I went to Westbury Nissan in the hope of this dealership would be my last one to visit for my new car…… and it was! I met really nice, patient, and friendly staff. My salesmen, Chris, also knew that it was all about the the comfort level of the customer and did his best to make my experience great…… The finance guy…… George made the paperwork part of the experience fun….. we laughed and told stories and in a few minutes I was the new owner of my car. Thanks to everyone from the internet manager Meaghan to the manager of dealership. Well done Westbury Nissan….👍

Had a good car shopping experience. Happy I went here. They were very straight up with me about the money and didn’t play games. After deciding to purchase the car (lease) they were really efficient in getting us out the door all paperwork signed sealed delivered and drove away after maybe 2 hours. I’ve never got a car so fast!
Sean, the service manager, was very courteous and professional. I waited a reasonable amount of time (about 90 min) for my car to be serviced. The waiting area was a good size for social distancing and very comfortable. I would gladly bring my car to this location again.

Went in to look at the BMW in center for $18,839 was told by the manager that this was a mistake it should of been $ 24,000 Got offended when I told him in other words customer is always right. Its online posted like this ,even the salesman confirmed it and printed it and showed to us. Only thing I have to say is I always check carfax on cars before I go to dealer the VIN number are available when u look up online. This car has been sitting at this lot since September 2020 Wouldn’t you want to get rid off it!!!!!! This is my opinion.

My experience with the Nissan service was exceptional. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I only made the appointment due to a family member looking at car to purchase. While at the Nissan dealership, I asked about their maintenance service and was directed to their service center and I made an appointment. My service there was stress free and the service techs are amazing. I will definitely be returning for my 53,000 miles oil change.
“This rating was poor for me. I was quoted one price for a lease. Then, when I went to sign paperwork the price changed by $20.00. Some may say this is not a huge cost difference. I will say, your correct. However, for me it was about a persons “”word””. If you said one price, don’t change it on paper. Very sneaky.”

I was looking at a couples used cars at many places and when I came across to the one at Nissan, it had just been traded in and was a little dirty, so I didn’t think anything but the price was perfect. I called them up, told them about my situation and the next day it was completely detailed, they worked with me on the price, and everyone there was extremely helpful. Only thing is the dealer fees that stop this from being 5 stars.

Lloyd 5 stars! A knowledgeable & personable salesperson, he answered all questions, made that part of the transaction so easy. Unfortunately, the finance staff was shorthanded and that caused a backup of clients which turned into a much longer stay than anticipated.
Do not waste your time. Called the dealership. Talk to a sales rep. Asked her for a deal with exact numbers, she calls me back saying they can beat the deal and quoting me specific numbers. I take the trip to the dealership, they first show up with different numbers. I asked the manager and sales person to bring the phone rep that gave me the numbers, she comes, and in front of the manager and other sales person, lies to my face and says she never offered that deal. I said “are you seriously denying you offered me this deal?” She blatantly says “yes”. At that point I say, well it is your word against mine, and I decided to walk out. The manager decides to side with the phone sales person, in other words insinuating I am a liar. I traveled a long time to go to a place where I got a specific offer. They do not play fair, they do not deserve your business.

Julio was my sales rep and from the very beginning he went above and beyond my expectations. The whole experience was a breeze and my anxiety always flares up when I have to go to a dealership and this time it was In check because Julio was exceptional. Charles my finance rep was amazing also, I had to be out by a certain time to pick up my daughter from school and they both made it happen. And the rep that confirmed my insurance was great also. My credit isn’t exactly a 100% and I was afraid I was going to go away empty handed. But Frank came up with the perfect solution that me and my wife were thrilled with. Brought 2 remote keys to be reprogrammed which were working beforehand, although with a weak signal. By the time they finished both weren’t working at all and I still had to pay for their labor. I hadn’t been there in 5 years because of a bad experience last time. Definitely NEVER going back.

