This is our 3rd time coming back and as always the experience was amazing.. The process was quick even though my credit isn’t very good, I was able to get the truck I wanted for my husband at the price range I wanted and with a good deal all thanks to Darlene J. If a bank said No she would keep looking and working the numbers until you get it. The Sale associates on all 3 of my experiences were amazing. This time we worked with Justin B. I told him what I needed/wanted, my situation, and he was right on point. Thank you we definitely we will see you next time.

Purchased a new F150. Great experience from the beginning. Roschel was fantastic. Didn’t waste my time. Great attitude and personality. The purchase was a non traditional due to not walking into the dealership with the intent of a purchase. The salesman Justin took the time to bring the vehicle to my location so I can view it. He also arranged for an overnight test drive which allowed me to determine if the vehicle would suit me. It did and made the purchase , the right vehicle for the right price. I would definitely consider a future purchase with them. I hope the service center lives up to the same reputation as the sales department. We will see!

“Went in for a recall on my truck. The service was top notch. Was hoping to get an answer to a noise my truck started making only a week ago, but they said I’d have to schedule an appointment for it. I was hoping for at least a guess at what it could be, that way when I do make an appointment, I can at least tell them what it might be, instead of “”funny noise when I start it cold.”” Otherwise, I was in and out in a hour and a half, and the staff was all courteous.”

No problems when having my car serviced. Showroom and grounds are kept clean. However social distancing is an unknown. I was surprised how many clients were not wearing masks (just about all) while waiting for their cars to be serviced, sitting within a very near distance, and even a women (employee) at the front desk was maskless. I asked an employee about the policy and he said ‘nothing he could do’. Even the self serve coffee station was open.

Justin is a true professional and helped us get an awesome truck at a great price! Rarely are car salesman this friendly and personable. He was quick to get back with my questions and helped us custom order a beautiful 2021 F 150 Lariat with the sports package. (Vincent was also very helpful texting me videos of trucks at competitive prices as I insisted on texting at first to keep things easy.) Other dealers would hardly text back but just pressure us to come in. Once we arrived, it was a relaxed and very positive experience. The truck was even delivered sooner than expected and drives like a dream! Thanks, Justin for a great experience! We will definitely be returning for business to Sam Galloway Ford.

“3/30 5PM, I called in trying to schedule a test drive as I was getting serious about purchasing a vehicle. An older man in the sales dept asks if I have the stock number for the car I’m interested in, I tell him “”I don’t have the stock number, but its the only new 2020 Mustang GT you have available still””. His response to me was “”k come in whenever”” and he hung up the phone on me. I still had questions to ask and I definitely won’t be coming in now, lol. Unfortunately I’ll be driving farther to a different dealership.”

Was looking forward to purchasing a brand new 2021 Expedition Max Limited this morning. Ron had the dealer trade from another place specifically for it. Exactly what we wanted. In the car to drive to Sam Galloway for the appointment when I was told the owners are driving the vehicle around this weekend and it won’t be available until Monday. My deepest condolences to the Galloway family for their loss. I’m heartbroken for them. However, maybe there was a different vehicle they could drive around this weekend. Not the exact one that a client was expecting to purchase. I get it, owner of the dealership, they are entitled to do what they want with their inventory. I’m sure the vehicle will sell quick. Great car. Ron was a first class individual. Wanted to buy local. Shame though. I’m still going with Ford, but I don’t think Sam Galloway Ford earned the business.

When we bought our 2020 Edge we paid for the Auto Butler exterior protection plan where a coating is applied to the vehicles exterior surface twice per year. We dropped the car off to receive it’s second (first applied before we purchased it) application, then got a call it’s ready for pick up. When we got home, with the car in the shade, you could see all over the car what appeared to be water spots, sides, hood rear hatch, especially on the chrome. We called the service tech, Lenny, told him what we were seeing, he asked that we return the vehicle for a redo, which we did the next morning. We dropped the car off, headed for home and got a call within 20 minutes saying the car was finished. We drove home, and in the shade, there is still many areas with the spotting we saw earlier. They are not visible in the bright sunshine. We called Lenny again, told him what we were seeing, he wanted to do it again, we declined since we had other plans for the day and needed the car. Very disappointed in this, Lenny was willing to help, but to me, he should have looked the car over himself, in the shade as I had told him that is when the spots are visible.

Very honest, very helpful, got me into a sweet truck with an awesome price, 2yr warranty and 2yr Gap protection, exactly the monthly payments I wanted. I recommend that if you have a trade in, go to Sam Galloway Ford and get a nice new vehicle. I think I just found the car lot I will use over and over again and it’s a hard thing to find a dealership that will take care of you, new customer for life

“Since 2012 I have purchased one vehicle and leased six from Friendly Ford in Monroe, MI. Since I was in Florida when the lease was up on my current vehicle I turned the vehicle into Galloway Ford in Fort Myers, FL and leased a new 2021 Ford Explorer. I really like the vehicle, but felt that the lease contract was very deceptive. I was led to believe that extended warranties on the vehicle, maintenance and tires was free. When I got home I reviewed the lease contract and found out that I had paid over $1100.00 for these warranties. Warranties that I did not need on a 3 year lease as the vehicle was already covered for 3years/36000 miles. I called to inquire about this and was told that these were given to me in exchange for dealer fees that I would have had to pay anyway, but they gave me the warranties instead. None of this was reflected on the lease agreement and I was not advised of this at the lease signing. Shame on me for not catching this at the time of signing. It won’t happen again! Since this lease was priced as a “”Friends & Family Lease (my daughter works for Ford) I doubt that these were additional “”dealer fees.”” I will never be back to Galloway Ford. When the lease is up on this vehicle I will return to Michigan and turn the vehicle in at Friendly Ford – a dealership I trust. My advise to you is if you purchase/lease from them that you go over the contract line by line before you sign. I did not have that opportunity.”

