My husband and I bought a 2018 Ford Taurus and our well versed expert salesman Chad Wellington was super awesome throughout the whole process! Never had us feel uncomfortable with our purchase. Loved our experience. Ford Country also shows a lot of love and appreciation for their customers by throwing some sweet BBQ’S and not to mention a great dine in restaurant in the dealership. Thanks again Chad!
Kojak at Ford Country has helped us tremendously. We have been back for cars after our first was in a freak accident and each time we’ve been there has been nothing but positive. He helped us with any questions or services we needed and has made car buying fast. I completely recommend Kojax at Ford Country for anyone looking for a new car. 5 stars to Ford for excellent customer service!
An excellent purchase experience here after a nightmare at United Nissan got my Audi A3 and the experience was assisted by Dan Jones with no nonsense just straightforward / on up and up/ nothing shady. Just here’s the car this is the price, your financing is already secured, sign sign here you’re good to go. And my credit wasn’t great either but I have good auto loan history.
Our experience was great! We went to Ford Country for my wife’s 2018 Explorer, and during the purchasing process, I have noticed a 2014 SVT Raptor there, which was exactly the car I was looking for. Mike (Ford Country Salesman), noticed I was interested in the car, so he managed to help me to get also that in a very short time! Great team work, I would recommend Ford Country to everybody…no matter what, they will always find a way to help you out!
Fastest car deal I had in my life, in and out in less than an hour. I told my wife this was too good to be true. Like any car deal I ever do. I want to leave the car there until the deal is done. They assured me it was a done deal. My wife was so excited to dive way and boom. 2 weeks later no deal. I explain to my wife I have never EVER had a Ford car deal go right. I have bought over 40 cars in my lifetime and never been approved at a Ford dealership. I have owned boats, Harley Davidson, benz, BMW, Infiniti, Chevy. Never been approved at a Ford dealership. I give up and will never step foot on another Ford lot. I left there and got my wife a car and it took about 5 hours and it felt right at another dealership.
Recently I had a recall to take care of. I was in the position that I’d have to wait, and explained that my husband was at home, not able to pick me up (he’s handicaped), so they said that they would do their best to get me serviced. I was amazed and out of there within the hour. What a team they have working there. I will start getting my car serviced there in the near future.
I love my sales person Vincent S. He is great at his job. He does not pressure you. He asks what is your budget out the door and you shop accordingly. He sold my father his car and is very helpful when we come for service.
Our salesman, “George with the hat” , helped us to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. He followed thru on every promise he made. He went beyond our expectations to see that we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend him. We were also very happy with the finance department. Kelly Henderson got us a good deal and was a pleasure to work with.
Wonderful experience. We just bought a Fiat from here. I fell in love with one but almost passed it up because it was a manual transmission. I can’t remember the guys name but her offered to teach me how to drive it so I could get it. Thanks for the great service.
I have to say Steven his the greatest ever! I spoke to a couple different people about my warranty on the vehicle and honestly they weren’t very nice and not very willing to help me! Surprisingly! But I finally got a very kind person (steven) and very patient that went over everything with me and went as far as explaining exactly how everything works in term of my warranty! I didn’t at all feel rushed and he answer all my question! I really felt he went above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service and very professional. So yeah guys if you have any question please talk to Steven you guys will not regret it! Also he has a great and happy personality. Way to go keep up the great job!
Our salesman Chris and all of the Ford Country staff was amazing! The worked hard to get the deal done! Our next purchase will definitely be with them as well! Great dealership!
Best Ford Dealership in the State. Awesome, polite, professional Staff from Top to Bottom. Kem,Brian Minor,Ignacio and every1 there treats U like Family. More businesses need to take a page from there book of Hospitality. Thanx Ford Country Henderson
Very understaffed service department. Completely unable to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Quoted at LEAST 4 days just to read a check engine light code!!! I was told I should drive two and a half hours away to Saint George Utah if I wanted to be taken care of and not have to leave my vehicle for several days. There is a clear and present need for increasing your staff and service ability.
This does not seem to be an issue strictly for this dealership. After calling around and getting the same story from the 3 other Ford dealers in town I became very aware of Fords inability to service its Las Vegas customer base adequately.
