Recently purchased a 2020 Mustang gt premium convertible online from currie motors Ford. The online sales staff were very friendly and informative with all the information and pictures that I requested. Upon arriving at the dealership I was welcomed by the dealership salesman and met the online sales staff. The process went smoothly thru the paperwork and with the financial manager. While discussing the extended service options, he recommended service plans that would benefit me instead of trying to sell policies that would benefit the dealership. I’m not the type to leave reviews but I just recently went into Currie Motors to have my 2013 Ford Focus serviced and was so pleased with the service! I was helped right away and within 5 minutes of getting there my Focus was pulled into the garage for my oil change! The employee who helped me Bob, went thoroughly through my cars records to make sure my car was up to date with any recalls or anything else (very great and friendly guy). They also gave me a spotless car wash! This was my first time ever having my car serviced at Currie and I will definitely be back again!!

buy a car at Currie was positive. Jay, the sales representative, was very helpful and he was available to respond my questions and my emails. He listened to what I was looking for and followed my request on looking for the best price and the best option plan according to my needs. The accountant was also clear on showing me the numbers to be sure that they added up according to taxes, interest, and fees. I am please buying a car from Currie. I certainly recommend it.

Currie Ford in Frankfort is my closest dealership and I have done business with them for both service and sales for the past 10 years. I went this time to view several used cars of the models I was interested in. My salesperson, Pete, has been around for over 20 years. He knows the business and he knows how to treat customers. He listened to what I wanted and spent hours helping me find the right vehicle. I’m very happy with the way I was treated by the sales manager as well as my salesman and the finance department (even though I declined the purchase of an extended warranty at this time) I would recommend Currie Ford based on my experience as a female buyer and because of the many new and used car options available in their network of dealerships.

This past weekend, I purchased a 2020 F150, and I can honestly say that this experience was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. The environment was welcoming, respectful, and I can’t believe I’m going to say this about car/truck shopping, but actually ENJOYABLE. I’d first like to start talking about my salesperson, Andy, because he was great from start to finish. From the very first moment we met, Andy was genuine, honest, and incredibly hard-working. He is a man who takes pride in his work and pride in his communication with people, and you can sense this within the first few minutes of meeting him. Without question, the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with, and I will no doubt go back to him in the future and recommend as many friends and family as I possibly can. Please, do yourself a favor. If you are looking into buying a Ford, go here and request Andy. You will not regret it, and your nerves will thank you later as you’re heading home in your new vehicle. Moreover, Mark and Jeff at the front desk both made this experience a good one as well. Mark, during negotiations was respectful, open, and easy-to-work with. Usually, when you make it to the point of talking to a manager, at least in my experience, the conversation gets a little uncomfortable and edgy. Not with Mark. Actually, we often forgot we were negotiating and found ourselves discussing other aspects of life. I almost felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a manager at a car dealership. The next day, I worked with Jeff, and we were able to bring home the deal. Jeff too was eager to make sure his customers were happy and pleased, and he consistently checked on me that day to make sure all was going well. Lastly, and I know this is a long review, but Derek in the Finance department was awesome. Incredibly relatable, understanding, and helpful. He got me a great rate and worked hard to get it. Really nice guy. I’m telling you, from start to finish, this was a phenomenal experience, and this dealership has earned my loyalty over the years. Thank you, Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Bought a car here, vehicle was just what we were looking for, but will be the last time I will purchase a car from a dealerships in Illinois. What a fiasco, will make sure we stay in Indiana when it comes to buying a car. Felt like we were at a book signing. They didn’t know how somebody might not have to finance a vehicle. Had to see 4 other people trying to sell you all kind of options. Also, once they have your keys of the car you might be trading in they just won’t let you have them back. They Don’t know how to accept that someone is not willing to purchase the car. We were ready to leave because we weren’t happy with what they were offering for our trade in. We had a price set that we were willing to give on the trade and stuck with it. Since they had only sold 2 cars that Friday might still be there. Arrived there at 1:00 finally left dealership at 6PM and they FINALLY meet our price.

Working with Currie Motors was an all around excellent experience! My Mom was in the market for a new car after 17 years with her Ford Escape. I saw this dealership had astounding reviews and they truly lived up to every word. We worked with Juan and Adam and they were both patient and made sure they put first my Mom’s comfort both with finding the right vehicle as well as the right price range for the payments. They were not pushy which was much appreciated! Not only were Juan and Adam fantastic to work with, but everyone we encountered at the dealership was a joy to work with whether for financing or the representative offering the paint protection product. Everyone at Currie Motors had amazing attitudes. I brought my car in for a vibration that appeared to be coming from the rear of the car at highway speeds. I was greeted in a timely manner by the service writer, he noted my concerns, and completed the check in process without any issues. Later that afternoon I received a call stating they found the issue (faulty tires under warranty), but needed to keep the car one more day because the tires had to be ordered. Currie apologized for the delay, but the car was fixed and now drives better than ever. I appreciated the good communication, and the car was finished in a reasonable time considering the type of repair that was needed. I will continue to use Currie Ford to service my two Ford Vehicles.