Best experience I’ve never had. To explain illness has forced me to give up driving and the sole responsibility now falls upon my beloved wife our only vehicle was a 2020 Ram Longhorn limited which we dearly loved. So I sent my wife and pickup to Sam Galloway Ford. I told her that I trusted her and I trusted them, so go make a deal and bring us back to the Ford family. She drove home a fully loaded Edge Titanium. I couldn’t be happier with the deal and love the Ford

brought in my wife’s Ford Fiesta for a recall and new wheel when we received the car back the new wheel and tire was up to Specs with PSI but the other three tires were very low almost flat she did not notice this until she got out on the highway because the car so light and small. it’s ironic that they wouldn’t check the other 3 tire pressures

“Reflective of the actual experience, I set an appointment through the Lincoln App as advertised by my sales person at the dealership. I made the appointment for one week out for pick up. I checked the appointment on a couple of occasions on the app and was able to confirm on both occasions on the app. The morning of the appointment no one showed up. I gave it a bit and then decided to call. The person I dealt with in the service department was polite, however indifferent to the fact that my appointment was gone. Her reply was “”we have had some trouble with app appointments and had to cancel some””. She then said, “”I can schedule one for you now””, as if the notion of a cancelled appointment and my time on my calendar was of no importance. In defense of her approach, the average person is used to being treated “”average”” and expectations are generally low, in my opinion because most guest experiences are average. I explained that I felt my day was wasted, because I set my calendar for a day in office to accommodate the appointment. My time is valuable as a C Level leader. This review would be a 1 star if it stopped here. I asked to speak to a manager, he came onto the phone, I explained why I was upset, and he asked if he could pick up the vehicle now (about 2pm or so) and would call me back in a few moments. In a few moments Randy called me back and said someone would be on their way to pick up the vehicle. Some three hours later, delivering the truck back to me all set. This pushed this review to a 4 Star, because I felt heard, I think they recognized my point was valid, and handled it. In the end, I am in hopes that they used this opportunity to help train the person how to handle such things as an advocate for the customer. In addition, the use of technology should not be limited to the personnel available to use said technology. Those the refuse to learn and embrace business systems that furthers technology should move along to positions where no one cares. Management accepting a “”that is good enough”” attitude should consider the training they offer, making sure it is valid and complete. The Galloway family have been good to the community and deserve our support. This will not deter me from using them, just in hopes that the review itself offers insight into improvement.”

A little pricey definitely but it’s the dealer what can I say. They are definitely polite and through I can say that for certain. I’ve been using them for the last year they are good. I would give them a 5 star in customer service. The biggest critiques is the quick lane. It’s not per say as ‘quick’ as I’ve experienced with my old dealership. 45 minutes tops. If I had somewhere to be and expressed that they usually had me done sooner. I also get inconsistent pricing for the works base package. Each time I come I get charged different prices for the same package, don’t know what’s up with that

I would like to start with my service advisor David Hayes he gets 5 stars very caring and knowledgeable best so far. Now we move to garage 3 hours for quick oil change is way too long when I got into car next day I have no windshield washer fluid seems minor but 3 hours what did they do if fluids were not topped off as paid for. I had noticed several people looking to check under Hood after service so I guess it’s now the responsibility of customers to do your job of checking employees work big problem these days no pride in workmanship or respect

Took my wife’s vehicle to Galloway because it would not start. Bought it there 3 years ago. I knew it was the battery, but wanted them to run a diagnostic on everything as I didn’t want to just buy a battery and then find out something else needed to be fixed. Leonard Vaznonis was my service advisor. Dropped off and told him we would pick up the next day. He said if it was the battery it would be around $150 for the diagnostics and the battery, did I want him to replace if that was the culprit? I said yes. Was pleasantly surprised when he called and said it was the battery, but that I had replaced/purchased it from Galloway within the past two years and it was still under warranty. So they swapped it out at no charge. Personally, I had forgotten that I replaced the battery a few years ago and did not think to ask if it was under warranty. I was ready to pay the $150. Thank you for being honest and informing me of the warranty. I will continue to do business with companies that treat their customers right!

I kept my 2014 Ford Escape in great shape with on time maintenance and upkeep. The upkeep was done so well that I was getting calls from the Sales team inquiring about upgrading to a newer model during my service visits. Before 100k miles, I went in to do a “Tune Up” to change fluids and spark plugs. It cost me 1k. Not even a month from that service, my transmission, audio control module, and A/C evaporator all needed to be replaced! Including getting a rental, the cost of this work would be over 7k! It would not have been worth to do vs. the actual trade in value of the car. With facing the reality that the work needed to be put into the car was greater than its value, I went ahead and caved in to getting a car….but not with Ford. Why? Because if you purchase a car, and service the car on certain milestones- you would like to believe that the car would hold through some wear and tear over time. I don’t drive like a maniac, so the sudden fragility after the 100k tune up does not coincide with the idea of keeping up with your car. As a loyal Ford customer since 2001, I no longer have the confidence that the quality of the vehicle will sustain longevity even if we do our part as car owners. I have switched and looking forward to a new experience with a new car company.

