Great experience. Definitely planning on going to Bourne’s Auto Center when looking for my next car. I heard about Bourne’s from a good friend and started my visit online, scrolling through car after car. Saw one of interest and shot off a message… Caroline was super quick to respond and answer all my questions. Made an appointment for a test drive immediately. Walked in and was greeted with attention and kindness from the front desk. A welcoming, comfortable first impression. 30 seconds later I was shaking my salesman’s hand. Mario is dope, easy to talk to, understanding and professional. He handed me the keys for my test drive and I was on my way… to buying. Next stop, financing. My forever nightmare. But… Shawn is an awesome, down-to-earth dude. He makes buying a car a very comfortable situation for an anxious speed-brainer like myself. Optimism and encouragement all over the place. Anyway… I’m driving a car that matches me… with a big ‘ole smile face… and not even one complaint about how I came to be this way because I went to the right dealership. Bourne’s Auto Center. Legit.

I bought my last 2 cars here and was thinking today i will most likely get my next car here as well… But my car runs great so it will be a while. They sell quality cars. They fix any issues if you have them in the beginning. They don’t bother you at all. You test drive whatever you want by yourself. When you want something they get it done that day. And the prices are awesome.

We picked out a car this past Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. We were very impressed by the sales experience, Markwas very knowledgeable and we were not pressured whatsoever. The financing was also very smooth. When we picked it up on Wednesday, Mark said that they found out the touchscreen wasn’t working properly and we would have to come back to get it fixed. No problem at all. Unfortunately, yesterday (the first full day we had the car) not only did the check engine light appear but also the tire pressure light. This obviously also caused the car to fail inspection. This was disappointing to say the least. We called to schedule the appointment for the service team to fix the touchscreen as well as the other issues. Hopefully next Tuesday they will be able to fix these problems and we won’t have to put anymore time or effort in the vehicle to have it run properly.

Actually going in next Saturday to purchase my first used car as I was referred here from a friend. This will be my first time financing but just from talking to Amy, I am more than comfortable trusting Bourne’s with my finances. I have reached out to 3 other dealers whom I won’t name and didn’t feel comfortable because of the”pushy” attitude I was given. The fact that Amy had text me after hours to ensure that I was comfortable when doing the online application spoke volumes. When I told her I’d be coming in next week (didn’t even give her a reason, to see her response), she advised me to wait until it was closer to my anticipated purchase date but to still send the stock # for the cars I had an interest in. Amy did not know that I had a medical emergency which caused me to push back a week but instead of becoming pushy or even rude because I wasn’t able to come in immediately, she gave me advice. I can not wait to get my car! I’ll be sure to write another awesome review because I am speaking this into existence!

Easy car buying experience without hassle however we are experienced with car buying so the lack of hand holding really works for us. We got what we wanted for a great price and were pleased. There was some confusion regarding keys as ours only had 1 and we understood there to be 2 since it’s a 2015 truck but the manager took care of it. The registration was not in truck and we had to call a few times to get it but they did overnight it after a few days. We are a bit frustrated by the lack of call back regarding a key programming issue however that is a different department. This is a good place as long as you can handle being an educated consumer and not relying on the dealership to hold your hand as they are VERY BUSY and your ok with having to call multiple times to get answers.
I was so happy I went car shopping at Bourne’s Auto Center. I had shopped around at other dealerships looking for my new truck. Don’t waste your time looking other places. The car selection at Bourne’s is huge and top notch. The customer service was very friendly and inviting. My salesman Trey, was very accommodating and helped answer any question I had. Took my car to Bourne Auto Body to have my bumper repaired. When detailing my car, they lost the button to my hands free system. TWO months later, I’m still waiting for the part to repair. Up to this point, I’ve experienced nothing but the best service. If I didn’t call week after week to check on the status, I would never hear from them. I’m givens all kinds of excuses, people pointing the blame at different departments is shameful. I honestly do not slam companies on social media, but this is just inexcusable and horrible business practice.

We went there not knowing what vehicle we wanted and once we found it Andy Gesner made sure we were able to take delivery the same day, as it was a birthday gift for my wife! The salesman Trey was very welcoming, informative and very professional, we waited because he was busy with customers that had appointments, although I didn’t have an appoint, he was apologetic. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I stood at the door for about 10 minutes and was never asked if I needed help, I see this dealership is different from others where you have to actually walk to the receptionist and let them know why you’re. One receptionist was mood;, the other one was pleasant. Another reason I gave it 5 stars is because once all the paperwork was done with the finance manager we waited and he had already been done who knows for how long before I had to go to his office to find him talking and come to find out we had been all set. They are adamant their not doing negotiations, but overall my price range and the details I wanted in my car I found at m Bournes Auto Center.