I will say the staff did smile and was courteous as they told me they couldn’t help me. This is why I gave the 2nd star.
I’m writing this review while my purchase process is still pending. Due to extremely challenging credit issues, currently 20 months into a 36 month chapter 13 bankruptcy. Many dealers talk you up saying they can help, but when they run your credit it’s “sorry can’t help you”. Ford Country was able to get a bank to accept us. Not only that but they know how the process works. You must get court approval before you can be locked into new debt. They knew that, and was willing to put my chosen car in back pending court approval. The process was less painful than I would have thought. They were flexible with my down payment, and allowed me to qualify with the car I wanted and didn’t push me into some car I didn’t want just to make a sale. I will return to the dealer in a couple of weeks once I get the approval.
I will only trust this Ford’s service department from now on! It’s cheaper and has way better customer service than Friendly Ford in Las Vegas! I went there expecting to pay over $300 for new parts, and they told me everything was fine & it just needed a little cleaning. My bill was so reasonable I almost cried tears of joy!! It’s awesome that they have honest mechanics!! However, even though they drop you off with a shuttle service at home or at work while servicing your car, they don’t pick you up anymore. Just a heads up… but worth the everything else!!! 😃❤️
Thomas was fantastic. Did what he said he’d do and got it done in a reasonable amount of time.
I really dread coming here. Have never had a good experience. Just came in yesterday for a tire issue, and they said there was nothing to worry about. A few hours later the tire pressure alarm goes off again and have to bring it back the next day only to find out that there has been a nail in it all along. Very disappointing.
These guys are great! I broke down on vacation, and they got me fixed up ibn time for my trip home! It could have been a disaster, but I didn’t miss a beat.
My experience at Ford country has always been wonderful! Every time I go there everyone is willing to help … I love going to Ford Country to get my Ford Fusion service….
Came today for tire repair. Juan in service was great he answer all my questions and got my tires fix in 40min..
I took my F250 to get serviced I was greeted by Austin who helped me and explained everything to me and kept in touch with what was going on he was awesome and very pleasant. Thanks Ford country.
Robert Lumley is our sales person, and I found he is very knowledgeable and friendly. No sales pressure , just let us decide what we wanted and he took care to give us the details on how to operate and use the many computer details on the dash of the truck. This is our first Ford truck and we love it.
Visited their Fleet Service Manager, Kevin. a pleasant, friendly and professional expert in all phases of proper maintenance and repairs on vehicles of any age and model.
Carlos is the best! I highly recommend this dealership. Fast and very pleasant experience.
Disappointing. Burgers are okay, but not worth $9. Shakes too are over priced for McDonalds quality. Service was good, that’s the only reason for 3 stars.
Judy cashier needs to be trained on customer service. When i asked for coffee chip she gave it to me no smile no acknowledgment no nothing just made me feel like i should not be there asking for anything she made me feel very uncomfortable from the beginning to the end which i was there for a couple hrs waiting for my truck. I spend alot of money when I go there and should get a smile and be appreciated for being THERE. She made me not want to be there It is too bad tjat you have PEOPLE like that that work for you. I Will consider GOING elsewhere because of her service.
Super friendly staff. Left with the car that I wanted at a great price. 10/10 would buy there again.
Ordered a part through their fleet service department and was told it would arrive the next and that they would call me when they received it. I’ve called numerous times and left messages including with their fleet service manager and haven’t received a response. Typical customer service for the area.
Dealership called me after I left a message and said they had been trying to reach me but had the wrong number so I gave them my correct phone number. They also made sure to request I change my review. I dropped the vehicle off for service and when I paid I noticed one of the repairs wasn’t complete.
I went back to the he advisor and he said he would have it installed and I could pick it up in an hour. On Friday I went home and then was called and told the part ordered was wrong and that the correct part would arrive Monday.
I picked up the car that Saturday. After not getting a call back on Monday I called back and left messages throughout the week and never received a return call.
Finally I drove the vehicle in (after never receiving a call back) on Thursday and asked about the part which they advised was there. So two weeks later my car is finally complete. I took this vehicle to the dealer due to unsatisfactory repairs at a non-dealer but won’t ever use this dealer again.

