I purchased my vehicle from Hennessy Ford and I have it serviced there. Del Buck is excellent in every way. Mr. Buck was my sales representative when I bought my Ford and now he assists with the service when I need it. I feel that my Expedition has had more defects than other new vehicles that I had in the past. Hennessy and Mr. Buck have always corrected any problem I had and also supplied a vehicle for me to drive while mine was being repaired. In closing I will say that Hennessy has been satisfactory, but Mr. Buck has been exceptional. I noticed while my car was being serviced Del was always engaged in his job, he definitely is an asset to Hennessy Ford that should be retained. Hennessy gets 4 stars, Del Buck gets 5 stars.

Visited Hennessy Ford for an oil change on 6/12. They were very cordial in getting my truck in around 4:30 when I figured I would be too late. Went to the desk to get information entered and the clerk began entering for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained that I was not interested in a rotation and he quickly mentioned that he noticed my tires were wearing unevenly. I responded by telling him I didn’t think that was the case since my son rotates them each oil change. He quipped back in a snide way asking if my son was a mechanic (the everyone knows a mechanic tone). I explained that my son is a Ford Certified mechanic (not local) and that he has performed all of the service on my truck since purchasing it new. However I was not scheduled to go up there for a few weeks and it was due. He quickly changed subjects when he knew he was misinforming me. With that said, if they rely on misleading their clients to up sell this is not the dealership I will go back to. I brought it to them because they are close to where I live but I will not do business with a company that lies or deceives their customer. They are going to have to build that brand new showroom with someone else’s hard earned money. Buyer beware!!
I have been there twice now and both times the repair service has been great and consistant. I was very pleased they were able to balance my after market wheels. Ralph was helpful and understood my concerns. I will continue to go there.

I have used Hennessy before, and been pleased with the results. The repair shop portion of the facility is very clean, and they have never gotten dirt or grease on the inside of my F150.
In this instance, Joshua was the service rep who worked with me and he was very helpful. He estimated the repair (replacement of seat belt assembly) would take 2-3 hours. Happily, it took only 1 1/2 hours, reducing the labor cost by about half. Seat belt working as it should.

Straight forward and honest. Showed their invoice and breakdown. NO hidden fees. Friendly with no “bait and switch” (which we were worried about driving 3 hours). Everything was EXACTLY as we discussed online and on the phone. Saved $2k over BEST local price. Will come here again and recommend!

I switched to Hennessy Lincoln after some unacceptable service experiences with the dealership in Marietta. I cannot believe I didn’t make the change sooner. Everyone I encounter was helpful, courteous and pleasant. While Hennessy is a further drive for me, it is worth the extra time and I will continue to use the service department here and purchase my next car from them as well.

Great car buying experience! Lee in sales was knowledgeable about the vehicle and Reggie in finance worked hard to get a great rate! I never felt pressured or like I was not getting the best deal available. They had extensive inventory to choose from and the entire staff was warm and welcoming.

These guys and girls are super amazing! I went to see a car that wasn’t even on the website yet, Derrick Butts met me and my daughter and he was immediately a great guy! I have horrible credit that I am working to improve and get in my feet and they have made an enormous difference for me.
Mr. Jose is “the man” and helped come up with a plan that was uber acceptable. I will always be a customer with these great guys and the awesome women who work in the service dept treat you like you’re family. No complaints, nothin but love!!!! Thanks guys and girls so much!

Overall I was pretty pleased with how my car and I were treated. They have good customer service and they’re the first quicklane that I’ve seen that’s ACTUALLY quick. My service took a little longer because I got my tires rotated, oil changed, a recall airbag replaced, and two brake-pads replaced in about 2.5hrs. I was disappointed that all the borrow cars they have were all taken for the day and the free shuttle was a single guy who was stretched kind of thin, so I had to get a coworker to come pick me up while I waited for my car to get fixed. One other thing that was the most disappointing was that the workers got oil and dirt all in my car (on my side panels, glove box, and floor board). Other than that I’d go there again, and just make sure I emphasize to keep my car’s interior clean and ask for a borrow car in advance!

I live 90+ miles away, so I found the car I wanted (2017 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium) and called ahead to discuss the finance offer I planned to use. 0 stars in fact. I am writing a review from a bit back and while my warranty on my car is about to expire. I come in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up waiting for an hour plus. I didn’t mind the wait but when they brought my car out, I immediately smelled something burning from my car. I knew that my car was new and from my personal experience previously from this dealership they tried to burn my clutch out again. I then checked my digital gauges for my tires if they were rotated. They were not. So I then had to wait another 30 minutes which ended up pissing me off because this ford dealership wants to break something right before my warranty ended. Won’t ever be back because I deserve better.

Nothing but good things to say about Hennessey Ford. I called and made an appointment with Bill Plachter to purchase a new F-150 and I’ve never had a smoother car buying experience. Bill, and the rest of the employees, seemed to actually care about getting me what I wanted for a good deal. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and financing. Highly recommend this dealership.
Bill also went above and beyond when I realized I had left some personal belongings in the car I traded in, he responded to me in minutes and ensured he would personally mail me the belongings as soon as he could.

