Amazing service!! My mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Larry who helped us choose the perfect car for us. My elderly grandmother came along for the experience and he was super helpful and patient throughout the process. He assisted us with picking out the perfect car for my mother’s needs with every feature she was looking for. We test drove about 5 or more cars and he didn’t mind at all. It was such a positive & painless experience and I am even now considering possibly purchasing a vehicle myself. We all couldn’t be happier with Quirk Ford & Larry.

10 stars ! When other shops told me it would take a few days to look at my car, Dang Nguyen made sure that my car was looked at on the SAME DAY. Over the last five years, John Karaaslan has helped me buy a Fusion for myself and two more for my sons. The cars have been very reliable and John was very professional, respectful, and easy-going. He recently helped me purchase another car and again, he was very helpful. He listens and does his best to help meet his customer’s needs and price range. He even takes the time to send thank you cards and holiday cards. He’s a smart, caring businessman. I do not like going to car dealers–at all. But, he makes it much easier!

Excellent service! I drove in without an appointment and was surprised with how quickly and efficiently the service department handled my problems, I was informed my starter went and told exactly what they would be doing with my car and how much it would cost. They told me my car would be done the next day and was called the same day and told it was already done! I will definitely be returning!

Had my first visit with Quirk Ford service today. I had extra time today for my first maintenance and drove in without an appointment. I was greeted promptly by a young man, Cory, who was a true professional. He appeared to be in his early 20’s, but from his professionalism and knowledge he made you comfortable and was confident with all the information he provided me regarding my vehicle. I was out in a half hour, but seemed like a nanosecond. I will tell all my friends and family about my amazing experience at Quirk Ford.

I can honestly say I went in extremely upset and may not have been the most pleasant to deal with initially. The professionalism, customer service, and knowledgeable expertise of the service staff immediately put me at ease. All of my issues were resolved in a timely, cost effective manner. Stopped by quirk ford today hoping to get my plow looked at before storm. I always check to make sure everything is in good working order a day or two before a storm. I am responsible for plowing 15 small businesses and multi private homes in the Hingham area. The shop seemed very busy which is good to see but also I wasn’t sure if they would be able to take me in I just drove in didn’t make a appointment. Chris the service writer welcomed me in and before I could say my time concerns told me they would do there best to get my truck back to me before the storm. I was so happy when they called me a few hours later with a estimate for the repairs which at this time due to my obligations to my customers could have cost whatever. They even sent someone to grab a hose and fitting that they needed so I would have my truck back in time . Chris called me back in the afternoon and told me I was all set. I was so happy with the service I asked to speak to the manager. I am in business and too many times you hear the bad things not the good about your business or employees. I wanted him to know they are doing something right. A man name Patrick introduced himself as the manager presented me his card. Nice touch not many in business do anymore. I asked if I could purchase coffee or something for the shop. He very nicely said it wasn’t necessary but if I didn’t mind could I please take 5 minutes and write a review. Again being a small business owner I understand most people go on social media to bash a company not to complement. Yesterday afternoon, my family and I stopped by just to see what was out there. As we walked in, Brian St. Peter (Sales Consultant) greeted us. He was very welcoming and helpful. Besides being very knowledgeable and friendly, he was also great with the kids. Michael Martinez (Sales Manager) walked over to introduce himself and to thank us for stopping by. We left there with a new vehicle that we didn’t think we would be able to leave with. These guys were amazing! I cannot tell you enough how painless and easy this whole process of purchasing a new car was. They really listen to your needs and wants and they are honest, and upfront. Was told that since I didn’t want to drive the vehicle I couldn’t be worked with. Before that I was lied to about the $199 lease special was for a 2×4 which I kindly showed him the add. Then was lied to about on of the incentives being a recent college grad which is not true as I called a week prior and spoke to someone about it. Manager said it was a mistake but I asked him to get the salesman to explain. He refused. Guess I believe that if a sales guy tells the customer he can’t help him because he doesn’t want to drive the truck without permission that he should no longer have a job. He looked like drug addict to me.