It seemed to take too long for what I had done. Plus I feel it was way overpriced. It was around 50 dollars for the oil change which is fine but another 800.00 to check the AC and not repair it but just recharge the system with no guarantee and I was there for 5 hours after making an appointment

When we arrived we had to attend ourselves because there were lots of workers doing nothing, and they did not even talk to us. We had to go ask for help, If we didn’t ask no one would have even approached us. I also did not see anyone wear their masks, or they did have a mask but they did not wear it correctly. Just the worst, would not ever come back.

I’ve had service work done at Sam Galloway for over 7 years now, and am always happy with their customer service, regardless who I come in contact. Recently, I came for an unscheduled oil change on my SuperDuty F350. Crystal, the service rep, immediately accommodated that service and then asked if there was anything else. I asked her to further evaluate a warranty recall issue, that persisted, despite having it addressed by my hometown dealership in WI. She seemed very knowledgeable about the specific issue and set up an appointment at a later date. All the staff I’ve encountered over the years have been pleasant and competent at what they do. Crystal is a special individual in that she is engaging and expresses a natural happiness. Certainly a great front person for this dealership.

Service people were nice and efficient. Oil service used a substandard oil blend 10-30 when the service promised at sale was a synthetic and a 5-40 to boot recommended by Ford. Paid $3000 for extra maintenance package on a $75,000 diesel truck to put in oil that jiffy-lube uses. Not happy and feeling ripped off!

Living in Cape Coral, the fifth largest city in Florida, we don’t have a Ford dealership…but there are three Ford Dealers in the area, the closest is Galloway, a 30+ minute drive. I had received a notification of a recall for a defective door latch. I also had a small coolant leak. The car was dropped off, worked on that day and I picked up the car the next morning, after receiving a call from Michael, our service agent, that it was ready. Checking out was a experience. I gave the cashier my name, type of car, Mustang, year, 2015, and my service manager’s name, Michael. After several minutes of silence, I asked if something was wrong. “Your car is not ready and your service manager isn’t Michael…it’s Phil.” She said… several times that I was wrong about the service agent name. My response, “Well, when I made the appointment, Michael was the service manager name I was given by the service reservation agent. Michael was the person with whom I reviewed the needed service work, when I dropped off the car. Michael is the one who called me to say that the car was ready.” I guess she didn’t believe me because she called Michael to the cashier office. He arrives. Knows me. Looks at the cashier….nothing. After a extended time period, this young lady announces…”Well there are two of you.” (Two people with the same name.) My question, which went completely unanswered…”Does the other (person with same name) drive a 2015 Mustang?” Bottom line, probably fifteen minutes were wasted, because the cashier DID NOT LISTEN to the customer. All would have been avoided if she had simply listened. She had everything she needed, but… And…on the service side….when I went out later in the day…I found that Galloway neglected to connect the passenger side interior door handle….so Monday morning, 7am, I was back at the dealership. Michael was off, but Carl was able to have the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. But, it was a long drive to have something fixed that should have been doubled checked before the vehicle was released. Ford needs to put a dealership in Cape Coral for it’s 200,000+ residents.

Service has always been good and fast. They tend to forget that part of my purchase was free oil changes & tire rotations so sometimes I have to dispute it. they are always happy to correct it. The new rules on the shuttle service was a surprise. Has never been an issue until last service. But the service is good, fast and reliable. Everyone is helpful and in a positive mood.

On Saturday 1/30/2021 I had to go car shopping just because I worn my old car out until it was no longer drivable. I had the car for two years and was my first car after going 6 years without one. I started my day at another dealer ship leaving me discouraged. After lunch and research with my hubby we decided since we were so close to Sam Galloway that we would go and look there. After some time just wandering the lot looking everywhere can across a vehicle that was in my highest end of my price range but well worth the value. After watching the vehicle that was calling my name drive by me leaving me yet discouraged is when a young man named Ed Bevan drove up and stopped. Asking me if anyone was helping me or if I had any questions. After convincing from my hubby I went up to the main building asking for Ed. Ed Bevan was not just happy to help us but excited. I asked about the vehicle that drove by me and he did all possible to find out what was going on. While he was getting the keys to another vehicle to test drive I just happened to look outside to see this young man get ahold of the car that was call me name. I can only imagine my expression on my face but the excitement he had when he drove up in the one I wanted. Ed Bevan stopped this vehicle from going to auction. He know my discouragement and walked with us every step of the way. He didn’t get lunch because of me. He was so positive about this that he go me started on the papers and took the car to detail. He then after hours waiting on finance got us hooked up with Jimmy “G” Goodwin who was just as amazing and made everything easy. I so totally encourage anyone in need to go and deal with Ed and Jimmy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to these two men for all they did that day. Will so totally go back again.

I went in to their quick Lane because my tire pressure light and my oil changed light had both come on. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes watching men eat and roam around. I was only paid attention to when I pulled out my phone and started filming them. I was told they were too too busy too too busy. I left and went to tire kingdom.

Wish they actually did what they said they where doing. Found a car I loved went thru the process of being approved for the car I wanted waited a few days and messaged the sales associate to be told I was approved for the car and would need over half the money down for it. Then when I said that was alot of money he then told me oh the car cant be financed anyhow you need to find a different car. Sent him 3 cars I was interested in to never hear from him or anyone else I contacted again. After I was told that he had several people working hard to get us into something asap and how they strive to help everyone regardless of credit get into a reliable vehicle.