Accommodating, patient, complete one stop shopping with absolutely no pressure… Great variety of vehicles, low mileage, good prices. Every staff person I saw smiled at me and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Had the pleasure of working with Jose who listened to my needs, kept me on track (I tended to drift to things that I didn’t need) and made this the best car buying experience I’ve had. They use “hassle free pricing” meaning it’s non negotiable but competitive. Luckily, I went somewhere else after visiting Bourne and found a much better deal…. also, buyer beware on the mismatched tires and missing gadgets and rugs…. they refused to put 4 new matching tires on the car I was looking at…. it was a deal breaker

This is no average dealership, I absolutely LOVE this place. Strictly phenomenal customer service at Bourne’s! As soon as you walk in your greeted by all welcoming people. Everyone is awesome and you can tell they’re always working hard. My salesman was Treavon & the business manger was Carlos. They were both great! No pressure, not trying to dig in your pockets or make money off of you and I’m sure anyone would appreciate that as much as I do. I purchased a beautiful 2014 Kia Optima and when I got there to pick it up the car looked so good I wanted to cry! Find a nice car around 7k at Bourne’s inventory, (I don’t wanna give the name of brand), I thought is a good deal! In the pictures the front bumper right side was a litlle bit off, clean car fax report with a inner tie rod(s) replaced by Bourne’s at last service. The car was sold from Bourne’s to the 2nd buyer and then he brought the car back after 4 years which is now. I called to ask about the bumper and more details about buying process etc, I talked with a lady(no name)she told me that the car is in good shape with no problems and she doesn’t know nothing about the bumper. Spend almost a day, wake up at 5am, took a ferry, then a bus, then an uber to go and check the car. I arrived there, everybody really nice, a lady(I don’t want to give names) bring me the car for test drive, she let me go alone to test the car. The car was looking good, they fix the front bumper right side but the rear bumper was now just a little off which was a surprise, doesn’t matter, let’s do the test drive: AC didn’t work with 92 F outside, traction control inticator in the dashboard, couldn’t turned on, the steering whell when you drive straight was really crooked like 30% to 40% to the right side! I was what the …. is happening here at the best dealership from Massachusetts 4 years in a row. Went back to the lady and tell her all the issues, the answer was we can fix those issues and yes they work at the bumper but I don’t know the reason! Then I asked for another car in the same amount of money. Unlucky, nothing! You can’t do that to a customer when you are the best dealer for 4 years in a row, I get the thing that they tried to help they’re customer to get rid of the car but don’t put somebody with hopes on the roads, waisting their times and money and behave like that! I followed your dealership for a good amount of time because I trusted your professionalism and those 700 good reviews on google, but this was to much and really unprofessional!( I’m sorry for my writing, English isn’t my native language).

The place looks cheap on the inside. The staff didn’t seem to care about their customers. They were understaffed. Everyone was running around and only giving half their attention. The place just seemed so disorganized. I keep going back here to try and give them the benefit of the doubt when looking to purchase a car, but every time I do, it seems to be worse than the last time.

Excellent selection of quality cars. Great website to pre-shop.David Pair quickly brought selected vehicle to the front for test drive and then brought another. No haggle pricing so you are handed the keys and the car to assess. The no haggle pricing is reasonable. Service dept. has good rep and extended warranty is comprehensive. Relaxed environment and finance people ,if needed ,are experienced and friendly.

I work at a corporate dealer myself and both the Sales & Service team at Bournes has exceeded my expectations, which are high when it comes to dealerships. They out performed the 3 large dealers I’ve worked at (Toyota and two Nissan Dealers). Kim, my sales and person Carlos, my finance consultant made my purchase pretty pleasant and quick. Then after my transmission went in my car a while after, Mike and Kory in service were great as well. They took care of getting my vehicle towed to their location, getting me in a loaner vehicle, and the warranty claim for my repair. After racking up over $16,000 for my transmission repair I walked out not paying a dime thanks to my extended warranty I purchased with the car, which I’d highly recommend to anyone to get when buying a luxury, performance, or higher model vehicle in a line up that is out of factory warranty. So far, I’ve loved my Evo X MR but I mean this in the nicest way, I hope not to have to go back any time soon unless I’m buying another car! (;

What a great experience! I initially reached out for information on one vehicle, but was told it was on hold. Amy asked what I was looking for, payment type, etc. and sent me back a list of options. After going over them with her, I scheduled an appointment with Scott to take a test drive. My wife and I came in and Scott met us at the door. After test driving a few vehicles, we decided on one and were able to leave with it that day. Scott and team were able to complete the paperwork, financing, and detailing of the car all within a few short hours. We can’t say enough about how easy it was! There was no pressure; what a great experience and we’ll definitely be back for our next car!