We brought our car in three different times this year and it took 3 to 4 days each time for the car to even be diagnosed. We were also promised phone calls of updates, and we had to call each day. Sadly, we would not recommend this place for service .

Beware of the used inventory don’t seem to have any qualms about getting low quality stock from the auction. Waisted a lot of time going to look at a rust bucket. 2 stars because they will haggle which most dealers don’t do anymore.

Bought a 2015 Nissan Altima about a week ago & everything was fine for the 1st couple of days, but now I’m starting to notice the problems. It’s missing all the tire valve caps, has a “I-Key System Error”, brakes & driver side window squeaking, the tires keep losing pressure too fast & unevenly. The car came with no wiper fluid, very low power steering fluid & the positive terminal is corroded. Make sure to check the cars before you buy them.

This is by far he WORST Ford Lincoln Dealership ever. Car was brought in for fuel pump diagnostic. Car turned on and battery was old but was working without needing a jump. After the outrageous prices and markups and the saying “MAYBE that is the problem but we won’t know until AFTER you pay us $1700.00 to know if something else is the problem.” I decided to tow my car elsewhere. But I then noticed my battery was dead. So all of a sudden the battery conveniently dies and of course they want to charge me for that now. The customer service was terrible and talked down towards me because of my auto ignorance. Then they were hesitant to move others out of my way so the tow truck can take it. This is my warning to you. Try at your own risk.

I would like to thank Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta and compliment one of your superb employees; Joe Perez, for the excellent service he provided me on 20 January, 2018. After some phone conversations, emails and text Mr. Perez took care of all my queries in a jiffy. I was so impressed by Mr. Perez’s attention to detail and customer service, I drove 6 hours from Fort Walton Beach, FL to purchase a vehicle.
He let me know all the important information regarding the vehicle including its special features, pricing information and vehicle history. Joe was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. Please accept my gratitude towards him and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction within one hour thanks to their attentive and alert presence. This allowed me get back on highway headed back to Fort Walton Beach. I would especially like to commend Joe for his professionalism and superlative skills. In a nutshell, I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me.

I had a great experience at Hennessy Ford. I was in the market for a 2016 F150 XLT Crew Cab 5 1/2 foot bed with low miles and found one on their web site. Went to check it out and met Walter Sanders. Walter was fantastic to work with, very professional and not pushy. I purchased the truck and the entire process at Hennessy Ford was easy. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours on a Sat afternoon. I opted to replace the cloth seats with leather, worked with Jeff Burns at Hennessy Ford to get that done. Highly recommend looking up Walter if your in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

Took my son to purchase his first vehicle on his own. He wanted to purchase a Mustang with manual transmission. (He did not yet know how to drive a stick shift). Ray Lacomba, our salesperson, took us to a parking lot near the dealership and taught my son how to drive it. They went above and beyond to make the trade in work and get my son in the Mustang he wanted. Ray called two days later to see how my son was doing with the vehicle, and to make sure he was completely satisfied. I have purchased a lot of cars, but this was, by far, the best car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Ray Lacomba, to my family and friends!!!!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had a terrible experience with the service department. Would never go back to this place. Misquoted the price for repairs on my truck two separate times. Tried to charge me $650 for a job that should cost $300. I told them that and then they dropped the price. Then when I finally got my truck back after 3 weeks, the battery (that was less than 1 year old) was completely dead. Called and left a message with the manager and never got a call back. This place was unprofessional from start to finish. Go elsewhere for your repairs.

I have a premium service plan on my 2015 Mustang GT. Took it to Hennesey Ford because the airbag light was on and there was an issue with the a/c. Dealer took 2 weeks to “fix” the issue and didn’t put me in a rental car until they had my car for 5 days, despite requesting one several times. Once I finally picked up my car I turned on the engine to see the airbag light still on, the shift knob was loose and had to use thread locker to keep it in place, and they broke the trim on the dash which doesn’t lock into place anymore. I’ve had vehicles serviced at several Ford, Acura, and Dodge dealers and I’ve never had an experience like this. I will not be going back to Hennesey Ford for any reason.

Purchased a used F150 from Tyler Akins via the internet. I was 4 hours away and did an internet inquiry. Tyler responded very quickly and instantly began relaying photos, videos and pertinent information to me. We eventually spoke on the phone and I could tell from speaking with him that he was knowledgeable and eager to help. We agreed on a deal over the phone because his description and willingness to help assured me that the truck would be in the condition he described once I arrived to pick it up. The truck looked great as he had described!! Tyler had everything ready for me to expedite the sales process. He was a pleasure to work with.

Service department needs to work on their customer service it is horrible from the time you pull in all the way down to the person who checks you out in the end. I went back several times thinking it would get better but it just never does. I’ll be trying out courtesy ford or just going to NTB where I got my tires done I had a way better experience.