Set an appointment earlier this week to bring my mustang in for service for 2/22/21 at 12pm then was told by the service advisor that I didn’t need an appointment and to come anyway, so I did. Then when I got there was told they were booked and couldn’t service my car for 2 weeks. Guess I’ll either take my car elsewhere or do the work myself

The initial experience with the seller was exceptional. Mike Mendoza. Then a member of the finance team came over to judge my credit. They are supposed to evaluate the credit application but this gentleman judged in a very unfortunate and arrogant way. I do not recommend that unpleasant visit to anyone. Very bad experience overall.

My 2013 Lincoln has only 43000 miles on it, but the torque converter went out. That being said, Galloway Lincoln repaired and it runs like new. Very expensive, though.

Bought a certified prewoned F250 3 months ago. Started having problems with the transmission I believe to the point where it should no be driven. Automatically shifts at random times will be driving 45mph and by itself switches to manual mode and downshifts etc. Called to setup appointment to get it fixed. Again only had this vehicle for about 3 months and 4k miles. They told me they can’t even look at it until may 5th. I said ok can i get a loaner until then since it isca warranty issue I was told I could when it comes in for repairs. I needed the truck this weekend to haul my travel trailer. They told me I could rent a car for 5 days up to 30 dollars a day. Well I need a truck big enough to haul trailer until April when they are finished fixing it. Rental fee for this is 1800 dollars per month. The biggest loaner they have that I can’t have until April 5th is a ranger seems ridiculous. I will be showing up at the dealership tomorrow and update this review based on the outcome.

This was the first truck I’d ever purchased. I dealt with the salesman by the name of David Deardorff . He made the experience very easy and pleasurable. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me anything that I was not looking for In fact he talked me down a model that was in my best interest for my situation and as much as I drive . The check in process is fast and the waiting time is decent ( depending of the service). They also have car rental on site in case service time is longer. I was so disappointed with my experience with the service department. I have been waiting over 6 months for my back up camera to be fixed. I bought the car in January of 2020, and it started to not work in March. Galloway says it is on back order, but they do not keep in touch and when I call to check in, I am always blown off. When I took it in for them “to fix”, I ended up getting another call saying they cannot fix and once again, it is on back order. When I went to pick up my car, the cashier was extremely rude. Ford pass was not working according to her, so I was unable to use my points for my oil change. When I asked how we can work around it, she gave me an attitude as if I was the one that caused Ford pass not to work. My car also had a recall and when I asked her about it she responded with “how should I know”….. Overall I am not happy and will not be taking my car back for service. There are many other small business shops I would rather give my business to. I will say on a positive note, the sales team in January was amazing and I would buy a car from them again. My service experience has not been the same unfortunately.

I’ve been going to Sam Galloway Ford since moving to Florida in 2006 with my then 2005 Explorer, which thanks to them was still working and running like a top when I decided to get a new one in 2016. I brought the truck in for 2 service items, they called and said the truck was ready. Drove from the Cape to Ft Myers to find that they only fixed one item. When i bought the truck i bought the best extended warranty, then when i go to use it for the first time to repair a non operating sun roof the claim was denied because they said the policy excluded body trim, how the heck is a non operating sun roof body trim. Very disappointed. The service advisor tried to help but in the end i was disappointed, because when i was sold the warranty i was told everything was cover except wear items, and that turned out not to be true and second they only fixed one of two items .

Had to take my 2015 Ford Mustang in due to my brake lights not going off after the car was turned off plus i had another issue i wanted them to look at, one of my mud flaps on the drivers side in the back was lose and i told them to please look at it and let me know what can be done about it. A few hours later after dropping the car off i received a phone call from Phillip who was handling my account, and i was told the brake light switch to the brake pedal bushing was missing and they will need to replace it. I said go ahead knowing the issue fell under my extended warranty. Then i receive a call from them again in regards to my brakes needing to be replaced, which i knew was coming up so i received a quote which was fine and agreed to have the brakes replaced. Then another call in regards to my front rotors needing to be replaced asked for a quote agreed and got it done. Picked the car the next day looked at the bill and realized they charged me $129.95 for them to take a look at the mud flap only to tell me i would need to take it to a body shop. Well Phillip didn’t bother to tell me there would be a charge for them to even look at that issue, if i would have known i was going to be charged i wouldn’t have said anything, plus looking at the rotors i think the mechanic placed the rotors on the back wheels and not the front and when i press on the brakes the car doesn’t feel right. I will not be taking my car back to Galloway ford for any type of repair. They ripe you off and the service isn’t all that great. Drove away after paying my bill no one around to let me know the car was good to go or to explain the service that was done to the car which cost me over $900.Will not be using them again. Very disappointed customer. Unfortunately i have to post 1 star in order to share.

“My most recent visit to Galloway for “”the Works”” oil change ended up being three trips to Galloway. The initial trip, where at the end of the visit I was told they accidentally broke a back windshield arm, they did not have the part in stock and I would need to come back the next week to have it installed. I called the next week because I wanted to make sure the part was in before driving there. The person with that info was not in but I was told he would call me back. Two days later, after no callback, I called again and was told the part was in and I could come over and have it installed. I drove to Galloway, waited inside while they installed the part, then was told they got the wrong part. They would have the correct part the next day. The next day I drove to Galloway AGAIN, they installed the part, and that finally concluded my visit. I think this was probably a very unusual situation, but I don’t think it was handled in a very caring way. I live 9.3 miles from Galloway and ended up spending 3 days and driving 55.8 miles for an oil change. Exasperating? Yes! Worth 5 stars? No!”