My overall experience with this location is good. The employees are polite, it’s never overly crowded and the waiting room and restrooms are spotless and spacious. The downside is that labor and parts are very high. You can find competitive prices probably anywhere else if you go to a regular mechanic. They are willing to work with you, but even with discounts, you’re walking out paying much more than you would anywhere else. Side note: On my last visit I went in for air balancing and a tire rotation as part of a routine maintenance check. They pointed out that my lower control arm needed replacement and that my tire had worn down from it. Their cost for replacing the lower control arm alone cost more than replacing an entire assembly, but I proceeded. After work was completed I drove car home and parked it for the weekend. Two days later when I went to move the car that tire was completely flat.

After 4 hours waiting we were charge $4000 more than the advertised price in fees, non negotiable. The manager also called me a fool for not taking on an extended warranty. We were ripped off. Please protect yourself and your family. Bonus point for having to request multiple people to wear their masks while speaking to me.
Most friendliest dealership I ever been to and they are Military friendly and as a disabled Marine veteran they worked with me on getting very first fully loaded ever Nissan Rogue SL AWD the salesman Miko was extremely nice and friendly and explaining everything to and the features I recommend my friends to go there.

The service was good. When we drove in to service bay the porters did not say a word or greet you. Was not cheerful or friendly like other service places. Several service desk personnel was not friendly either where they did not greet you or ask if you needed help. I dealt with Frank and he was friendly plus professional. He took care of what the car needed to be serviced and he didn’t try to oversell to make money. The mechanic was professional and he knew what issues needed to be corrected and completed job satisfactorily. However, they made us wait 6 hours for a brake job. The mechanic said he had to take care of a oil change while he worked on my car first and then lunch time came around and I guess this added an extra 1.5 hours. I woke up early and came in at 7:30am and left around 1:30pm. They should complete the job and get everyone out as quickly as possible. The oil change job on another car should be completed by another mechanic and finish our brake job before taking a lunch brake. Plenty of time to eat when the job is completed. Also, they didn’t have loaner cars available when I ask. For a longer and expensive job they should give out loaners so people don’t have to coop up and wait around the facility with lots of people also waiting in lounge during Covid pandemic.

Hey everyone just wanted to share my experience with Nissan of Westbury. 939 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590 I bought a BMW X5 2015 back 7/12/2020 everything went well on the deal got the car out with a temporary tags great !! Now I was waiting for the new plates for the car which the dealer supposed to take care of all the paper work for me which they charge everyone for the DMV fees,my temporary tags expired so I called them to see where are my new plates ? so from the billing department or Ext 433 Sheryl or Andrea takes care of that department, well they didn’t know where all the vehicle papers are like ? Because they use the third party called it’s easy to deal with all of the dmv related stuff which they are worse company to use. It’s been almost 9 months as of now and I’m runung after them calling them to please find out what’s going on with my vehicle tags ? Still waiting for them to help me … 03/15/2021 very unprofessional.

I felt really forced to purchase a vehicle and rushed. I looked up cars online and found the lowest price and mileage and wanted to jump on it. I went to trade in my car which said it would be worth 900 to 1000. That’s what I was willing to negotiate. Upon arrival I never actually spoke to the person I was dealing with online via email and phone. I was sent straight to someone different . I felt this was odd already. Then I told him I’m shopping around let’s first appraise my car see what you can give me for it as a trade in. He’s like ok let’s check out the vehicle you want to purchase we go check put the vehicle in a spot I couldn’t even test drive it. My wife wasn’t to thrilled but I was just looking for a cheap point a to b vehicle just for work. The price online said 13500 with 21000 miles so I was sold on the price and mileage alone. No I ask about the appraisal again and he says we’ll let’s get your down payment for verification. He takes my form of payment walks away. Then all of a sudden I get an alert my card has been charged. Now I’m like wth no appraisal I didn’t even agree to buy the vehicle what’s my monthly payment ? When he comes back he says the car is 17000 and I’m like whoa 😳 what happened to 13500 he had added all kinds of fees. When online I saw multiple offers for 15000 and less. When I told him I didn’t want to go through with it because that’s too much then he said my payments would only be 408 and we go back and forth for about an hour . Finally he just says he’ll give me 45 days to start payment and work on a bi weekly plan and my payment will be lower. Now almost a week later no bi weekly offer. And I get my account details in the mail and it’s for 19000 wth I might as well bought a more recent car rather than what I got. I definitely won’t be back. Android auto doesn’t work, the fuse box door was missing . I just pray it stands the test of time. I’m dodging potholes and driving slow I just feel like something underhanded was afoot with the whole situation. Now I have 6000 extra to pay on this vehicle for what idk. Should’ve been 13000 , like it said online. We live and learn I learn not to go here again. I went to another dealer and was offered everything they stated online along with other deals which actually lowered the payment on my other vehicle I bought days later.

