|Great experience buying my first car! Nick Simmons was an awesome salesman, made us feel very comfortable the whole time, while leading us into the direction of getting our new jeep compass! Our budget was tight and Nick helped us out so much to get a great deal on an awesome car! Right after we left the dealership, we noticed a small scratch on the door, both Nick and sales manager, Tim Donahue went out of their way to help us set up an appointment to get the scratch fixed on them. Every step of the way, we met some really nice and helpful people at Imperial! Desiree from the Ford building was also super awesome and helped us negotiate an interest rate and get us finalized in our loan for the new car 🙂 Would recommend them to everyone!|
|Made an appointment for a safety recall. Dropped pickup truck in morning early. Even though several techs were there, they would not assist me. Noted pick up at 4:00 pm. Called to confirm that all was set at about 9:00 am. When I came to pick up truck about 4:30, looked at buying a new truck. But after I was told that they did not even look at my truck, I decide I would go elsewhere for my new truck.|
|My husband and I bought our new 2015 Jeep Compass last week at Imperial. Our Salesman Dave was amazing. He listened to our needs and found the perfect vehicle for us. The business manager Jeff made sure it came in under our budget. We got to meet the sales manager Aaron and he was great. He brought us waters and bought us diner at their diner. All in all a great experience. Even when we went in for our inspection sticker Gary and Junior helped us out. Everyone was polite and friendly. A great experience. Highly recommended.|
|My husband Heath and I bought our 2015 Jeep compass at imperial last week. We had a great experience. The sales manager Aaron greeted us and introduced us to David our salesman. We were in a difficult position. We owed significantly more than our trade was worth. We are on a very tight budget but needed reliable transportation. They helped us to find exactly the right vehicle and gave us a lot more for our trade than we expected. The business manager Jeff helped us with the banks and we ended up paying less than we expected. It was fast and easy. Everyone was very nice. We loved the favor in all three showrooms from the auto memorabilia at Chrysler to the sports theme of Chevy and especially the rock and roll at Ford. Our best dealership experience ever. We plan to make a trip back up to see the super hero display at their Hyundai store but didn’t have time on this visit. Also very much enjoyed lunch at the Miss Mendon Diner. He allowed us to roam around and discuss things separately-it was refreshing to see this as most other dealerships are pushy. The sale was easy and the negotiation process was great. |I just recently traded in my Infiniti FX-45 and purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade Altitude from this dealership and I have to say, I’m blown away at their hospitality and attention to detail. I worked mainly with Gary Keith, Joseph Trocha, and JP Carlo – all three gentleman gave me the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The process was long, as expected, but they made sure I had all the tools and resources in place to make the most informed decision that worked best for my budget, needs and wants. What’s great about these guys is that they’ll not only take care of you when you’re shopping around for a new vehicle, but even after you purchase the car, they stay in touch with you to make sure you’re always 100% satisfied. |John Earl did an outstanding job in my purchase of a new Hyundai Accent! He listened to me and very quickly grasped my car-buying habits and expectations, picked up on the vehicle that I had pre-shopped online, and then made the terms of the deal happen, all over the phone, in probably no more than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Exactly the way I like to buy a car. Not only all that, he then picked me up at my house, drove me to the Dealership, quickly completed the paperwork he needed, and turned me over to a Finance Manager (passing his advice to the Manager on my expectations and great dealership experience thus far). Kudos to Michael Walsh in the Finance office for breezing me through the closing of the deal, signed and sealed, with Delivery lined up later in the week! Hand shakes all around, and then John had me back to my house. Total elapsed time: an hour and fifteen minutes! |This is NOT about Imperial Cars but about the Miss Mendon diner, which is owned by Imperial. Delicious breakfasts, great lunches, and good dinners. It’s good diner food, not gourmet, but a good value and a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the eating area clean and attractive. In the summer there’s an outdoor ice cream shop with Richardson’s ice cream.|

