I took my 2019 F150 to get the bedliner sprayed. They did a good job. But when I got home I saw that my rim was scratched. I called them several times but nobody got back to me. They do not take accountability for the damage they made to my truck. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great service and beautiful vehicles!!! First time buying a brand new truck and wanted the full package. Told Louis what I wanted, in minutes had it sorted out, and we closed next day. I’m not one to move slow/no time to waste so all in all invested about an hour on the project and they delivered on every level. When moving quick, trust is everything and they’ve more than proven themselves in their professionalism and attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!!

The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because a couple of the girls I spoke to were nice, other than that, horrible customer service. They don’t communicate so when the costumer calls to get an update on their vehicle, we get an attitude. Whoever the guy was that was at the desk in the service area was RUDE. I usually drive 45-50 minutes out of my way to go to the Ford dealer in Frankfort because they’re absolutely awesome there. Thought I’d give the one near me a try and I regret it. You want great customer service, go to Currie Motors in Frankfort.

“Jackie was kind and was trying to work out a deal with us and being honest. I went in only willing to spend a certain amount monthly. Came in with an x-plan, from my understanding a x-plan is non-negotiable and its out the door price but somehow they were still trying to negotiate. I had a very rude encounter with sales “”manager”” unprofessional and had napoleon complex syndrome. His name is Shadi Salman. Asking me where I was getting my numbers and got upset because I had said no to their offer. As I walked off he insulted my family and me by offering me their cheapest vehicle with a grin. Also he was walking around with no face mask and so was every salesmen in that building. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you don’t want to get insulted or if your practicing safety guidelines.”

The main reason why I am giving them a one star review is the LACK OF FACE MASK. Zeigler Ford has signs about wearing face mask, and keeping a distance. Yet this doesn’t apply to the staff? Today’s visit was disappointing. The staff either did not have a face mask on, or it was below their chin. So what’s the point of having the signs up? We’re still in a pandemic. Have some respect. Or least take down the signs and act like nothing is going on.

Everything was great! I even had a nice hot chocolate (complimentary) while waiting for my explorer to be checked for a safety recall (by the way, they actually finished it sooner than they’ve projected it). Only one concern, I saw some staff members not wearing their face mask properly, other than that, I give you 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I was looking to refinance our 2018 Ford Escape. Rod, with Zeigler Ford called the day AFTER we talked about it. When we met, we were focused on getting refinanced and going on our way. We was unable to get refinanced, but a better deal was in the works. Rod and the finance team was able to get us into a new 2020 Ford Escape. The team was able to work a better interest rate and dropped our payments as well. My husband was getting a bit frustrated during the process, but Rod was able to calm my husband’s concerns he showed and explain this was a better option and we get a brand new car. In the end, we are now the proud owners of a 2020 Ford Escape! We were very comfortable, welcomed and treated great at Zeigler Ford. I’ve used that location for my oil changes and such. I’ve always been treated nicely, they explained everything, answered my questions and is helpful. If you’re looking for a car, and want great service in a welcoming and clean atmosphere, Zeigler Ford North Riverside is the place to be! “We made an appointment to see a vehicle that was on the lot. There was a call the day before from them to confirm and then again the morning of. We drove 1.5 hours there, only to learn that they “”sold it about 30 minutes ago””. While I understand that’s the point, I would expect that they would notify anyone who set up an appointment that the vehicle is no longer available. Their response was that “”we’re not the ones who schedule the appointments””. The lot was incredibly small and didn’t seem to have a lot of selection. Unprofessionally handled, we won’t be back.”

I don’t usually expect great customer service from the service department at dealerships but I must give credit where credit is due. Amanda took care of us as we dropped off our 2007 Ford Econoline. Our big request to inspect the whole vehicle was met with a great interaction from Amanda. Amanda was knowledgeable and super nice and even helped me get a quote on some tires for my personal vehicle!

Called Tuesday to set-up an appointment for service. Was told the next available appointment was the following Monday, but could drop the car off sooner. They might have a chance to look at it before the appointment date. So dropped the car off on Tuesday. The service department was able to look at it and fix it! We picked it up Wednesday evening! Very happy with how we were treated and Tim kept us well informed throughout the process. Would recommend this group for car repairs!

I scheduled a safety recall appointment here at, they were super accommodating, and timely, fixed the recall on my Ranger, used the free shuttle for a ride home so I didnt have to wait at the dealer. It took a bit longer than expected, but when I called to check in on my truck, they were finishing up the recall, and offered to wash her for me!!! All and all great service and will definitely be using them for all my car needs.

They lied repeatedly after I told them I didn’t have a large down Payment or Co-signer. Before coming in They said a Manager said everything looked good. They even asked me what I whated in a Vehicle. Several Possible vehicles were sent to me. I traveled almost 45 miles to get to the place and didn’t get to speak with the individual who I was told to ask for. All I’m hearing is Profanity coming from the area the salesperson took my application to be looked at. It was a waste if my time and gas money. Feel really hurt and disappointed.