Almost 3 hours for “quick lane” oil change. They tried to upsell unnecessary work (transmission flush) telling me my transmission fluid was dirty. It was flushed 18 months and 15k miles ago. I complained about how long the wait was and got a smile and and that was it. I told them that to keep me as a customer they needed to do something and asked for the oil change to be comped. They did that. Service advisor started oil change himself. I was told that they had a lot of brake jobs that caused the back up. What is the purpose of having a quick oil change service if the same mechanics are also doing major work on other vehicles. Not going back. Ever.
Second car bought from Ford Country. Everyone there wonderful and helpful. Recommend to any one looking for a car or truck.
Got my oil change and tires rotated. Great customer has a diner if you want to eat while waiting the best ever!!!
I came here after an awful experience at Gaudin Ford just off 215. Everyone and Country Ford was very friendly, helpful and their prices are exactly what I would expect for the services they had completed for me. Will most definitely be a returning customer. Thanks!
They don’t offer a loaner car program for cars in service, and the sales people are outright liars. The most damning thing about why the dealer gets 1 star is because they gouge prices on cars like the Shelby mustang. This review has nothing to do with the service department. It just reflects the sales department.
Excellent service!! The salesperson Ernesto Dominguez was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with Ernesto, I sent 2 more people down who also bought cars (1new, 1 used). I had to the pleasure to engage with Kevin V. the Sales Manager, he is also a great asset to Ford Country. I had a little kink in the lease of my new awesome beautiful truck and Monica Macias (Vehicle Exchange Mgr) was BOOM! There to save the day. Monica worked the phones and computer, she made me a very happy camper. These 3 representative of Ford Country are like the three Musketeers of the “Sale me a car and make me happy about it world”. I’m looking forward to sending them some more business! (2 more already lined up). Please send a BIG THANK YOU to Ernesto, Kevin AND Ms. Monica.
Our salesman “George the Hat” did a great job throughout the whole process. Would recommend him to other potential customers.
I came to there with a problem in my rádio they charge me to change my battery because it was the problem after they change it the radio still doesn’t work. I made an appointment and left my car there they charge me to figure out what is the problem and they figured out the problem was a piece that they don’t have it. To take of the car I had to pay more than 600 dollars because to fix the problem couldn’t be fixed because they don’t have that piece. So I should back there when they got that piece but nobody call me back when I call them they just told I had to wait 3 more weeks to get that piece. So I just exchange a battery with no reason… pay to fix a rádio that they don’t fixed when I have to wait 1 month just to got a piece to fix my car. I think if they make that car supposedly they would have the piece otherwise I would go anywhere that charge me less and fix my problem right away!!! I’m so disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this for anybody… because I had to spent more 1000 dollars and I still have this problem. I shoul have go in a regular sound store… because Ford Country just overpriced me withou fix my problem
I came in to look for Ford Flex and sales provided excellent service making my buying experience awesome. Once in finance it was easy and very fast. Thank you Ford Country!
I had my windows tinted a few weeks after buying my car. The service was great, they did it in about 2 hours. I brought up that my plugs for electronics weren’t working, so they checked everything turned out it was my DVD player plug in. Which hey fixed for me! Had nothing to do with my car and they still helped me. I had a happy 3 year old on the 2 hour drive back home. There are a few bubbles in the tint but it hasn’t been the 48 hours yet so they may go away still.
Eric is the absolute definition of a professional! Ford Country has an asset that has earned the Bricker family business. The staff is friendly and sincere. We were at the dealership on the last day of the month and the sales team won a huge contest, it felt as if we won too! Great experience.
I did not have a good experience at this dealership, and I wasn’t even there to buy a car. This is the home of Mustang Sally’s, which me, my wife and my in-laws were there to visit while in Vegas for New Year’s 2017. I should say right off the bat that I am disabled and use a wheelchair for mobility. I was shocked when we arrived to see a dealership vehicle (still had dealership plate), parked in the handicapped spot of the restaurant and was partially blocking the ramp, which made it difficult to get on to the sidewalk. I did make a finance person aware of the situation, and thought it would be fixed, but when we left, there was a different dealership vehicle (with dealer plates), this time with a disabled placard, parked there and almost completely blocking the ramp, to the point where I could not use it. I actually had to hop down the curb way out of my way because it was hard to find a spot to do so with all the cars they had on there sidewalks. I sent their sales department an email, copied below, outlining these struggles, and as of today, 2 weeks later, they have not had the courtesy of giving me a response. This is really poor customer service and I would not recommend their dealership at all.
