My man Vince is a great guy. I bought my first car from him and he made sure I got the best deal I could and made the process super easy. I took my new car back in to get an entertainment system put in and they did a GREAT job. I had a rental vehicle waiting for me because the install was going to take all day. Couple words about dealer – Overcharge, hidden fee, take advantage of you, and more… This dealer giving price 35.000$ and after you will waste 4-7 hours of your life it will jump to to 44.000$. 9.000$ hidden fee’s. This dealer will give you price for 66 months and when you will accept it, they will somehow hide it in documents(hand covered) and when you signed you will find out that it was 75 months with same monthly payment like for 66 so you will over pay for it

Service is beyond TERRIBLE! I took my car for a oil change all for me to have to bring it back because “all of a sudden” my car starts having problems I never had before. I paid for a job that they didn’t even fix. They had my car for 5 days and was not successful in fixing the problem. I had to turn right back around the same day I picked up my car, after they told me it was fixed (even though it wasn’t) to give it right back to them. issues that they could see from a diagnostic test they tell me they missed it and charged me 300$. So I literally paid them for nothing! Then wanted me to pay them more money because they “found” what the issue was 6 days later! I will NEVER bring my car here to get serviced again NOT EVEN TO GET A CAR WASH THEY MIGHT WASH MY CAR WITH ACID! IM MAD AS HELL! And I didn’t even want to give you guys 1 star!

Why on paper was said 30-66 and on top of it was 75 crossed by Marcus. I sighed it after 75 was crossed by Marcus and he left 30-66 months not crossed, its logical. Go buy glasses to see it Marcus was explaining me that price will be same as on paper for 66 month’s I ask him 3 times, he was checking with Jeff and confirm it. So that how you working take advantage. And after it you will respond to me just like Jeff ”I don’t going to listen to you” and will yells on me even if I am your customer

Overcharge, take advantage of you, hang up, add hidden fee’s, additional monthly payments and yell on your customers and more… This dealer will add 9 extra months for payment + hidden fee’s. After this they will tell that they never tell something like this that I don’t telling them true, manager will yell on you. After bad review you ask me to call you, I did it and your customer service Britney was busy and you advice that you will call me back and hang up. Something like “Good bye” you don’t know. I never receive call back from your office. You know just how to hang up, add hidden fee’s, and additional monthly payments and yell on your customers. Bad experience what you can even have, I will contact corporate office as well

Living in Alabama it was impossible to find the truck I was looking for locally. I opened my search to nation-wide and found the perfect truck here at Sutton Ford, even though it was a chevrolet. The staff there are so easy to talk to and deal with. We made an offer, and within a few minutes we had a deal plus a few extras to cover the truck! SHADY. The staff there validated the shady used car salesmen stereotype 100 percent. I went and saw a 2017 Ford Explorer that was listed for $25,000. No where on the online listing was there additional fees, however, when sitting down to purchase the vehicle the price eclipsed $30,000. There were hidden add ons not discussed that ballooned the outdoor price significantly. Went to Currie Ford and bought a newer one and dealt with honest and compassionate adults where no hidden fees were added. World of a difference between the two dealerships. I will also be contacting Corporate to discuss my experience as I saved the online listing where there is no mention of these fees. Sutton Ford needs to take notes from a reputable and honest dealer on how to treat customers and just humans in general.

i am so dissatisfied and disappointed with out experience here. im not mad at the salesman but more the management and financial managers. from the beginning we made it clear what our budget was and we were pressured into buying a brand new car that was out of our range. we were told they could make the prices in our budget because they wanted to us to get that car, after finally agreeing on a price they ended up telling us the next day that they could not finalize our deal and made us give the car back because our income was not enough. keep in mind this is being said AFTER we paid a downpayment, and signed contracts.

Went to purchase a certified used ford from this dealer. However, once I got there and picked out the vehicle the sales person added over $4,000 in extras to the price. The internet price is a bait and switch tactic. You have to pay for the certified pre-owned separately (unlike other dealers) then they try to add protective coating and vin etching without you noticing. The sales person even tried to not break down the extra fees for me. This is not a transparent dealer. Better off going somewhere else where they’re upfront about their costs.