|Imperial has an excellent service department. I purchased my Dodge from them brand new and I’ve been bringing my car to them for service for over 10 years. They have very knowledgeable and high quality mechanics. They are very meticulous with everything whenever they service my Dodge. Their service department also has competitive prices on repairs. I highly recommend this dealership and service department to anybody who owns a Dodge or Chrysler automobile. You will not be disappointed using them.|
|I purchase a used 2014 Chevy Silverado. Jazz Kelley was my sales rep. He made the experience fast and easy. Even though there was some trouble with the title I was able to drive off the lot the same day. Imperial took care of all the paper work, worked with my insurance agent to get the registration, sticker, taxes, etc. I did not have to do any running around, Imperial did it all. Never had an experience like that before,nice!! I know were I’ll be buying my next truck!|
|After having my Ram 1500 serviced at a Worcester dealership for many years, I tried Imperial as they are closer to home for me. My initial experience was an excellent one and I will be a repeat customer. My service advisor Kevin got me in and out in a timely fashion and was knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. The dealership and shop are very clean and professionally run. I’ll be back for sure.|
|Purchased Jeep in December 2017. Sales person was great. Dealership in general seemed fine except for advertising prices and then inflating it with some sort of trade in b.s. But I got through that without a problem.|
The finance guy on the other hand was shady. Caught me at a weak moment and sold me gap insurance that was not needed and useless tire coverage. In total he up-sold me over $1800.00 of garbage.
Admittedly I was not on top of my game and should not have agreed to either one. So they got me.
The bigger problem is in trying to exercise my right to cancel the gap insurance. The manager Aaron Jacobs seemed to want to help but has not been effective. They say the refund was issued to lean holder but there is no record of it. I have called way too many times to try to straighten this out. I have been able to leave Aaron voice mails in the past but today some rude CSR tells me he doesn’t have voice mail.
It’s too bad the finance department and the lack of follow through ruined what started out as a good car buying experience.

Make them your first stop or your last but you can be pretty confident you’re getting the fairest deal possible – and chances are you’ll drive out of there in the car you want at the best price possible.
They also go WELL above and beyond on customer service. Other dealers could really take some lessons from them. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to family & friends… they’re worth any extra drive if you’re a car buyer in New England.

|If i could give less I would…. This place gave me a run around and wasted a lot of my time. I drove 2.5 hours to this place for a specific car. When I got there the dealer told me they couldn’t find the car NOR did they know where it went. He then tried to get me to immediately buy the next car I looked at (standard procedure i guess)instead of really putting the effort into finding the car I wanted. We informed them we were upset and someone on the phone said “don’t worry we will find that car, this isn’t right. When we do you will get a great deal on it!” Well they found the car….and we scheduled to see it tuesday…but due to unforeseen weather conditions we had to reschedule for wednesday. Well finally wednesday came and I setup a loan with my bank and was really excited to see the car. NOPE! They decided to sell the car to someone already on that Tuesday. You would think after that mess they would give me a chance…NOPE. Never doing business with these folks again.|

The salesmen treat you with respect and do not pressure you. Mike Penner and his team really do a wonderful job. When I got there one of the sales people opened the door for me and as I stepped into the showroom I noticed the floor was wall to wall carpeting and spotless, a lot of neon lighting and I assume the owner is an Elvis Presley fan and you will see why when you go to the dealership.
The reason for my visit was to swap a 2018 Explorer for a 2018 F-150 for the dealership I work for which is Balise Ford in Hyannis. I can say they are very professional and everything I needed was waiting for me.