I wanted to make your dealership aware of the frustrations I had when visiting Mustang Sally’s for lunch earlier today. I use a wheelchair and was very disappointed in the lack of accessibility and respect shown for people who have physical handicaps.
When we arrived, one of your trucks was parked in a handicapped spots at the front and partially blocking the access ramp. It did not have any disabled placard displayed and had dealer plates.
I made one of your finance people (the first person I saw because I didn’t want to nor should I have had to go find a manager) aware of the situation and thought that would be the end of it. Well, apparently the solution was to park a different dealership car there (dealership plates) and just put a disabled placard in the window.
This is not okay and downright illegal unless a passenger or person driving the vehicle is disabled. It was also blocking the access ramp.
This leads me to my second issue. Because the 2nd car was blocking the ramp, I had to try to maneuver with my chair to the other ramp. However, there were so many cars parked on the sidewalks it was almost impossible. As it was, I had to half drop off the curb with my chair, which can be unsafe. It would not be necessary for me to do this if the cars weren’t there.
If I was there for more than just lunch and was shopping for a vehicle, these factors would have made me turn around and leave. As it is, if I am ever for some reason back in the Vegas area and in need of a car, I will never consider coming back to your dealership. I hope that this email reaches someone that can take action on these matters for anyone in the future that is in the same situation. Thanks for your time.
The customer service here is very positive. I came here to fix my car when it had a recall in it was free. They also have a nice service where they will drop you off after you talk to the customer service to turn in your card for repairs. Everyone at Ford country was very nice and were very easy to talk to. I enjoyed coming to this dealership for the customer service and the positive Communications.
We bought a bend new 2004 F-150 heritage in 2004 which by the way we still have it, it only has 95,000 oringal miles on it. We moved away but plan on moving back and you can bet we’ll be back to buy a f-250 superduty and trading in our GMC Acadia We love ford country

I have upgraded my review because ford country lived up to there promise to make everything work and be right and they did
I did not have a good experience. I brought my Ford truck in the night before and service did not look at my truck until very late in the day. I brought it in because the engine light was on. I got a call telling me that the engine light had shorted. I was told there was nothing mechanically wrong with the truck and it could be driven (I had guests coming in for the weekend and needed the truck) but it would never pass smog because the engine light was on. The cost to replace the light was $1175 because the manifold and hoses had to be removed to get to the light. Since I was told the truck could be driven, I said I would come get the truck. I went to get truck and was charge $129 for the diagnostic. The other light that was on was low tire pressure. The service department DID NOT fill my tires – they had to have seen the light. That is not customer service. I called my brothers and told them. They ordered the $45 part on line and brought car tools with them on the plane and fixed it within one hour. Wow! That is a big difference. $45 vs. $1175. I know I got free labor but how much is an hours labor? Also the truck was NOT ok to drive – it kept stalling out.
Love Mustang Sally’s Diner at Ford Country. Great diner food at reasonable prices!
After buying 3 vehicles, getting regular maintenance and other services done here over the past few years I can confidently say this is the best dealer around. They have consistently gone above and beyond both in service and fighting to save me money. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to future engagements.
Done for me! 2002 Ranger! Thank you Chris Sherrie Ken & Sam ….I Love it! Living up to our slogan Everything we do is driven by you!
Dropped off my work truck with a appointment and 2 days later still have not looked at it What was the appointment for no service. Real disappointment.
Good place. They sell cars. The cafe is outstanding. The service department is all over it and fantastic.
Carlos is the reason I keep going back. A must must go to place to buy a car. I just love my. Expert no pressure confident employees. A must place to go to to buy a car.
Excellent service from Scott in the finance department and the sales and service department staff are helpful and friendly.