John reassured me that he’ll get it resolved ASAP, and that he did. Twenty four hours later I was back on the road. We spent 6 hours trying to get numbers on a car that was listed online for 15,000 but actually turned out to be 18-19,000. No one would give us the correct answer, things were said that were incorrect. I could not tell people enough not to purchase a car from here. DON’T DO IT. I do NOT recommend getting an oil change or any services done at this establishment. They tell you it’s $44 for the works oil change and then do multiple other services to your car without your knowledge or discussion, 2 hours later you do to pay and your bill in $200. What they do is unethical and take advantage of people. I’ll never take my car there again for service.

Great job team! I cant say enough the importance of professionalism and down to earth human decency. As we know, this should be standard in any business, however, unfortunately in many cases it is not. That is why i give currie motors 5 stars for a 5 star experience. Although Francisco was knew to the Currie Ford team, he was a knowledgable sales person That made the process easy. Mario helped with getting the best price for the package deals and provides a nice tour of the service area. Not to mention the most important factor is a quality car for a good price. Thanks!

Had a hard to detect Audio problem in our 2014 Ford Flex, right at the end of the extended warranty period. John and Roberto made sure we were taken care of and the mechanic (apologies, don’t remember his name) stuck with it and got it fixed. My experience at currie motors ford of frankfort was outstanding. The first person i came into contact with was shelby who set my appointment and did an excellent job of answering all of my questions. She was kind courteous and patient especially with someone who had a ton of questions. The next person who helped me was jason. I had two vehicles i was looking at and he helped me work out the numbers for each vehicle and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Mark appraised my vehicle i was trading in and did so quickly and efficiently and i was happy with the evaluation. Mario listened to my circumstances and helped me figure out how to get the best financing available to me and also made sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Derek finalized my paperwork and was very quick in doing so and was very friendly to my two small kids Which made the experience much less stressful. The whole environment of teamwork at this place is outstanding And everybody is incredibly kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from here. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 ford bronco which i love.

“In late September I went to Currie Motors Ford to purchase a used vehicle. My experience here was awesome. Not only was Jim Koziel extremely friendly he made sure I got a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I did experience one issue a week later with Fords “”My Key”” feature. I called Jim and he took care of setting up an appointment right away for me. They reset the My key feature and gave me a new key as well. Ghouls and goblins work here. I went to the bathroom and there was liquid all over the floor that caused my left foot to grow an extra toe. I tried to buy a car but they kept using hypnotic tricks on me to get me to pay more. At one point I woke up dancing like a chicken while the employees threw chicken feed at me. I dislike this place with the fire of a thousand suns. Some day the hellmouth beneath the place will open up and properly swallow it whole. Until that time I suggest you avoid it like you avoid someone asking you to help them move. And they have free parking!!!

My 2016 F150 broke down on me the other day with my 3month old son in the truck. I called Currie to see if they could fit me in quick, as I barely was able to drive it to their location. John Trehey told me to come right in and that they would take care of me. John did just that! He was able to get my truck in ASAP and even offered a ride home from my son and I. My truck was repaired for a fair price within a day and a half. John called me a few times to update me on the progress and to let me know when it would be ready for pickup. This was my first experience with Currie For Service and I was very impressed. I have had some terrible experiences with dealer services in the past, but Currie went above and beyond. John and his crew were informative, hospitable, and worked quickly to get my truck back up to speed (literally). Did you know they employ veterans, too? Mr. Wayne was kind enough to take me home from Currie when i dropped my truck off, free of charge as it is a complimentary service. Employing veterans and offering a free ride home — now that is AWESOME!! Big thanks to John Trehey, Wayne, and the service techs at Currie Ford. Will happily return to their service department if I have other issues. Thank you Currie!