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Just paid 300 bucks in just labor for “adjustments” to plug my clutch travel sensor back in. After getting the runaround about it taking 1 and a half hours to plug the plug back in and to do the “multi point inspection and a thorough inspection of the vehicle ” , the car is pulled around to the front. I go to get in my car to notice it STILL has a light on on the dashboard that should’ve been caught in the “multi point inspection” after the job was completed, before calling me to pick up my car. Very very very unhappy.

I’ve had the car one year and have not had a single problem, great car, too bad Ford will no longer make a sedan, I totally dislike SUV models and will never buy one they to me UGLY. Your service is first class, I was a Parts and Service Director, of a large Lincoln Mercury dealer in Cleveland Ohio, and we wrote on average 125/150 ro,s a day, with the highest satisfaction rating in the district, so I know what it takes to do what you do, keep up the good work.

I bought a Certified Preowned 2014 Ford Fusion 2 & 1/2 years ago from Ford’s Naples dealership. It currently has 70,000 miles on it. I was so excited as the staff was more than helpful through the process of buying and made me feel very comfortable and reassured I was in good hands. Fast forward, my car has been sitting at this dealership in Fort Myers because something was wrong with it that made me afraid it wouldn’t make in on the highway all the way back to Naples. Come to find out that coolant is leaking to my engine and it needs to be replaced. This is a problem completely out of my control as I have kept up on all maintenance of the vehicle since I bought it. There is a known bulletin out meaning apparently the issue is not new or unknown yet for some reason there is no safety recall yet.. (although there is a recall that my door can go flying off at any minute due to faulty hinges). I hate to complain but it’s been a month now and my car is still sitting there because I have gotten maybe two returned phone calls (a lot of belittlement) and zero help other than telling me I am out of luck and need to pay $6500 to replace it. I barely even owe that much left on the car. I have been out of a car for a month now and am at a loss of what to do from here. Ford tells me to work with the dealership, the dealership tells me to work with Ford. Neither one wants to work with me. I can only hope that this helps someone out in the future also unlucky enough to trust in Ford and end up in the same situation because they clearly do not care about their customers like they do a great job pretending to during purchase.

We dropped our Ford Escape for maintenance this week (to do the works: oil change, tire rotation, filter check, etc) and had a coupon for a battery replacement as well since ours was at the end of life. The service manager saw the coupons and said we could use one of them – we picked the battery since it would give us the most discount. Within five minutes from leaving the dealership we got a call from them saying the battery for the coupon couldn’t be used in our car (which was untrue since the coupon did not specify the model number and there were 2 types under that model that work for the Escape). They said they would charge 80 dollars more, plus tax and service. I argued against it and after a while they said they would give us the coupon price but we had to pay for tax and service on the side, which we agreed. Then they called us back hours later saying our positive cable needed to be replaced as well but the price they gave us was super high. We said no to that replacement and started to call around to quote in other places, ended up finding one that was going to charge us less than half of the price for the same part/service. When we came to pick up the car, nobody came to talk to us about what was done and if there was anything else to know about the car, they just gave us the papers describing the service. So we asked to speak with the service person for our car to know more about the extent of the cable replacement and to know if anything else needed attention. She came and said the cable wouldn’t last 2 weeks without damaging the battery but wouldn’t lower the price to replace it. So we took the car and just as we were leaving the place we got to the end of the paperwork where we found out they hadn’t rotated our tires – explanation: bolts are swollen. We went back inside and she said they couldn’t take the bolts out to rotate the tires because they were swollen probably by heat and they were larger than the tool they used for that (seriously???). She said then that the bolts needed replacement and the price she gave us was so high that is not even worth mentioning it here. We were quite upset about that since we paid for the rotation with the works package and we didn’t understand how hard it could be to use a slighter larger bolt to take the tires off and rotate them – they are an authorized dealership for God’s sake, one would think they have a toolkit for everything!!! So we took the car to the small shop we found, to replace our cable and they did it within hours. They also rotated our tires with no problem!!!! The price for the cable replacement was only a fraction of what Galloway wanted and they were very honest about everything. At the end, we had to pay 10 bucks more for the rotation that we didn’t have at the dealership (that we paid for there and it wasn’t done!). To finish this review I’d say we will not be returning to the dealership any longer. If they send coupons to your house, one would assume they will be able to use them without hassle, discussion or making you feel bad or as they were doing you a huge favor for the discount. Also, their prices are insanely high for any other service (being a dealership excuse doesn’t explain such high price difference since we got the same part for less than half price somewhere else) and the lack of effort to rotate our tires (paid for) just showed they are not concerned about doing the job if it will require them to simply use a different tool. Just a factory line of production mindset that doesn’t care for the customer at all. We saved more than half of the cost we would have with them by going to a local shop and we had personalized, friendly treatment/service for a decent price.

Had my explorer towed to the dealership – brake issues, needed new battery, puncture hole in one tire. Tow truck driver looked the tire over and said he thought it could be repaired. My other tires were in good condition and relatively new. Service rep called once it arrived and immediately informed me I would definitely need all new tires along with several other suggestions. I asked him if the tire could not be repaired as the tow driver suggested and he told me he didn’t know as he had not actually had time to look at my vehicle. That pretty much sums up my entire experience. I overpaid for a battery and one tire just to get to a reputable mechanic. Disgusting.

