What a difference a day makes! I want to say a huge thank you to the two techs in The serve center. I had an issue with my new Dodge Challenger, and everyone on the billion team from Tara the service manager to the tech that ultimately solved my problem were so patient and kind. They really know how to make you feel like family. I honestly never thought I would ever have anything positive to say about a car dealership but billion auto group is truly a five star facility.

Amazing experience! I broke down going through Bozeman a couple weeks ago and was able to get in to the Dodge house early the next day. The staff was very professional and courteous start to finish, but it’s the “in between” that sets these guys and gals apart. The waiting area was clean and had everything I needed to do some work in the day and a half I spent there. Not an hour went by that someone didn’t take the time to let me know I was important and they were doing everything in their power to get me taken care of and back on the road. Half of the service staff stayed late to work on my truck that Friday evening. They couldn’t quite figure out the issue and didn’t have the correct part needed so the parts manager and his wife gave me a ride back to my hotel. They didn’t have to do that, but it saved me $20 in a Uber and was greatly appreciated. The following morning the service manager came in early and finished the job himself. I’ve never been more happy to give someone my bosses credit card! 🙂 I work for an RV dealership in Spokane Valley and shared this story in a company meeting this week. We do an outstanding job in our sales and service departments, but my experience with Billion Dodge affirmed that there is always room for improvement. Greg, Tara, Spencer and everyone else there, my hats off to you. As a dealership you got it right!

We had scheduled an appointment at 2 pm to look at a car. We got there a little early and was told the salesman I had been talking to was busy, but to have a seat in the waiting room and they would let him know we were there. 1.5 hours later the salesman finally contacted me via phone! I finally got to test drive the car I was interested in but pointed out several issues to the salesman. They were only willing to come down $500.00 and they already had the car priced $640 above the high blue book value. Plus, they only wanted to give me $1,500.00 lower than my car was worth so we offered cash on the spot. The salesman didn’t even flinch and said the manager would not go for it. We were willing to negotiate and would have paid more but he didn’t even give us a counter offer! Our original cash offer was only $2,000.00 below asking price so you would think he would at least talk to someone. Nope, apparently he can make that call all on his own. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service here. Although I loved this car, it wasn’t worth being ripped off. Other dealers jump on cash for a new car but these guys must not need it!

Bought a vehicle here and it was dirty and had dog hair all over the place. Also, they sent registration papers late costing me a bunch of time and money. Would not recommend, better off driving to Spokane Valley or some other dealership that is more concerned about customer satisfaction.

I had such a smooth and delightful experience at JC billion while in search of a new car. Chris, my salesman was not only helpful but made my car buying experience easy as can be. I got the car I wanted with a great warranty as well as the monthly payment I was looking for, but most importantly he got me in the perfect vehicle in just a matter of hours!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Our experience with Billion was great. Randy was the best car sales person we’ve ever worked with. He was just the right amount of laid back, not pushy at all, yet engaged. Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to do everything possible to make our purchase experience perfect. Negotiations were straight-forward…no nonsense. As an additional bonus, the paperwork system was efficient and quick. We would do business with Billion (and Randy) again in a heartbeat.

Overall the experience was great. I would have appreciated a little more detail with the wear and tear history (used vehicle) but I’m not sure that’s even in their purview as a dealership. Great people, great vehicle, and would definitely go back if they had another vehicle we were interested in.

Mike answered the phone when I called asking for help locating type of truck I was looking for. Mike was the one I worked with to look at several available and Mike helped narrow it down to one that had what I wanted – plus some more. And Mike was the one who worked through the purchase details. No pressure. No games. No hidden agenda. After I bought it, I did a quick internet search and found that Billion has the most certified used cars in town. I like that they find and sell quality and for a price that is fair. Nice people, quality cars, fair prices and no games.

This is our first time ever buying from a dealership. We’ve always bought privately and have never had problems but we thought it would be safer buying from a dealership and were looking for something bigger and safer since we just had a second child. Within a few weeks of buying the car (and only about 150 miles put on it driving to work) the car fell apart..I was driving it less than a mile away from our home when it started making horrible noises and started stalling. Turns out it needed about $2,200 in repairs. They’ve agreed to help with the repairs but our car is still costing over 1k above our budget now. With all the dealership fees/extra costs I guess we thought they would back up their vehicle for at least 30 days? It’s just so much money we’re having to spend so soon after already spending so much on the car 🙁 the engine could have fallen apart on the next person that would have test drove it at the dealership so i guess we just have reeeally bad luck. And now even though its at the mechanic it just makes me nervous driving with our kids after what just happened.

I have dealt with Billions service department a handful of time but recently bought a used car from them. They worked hard to get me good financing and the salesmen I worked with, Duke Brown, went out of his way to make things as easy as possible for me. From the service to sales department these guys are the best. If you are in the market for a new/used car I highly recommend Billion and especially Duke. Need service work, Kevin is the man to talk to.

I bought my car from Tim back in April. He was an amazing salesman-informative but not pushy. I would 100% recommend him. As a whole though, I would not recommend Billion. My car was a certified pre-owned 2012 Cruze. I had it about four months before it starting really acting up. I took it into Billion and they said nothing was wrong. It continued to have problems, so I took it to another shop. They told me they couldn’t believe I was told it was okay to keep driving it because I was causing more damage everyday. It needed almost$2,000 in repairs. Repairs I was promised by Anthony from Billion that would be covered by the warranty I had on it, which I purchased through Billion. After four months of “Oh I’ll look into it” from Anthony and Greg, both Billion employees, they told me they lied and I would not be covered. I would not recommend doing business with them. It took four months to get anywhere with them. I also can not believe a company can promise me a refund, only to go back and say “Opps we lied”. They do not care about you as a customer, only your business.

Randy was so pleasant to work with; no pressure & was the ONLY GMC salesman in the Montana- Idaho region who was willing to really work with me on price & compete with other dealer’s pricing . I shopped online for a new vehicle and Billion was the lowest price by a long shot. I called and soon realized that it was low because they do not negotiate, which was kind of a strange but a relief at the same time. I worked with Randy in sales and Irene in finance. Both where fantastic and I was not pressured once to upgrade or purchase something I did not want. Randy even picked me up from the airport and loaded me up with water for my 6 hour drive home. I was apprehensive about spending the money to travel and purchase a vehicle sight unseen. However, Randy was thorough in his description and honest in his assessment of the vehicle. Zero surprises upon arrival. Which was great, because although they allowed the purchase to be final upon a walkthrough at delivery, I was kind of committed at this point. There is no doubt in my mind that I would travel to Bozeman to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Billion and thank you Randy, Irene, and everyone else who helped me.