|I just bought a used car from Imperial Ford. I worked with Maaz who was an absolute dream. He was totally unexpected — in a good way. He had an answer to every question I asked him, in an honest and smart way (DEF not a pushy car salesmen way). They made car-buying easy, and I was in and out in a matter of a few hours. I felt a got a fair price for my trade, and also felt I got a reasonable price in my new car. I have had a few bad experiences in the past with car buying, so this time I really wanted to buy a car from a place I felt I could trust, and I got that at Imperial. I will recommend Imperial to my friends, but more specifically Maaz, who was so nice and a pleasure to work with.|
|I made my first car purchase here and I cannot say enough about this place. The salesman Shawn Goulet was very patient with me and my parents. He worked with us to help fulfill my needs for a car and I was able to find just what I was looking for. The finance man was very friendly and worked to help me find what I could afford. After we left the dealership with my old run down car since I needed to wait for new plates for my new car, my old car broke down three miles from the dealership. -__- We were thirty miles from home and stuck. We called the dealership which was closed but the manager Michael Kind told us to have the car towed to the dealership and would provide us with a rental until my new car was ready. We had triple A tow the car there and Mr.Kind waited an hour for us to arrive. I do not know what I would have done without these wonderful people. I would recommend this dealership over and over again to anyone. I can’t thank them enough. This kind of service just does not exist anymore except for this dealership.|
|This was the most pain-free, easy car buying experience I’ve ever had. Of course it helps to know the insurance and outs of the car you’re interested in, and the deal in the advertised price. But I found my salesman, Rick, to be very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, and he didn’t need to fiddle around and look for answers. |My husband and I have yet to have had anything but a phenomenal experience at Imperial in Mendon, MA! We have gone there 10 years ago to buy a new car (that has never given us a problem) and we still have that same great car, but recently had decided to pass it down to our son, which means we went back for another one. We just want to express what we experienced, because we are honest, truthful and are consumers like yourself. We are/were so very happy. We were welcomed by a salesman, (Firas) who greeted us so nicely with a warm smile. Moments went by and we were thankful for his great persona, because as to be expected, we were a bit nervous having had so many thoughts swimming in our minds. Questions were popping up like popcorn in our brains. Feeling a bit overwhelmed is natural, but funny thing is our questions were seeming to be answered prior to us even asking them and we also felt focused and that overwhelmed feeling went away! We enjoyed the time it was a calming, positive experience, due to him. It was very apparent that it was about us; the customers. Not only finding the right car for our needs, but one with things we also ‘wanted’. He took the time to make sure we got the right match for us and we couldn’t be happier with it! We highly recommend them! Firas was an all around great guy, professional and down to Earth. We were looking forward to what the day would bring us. Yes, we not only thought he was such a pleasure to work with, to show us around, helping us with it all, but most importantly, he was really listening to us. He was making sure that WE were satisfied with what we wanted and needed in a car that was suited just right for us. He was so helpful, plus the knowledge he had was so great. From Firas, including Omar who we had the pleasure of working with him in his office to do the final paperwork to all who we met. They have down to Earth personalities, that at the same time go hand in hand with the professionalism they all have. We were even asked to play a game on the showroom floor by Firas as we were waiting for the final stages to complete the final paperwork. We enjoyed a few turns at the game with coffees that Firas had so generously gotten for us. We were greeted the same way we were the day we went to pick out a car, as the day when we went to pick UP our car, with such great charismatic, knowledgeable, and help. Honestly, not once had we felt pressured in ANY way. Firas seriously took all the time needed to make sure we were knowledgeable in what the car has to offer. He even helped set up many things with being there on the phone for setting up things that we would have no clue how to do, thank you! Even Omar, the staff and the manager too, came to us with warm, friendly, and smiling faces with cheerful talks on both days! |Bought a Dodge Journey a year ago , and a one year warranty. Also paid for this stupid poly coat protection $600 bucks, which I thought was something they apply to car! Wrong! Got it shipped a month after I got car, was car wash and cleaning supplies, talk about bending over for that one! Anyways my one year warranty was almost up and my PTU all wheel drive unit went, Imperial told me warranty would not cover cuz I was A couple hundred miles over the limit! Even though I was within the year. Needless to say I picked my car up last nite, instead of costing me a hundred bucks it cost me Over 2,600.00. Talk about getting violated !! Stay away from these Crooks!!!|
|With all the dealership around don’t buy here. Games and runaround. Went looking for a new F250 lariat and basically got called a lier as I walked out. Yes this happened and that sales manager that said it almost left bloody and I called him on it ” ME you basically called me a lier as I was walking out and I f- fin heard you”. Thank God with age comes restraint. 20 years ago way different ending. I have no problem taking my 50k+ elsewhere.|

|I could not have asked for a better experience at Imperial when I bought my first car yesterday: not only did I get all the information I wanted/needed about the cars I was looking at, but the information about payments, loans, warranties, etc was clear and understandable. My salesman, Chris Mac, also did a fantastic job keeping me at ease during this first-time-car-buyer experience. I went to Imperial firmly believing I was not going to buy a car that day, due to general anxiety and nerves about making such a large purchase. However, Chris was extremely supportive, and completely filled me in about the cars I was looking at; he had me test drive them, and then was a huge help in the last “coin flip” of which car I really wanted to buy. I am more than happy with my purchase, and want to give full credit to Chris Mac for convincing me to to drive the new car off their lot that day. |Will not be returning.. specifically Imperial Chevrolet. When you go to purchase a vehicle, make sure you check their website. The cars have higher prices on the window sticker in person than they do on the internet, by thousands! This was confirmed by my salesperson. If you do not catch this, they will not hesitate to sell you a vehicle at the higher price. This to me is a poor way to take advantage of people that don’t use the internet in car buying.|
They also tried to add an additional charge for glass etching that was already on the vehicle that we did not ask for. When push came to shove they took the fee off, but the pushy finance guy tried to make us feel like we had to buy it. Again, do your homework and pay attention to every step of the process if you end up purchasing from here!
