in the beginning, I would have found a dealership that could complete a repair in a more desirable timeframe. Additionally, I asked why they would take new appointments if they all knew they could not fulfill the customers repair within a decent amount of time – I never received a straight forward answer to this question. After a month of the dealership having the car and then reaching out to say it was “fixed,” I picked it up and within my 30 minute ride home, my same transmission issues were occurring again and yet again, almost caused another accident. On top of that, my Jeep was riding worse than it was when I originally dropped it off. Not to mention it was filthy with garbage in it that was not mine. During the time that they had my car, I was given a rental car through Enterprise for 10 days. I was advised this cost was covered by the dealer. Unfortunately, someone did not do their job correctly, and I am now being billing almost $500 from Enterprise because the dealer did not pay for the rental. I have reached out via email and phone multiple times and left several messages for my service writer, as well as Jim – the service manager and even reached out to Russell – the GM of the dealership directly via his email address. I have still not yet heard back from anyone and Enterprise cannot help me with the charges, as they’ve stated the dealership now needs to either refund me directly or submit proper payment to Enterprise so that I can then be refunded. On top of that, my car is now back again with the dealership and I have yet to get any updates from them nor have I gotten any calls back. I would not recommend using this dealership to anyone. Their lack of customer service, professionalism and repair is not worth even a one star rating. This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare as I am now out almost $500 & my vehicle.

I arrived just about closing time and for the most part everyone was going home for the weekend. I had a loud noise and did not want to use my car over the weekend in fear I would damage something. The service man asked one of the mechanics if he could look at it as he was leaving to go home. He agreed and stayed and inspected the car and found the problem with a belt. He said it was good i did not drive it more and he repaired the problem in about an hour and only charged me for the part and said the service bookkeeping was closed and wow did i ever appreciate that. “Have been purchasing parts and service from this dealership for a couple years now with the business I own. Brought car in for service. Determined that the battery was bad which I had just bought outside of there. They threw away my old battery and refused to give me the core on it even though I just bought it for $300 a few months ago. Manager said 100% the old battery is bad but it had a warranty on it and I could have exchanged it FREE. Said “”Says Bosch Batterys are horrible, Too bad we just threw it away like all the other cores.”” So basically having spent around $40,000 in parts with different vehicles there over the past 2 years with my business, I got stuffed with a $500 ticket that was a Battery Diagnostic and New Battery Replacement. Again, $500 was for a mechanic to look at the car and say it needs a new battery and replace it for $500. The battery was brand new in it and I could have got a warranty for free on it only paying diagnostic fees. Definitely a lazy lying diagnostic to bill me $500. I was never notified that my core battery was going to be thrown away and didn’t receive my parts replaced. Nobody called me. I waited a month for this answer since the transmission mechanic was backed up and couldn’t look at it. I drove by there for weeks seeing that the car hadn’t moved. No problem continued to wait because I’m there all the time doing business with my other cars. Not anymore. Will not work with this dealership ever again and I hope anyone that reads this understands that a business that accumulates thousands of your dollars over time to lose future years of business over a $500 stuff in the face battery and diagnostic is not a business anyone should buy a car with, service your car with, buy a part or any business at all. The service is horrible and I will buy all parts from Arrigo 100% from now on since I have never had a bad experience with them in my life. Would recommend to other customers that have their replacement parts thrown away without authorization to report this to the Broward County Repair License, Florida Motor Vehicle Repair License and to Pompano Beach as formal complaints for theft. Posted pictures of what a $500 Battery looks like! Way better than a Bosch AGM 5 Year Warranty just thrown in the garbage! Thanks Accardi!”

My second bad experience at this place. This place sells cars online that are not actually there or exist but accept appointments for them. When you get there the car doesn’t exist for various reasons. This time a salesmen said that the jeep I was asking about didn’t exist because the owner of the dealership added it to the website and car gurus but its not actual dealer inventory or for sale? It’s now five hours later and it’s still up online. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is a much better dealership Joey Accardi CDJR and its employees are terrible.

DO NOT BUY GAP OR WARRANTY SERVICES FORM THIS DEALERSHIP COMPLETE SCAM!!! They got me to buy extra warranty and GAP through them they use JMA group and fidelity warranty services and both companies are scams!! Also this dealership does not provide the actual contract for these warranties so you don’t see all the exclusion which basically leaves you with no help! My car was stolen 3 months after I bought it from here and now I am left paying the balance thanks to the scam of GAP insurance they sold me without ever showing me all the exclusion on the actual contract! Will soon be contacting my lawyer to see who I need to sue!