Do NOT buy a car from here! I recently bought a car and on the way home the check engine light came on and the next day the engine started over heating. It ended up being over 1000 dollars in damages. The dealership originally said they would pay to have it fixed, but kept changing their minds and going back and fourth. They eventually did pay for it but only after being VERY difficult to get in contact with. If you want an honest salesman and a car that actually works I suggest NOT GOING HERE!!!

The service manager (Jeff) lied right to my face regarding my front headlight assembly. I knew it could be adjusted, but the whole assembly had been installed incorrectly at some point before my purchase. I asked him again if he was SURE it could not be adjusted and he told me “a new federal law prohibits manufacturers from allowing any adjustment on the driver’s side.” Really? I like the vehicle, but will never have it serviced there.

Purchased a used 2017 Ford Transit from Lance Ross. He was great working with coming from out of town on a weekend. He turned me over to Reggie to help set up the finance. Reggie was able to lower our interest rate and give us longer bumper to bumper coverage, after the deal was done! Very excited I chose Hennessey Ford and got to work with Lance and Reggie! When i called about a new fiesta on the website i reached Kevin and from initial call he was more than helpful. We were even able to work out the details before I wasted money on a uber there to test drive the car. After doing all the leg work for myself before I made the 1 1/2 hr drive, I was not given the results with obtaining the vehicle I wanted nor any attempt to work with me.
Mr. Walter Sanders /salesman was given everything he needed to find me what I asked for (over a 3 day period), after numerous calls and text messages to make the process so easy, when it was closing time he was done.
He did a very poor job, he did not care if he made the sale or not, he did not care about me/customer, and when attempting to leave came to me 3 times asking if I had the keys to the Explorer we test drove. and after much thought, I decided to write this review. Very disappointed!

Buying a car isn’t an easy process and buying a used car is even harder! However Christina McEachin made the process enjoyable. She was friendly, professional and definitely not pushy. She actually listened to what we were looking for rather than trying to push what she had. As a result two weeks after we initially met her we came back and purchased a car off her. Definitely recommend !

I took my Ford F-150 Platnum truck to them on 5/3 due to a water leak. I thought is was coming from the rear slide window and took it to Safelite glass they tested the vehicle and said was the 3rd Brake light. They placed plastic over the light until I could have repaired. I took to the dealer and was told it would be $ 265 to reseal. I said ok. I received another call that the sunroof was the issue from wear and tear. I have opened this sunroof 2 times since I owned the vehicle. I stated I wanted to see any part they replaced. I received another call that the cost would be no more than $2200. My response was that the veh had been setting out and I had never seen any water from the sunroof. They said it was open which was a lie with all of the severe stores my truck would have been flooded. My truck was parked in the lower level of my yard I saw the top each day and it was never opened. I picked my car up and the bill was almost $2400, 200 more than I was guaranteed. The part was not saved. I took my truck to have it cleaned and realized that they did not take the plastic off of the 3rd brake light, they told me that they tested and inspected which is a LIE. So know I took off the covering and will wait till it rains or I run through a carwash. They said that the 3rd brake light had the wrong screws. I cannot imagine why it has not changed since I purchased this new vehicle. I have also asked them to turn off oil light change and they did not even do that. I waited 20 minutes to speak with the service advisor and got nowhere. I would never let them repair my lawn mower. RUN!!!!!!! Find another dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible dealership. My husband has a Ford Focus that has a transmission recall. The dealership won’t fix the problem – we have taken the car in 4 times and nothing is fixed. Every time you deal with them it’s a huge hassle. They won’t guarantee a rental car or loaner until you show up in person and they look at it, which can take hours on a good day or could be days (we brought it in Thursday and they wouldn’t look at it until Monday, so couldn’t even request a loner can until 5 days after we left our car). They don’t return calls and are all around very very poor.

Once I found the car that I wanted I was then directed to Basil, the finance manager to discuss the terms of my contract. He was fast and friendly as well. I purchased a New 2014 focus titanium at the hennesy / then malcon Cunningham ford dealership. Ford should be embarrassed what it has done to customers who bought Ford Focus models. They knowingly sold inferior products to consumers knowing that those consumers would have to purchase another car from them in order to possibly get any kind of long term value out of their purchases. Shame on ford and the sales people at this ford dealership as well as all others for allowing consumers to get caught up in this. I recently tried to sale my 2014 focus titanium with 46k miles on it and discovered because of all the transmission issues that ford refuses to fix even though it’s still under warranty, the car is only worth 6k. When I went back to Hennessy ford dealership to see what they could do for me they tried to get me into a lease. Laughable! I have since garaged the car. It drives horribly and is dangerous in a city like Atlanta. Ford simply doesn’t care about it customers and their well being! Shame on ford and this dealership for treating its customers this way. SHAME

It took a while to get to a person who was interested in correcting the problem I had with my purchase. But, when it reached the ear of Eric Sheppard , he went above and beyond, to get my issue resolved. I wish it did not have to get this far to be resolved, but rest assured, if you plan to purchase from Hennessy Ford, they will get you the best deal possible, on some really nice vehicle’s.