Should be zero stars. This place is a joke. The slogan should be where the customer is last. Loyalty means nothing here. 4 Nissan’s and they could care less. Sold me a 2021 Maxima and I purchased a spoiler with it. They tried to sell me a used spoiler and it was warped. 5 visits to the dealer. It’s still on crooked. Crooks won’t make it right. Very disappointed in the dealership and the service department. Stay away from this dealer and Amity Nissan as well same owners. Promises made by Service Manager and Sales Manager both very shady.

The process took all day. I did not want to take out a loan I wanted to pay for the car in full with a debit card. We were told that we had to take out a loan Things are not right at this location. Then we were told we have to take a warranty When my partner said he did not wan the car then. That’s when they said ok. Other things followed too much to review. They are just not honest. There was money that was to be returned that did not happened i till weeks of calling. This is not a honest dealership if I did not have someone with me I would have been taken for a terrible ride.

“Switched from Nissan of Garden City to Nissan of Westbury for my new lease. I will NEVER lease from them again. Not only did I get the “”oh you are in a different tier we need $1k more down speech”” I sat there for 6 hours waiting to finalize. Finally, when the car was done being detailed it was missing 2 features that I was told it had. But the worst part of it all was that they were supposed to take care of my last 2 lease payments from my prior lease and they would not honor that. I made over 17 phone calls and have confirmation from my salesperson that we made that deal. I like the car but will NEVER shop there again. Zero stars”

Also Megan in the back is great, she calls every 3 years and looking for her to call again. However I had two payments remaining on the 2017 rogue but on 19 October a payment was taken from the bank, I was told the last two would be taken care of by Westbury. Overall great experience

“I’d give them -5 (to be clear: negative 5) stars if there was a way to do so: COMPLETELY DISHONEST. Stay away. I made a good-faith deposit with Mikko Sims, their Salesman, on Jan 2nd, 2021, for a fully electric Nissan Leaf. There were none in stock, and they were going to look for one if I gave them a deposit. No contract or lease offer document was issued or signed. I cancelled the search on Jan 7th, as I was quarantined and had not heard from them on any prospects anyway. Since then, I have struggled to get my deposit returned ~ even disputed the charge with my credit card, but first they just ignored me, and only called back after I left a message for Mr. Sims that I would start filing complaints here, with Consumer Affairs, and with Nissan USA. Since that, they have sent me fake refund appoval notes and FRAUDULENT charge-card refund receipts, and told my credit card bank thet they have returned the money… but neither the bank or I have seen any refund… zip, nada, zero. After over 2 months !!! REALLY ??? One hears of used car dealers, but this is a new car dealer. So they must be the “”worst of the worst.”” Stay away. ……and now, on to Consumer Affairs and Nissan USA.”

Very unhappy with service and staff (with exception of Johan). Went in w brand new leased Nissan Sentra, sensory light issues and back passenger door would no longer open. They kept car Sunday night into Monday afternoon. They called me Monday at 4:30, claiming car was fixed. Nope. Not fixed. When I expressed concern over safety of my children in back seat without functioning door, manager said “call 1800 number”- never ever going back

I bought my car on August 17, 2020 from Westbury of Nissan paid for extended warranty. Changed my mind the next day. Asked for my reimbursement for the warranty which I was entitled to according to contract. Made an appointment with Finance manager Joe. He kept me waiting for 3 hrs. When I finally saw Joe he made excuses after excise about why I couldn’t get my money back. I decided to have my lawyer write a letter requesting my reimbursement. Nissan never contacted me or my lawyer about this matter. I have not put all of what transpired in this review but I will say that my experience with Nissan of Westbury was horrible. Sales people and finance managers are liars. My family and I will not be patronizing Nissan of Westbury or any of the dealerships within the group.

