This was a top notch experience this week in repairing a flat tire as well as getting regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotate) quickly at Arlington Heights Ford! Tony was able to order the tire before we even dropped off the vehicle, and had it fixed up and ready for pickup the next day. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

Excellent service advisors and service technicians. Came in for “The Works “ oil change special which includes vehicle inspection. Discovered control arm issue . I was very relieved because I had brought this issue to the attention of other auto shops , but everyone says everything is fine . Was very happy with the service here . Will be coming back . “Just had the most horrific experience walking into a dealership and interacting with sales staff. It happened around 4 pm on March 15th. I walked in into a dealership. Two men, I believe both were salesmen, were having trouble acknowledging me. Only after I desperately eye-connected one of them, he approached me. Without introducing himself, he asked what I was looking for. I answered that I’m looking for a particular Bronco Sport model. He asked me to a table, were he brought up a Ford website. I tried to point to the model and options I’m looking for. I’m pretty sure he saw this part of website for the first time ever. He told me that he’ll need to ask someone who knows this model better to help me. Meanwhile, the second man went on to call someone and started swearing loudly and continuously right behind me. A new salesperson approached me and, without any introduction, started asking questions of what I was looking for. I asked for his name. He said his name was Sam. I told him that I’d like to purchase a Bronco Sport Badlands. He started asking if I want to by a “”big one””(!?). I guess he thought I was looking for Bronco not Bronco Sport model, or he might not knew the difference between the two. Again, I explained that I’m looking for Bronco Sport Badlands of a particular color and options, and could wait till end of May to take a possession of the vehicle. A person behind me, who was before swearing on the phone, interjected by barking out loud “”that there is no way this can be done””. At this point I had only option to thank them and walkout out of the dealership.”

The parts department at this store is phenomenal! Coming from a guy that’s worked in the industry and seen a lot of parts departments this place is on point! Very organized and timely with their orders, and kept me in the loop the whole time on my back ordered parts! I will take the 40 minute drive just to deal with these guys Every. Single. Time.

*Ask for Elliot* Drove over an hour to this dealership for the great price on a vehicle and the reviews this place had. Definitely worth the drive! Awesome, Swift, Easy, Honest, and soo much more compliments to add. I was surprised to see a perfect 5 start rating on a Salesman named Elliot but when I worked with him to get my car I will give him a 5 stars on top of his Many other 5 star reviews. My recommendations are to Request Elliot at this dealership and you will have the most shockingly satisfying experience on your car purchase.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Salesmen are extremely shady and try multiple different sales tactics and pressure on you. This makes buying a car very difficult and makes the dealership an unpleasant experience. The owner Tony, is friendly at first, but good luck having any help from him once you purchase the car. He was very rude after he got my business and wouldn’t honor the additional requests in the contract. STAY AWAY.

I had walked in to buy a car with a few of my friends and almost spent $60,000. I later found that the cars transmission was completely busted. I had tried to reach out to the dealership but never received a call back. After a few days I had my attorney reach out to them and he had spoke with a sales associate. We had asked to speak to the owner but unfortunately did not get the time of day nor no call back. The sales associate was uncooperative and gave us no answers. The situation has only worsened and now I have no choice but to take legal action. I highly do not recommend this dealership!

Was buying from out of state unseen and having delivered, got several emails asking when I was going to come in and test drive.. sales rep obviously never read my emails.. auto generated or cut and paste every time.. plus their 5.7 hemi challenger was priced in the middle of 4 similuar 392’s Not saying they are terrible but way better places who actually care about ya and have better prices.. tad bit of lack of effort,.. a little high.. just saying shop around.. don’t go here and buy out right.

First of all I wanted to purchase a certain vehicle and they said they cannot sell it to me because it needed a new brake pedal. The salesman George Sarkisian was the salesman that I kept in touch with every other month to see when they were going to get this part and so I can buy the car. I am a military veteran with shrapnel in my leg and awls I wanted was this one car. They ended up selling the car to somebody else and just lost a customer. I had more than enough money to purchase that vehicle cash. So I will go somewhere else And I’m going to order a brand new vehicle and I know these people don’t even care so if you are a veteran of the United States military do not go to this place please.