Horrible! Had an appointment at 7:30 am got to the service area and There wasn’t anyone at first to help. They took care of the cars that came in behind me first. Someone finally came over from another department after quite some time to get it started for me and got Haley. I was then told to go in to the concierge desk to get a ride to work and when I went in they told me they were out of loaner cars and someone called in sick so it was going to be over an hour before they could get me to work. Not happy! Then they just happen to have a Ford F-150 In that I could use but I was going to have to pay for it….. I ended up having to get my car back because I too work on appointments, Went through hell to get there to have my explorer fixed was told that I could get to work and never happened.

Though we live in Marco Island, we choose to have our Lincoln Navigator serviced ay Sam Galloway in Ft Myers. We had an issue (Suspension based noises) with our vehicle and took it to Germain Lincoln in Naples. After over 2 months they were not able to diagnose nor fix the issue. Yet they knew there was a issue – that was not disputed. We decided to try Sam Galloway Lincoln in Ft Myers and we reached out to them. We spoke to Randy who would be our Service Advisor. Randy got us in as quickly as possible and guided us through what was going to go on with the vehicle. They were able to diagnose and fully fix the issue Within 2 weeks total time. During that time Randy gave us daily updates and was our advocate getting the warranty work done. Randy went out of his way to personally assure our vehicle was taken care of and was committed to our satisfaction. The Quality Control managers are amazing- they know the vehicles and are able to magically identify issue by sound as well as examination. The Team at Sam Galloway Lincoln exceeded our expectation and treated us like royalty even though we didnt even buy our Navigator from them. I bought my 2016 Ford Expedition from Sam Galloway Ford in August 2016. I live in the Tampa Bay area, Florida & I drive 2.5 hours to get the SUV serviced. The customer service is wonderful, & I have peace of mind knowing everything will be taken care of. I did try a local Ford dealer once to get my oil changed. It was terrible, never again. The local Ford dealership had someone work on it that doesn’t do oil changes (because they were busy) and there was oil all over my garage floor. My 2013 Ford escape was taken to Sam Galloway and we were charged $130 diagnostic fee and no work was done. This was repaired at another dealership under an extended warranty. That warranty work was not honored by Sam Galloway. They didn’t even try to investigate it to see what was done by the other dealership. If they really care about their clients, they would investigate this issue. I have bought 5 cars from Sam Galloway from 2002 to 2017. They do not care about their long time customers. They also sold me a 2017 Focus knowing that the car was discontinued and the trade in/resale value is bad. This was bad business. They should have warned me and they did not. They insulted me by offering a $1250 deduction on my next car. I do not recommend Sam Galloway.

The sales experience was tremendous back in 10/2018. Sam Galloway, sales professional Rob, worked with me to get the best deal and financing. I’m contributing another review at this time as I feel it’s necessary to include what the experience is like after the sale at Sam Galloway. The greeting in the service line is outstanding. One gentleman in the review site put that it’s similar to a Chinese fire drill. I respect his opinion however I view it as being extremely efficiency. That paired with the great customer service up front is a fantastic combination to get people serviced while respecting their time. Great job there. That said, I believe there are some coaching opportunities that can take place within the organization but outside of a few missteps, I think they’re on the right track to keeping many people out there in the market for a new vehicle, a lifelong customer. I took my car in for the ABS block to be replaced. Picked up my car and immediately I knew something was wrong. So I had my car towed back to Ford a few days later because I noticed brake fluid leaking and my brakes stopped working. According to Ford they had cross threaded the brake line going to the ABS block, so it was leaking brake fluid. A couple of days later received my car just to take it back because there was air in the brake system. I really never received an apology for the inconvenience, just explaining what was going on. We are a Ford family and have always taking our vehicles to Sam Galloway and never had an experience like this before.

“I brought my 2020 Corsair in for service over 2 weeks ago for a rattling sound we were hearing in the roof. They had the car for 2 weeks, kept saying they could find nothing wrong with the car. Finally I received a call saying “”Good News! Your car is done and you can pick it up!”” After I started driving home, I noticed the same rattling sound. My husband was going to call them this morning since I was getting no where. Over the weekend, when I was driving, a plastic strip in the middle of the sunroof covering a metal bracket, fell down on me! Guess what? The rattling stopped! I put the plastic piece in the back of the car. I have called twice this morning and have left messages with the service rep, Scott, and the service manager, Bob. No one has returned my call. I am wondering what I paid $52,000 for!”

I hesitate to give such a a low rating . We have bought several cars from Sam Galloway’s and have them serviced there. We have always had good to excellent experiences. Yesterday day was an exception. A 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation in their Quick Lane is not good in my mind. They kept apologizing and saying they were exceptionally busy but I did not see that at all and as I said earlier we have been buy and having are vehicles serviced there for about 9 years. To add to the ordeal they have free coffee available and use to have bottled water. The water fountains are out of service for social distancing so if you want something to drink other than coffee hour choice is bring your own or the Vending machines. By the way governor Desamtis lifted all covid-19 restrictions for all business in the state of Florida so no excuse for having the water fountains out of service. I overheard several other customers also complain about the wait. One stated she had been there 5 hours.