Unfortunately I have to give Sutton Ford a low score this time. When it came down to the actual service being completed and conversations with Service Managers, I am extremely concern about their acknowledgment and overall thought of what would have happened had I not been consist in bringing my vehicle back when I continued to have the same issues with my vehicle; even after being serviced and corrected several times. I count on the specialist at the dealerships to assess the issue and fix it. And when the overall issue would have caused a serious accident for myself and my toddler had it not been fixed, I’m highly concern. As a long time customer of Lincoln vehicles and dealerships, it’s concerning that the overall safety wasn’t considered in this situation. Yes, the cost of labor was compensated for the misdiagnosis/inconvenience, but I believe that paying for anything in addition should not have been asked. Especially had the original reason for me coming into service for the past month (4 times) was never fixed. The managers attempt to give reasons as to how this issue could have been overlooked; but all I can think about is that as a parent, I have a toddler riding with me, and we could have been badly hurt. I’m thankful that I was persistent enough to keep coming back for them to check on it. But if I would have taken their word that they fixed the original issue, and disregarded the continued problem I was having with my vehicle, I couldn’t image what kind of damage would have occurred. Overall, the conversations I have had with the Service Managers of this location, confirmed that customer service and overall customer safety is not a priority! And I cannot continue to have my car serviced or even purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. I’m a parent above all else, and my child and my safety are extremely important to me!

From start to finish, Sutton Ford made a stressful decision to purchase a vehicle very easy. I was greeted as I entered the lot (I had an appointment). My sales agent, Tiffany, listened to my needs, requirements and request. Answered whatever questions I had regarding the vehicle. She was very patient as i tried to obtain my insurance information. Responded/Follow up on miscommunication about remote start on vehicle. It was advertised but not on the vehicle. She discussed with manager and agreed to install when I decide to bring back to dealership. The finance guy was fantastic as well (can’t recall name). Everyone was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Even offered water. And most importantly in this day, everyone wore mask and respected social distance and sanitation requirements.

Dishonest would be the worked used to describe my first experience buying car from dealer with Sutton Ford on 02/26/21. Ford Explorer XLT 2021 price was $35.000 so after all calculation on my side they give me option to pay it in 66 month with total price $39.000 included $5.000 down payment so I was ok with it and went to do paperwork, finance office are professional and know how to speak with customers. After I sigh up documents and come back in the new car, I check documents one more time and find out that it was not for 66 month, it was for 75 month so now price $44.000 not $35.000 ($9.000 Extra) with my down payment included $5.000. So this dealer ship giving you discounts from top prices and after all documents set up your price will go up with hidden fee’s. So Ford Explorer 2021 XLT with price $35.000, you will pay for it $44.000. This Dealer take advantage of me because I am yang and it’s my first time buying new car at the dealer. When I find out that it was 75 month beside 66 months, I went back to them and Jeff I think its manager there because all time they was checking price with him. So Jeff was yelling on me, I was trying to say something but per him he don’t want to listen to me. He know that Marcus told us that deal will be for 66 months but he skip it. I was trying to talk to him at least lover the price little bit but he said that he don’t want to listen to me even if I am a customer. And yes I understand that from price $35.000 it will be extra taxes, that 1.9% what they give to me + registration but it’s should be somewhere closer to $39.000 not $44.000. adding more info here as respond on your comment.because I cant comment it. DON’T trust them. Purchase my F150 on July 28 2020 as a Certified vehicle. There was an issue that they lied about to get me to sign the papers. Sutton did fix it after the fact but now have the same issue 5 months later. I brought it in to to get it fixed this week but they wanted $380 to look at it. What good is a Certified Vehicle from them???? I just got back from another Ford dealer and my warranty only requires a $100 deductible. Sutton Ford are bunch of CROOKS.

Worst dealership experience ever. Claimed to do a 172 point inspection yet Auto Stop / Start feature was not working, cabin air filter was filthy, options car didn’t even have claimed to be inspected and passed. Basically, they fake the paperwork on their supposed 172 point inspection of used cars. When sales manager Matt M was confronted with facts about their bogus inspection he became belligerent and unprofessional, he should be fired for allowing falsified documents to be presented to customers Avoid Sutton Ford for a vehicle purchase at all costs

My friend bought Ford 2021 at this dealer so price jump from 35.000$ to 44.000$. I know that with taxes and some fee’s it will be around 38.000$ – 40.000$ but where is 4.000$ extra? so many hidden fee’s witch you don’t need and newer use. Price per moth was for 66 month’s and after they have deal. Than he signed documents and find out its not 66, its 75 month’s with same monthly payment. My friend was trying to change it so they advice that he didn’t understand something and was telling him that he can do 66 month but with bigger monthly payment. I mean if they make deal with him on words and confirmed that, sales man Marcus even ask him to signed that paperwork. All in all if you will buy some cars from this dealer, please do calculation and before signed document check all numbers( they may hide it from you until you signed )