Very poor customer service when contacted about purchasing a vehicle. Financing pre approval was complete. Simply wanted to ensure vehicle would be there when arriving. As we were returning from Cedar Rapids Ia. Was told nothing could be done as in store customers had priority and they were busy. My family and I are regular customers having purchased a new Infiniti and 3 new BMW’s. Very different levels of service. Quite disappointed. John

Ford kept me informed throughout the entire process and I received email updates as my car was being built. Josh was my sales associate and he was a great point of contact. This was my second Mustang purchase so it wouldn’t surprise me if I end up being a Ford customer for life.

First all let me tell you amazing customer service they have there. The management super helpful. The financial worker explained everything and amazing help. And the rep who helped me was Brian Basurto Is amazing first didn’t get approved for the car I wanted then he pulled out another car and got approved for made sure I didn’t leave empty handed and walked out with a 2017 Altima. “BUYER BEWARE. Bait and hook sales tactic. I go in to purchase a 2020 New Transit XL. Their website and third parties claim $21,029 price with a “”zeigler discount”” of -$6,419.00. MSRP before Tax is $27,445. I attempt to get a breakdown of the “”Zeigler Price”” for over two weeks with little help and with a busy schedule I was unable to come in. on 3/22 I finally came in and was quoted $26,349 before taxes… FALSE ADVERTISING! They “”tried”” to break down the incentives. Ford incentive combined cash offer is $2,250. Plus EITHER $500 military or $500 first responder bonus. They stated that the missing $3169.00 missing of the zeigler discount was a FORD incentive i did not qualify for. That incentive? Trading a transit connect for a transit connect. LIES. I called 3 local ford dealerships… AND FORD themselves to ask for the incentive. I asked for proof or documentation of this incentive. There was NONE. They refused to acknowledge the missing price and wouldnt stand by their advertisement. False Advertisement, waste of time.”

Sketchy AF. Bait and switch pricing on a used vehicle. They priced it higher in person than their own internet pricing on their own web site. When called out for this they made a ton of excuses and none of them made any sense. Also was NOT as advertised with new brakes and tires. When addressed by sales manager, he was completely unapologetic and completely indifferent. I walked away with no hesitation and bought elsewhere. I have proof of all these claims.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I explained to them how I didn’t want to come into the dealership just to get denied because my brakes were really bad on my car and will soon go out. The rep explained to me that they will try their best to get me into a car and that there will be sales going on etc etc. I drove 50 minutes on bad brakes and the only thing I got from them was a inquiry on my credit. I went to the dealership down the street and was able to purchase a 2017 Chevy equinox.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a car from Ziegler at the end of June. Prior to purchasing I noticed the arm rest on the driver’s door wasn’t properly locked in place. My sales person told me they would fix it before I left. I checked prior to leaving and it looked fine. Within a week it popped up again, I’m guessing if they did anything at all it was just push it back down so it looked ok. I took the car back in on 7/10 for the protection package, left the car overnight and asked them to please fix the door. I was told when they called me to pick it up that they didn’t have time to fix it. When I went to pick up the car, after standing around for 45 minutes waiting for them to get out of a meeting (side note: team meetings should probably take place prior to being open for business, it’s poor customer service to let people stand around while you have everyone in a meeting) the Sales Manager got involved took pictures, supposedly sent them to Ford. Since July 10th he has actively contacted me one time, a week later letting me know they’re still waiting to hear back. Since that call I emailed him an additional picture, he said he’d get right back to me… still waiting. I then said, let’s face it, Sales obviously doesn’t care, they’ve made their money and tried going the route of their Service Manager, left voice mails, no return call. It’s now 2 months after I purchased my car and we’re no closer to fixing the problem.

Everyone there was very friendly. We had a minor problem with a question before we drove over an hour in there. The manager, however, was willing to do his best to work with us. The adding 999.00 used car fee after getting in writing no other fees besides the price and 300.00 document fee is why people don’t like going to dealership. I was told they do this to get people in the door, they do it to everyone, and other dealers do this. Other dealers may do this but state it upfront when asked or without asking. The finance person was nice, friendly and efficient. Update, the dealer reached out to me, asking what happened and offering to send gas gift cards and asking to change my review. They then stopped corresponding and never sent anything to me or responded to my emails.

Beware of hidden fees. 1500.00 inspection fee slapped on to all used cars. Go to Willowbrook ford kia instead. Just to be clear. Take the price of the car as seen in ad….then add 1500.00 and that’s where you start. No other dealer does that. Dont bother with the GET TODAY’S PRICE BUTTON. Nobody replies..lol. and in response to their response YES THEY DO…UNBELIEVABLE! NO WAY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP! WHAT A JOKE!

The Quick Lane service is amazing BUT was upset by one of the technicians who kept coming into the waiting area without a mask!!!! He even made coffee so was there a bit. This is not considerate of customers nor other workers!!!!!! I was a little scared to get in my car as I assumed no one in the garage wore a mask and drove my car!!!!

Bought my Ford Fusion from here and the battery died a few months after purchasing it and the electrical system started to act up for the camera. Shotty, the salesman who sold me the car acted like it was a joke and said there was nothing he could do about it. Don’t recommend, take your business where they treat you with respect and not like a joke.

It would have been nice to have more than 25 miles of gas. She ran out and I took care of gas run. Didn’t need a full tank but new vehicle she wasn’t familiar with gauge.