“They were very courteous. The only issue is they did not fix the issue. They also ran almost a quarter tank of fuel out of my truck while “”fixing”” it didn’t refill it. I recently had my 2016 F350 serviced at Currie. I had a lot of work done to my truck in the last few months such as new brakes, 4×4 service, diesel DEF sensor service, new suspension parts service, diesel oil change and a new battery. John and Roberto in Currie’s service department always take care of me. All the service I had completed, except the suspension, was routine maintenance. I did convey to them that I was disappointed the suspension parts on my truck did not last very long. My F350 with 80,000 miles should not have had to have suspension parts replaced so soon. I think a suspension should last at least 100,000 miles on today’s vehicles but that was not the case on my truck. Thank you to John and Roberto for fixing the issues and finding ways to save me money in the process. These guys are the reason I continue to get my truck serviced at Currie motors…they take care of their customers!!

I called ahead of time to make sure the very cars I wanted to see were actually on the lot before I even left my house. A very considerate young lady by the name of Jais took my call. I requested of her to place me with whom she believed to be the best salesperson she could find to help me and was kind enough to verify the vehicles were indeed on their lot for me to see, I was getting excited 😁.. Jais handed myself and my husband to a very articulate educated and very respectful gentleman called Jonathan Mirabal who asked all the right questions and worked with us for as long as it would take to come to a mutual agreement on the exact vehicle I went there for. Jonathon Mirabal deserves many KUDO’S, because I have no qualms walking out on a sales associate if I am not satisfied. Next step was working with another terrific Sales Manager named Derek Cavoto who was to help finish the transaction and advise of All that would be involved in the purchase, warranties and so many pieces of information that I would not have ever thought of. These gentleman were my heroes yesterday. It’s been so long since I’ve been treated as well as John and Derek made me feel. After my wife had her 2015 Ford Explorer totaled by a distracted driver, we looked at numerous dealerships for a replacement that would fit her needs of a taller vehicle that go decent mpg and that was within our price range and odometer reading. After going through hundreds of vehicles, we found a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT at Currie Motors with a price in our range and low mileage. So we drove over to the dealership and were greeted by the general manager who introduced us to the sales person who would be assisting us. We took a test drive of the vehicle and were quite pleased with the vehicle and indicated that we were interested in purchasing it. We also asked the staff to address some concerns that came to light during the test drive such as a stereo audio issue, the compass not rotating with turns, a scuff mark on a mirror and some scratches in the paint from the prior old couple that owned the vehicle when they loaded luggage in the rear. Initially they didn’t understand what issues we were referring to, but when we talked with their Service Director at the dealership we were told not to worry and that the issues would be identified and taken care of. This was a big relief seeing as how my wife has been very ill with her pregnancy for the vast majority of 2020. He also offered to pickup our vehicle from our home and leave us a loaner so as not to inconvenience my wife while repairs are completed. I told the Service Director that this kind of service is exactly why I brought my wife back to Ford and that he had maintained my confidence in the Ford brand. I had already told him about a prior F-150 my family owned that lost a wheel at high speed and our truck sustained no damage at all. Built Ford Tough. Take it seriously.

“I had the worst experience with Ford in Frankford . Bought a BRAND NEW 2019 until I got a phone call to take in vehicle for an “”oil change”” that was not yet due. Dropped off car to service department after almost waiting 2 hrs with no communication, Per service director (Roberto) we had to file a claim with insurance and tried to charge us $1000.00. Dont be fooled, they will try to take advantage of anyone that won’t question the services. Especially if your woman. DO Not Trust!!! Very disappointed and mind you was referred to this location.”

I highly recommend Currie Ford in Frankfort if you need any work done on your Ford vehicle. The service guys are super helpful, informative, and friendly. They have been working on our cars for several years now and they got us in today right away. Even when we had an engine light emergency, they were able to get us in right away. He said right away that it likely will be fully covered under a factory extended warranty but needed to see the car first. Brought in my car. They diagnosed the problem. Went for an oil change, tire rotation and tire balance and was told that since I wasn’t having issues the they wouldn’t charge me for a tire balance. They never put it on the service order for a tire balance to be done so my tires were never balanced. My truck is missing clips for a window switch, has been since new but since it’s a rear window I only recently noticed, but this is the second visit I asked for it to be corrected, but again it never made it on the service order so it again was never corrected and when I told the service writer I was told to wait until next visit for something that would take longer to walk to the parts counter than it would take to correct. Currie service dept did try to make it right by doing the services that were denied the first time. But getting to that point was more of a struggle than it should have been. After waiting on hold after 2 failed attempts I finally getting through to someone they seemed to be just as upset as I was with the previous visit, but the person I needed to speak to wasn’t in and they would need to call me back. After I got a call back I was told they would take care of everything that was missed. I called to make the appointment and was greeted with a rather poor attitude and that person seemed to have little to no interest in taking the few minutes to properly book my appointment. It all felt rushed and that I was just annoying them. But I was able to book the appointment and take another portion of a day out of a busy schedule to go back and correct almost everything.