I have never been to a dealership that has such a long backwards process to not even get the truck. My daughter was in the dealership for over 6 hours discussing the payments and trade in. They settled on a payment, shook her hand and everything. Told her congratulations on the new truck. All before even doing a credit application. The sales person told her to call me to have me come down since I was co-signing on the loan. I thought at this point they had already ran her credit since they gave her how much the car payment would be. I got down there to find out they didn’t even run her credit yet. Then I signed the credit application and we waited another 2 hours to be brought into the Finance office now it’s after 6:30 PM to say they are still waiting on the bank. They would call us the next day. The next day we had to call 4 times just to be told that the monthly payment is going to be almost a hundred dollars more. I have never dealt with a dealership so unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this dealership and would suggest they start running credit before they make a customer feel like they have the vehicle that was discussed and the payment that was agreed on. This was a waste of a lot of people’s time. Also, if I could give it no stars I would but in order to post this review I had to give it at least one star.

We took our truck in to have a couple items fixed, once it was there for a few days, we received a call from the service writer letting us know that other parts were broken or needed to be replaced. She was not informed enough to be in her position, in my opinion. She told me the fuel pump was bad, but it wasn’t the pump. It was the sending unit. Later she called telling us that the truck needed a new battery because the existing battery was tested and it was low. I told her not to replace the battery. When we went to pick it up, the truck shut off and wouldn’t start because the mechanic had lost parts to the battery clamp and the clamp came loose causing the truck to shut off, which he later admitted to loosing the part of the clamp and that there was no problem with the battery. They had quoted nearly $400 to replace a good battery. We declined They did fix the A/C and fuel sending unit (the only 2 things it went in for) plus the other parts that I’m pretty sure would have been fine. The A/C is running great and the Fuel Gauge is working. If you break or loose something, you should replace it not try to cover it up at the customers expense!

“I bought my car here in July. As soon as I took it out of the lot the rotors were making a loud sound, so I took it for service the next day and I was under the impression that all the rotors were changed but that wasn’t the case, they only changed the front ones because they were “”bad””. Next thing you know 3 months later I have warped rotors in the front, but there was no warranty on it because “”it ran out””. On top of me paying around $200 dollars for something that they needed to cover, they damaged my wheel locks. The entire experience of buying the car and arranging finance was easy and went smoothly. All persons involved were excellent at their particular job. The reason for the three was that they allowed me to drive away with an empty tank of gas. It is only because I happened to check on my way home and knew where the closest gas station was located that I didn’t run out. Happily this was not a sour point to a satisfying experience of purchasing a major item. Without the above incident, I would have given Sam Galloway a four and a half. I do love my Ford Escape!

It was time to trade in my trusty Ram 1500 pickup due to high mileage, but my longtime local Ram dealer did not have and have not stocked the truck I wanted at a reasonable price. And they signaled that they were shorting me on the trade in value of my old truck. I had previously owned a very good Ford truck purchased at Galloway Ford, so I called Shelly Thomas, a sales consultant I happened to know at Galloway. I told her which Ford F-150 which was in stock at the dealership that had the features I wanted and brought in the Ram 1500 for an appraisal. That night before Shelly finished work, she called me with the dealerships proposal. The next morning I met her at the office and sealed the deal. First of all, Galloway Ford treated me fairly on the value of my trade in. Secondly, Shelly Thomas worked hard to help me get the best price on the F-150, which is an excellent truck. I can truthfully say, Shelly Thomas is the best salesperson I have ever worked with since I bought my first new car in 1971. She is simply on the side of the customer in getting the best available deal, and on the side of the dealership in providing the best possible service. Finally, Bill helped me finance the truck in a few minutes in the office, offering helpful and friendly advice on the options which I could select. I take my car here exclusively, overall getting better as service managers change. In and out within an hour I would say, only issue is the car is always dirtier when I leave then when I arrive, oil drops on the exterior, hand prints etc. on both fenders and both doors, not sure why anything would be on the passenger side as my dipstick is on the drivers side.

I hate going to this service center and only utilize it because my company only approves services being done here. The check-in receptionist is the rudest person I have dealt with at a service center, and always acts like you’re bothering her when checking in and asking questions. I have always waited 2+ hours for quick services (oil changes, etc.) and at least double for anything more. They do not give updates and I’ve actually been forgotten about twice. I’d find somewhere else to go if you have a choice!

I used the Quick Lane option for a routine maintenance visit. As always, the staff was ready, and it took only 5 minutes to get my car processed and sent in for service. I was informed that the service would take about 1 hour but not more than 1:15. An hour later I was paying my bill and on my way. I bought my car at Sam Galloway Ford and have always had it serviced there. Never disappointed in over 5 years.

Bought a 2018 f150 for a good price in 2018. Sale department was great. This year ,with 32,000 miles on it , I scheduled a service call to fix and engineer light on and a broke air vent on the front passenger side. When I arrived the service department told me I had to leave the truck, which I couldn’t do. I did show the service representative the broke vent and he said he would order me one and call me when it came in. Service representative never called and when I called month later the service department told me I would have to come in again so they could see the part and then come back a second time to have it installed. I live over 50 miles away. Extremely disappoint that the dealer I bought my truck from really didn’t care about my needs. Will buy from someone else next time.