The only thing that could have been improved on was on my new car which had a speaker blown, which they replaced, I should have been offered something for the trouble of bringing it back the next day. Other than that, I would use them again.

“I purchased my Ford Fusion Hybrid brand new from this dealership in 2012. Unfortunately, the company where I bought new tires didn’t return my wheel lock a few months ago, which I didn’t find out until I was having a tire rotation. After going to another Ford dealership near my home, I found out that the wheel lock lug nuts (5 per tire) were not Fords, nor did they fit any other set from Napa — even tow truck companies. I was told they were “”after market”” even though I bought the car brand new from Ford Arlington Heights. I was told they couldn’t get a replacement lock key BUT would charge me approximately $300 to extract the current lug nuts and replace with non-lock standard type. I called Arlington Ford and got the run around — telling me to go back to where I got my tires, rather than helping me. Luckily, I found an independent mechanic, who was able to extract the lug nuts and replace for a fraction of that cost.”

I originally had a 5 star review of this dealership, but they failed to repair my vehicle numerous times. They spent from May to July trying to repair the vehicle and failed every time. They replaced the radio 3 times, which will leads me to believe it’s not a radio fault. I had a remote start for my vehicle before I went to this dealership, I left and noticed my remote starter no longer worked after they attempted another repair. I informed the dealership of this and was told I needed to buy another one. I also, needed to buy a new key. I asked for a loaner vehicle while they attempt to make additional repairs on my vehicle. I had a loaner for 2 days and returned it after they “fixed” my vehicle. I got home and vehicle was still not fixed, so I brought it back and was informed no loaners were available for 6 weeks. My family spent years traveling 15+ miles one way for this dealership, but after the way they handled the service we will no longer be going back to this dealership. Since then we have moved to a different dealer and bought new vehicles from them. I would highly recommend looking around to other places before taking your vehicle here for work to be done.

After oil leaking everywhere following an out-of-town oil change, they immediately communicated to me what had happened and resolved it quickly despite being very busy at the time. They provide great indoor and outdoor waiting areas and I could tell are taking cleanliness and safety a priority. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Highly highly recommend them!

We have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State Police, and the Secretary of State told us that they would take care of it.

Called two hours before picking up the car and it was ready for check out which took less than 1 hour. Purchased 2017 F150 Raptor summer 2020. Aggressive drawn out haggling required. They pulled the Ford Used Certified off the table to get me the price I wanted. The first time I used the parking brake the cables snapped. $600 repair. Most likely was not checked during their inspection. Called to offer them the chance to fix the brake and they refused. Great customer care.

Left a VW for service because my experience with my Fords has been very good. Called for an update, they didn’t have my information and said the service rep would call. I got a call 2 hours later and said it was ready, no estimate. I asked for an oil change, check two lights that were out and a tire that was losing air regularly. After a multi-point inspection, they missed one of the lights and did not check the tire. The oil change cost was over $150 because they needed “special” oil. I’m tired of getting lousy service and unsubstantiated cost because “things are different” excuses.

I purchased my vehicle through this dealership last year. I had the option of taking my car to a Ford service department near me in the city but the customer service wasn’t the same. I called the service department at Arlington Heights and the gentleman was kinder and more informative when answering my questions. They kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and I found that the oils changes here fit my current needs for my car at the same price as where I was taking my car in the past.

I went to this dealership to lease a vehicle, the first time I ever leased a vehicle. I was set up with Richard Jacobson and he went above and beyond for me. He walked me through the entire process and broke everything down for me very specifically. I told him what I wanted to pay monthly and the type of vehicle I was looking for me. The worst experience ever , had an appointment at 10 AM for oil change , dropped the car at 9:30 AM , came back at 3 PM to check on the car because i had to pick up my daughter from a day care and i don’t have another car . When got there they didn’t even started on it and said they don’t even know when will have time for my car . Told my husband that if we want we can take the car . Very disappointed , why would we make an appointment when for 5 hrs you wait and they don’t even look at your car .

