|After driving my current car for 11 years I finally decided to look at a newer vehicle. I was interested in Buick Enclave. From the time I walked in Rick Hendrick Buick GMC everyone was so helpful. My sales person Donny Robertson was beyond superb. He listened to what I wanted, needed and my price range. When I walked in there I was only going to test drive, well I totally found the car of my dreams. Donny was so patient and understanding. He ensured a got a great purchase that both of us were very satisfied with. His knowledge was definitely impressive, explaining every step of the process down to explaining all the technology in the vehicle that I was able to use it immediately. Overall service was beyond excellent. I will definitely be telling friends to go to Rick Hendrick’s and to Donny Robertson. Thank you Donny for working with me and making my dream SUV come true.|
|Excellent, top notch service!!! My experience at this location was superb. My old car was purchased as an emergency almost two years ago from a side dealership. I felt I had no option, but needed transportation for my daughter and me. The car served its purpose, but was starting to give out on me. After researching and trying to find the best deal. I talked with two dealership reps, visited two dealerships, and they all told me the same thing. Although, very helpful, I just wasn’t ready to settle. When I visited Rick Hendrick Buick in Duluth, Ray Younger told me a lot of what I already knew, but had a solution to get me into 95% of everything I wanted. His patience is incredible (if you know me), and he helped me to understand my options better. He took his time to go above and beyond the normal process with me, but it didn’t feel scandalous. Bottom line, he got me what everyone else said was impossible without spending a lot of money. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself. This item was addressed very efficiently and painlessly. Friendly service and easy in and out. Waiting area was clean. Water supplied. However the coffee situation was dire. Not the greatest of machines and no one to get the coffee going since all three urns were empty.
The other item I had them look into (a couple of remote fobs not working) was not handled well however. They must have done a very cursory job, since what they came back with didn’t make sense at all.
Overall, not a bad experience given my low expectations.

|As a disable veteran and senior citizen I can honestly highly recommend Rick Hendrick GMC. After being at two dealerships that were all “high pressure”- the people at Hendrick’s is like being among friends. Cameron understood I did not want to waste time and nor did he steal my trade-in key to hold me hostage. He approached my needs with a defined plan to get me “what I wanted” because as he explained it, he makes NO COMMISSION- he is there to serve the customers- Thanks to all the great people I met there and their finance guy even got me a better rate than my credit union.|

|We were unsure what to expect after our older car broke down. Alee McLaurin gave us honorary treatment as soon as we met him and waited to we to listen him and now we have a 2008 Toyota Sienna Van. He was able to negotiate for us and we had such a pleasant experience, with no pressure. we experienced both personable and professional service. |I have never seen a dealership as professional as this one. The facility is always spotless. The people always professional and clean. I was offered and given a shuttle ride home and picked back up on the same day when my car was ready. I tried to tip the driver and he absolutely would not take it but told me this is a service that he was just happy to provide. I also asked about my brakes and two different service mangers told me its not time yet|
So you know they are not just trying to make a quick buck. You can trust their diagnosis. I never had to come back for anything they fixed Priceless.
|We contacted them to confirm the vehicle was available and on the lot, then made an appointment to see a vehicle today. When we arrived everyone was very nice but the vehicle was not there. They had taken it to another location 30 minutes earlier. We waited 1.45 hours/min to be told that the vehicle was sold.|
What good is an appointment if your vehicle can be taken 30 min before you arrive.
|Service is always great and complete and the reps are excellent. Busy place! Wait time is always a killer. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and check brakes and left 3 hours later. In at 8:45 am and out at 11:45 am. YIKES!!|