My husband took my Edge in to be serviced. The man who helped him a was very courtesy. My husband told him I had a service agreement and needed the oil change. The serviceman took the car and when he returned he told my husband the things that needed to be done that were extra. My bill was $108,79 , and he told my husband that the service agreement had run out in March. I know that this virus has disrupted many things, but I think that I should have been notified that my agreement had lapsed by a letter, a call, or by the service man before he serviced my car. I called and spoke to the service manager and he informed me that there was nothing he could do for me, but he would have his boss call me the next day( which never happened). I have bought my car at Galloway’s and have always had it serviced there. I feel I should have been given an opportunity to renew the service agreement or at least be reimbursed for some of the bill. At this time, I am not sure that I will return to have my car serviced or to purchaser another car at Galloway’s. I am very disappointed.

I don’t quite understand how an ABS Sensor for the Right Rear wheel (2014 Ford Escape) cost $176.00 to replace in August 2019 (Palm Bay Ford), could suddenly jump to $336.00 (Sam Galloway Ford) for the Left Rear Wheel ABS Sensor (Same vehicle). Same part number and the cost is right around $40.00 for the part. They did negotiate the cost down to $225.28 however. In my mind, there is just no way to justify the additional cost. I have been driving Ford’s for a while now, but really feel like the price might have been gouged a bit due to the Economic Stimulus Money that is out there. Pretty sure that they just lost a customer.

Went for just an oil change was greeted by someone not wearing a mask and was standing right in my window. No social distancing. When I asked her to move back she stated she wasn’t sick. Has she been tested? Does she have antibodies to covid 19? She also stated she was not required by the dealership to wear a mask. I subsequently left. She sarcastically said “ have a great day”.Went to another car dealership …. not Ford was allowed to stay in my car and greeter was wearing a mask. I have a 94 year old Mother who is in the high risk category. I pose this question as well… what if I had covid and was not wearing a mask? Does Ford know something I don’t know about the spread of this virus? Are they not concerned about the risk of the employees? The customers?

Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve bought several vehicles from Galloway and recently went back to purchase a new truck. I have impeccable credit. I told the sales rep exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. Immediately she says that’s not going to happen. She didn’t even try to work the numbers. Then she had some kid named Hunter give me some BS song and dance about how there was no way Ford would be able to finance me on my terms. They obviously didn’t want my business. So I went the same day to Naples Nissan and low and behold they were able to meet my terms. In fact they got my payment lower than I requested. So I drove out in a brand new Nissan Titan. Galloway has lost my business forever!

We had the best experience!! I was totally anxious because I hate all the stress of buying a car. Shelley Thomas was with a customer and she did want us to have to wait, so she got Robert Vary to help us. He got the cart so we didn’t have to walk. He helped us find the 2 best Sun’s for us. We test drive both and picked one. Robert was awesome with us. We then went to Bill in finance and he explained everything and for us a warranty and gap in the suv for no extra cost. He was awesome also. So thank you Robert Vary, Shelly Thomas and Bill in finance for making the experience amazing.

Quick Lane service was fine however car butler left alot to be desired. ie. Interior service dubious . Bugs not adequately removed from front of vehicle . Tires and wheels inadequately cleaned. Previous service had been fine. This service…..not so much. If this were routine I would never buy service again and certainly not recommend it.

After this car I refuse to purchase another ford. I brought my car In after I had been driving around and water was leaking in from the roof. They needed to keep the car for a day so of course I needed a car to drive to work and back. Was told there was no loaner car to give and that the shuttle could take me. After it all ford wanted to charges 580 dollars for a simple brake light repair that I fixed for 73 dollars. Sam Galloway has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

“I purchased a service plan when I purchased the car- great idea and money well spent in my opinion. I went online to schedule my routine service and assumed I did it correctly. Apparently I didn’t because upon arrival there was nothing on the schedule for me, however, I was treated like gold and in and out within an hour. Online again, I scheduled a service 8/14/20 for an issue with wiper fluid not dispensing & it worked, I received confirmation by call, email and text. When I arrived my advisor couldn’t be found to check me in, I was told no one else could because (in air quotes) “”it would be taking money out of his pocket””. Meanwhile someone was waiting to take me home. My response, “”I have an appointment, if he wants (repeated his air quotes) “”money in his pocket”” he wouldn’t keep his scheduled customer waiting. Random guy started check in and assigned advisor arrived & finished the process, he later contacted me with the outcome & price. A shuttle bus picked me up @ my home & took me to the dealership, now THAT WAS SERVICE!! The driver was awesome, he called to lmk he was in his way to get me and arrived promptly; we then had wonderful conversation during the comfortable drive. Back at the dealership my advisor was MIA again, I waited a bit but they completed the transaction with the help of a female advisor and off I went. … I think it’s customary to tip the advisor?? ..last time he lingered, kinda waiting but I didn’t know & wasn’t prepared with cash. This time I was prepared but I never saw him.”

Robert Vary is a first class professional representative for Sam Galloway Ford. I initially began discussing the ordering of a 2020 Mustang GT 5.0 with one of their competitors but it ended badly. It was a difficult process with an arrogant and condescending sales rep not listening to what I wanted and when I asked him to take a few hundred bucks off his proposed price, he refused. From the very first minute I began conversations with Robert at Sam Galloway, I felt comfortable and appreciated. We talked though my wish list and placed the order. A week or so after the order was submitted, I wanted to make a change and Robert handled it superbly, and flawlessly. Interestingly, the competitor told me to not expect my vehicle before late December, early January. My vehicle arrived in mid-October. The finance guy at Sam Galloway, Jimmy, was the best I have ever worked with on a purchase of a new vehicle. He made the tedious process of going through all the myriad of documents a pleasant, and actually a fun experience. If I could give this dealership 6 stars, I would.