I saw a used car advertised on Edmonds that was at this dealership. Price was good, so I set up an appointment to check it out. I’m told -Actual price after I get there is 1,800 higher than advertised because they “sprayed” protectant on the wind shield and paint job. After I ask, Salesman said the ad I saw clearly said extra things could be included. I pulled it back up online- unless it was in 0.2 font- wasn’t there on the Edmonds site that I saw. I won’t do business here. Just be honest about the price you are asking instead of wasting several hours of my time.

HIDDEN FEES RUINED A SIMPLE DEAL!!! I came in to buy a 2017 Fusion at an advertised price of 13k. Did the pre-qualification for credit on YOUR website. Made appointment, came in and test drove and looked over the vehicle. Salesman was friendly and all was ok to this point. THEN, the paper work started. The payments were going to be over $100 more than the pre-qualification quote (which included title, doc, destination fees which are expected). Sutton slipped in fees for some SPRAY ON COATING for the windshield and paint. Plus fees for their CERRIFIED PRE-OWNED status. The manager took over when I balked at the deal and tried several times to strong arm me, coming down a little at a time. REALLY?!?! If you ADD something to the car, then it should be REFLECTED in the overall ASKING PRICE!!! But instead, you CHOOSE the low road of DIRTY SALES TACTICS!!! SHAME ON YOU SUTTON FORD!!! A few other reviews talk about the same tactic. So why would you continue to lose easy deals like this??? Show some RESPECT!!! The customer has LOTS OF CHOICES! I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO CARMAX.

“Dishonest would be the word used to describe my experience at Sutton Ford on 1/29/21. Because of this, I chose not to buy a ford with them. An advertised price of $26,500 somehow comes out to over $33,000 after hidden fees for ‘certified pre owned’, additional warranties that were never asked for, and other inexplicable things like window etching and “”butler service”” that Sutton doesn’t advertise as part of the purchase price, yet doesn’t give you the option to decline. Basically, the advertised price is merely a tactic to get you in the door then upsell once they believe they’ve got your business.”

Paid 3000 dollars for the best warranty on my 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. Was under the impression I was covered till 100k miles. Bought the the car at 37k miles the warranty is only good till 75k. You can buy warranties way cheaper via 3rd party. And on top of that a week later I had some condensation in my tail light that Ford will not cover. So much for that 3000 dollar warranty. Either Sutton ford took me to the cleaners or they don’t have faith in ford durability. 2 stars because service and the salesman are nice. Finance…money hungry and interest rate sky high. Most likely will trade in before the warranty is up. Shame. UPDATE: followed up on sutton fords reply. Spoke with someone who never read my review. They didn’t call back when they said they would. Called 3 hours later gentleman I spoke with was gone. They called back next day different person who still didn’t know what the issue was. Explained again. Said they will call back still haven’t heard back. This is how they treat someone whose given them 1000 ‘s of dollars in business. The reply on Google reviews is just a PR stunt.

Trying to refinance my house and needed them to send a check to ally auto to pay off my old loan.Does it really take three weeks to send a check to another company? Now I might not possibly get to refinance my house because of this.

I always have my truck serviced at Sutton Ford. They are nothing but hospitable and accommodating. The only thing they could maybe offer other than a shuttle is a loaner car while being serviced. I live pretty far and could probably get some lite shopping done while waiting.

Super Bait and Switch, stay away from this dealership. The Sutton rep acknowledged the price of the vehicle and then tried to sneak in the price of accessories ($1800) which are not listed and included in the vehicle list price. You know hidden dealer fees, VIN etching, fabric guard etc. Even had the audacity to mention the word integrity in his pitch. BUYER BEWARE, my impression was this dealership tries to pull a Slick Willy.

Beware of all the hidden fees and protection plans Sutton tries to charge you as you go into closing. $500 Etching Fee, $500 for a car wax they put on, and $500 for an inspection of the vehicle when they bought it (isn’t that supposed to be a standard?). Then, they try to tell you about a “mandatory warranty” that “comes with the car,” that you have to pay $1,000 for. $2,500 of hidden fees that their appointment coordinator, Shannon, told us nothing about. They are not upfront, nor honest, nor do they conduct bus with any integrity. Price listed online IS NOT the actual price.