“What a JOKE. Found a truck I liked on line at this dealer. MSRP 63K, advertised price was 52K. (BTW, still listed as such on their page). Exchanged bunch of emails with Internet Manager and got a purchase quote of 692/month for 60 months with 4200 down. Was told the truck is new and ready to go. Got to the dealer and was told the truck is actually 78K with installed accessories (those were already listed and in agreed price), it was a demo and was told that there is no way in hell they can meet the price I was quoted. The sales guy told me, “”well the price was sent to you by 20 something year old kid in our Internet department, he has no idea what he is doing, I have been here for over 8 years and know better. But…. we can put you in another truck…”” What a joke. This is just another level of Bait and Switch.”

The service guys are great as always but here’s where the four instead of five stars comes in. When I Called to make my appointment to have my airbag replaced due to a recall, the lady that I scheduled the appointment with told me that they do not do airbag change outs on Saturdays. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday to come in and have service write up a work order so they could order the part that needed to be replaced. When I got to my appointment on Saturday the service guy told me that the airbag part was in and that they could change it out that day. No work order needed. I’m glad I had time to leave my vehicle to have the work done that day.

I am a retired mechanic, while I have arthritis that prevents me from working, I still retain my knowledge on automobiles. I came to FL to visit. I needed an alignment after the long drive here, it was a simple in and out job. The dealer must have thought I had no clue about cars as they told me my entire break system needed to be replaced, over 5k to fix. I laughed and said forget the alignment, I’m leaving. They refused to release my car saying it was undriveable. The car is 2 years old. I finally got the dealer to agree to have a 3rd party tow it off the lot. This is how far they went with trying to get me to just give in and fix it there. My guy towed it a block over, I looked and everything looked good, then I drove home, back to Texas with no issues. It seems the accuracy of their service required may not be accurate. I then had my mechanic at home look at the car, as a gut check. He did the alignment and said everything else on the car was in mint condition. My advice, dont go here and if you do, get a second opinion but avoid at all costs.

The wires hanging all around my car, don’t even come saying I should go there because I have been there several times and was given bad attitude because all you wanted was my money and now you won’t do anything about it. I left a review a couple months ago (about 2-3) so this is a follow up as I ran across a colleague that had a bad experience here recently. We brought our vehicle here for service took about a week with them having the car in their possession. The request (oil change) was not done the first time so a second visit and another week with our car in their possession. After the second time our vehicle was returned back with a crack tail light with visible paint marks. The management was notified and they did try to rectify the issue in a timely manner . We were told a replacement light was on hold for us to pick up although we were hesitant about returning to this dealership. After emails and phone call confirmation of date and time we would be coming to pick up the part, when we got there the part was “sold” and not on hold. We were told a replacement would be mailed out to us. Of course frustrated, I sent an email expressing my frustration and disappointment which I guess more than upset them also which at this point I was not happy. Long story short, here we are 2-4 months later still no replacement light via snail mail. Hope all who visits this dealership has better luck then us.

Took my older vehicle to this dealership on Fri. 20th Dec. because my brakes were going to floor, and I’m visiting from NY. Told guy who helped me in service dept., once you find issues, and car is still up in air, bring me back so both my husband and I can see what is going on. We both know about our vehicles. Nonetheless he came back, stating it would be $1,200 job, car was on ground and I was unable to see this “alleged” leak and deterioration of break lines. Told him order parts, I would be in early next day! Go in Saturday early, no parts been ordered. was still going to give these “rip-offs” my business, until I came to my senses! I forgot my van is old, and completely paid off, and although I keep my vehicles in “tip top” shape, it’s not necessary to go to dealership anymore. Go to break specialists, tell me it is NOT totally what they said and quoted me for, and they did job for half the price, and even gave us a rental vehicle while work was being done. My husband and I are also in market for new van, and was considering purchasing from Joey, NOT any more! I DO NOT recommend this dealership, nor their “alleged” certified mopar technicians. They also sent me back out dealership with low tire pressure, I thought as courtesy they do 12 point inspection. Obviously NOT this “rip-off” of a dealership!

Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change, air in tires and tire rotation at 7:45 am, waited until 10:10 until I started asking questions. The manager had called a “meeting” with all the mechanics, on a busy morning! I watched my vehicle sit there for 2 hours untouched, then rushed through the services in 15 minutes. One of the mechanics even asked if I could “back up my vehicle because he forgot to put air in the tires.” Will not go there again.