|We worked out a deal on a truck. Signed all the paperwork (took 45min) so to hold the truck and then left to get a loan from our bank. 1 1/2 hours later they called and said the truck was already sold!! It was in another state and it was supposedly sold while we were signing papers? Why then did it take them 1 1/2 hours to tell us that. Then they promised to send us some alternatives….never did. It’s a shame. We picked Rick Hendricks because they have those commercials about how you will be treated like family. Well, we were kicked to the curb, and I don’t feel I can trust them again. A while day wasted and now our dream truck is gone.|
|The experience my husband and I received will be one to remember, in a great way. Things started out rough due to a few minor hiccups. However, a few team members were able to get the issues resolved. In a timely and professional manner, the team members at this locations went over and beyond to ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. |Their “inspection” process for used cars is a joke. As soon as you are off the lot you are on your own. I even had another dealer willing to discuss the problem and verify it should have been caught before the truck was sold. Rick Hendrick did not even wanna discuss it. Buyer beware!!!!!|
|I appreciate that I was able to get same day service, however, I was not especially pleased with the detailing service. The dash and seats looked dull and still a bit dusty and/or streaked. The exterior particularly did not appear waxed and shiny as one would expect with the $149 detail.|

|Was not happy to come back to this dealership after an experience I had here last October purchasing a car from them. Who likes to deal with car dealerships anyhow?? But as it turns out they had the truck I had been searching for. Glad to report, so far, it has been a much easier and enjoyable experience. Carly Vendemia greeted me and was all smiles. She was very helpful answering questions and making the whole process, well, not a total pain. Who likes to deal with car dealerships?? |We made an appointment at 1:30 pm. We checked in and was told by the service adviser it would take about an hour to complete the oil change. Me along with my wife and kids were waiting in the provided customer waiting room which was clean which we appreciated. About 20-25 mins later I decided to go back to the service adviser and I saw our vehicle was still sitting inside the bay area where we initially dropped it off. Then approximately 10 mins later they moved it out of the bay right outside the bay door which it sat there for another 20 mins before it finally disappeared. In all, we didn’t receive our vehicle until around 4:40 p.m. My family and I had planned to visit a sick relative that was in the hospital that day in which we were delayed. Had we been given a more accurate wait time I could have planned our day to accommodate the servicing of our vehicle. The service adviser was very apologetic which I appreciated but I’m not sure if I will return back to that location for future services. Maybe an instant oil change express service center may be a better choice next time as my experience at this dealership was sub-par to say the least!|

|0n 2-7-2018, with salesman Alee McLauren’s expertise I finally closed the deal on my 2016 buick envision. His customer service was excellent that any customers can appreciate. He was very patient in showing how all the technology in my SUV work. Carle Vendemia, the finance manager was also great in processing the contract. Overall experience ‘ OH- MY! |I expressed my interest online in a vehicle to get some pricing information on it. Rather than give me information on the vehicle, they harassed me for two days with multiple emails and phone/voicemail calls without the information I requested and asking me to come by the dealership. On the third day, when I finally had an opportunity to communicate with them, I asked them, “Is the vehicle still availabile?”. The response was “No. The vehicle was sold recently but we have similar vehicles we can help you with.” Now, I’m not upset the vehicle sold, but why didn’t they just say so from the beginning rather than avoid the discussion and the harassment. I told them “I appreciate the help, but I will continue to look on my own.” By the way, I’ve received several phone calls from the dealership since and I’ve reiterated to them “I’m not interested” each time. How many times must I say, “No”? It just makes me think. Do I have to rude and nasty? My suspicion is, this dealership is not honest and I will try to avoid them. Personally, I don’t appreciate the over-aggressive, high-pressure sales approach. To all prospective customers, be careful.|
**Update** – It’s been one week and they are still calling. I made it clear on the third day I didn’t want their help in locating another car.