Just got an oil change but have bought several SUVs from Ford. The service was fast
Ordered a new vehicle here, so far the experience has been very pleasant.
Absolutely awful experience. Took my Fiesta in for a recall on door latches. I was also having issues with my transmission which had a warranty extension. The service guy told me if I wanted my transmission checked they would charge me $140 even though I knew it was messed up and it was a known issue on my car. I declined. They replaced my door latches on the recall and in the process broke one of the handles. They returned my care 2 days later and didn’t bother to tell me about the broken handle. When I came in to get my car that day at 630pm (when I was told it would absolutely be ready) it wasn’t ready. 7pm rolled around and all the staff was looking at me like I inconvenienced them since they were closing but hadn’t brought my car around.
2 weeks later I came back for them to fix my door handle. They kept the car for 4 days and claimed they couldn’t match the paint and gave me the car back in the same condition. The paint is a standard Ford color. The service guy treated me like I was dumb and claimed they put the old broken handle back on cause they messed up the paint on the replacement. So to be clear. They removed a slightly ugly handle that worked and put back on a broken handle… right. Cause apparently I’m an idiot.
A week later they called me to come in to get a properly painted and working handle. I asked how long it would take and they said it would be over night. I asked for a rental which they gave me the previous 2 times. They refused. This was their mistake and they refused to give me a car. I had to work and need to be able to get there. I asked to speak with a manager and she conveniently had just left her desk. I requested she call me back, 3 months later and she never called.
I finally had to get the transmission issue fixed. I took it to Team Ford and they were amazing. Professional, didn’t treat me like I was dumb, and had my transmission fixed the next day. 1 day to fix a transmission and Ford Country couldn’t fix a handle on a total of 7 days. I’ll never bring my business to them again. Before I went to Team Ford I had decided to never buy a Ford again based on Ford County and my horrible experience with them. My door handle is still messed up.
Best straight forward, honest, loyal car dealers I have ever met. My experience with every Ford Country representatives has been so pleasant each time I am there, they are truly genuine nice people. They didn’t lie just to make a sale, they tell you how it is, but they will work out every aspect for your benefit and that is why I returned to purchase my second car at Ford Country. Look for Carlos Escamilla and his Finance co-worker Dan and the Manager, Brian Williams, GREAT TEAM #Loyalty
Brought my new car, staff very friendly worked with my needs… Dan Jones was awesome!!!
Great customer service both from sales with Jesus to service witg Jose they did everything as promised with the deal
Sat in the service center lobby ignored for about fifteen minutes until someone at the desk said “what do you need, why are you standing around?”, as if I was standing around just to be there. Then when I said it was for an airbag recall, they proceed to ask me if I needed anything else, walked to my car, back to the desk, and sat in front of me not saying a word for about another five minutes until he told me that he’d give me a call when it’s done. The people that serviced my car and brought it out on the other hand were very kind and complimented my car. Watch out for service people that only want to sell you other services, especially if they stereotype based on age and assume you’re just there to be there.
I honestly don’t know why I kept coming to the dealership when every time I go the customer service is terrible. Today I had a appointment for 9AM for a recall inspection on my truck. I arrived at 8:40 valet attended was really nice told me to walk inside to check in so I walk in and there were two customers being helped by some employees and some employees are standing around behind the counter. So I walk over and stand behind one of the customers being helped by Michael behind the desk so I waited there for assistance. Another customer pulled in right behind my truck walked in got help right away from a employee down the service desk. That didn’t really bug me. Then right after Michael finishes helping his customers doesn’t knowledge me at all I’m standing right in front of him wait for him to say something to me. Another person pulls in behind my truck they walk in what do you know Michael wants to help the people right behind me. I’m like in ooooh from what just happened. I work in the hospitality business and know how to treat customers and this was just sad. I walked out told the valet guy I’m out because no one wants to help me besides him and he wanted to get me a manager I told him don’t worry about because I’m the manager is one of the guys standing behind the counter doing nothing.
Most satisfied with our experience at Ford Country. Phillip Torres was a super patient sales person who worked very hard to make sure we got the Ford best for us. Highly recommend Ford Country and will go back for our next car buying experience.