My Jeep reached 50,000 miles, so I wanted to do all the necessary maintenance according to its manual. I gave a service department a call to make an appointment, and I got a representative Stuart Weinstock. From that moment on, Stuart took care of me as if I was at Mercedes dealership. This guy has top notch customer service skills. He listened to all my needs that I wanted to be preformed on my Jeep and then recommended which ones are a must and which – can wait another 6 months or so. It is such a rarity to get a technician/rep who will listen to you, no one listens anymore. The dealership itself dropped the ball being super busy and having not enough technicians and some more. But again, when you deal with a guy like Stuart, I can wait, cause I know the job will be done and will be done properly. he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Not once I had to pick up the phone and ask for an update, it just comes to your phone as a text message or even a voicemail. I am glad I happened to get to know him, and I know that I will ask for Stuart in 6 months when I come back for my regular check up. Joey Accardi’s HR did a great job hiring Stuart. Thank you.

After using them for a couple of years, I really cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership’s service department. Their service department is very small. Everyone seems nice and tries to be helpful but, as far as I’m concerned if you do go here, the only person to deal with is Rick Quinones. I have used the express service for oil changes and tire rotations. They consistently do not re-inflate the tires to the proper pressures and I end up doing it myself at home. I’ve had warranty work done there and had to take it back a second time to get it done correctly. The issue with my most recent experience with them, which will will be the last, was not with the actual work done on (or not in this case) but with their customer service, or the lack of it. They were having an issue with their computer system and instead of just saying we can’t do this for you today, can we arrange for you to come back another day, they had me wait uninformed for over 3 hours. After which I was told told to leave the vehicle and they would get it done. I was not even offered an Uber ride when I left the dealership to go get my wife’s car. I called to check on the status and was put on indefinite hold. After several more unanswered phone calls, I got the service manager and was finally told what the issue was at 5pm. Bottom line, the next morning they were still not able to do it had no idea when their computers going to be back online. I was still never offered any other options to come back another day after they resolved their computer issues. Take it for what it’s worth, just my opinion, for oil changes or simple maintenance things of that nature you’re probably okay here. For anything more complicated than that, I would look elsewhere

These guys don’t know what they’re talking about. Nice enough guys but they will tell you anything is wrong or needs to be fixed to make a buck. These sales guys talk at you like they know you need this or that done when a mechanic hasn’t actually looked at it to verify that. They expect that I’m supposed to take a sales guys word that whatever they say is the issue and just leave my car with them, returning to my $600 bill. Went to a buddy of mine and it turns out that everything done at this dealership was unnecessary. Don’t waste your time.

My experience turned into a 3 week night mare. I took my car for what I considered minor repair. Needed two new tires, front passenger inside door handle repaired, an over head light replaced, new battery for the key fob and the engine warning light was on. After 3 weeks of numerous excuses from shortage of personnel to couldn’t determine which problem the light was indicating, I got my car back in worse shape than when I took it in. The battery was dead when I picked it up and had to be jump started (excuse was it was sitting on the lot too long). I took it and left because I was too furious to leave it there. My carpets and doorsteps were covered in grease and I didn’t buy the excuse about the battery. The car overheated driving home and the battery was dead when I tried to start the car after turning it off. Accardi replaced a cylinder in the motor but broke one of the brackets to hold it in place when working on the engine and damaged the radiator that caused the car to over heat. I called another dealership and they had to replace the battery and radiator and but a new bracket in place that supported the engine. They also had to balance the new tires I got at Accardi because my car was vibrating. I have had my 2015 Town and Country detailed but could not get all traces of grease out. I’m glad to have the opportunity to warn others. There are some serious issues at Joey Accardi because I was a satisfied customer for 2 years and now there is all new staff.

“Lost all trust with this dealership’s service department. Brought in my Jeep for an oil change. Service advisor called to let me know 2 fuel filters also needed to be changed so I gave the okay. Went to pick up the car (2-21-20) and noticed that the Air Filter was also replaced – total for air filter was just over $50 with labor. I was NEVER told that they were replacing my Air Filter. The most upsetting thing about the air filter replacement….. I replaced it myself just over 30 days ago. I showed them my eBay purchase for the filter which was delivered on 1-15-20 Why would the service tech replace a brand new filter with another new filter??? The service advisor and service manager really didn’t seem too concerned. They reversed the charge. They just didn’t get it, why I was so upset. As a consumer I felt like they were “”padding the bill””, “”ripping me off”” with services that were simply not needed. The attitude was piss poor, “”it’s only $50 and we reversed it””. I drove off and got about 7 miles from the dealership. At the red light I decided to check the “”Oil Life Remaining”” and it showed ZERO – 0% Life Remaining – They gave me back the car without resetting it. Just be very aware of what is being done to your car and make sure you question everything when getting service at this dealership.”