Arlington heights Ford will be my first choice to buy from, the next time I buy a Ford. I currently have a 2017 Fusion with a tire sensor fault and my 3 year warranty was expiring in a week. I took it to the dealer I purchased from, Bob Rohrman Ford in Schaumburg. They inspected it and said it would cost ~ $145. as they said it was not covered under warranty, as I had the tires replaced 6 months earlier. I new this sounded wrong, called Ford corporate and their rep suggested I call another local dealer, as she said I should be covered. I called Arlington heights Ford, spoke to David, service agent, who was very courteous, confirmed it should be warranty and he would get me in before the warranty expired. The next day, they inspected it, got the part the next day and installed it. Needless to say, Ford still will have my future business, because of David at Arlington heights Ford.

“My Farther-in-law recently bought a 2019 Ford Edge ST from another local dealership. Unfortunately the car exerienced a very challenging issue with what ended up being a pinched gasket. After the other dealship couldnt figure out the cause, he brought it here. Jerry, the Service Manager took it upon himself to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Not only was he very helpful and friendly but he went above and beyond not to give up. My father-in-law was grateful for the personal attention and effort he put into resolving the issue. Really bad experience here. They ran my credit bureau against my knowledge. And they are making me fight to correct it. The owner looked me in the eye and told me he would fix it. He’s done nothing what so ever. They are 100% independently owned and operated and have nothing to do with actual Ford. So consider all that before going there. They told me the social security number check was for a red flag law to make sure I’m not a terrorist. There are a bunch of legitimate Ford dealers out there. Go find one.

Terrible customer service. I felt rushed when trying to decide on a vehicle and didn’t feel welcome. Wasn’t even showed any options on the lot and the salesman made everything feel forced and unnatural. You can only come here if you already know exactly which car you want.

“Providing a warning to those interested in purchasing a Ford product. Took our single owner Ford Escape Titanium into the dealer, with just 63,000 miles, only to learn it needed an engine replacement ($7,400 estimate), due to coolant leaking into one of the cylinders. Was a documented issue on this model/EcoBoost engine, by thousands who’ve posted similar concerns on the internet. While nearly everyone we spoke to at Ford (from the Dealer up to Ford Corporate) acknowledged the engine should last well beyond that mileage, they provided zero support. Some key individuals didn’t even respond to our communication, including Senior Leadership. No loaner vehicle while it like was in the shop for a week, no break on parts/labor if we chose to have the engine replaced, absolutely nothing aside from “”we’re sorry””. Our family will never purchase a Ford vehicle again (new or used). Clear example of a major company not standing behind their product.”

I visited this place yesterday. Place looks clean but most of staff I’ve seen were wearing mask UNDER THE CHIN! But it gets better once I got to the little office to speak to the finance person… well Mr. Joe Baez was not wearing a masks and btw he started sneezing which he excused himself and said it was allergies. Guidelines require everyone to wear mask when you can’t be 6ft apart. My son and I wore masks at all times which is obvious at times like this we all should. Also this morning a person called me from the dealership to ask how they did and I told them what happened with the masks situation and she apologize for a person that could care less for their customers. Well to top it all the salesperson I spoke the day before called me 10 minutes after I received the call and told me that the bank did not approve me a loan after Baez told me he had loan for me. This makes no sense very upset right now it was a waste of time!! I feel bad for the owners something so small like wearing a masks makes such a nice dealership look so unprofessional.

I have.been having my oil changes and tires rotated at Quick Lube for a few years. I feel they have always been honest with me and very professional. Today as soon as I drove in, Mike came right up to me in my car and took good care of my vehicle. He honored what I told him per my call to them yesterday. They were very busy which is not surprising for a Saturday, and I did not have a terrible wait. All in all, I highly recommend Quick Lube at Arlington Ford.

Service department staff has all the warmth and charm of a saltwater crocodile. I’d recommend watching Sesame Street to learn basic manners, it’s good for all of us to brush up from time to time. I’m going to assume it was just an off day and give the benefit of the doubt, but let’s keep in mind we’re all on this rock together and being a short tempered crank doesn’t help anyone.