|The good times with my 2012 Hyundai Veloster were coming to an end. With another child on the way, I was in the market for a new full size SUV, one that would compliment my growing family. Well, I found just that at Rick Hendrick! After visiting several other dealerships and not finding the right fit, nor getting that satisfaction of them wanting to earn my business, I decided to continue my search. Thankfully, that was not the case at Rick Hendrick. I truly felt the warmth and professionalism right when I drove into the parking lot, as the attention to detail started when a member greeted me with a huge smile. Even before walking into the showroom, before I could say anything, he opened the showroom door, offered me a nice cold bottled water, and connected me with my sales advisor. I wish I had his name to give him the credit he deserves. Not only did this person go the extra mile to make me finally feel like I was appreciated as a customer, I also found out later on that this gentleman was one of the Managers there! I knew if managers are treating me like this, then that will for sure resonate with the sales staff. Once I was able to sit and formally meet my sales advisor, Donny Robertson (highly recommended, BTW), he not only found me the SUV I wanted (2014 Chevrolet Suburban), but he was able to work with his team and offer it at a great price, not to mention a fair offer for my trade-in. The process was absolutely seamless. I had a feeling of comfort, or reassured, when the managers would pass by and have a brief conversation with us, making me feel like visiting friends than that of a corporate micro-managed expected process. A big thank you to Ryan Sanders for that and for having such a great, approachable salesman in Donny. I have gone car shopping several times and know how all is well until you go into the finance office, but I will admit, this was the best experience of them all. All the credit goes to Rod Payton, the Finance Manager. What a great conversation I had with him. I truly felt his sincerity and appreciated his approach to take the time, explain things, and that alone made me feel comfortable. His knowledge and expertise made me understand the entire process from start to finish. Thank you to all participating Rick Hendrick staff in helping me find the perfect “fit”. The change from the Hyundai to the Suburban was a dream come true, and with the quality of vehicle I have, I now have piece of mind that my entire family fits in 1 car and that they ride safe! I even had a few minor details to sort out with Donny regarding some vehicle features and I was able to bring it back to Rick Hendrick and have Donny and his Service Department work it all out. I cannot say enough about added value and appreciate this when considering such a huge investment. |Came into the dealership because I was offered an oil change and free tire rotation for $24.99. I was charged full price for the oil change. I requested a tire balance and was charged full price for the rotation and balance. I feel I was over charged. And there was a lack of communication between to sales people and service writer’s. This makes me hesitant to come in to this again. But the issues were resolved with my vehicle.|

|My experience here was terrible. I put all the info in about my trade online and got an estimate of $25k for my practically brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 12k miles. This amount was in line with what I’ve been offered from other dealerships so I decided to drive 6 hours from NC to GA to get the car I had been looking at online. When I arrived they appraised my car and offered me $19k. I searched their website for a car identical to mine which they had listed for $29,995. They wouldn’t budge on their offer so I left and went to Ford across the street, and without mentioning how much I expected I was offered $24,500. Needless to say I didn’t and would never do business with this Hendrick dealership or any other. They are only out to rip people off and take advantage of the unsuspecting.|
|Went to test drive a vehicle I found online this week. Was greeted by Andrew ford immediately. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. Ended up purchasing the car and Andrew as well as Roderick (finance) stayed late on the fourth of July so I could purchase the vehicle. Very nice. Will go again when purchasing in the future!|

|So I had a car that wasn’t dependable and expensive to repair. I was scared that I would be stuck with this car and wouldn’t be able to escape the money pit I’d created. My mom had recently purchased a vehicle with Cody Little, and she said she had the best car buying experience of her life. So, my mom is a nice woman, so I naturally thought she was exaggerating. After doing a ton of research, I ended up heading to Cody at Rick Hendrick Buick GMC because all the reviews for all the other dealers were so sketch! I went in and was treated like a queen, even though I brought them in an old luxury gas guzzler. I was super stressed out, but they were able to find the perfect car with a warranty, a dvd player in it for my son, and saved me a TON on gas and repairs. Cody and Mikhail were lifesavers. I was on the verge of tears. I am a lifetime customer. If you need a car, please contact Cody. He made sure that I didn’t forget A THING. He even mailed my tag and my garage door opener to me next day air when I left it there. Best service and car buying experience ever!!! Thank you, Cody!|