Everyone knows that buying a car can be a stressful experience. But if you want a dealer that’s friendly and no nonsense, the team at Joey Accardi is for you. These guys know their stuff. They may not be the biggest dealer around but they got a lot of inventory and Jeeps on the lot (and more just of the lot they can bring over). I was most impressed with the people themselves, especially the manager Craig Sabarese. I walked in with a budget and they were very direct and honest about what I could, and could not get. When we put the deal together, there was no stress to buy. I didn’t feel pressure about getting the Jeep (which I did) or getting any of the maintenance plans (which also I did because I like the peace of mind). Bottom line… friendly, direct, honest dealership I would recommend to anyone!

I was there for 15 minutes before anyone helped me in the service department. Three employees who were not helping anyone told me “someone will be with you in a minute”. They had one service agent helping everyone and he did a great job. I’m never in and out of here in less than an hour and a half.
I originally purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from here it was a great experience so I can back. I then purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and it had been a night mare. Trying to get it serviced for over a year now because there is some issue when u try and get gas it automatically clicks off and I can’t get gas. I have made 5 appointments and when I get here they tell me they are backed up or it needs to have an empty gas tank or some kind of BS. I am currently standing here on 12/23 when I made an appointment and was told there would be no issue. I have been here for 3 hours going in 4 and I am told there is no rentals and they no longer do loaners. I am a public school teacher and have a million things to do when I am off I already missed two doctors appointments because I was told I could just drop it off and I would get a rental. I am beyond frustrated. Do not buy a car here unless you plan I’m having it serviced somewhere else.

Visited Joey Accardi dealership this weekend. We had a very nice experience. Our sales Ronnie Davis was very friendly. We ended up purchased a car. Three weeks later I come back to leave the following comment. After sale service was extremely disappointing. What’s promised by the manager never came true. The salesman told me a different story every time i called. The salesman was new, he said he was told different things when he asked. Either the place or people there don’t play by the book, or he’s part of the plot, no way for me to tell. I kinda knew how things was going to turn out, but I played along, hoping for best in people. Things turned out exactly as I predicted would happened. The salesman no longer worked there, I don’t know if it’s true or not, I’m just fed up keep calling.

I wanted to buy a Jeep Truck and took a test drive. The supposedly 50.00 Amazon gift certificate never worked. I called twice to resolve and never heard back from anyone. Doesn’t exactly build confidence in their customer service, not to mention missing out on selling me a new vehicle.
“The attitude of the service is respectful. On September 4th car stalled on the highway. Five days later get my car “”fixed.”” Then on September 23, vehicle stalls at an intersection with no warning. Vehicle shuts completely off, I have an infant and there is no AC. I get a new battery… $250. Okay. The very next morning, September 24. Vehicle stalls at my house. So had to get my vehicle towed three times this month to them. Vehicle was in the shop since last week and still is currently (week and two days). I have a 200S, which are known for stalling. I have an infant, this car is not family friendly. This whole time my cars in the shop I have had to called for the status on my vehicle except one time. Two days ago I get told vehicle is covered under warranty. Today we called, first no answer. Then finally someone calls back. I have warranty but limited. In other words, had I not called, NO ONE would have told me this issue was not covered under warranty. Today, I get told it is not covered (even though two days got told otherwise). I am paying 1,000 out of my pocket for something electrical on my vehicle. They will tell me it is fixed this time but at this point I do not believe it after three times being told the same thing. My vehicle is not barely 4 years old, has 80,000 miles on it. Please do not get a Chrysler 200S. These cars are faulty and are a money pit. They will make a bunch of money off you especially if you has this type of car. Also, if you have a family (babies or children) this is not a friendly family car. After I get my vehicle back, I will be leaving the Chrysler company all together. I will never do business with Chrysler again. There is always something wrong with a this type of Chrysler vehicle, it’s a constant money pit. I will not be doing business with Chrysler ever again. I am moving over to Honda or Hyundai (more reliable, family friendly, and durable cars). Again, the people are professional and nice. But the Chrysler company itself, as respectful as I can say this, is trash. Thank you and have a wonderful day.”

I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. I had made an appointment, by that seemed to play no part in getting the service completed. To be fair, it was on the website the the times were only estimates, and would be affected by other factors including availability of bays and what types of service, etc. The service adviser was polite and thorough. He kept offering apologies for the delay. As long as I was there, all of the employees were very attentive, and the service was performed as requested. Considering how busy the service department was, they did a remarkable job of keeping things moving. Overall, I give them high marks.