Bad experience at another ford service facility. I reached out to Quirk ford to try and resolve an ongoing issue with my F150. Another local dealer had made several attempts but never resolved. I called and went through the history of truck with the service manager and asked if I could bring there even though I bought elsewhere. He said they would be happy to help me and was able to get me right in. I was called the next day and told I could come pick up my truck it was all fixed. Going on a month now and issue hasn’t returned. Patrick even reached out to me today to check in and make sure issue was resolved. I found that excellent service and what I had made multiply returning trips to where I had purchased truck. I’m glad I tried Quirk and will be returning and when my lease is up I will get my next truck from quirk. Thanks again Patrick for all you help.

Great recovery by service department . Last year had a very bad experience with a staff member there reluctant to return. I decided to give shop another chance glad I did. I asked to meet with service manager to explain my situation and concerns. He greeted me and welcomed me in to talk. After talking for a few about my concerns with service he explained some changes over the last 6 months or so customers wouldn’t experience what I did . I will say he kept his word my experience was like night and day a year ago. My service advisor was very professional took the time to explain what was going on with my truck. They even gave me a ride to the local train station when I said I didn’t need a rental just tell me where train station was in area was just going to call uber, but said not necessary. I was updated by text like I had requested at the time I requested so I could make plans to get home. The had my truck fixed and ready for me and picked me up. Thank you for restoring my trust in quirk service.

Being in business and being busy, when you need a truck fast it’s not always easy as dealing with most sales people. Most don’t give you much of a sense of trust.
This was my first time buying a commercial vehicle at quirk. We worked with Nick Scavalas. His no bull sales approach is exactly what a business owner wants. We went over costs. I Told him where we needed to be to make a deal. ( of course I put a little extra in there). To my surprise he made it happen.
Truck was upfitted with plow and other extras and working within 48 hours. I will not shop around anymore. Nick is our commercial truck guy from now on! I don’t usually wrote reviews but I feel this service warranted it. Thanks Nick!

Went in on Saturday Morning to get a oil change and rotate the tires. I asked the service writer Matt what the expected wait time was . Without hesitation he said our goal is 25 mins from write up to the time you go out the door and we are still trying to improve on that. I thought that was pretty good having changed my own oil before when I had older cars and the oil and engine are hot if hasn’t been sitting . I watched closely curious how this would work a man pulled my focus on a lift as another man pulled out previous truck. The man started to get lift ready and when the other man returned. They both began working on my car together one rotated tires while the other drained oil. A younger man who moved my car when I first arrived came over to them with my oil filter. In 15-20 mins the car was back on the ground and I saw one inside replacing oil change sticker and resetting computer while the other gave my paperwork back to the younger kid who ran it inside to service writer. After checking to make sure washer fluid was topped off. One pulled my car out while other went to get next customers car. Good job guys thanks for not wasting my Saturday morning at the service station

Recently had a hiccup here that another dealer would have said too bad so sad. Instead, the integrity of the brand shined through. When I presented the problem, I was not put on the spot to proof my side I was listened to, apologized to and in the end thrilled by the outcome.What I may or may not question was never in question. I was never made to feel like I had to prove it in order to get what was promised to me. Their services, vehicles and entire staff lived up to their reputation and made it very easy to see why customers hold them in such high regard. I️ was helped by a new, but very knowledgeable sales associate, Rachelle (one of, if not, the only female sales associates there) after listening to my vehicle wants/needs she guided me towards several great options. Without her help I️ would still be taking the bus or paying for Uber’s to get me everywhere. Thanks to her I️ am driving around in a brand new(to me) 2014 Ford Edge. Thank you to the guys in the service department at Ford my explorer started making this noise when I took sharp turns.I called the service department and a friendly voice answered.Matt advised me to bring it right in and see what was going on. Once inside I was met by Matt he wrote a ticket on my truck and asked if I had a few mins while someone took a look.The service manager took the keys and went and drove in parking lot.After a few minutes came and and said you are all set.It was something with the 4 wheel drive and being in wrong setting.They explained the system to me reminded me I’m going to need a sticker next month.Thanks again guys