“I have returned a vehicle and paid off the balance of the loan since last month. The bank still has not received the paperwork which now resulted in “”late payments”” on their system. I never had a late payment for the car ever!! This will ultimately affect my credit for no reason. I have called the manager, Rod, a million times; calls go unanswered. I have left voicemail messages, visited in person several times to no avail. I tried to reach Accounting, no one picks up either on that extension. When I asked for a direct extension of anyone in Accounting who can assist, I was told they don’t give out internal numbers. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for 10 years. I am currently driving my third car from them. This is no way to treat a customer. I am beyond frustrated!”

Nissan of Westbury service departure is the place to have your repairs done. Because of gross honesty from Mr Sean Clarke. My tyre was leaking air out. They were able to patch it. However, the pervious tyre shop said that I needed a new tyre.When a service department has honesty, they will always get customers for life. Great job Mr Clarke

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The sales experience was horrible. I received multiple phone calls and emails about making an appointment after I had already made an appointment. I was on a test drive and received a call about missing my appointment during the test drive. After agreeing to buy a car I was kept waiting for over an hour from my appointment time to pick up the car. I left the dealer and was called and told that the dealer would bring the car to me but I would then have to drive him back to work. I love the car but regret buying from this dealer.

“Nobody was wearing masks when I walked into the office. The manager’s response to my question was ‘it’s in his office’. One put on an elastic band that barely covered his nose & mouth. Cashier said she didn’t have to wear one. Customers weren’t wearing them either. I sat in “”quiet room”” by myself. Service itself was fine. I can’t see myself returning if we’re still required to wear masks because it’s unsafe.”

I have leased from this company twice before and spent the better part of a day. Al got me in and out in a relatively short period of time and got me the car I wanted. Al is not your typical car salesman. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car and I would deal with him again!

As skeptical as I was initially, I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process which was well laid out in advance. I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder about two months ago. I went shopping with my kids (in store for about 20 mins) when I came out my car would not start. I called roadside assistance and they said it was the battery. I brought it to Westbury Nissan and Frank and Sean were great. They listened to what happened and worked it out for me not to go all the way to queens to the dealership that I bought the car at and replaced my battery. They did a diagnostic check to make sure nothing else was wrong. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I felt much better leaving there mowing my car was fixed and reliable. I will definitely be bringing my car there for all of its service.

11/24/2020 ~ Most Recent Experience ( ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) I had my car towed to Nissan Service Center on 11/19/20. Unfortunately for me it was at the center for a totally of 5 days. As an individual with patience, taking all considerations in, I waited and was given the truth instead of bs. Something I appreciated.However, I did start to loose my patience the last day ( which I apologized for). As unfortunate I may have felt without a car, I was more fortunate with the customer service the center displayed. It was impeccable all around (even though they were backed up with cars, yelling customers, etc). Both Frank and Shawn kept their word and came through with my car diagnosed and fixed (battery 🤦🏽‍♀️) 4 hours earlier then the estimated time I was given. I will continue recommending Nissan Westbury Service center…. great job Nissan of Westbury . I had a great experience at Nissan of Westbury service center. All of the protocols for social distancing were put in place. Masks were worn by all employees and clients. Sanitizing stations were available. I was notified regarding some items and given the option of having them done at the time or coming back. I highly recommend Nissan of Westbury for all your Nissan car needs.

Was an extremely long distance to go, simply to find a dealership that was busy but unorganized. And it didn’t appear to be a bad day but bad practices. I won’t bash on salespeople because this type of disarray and unsteady feel here is above their pay grade. Waste of time and cannot recommend in light of my experience; I believe it very well is their status quo. If you choose to visit, lower your expectations to avoid disappointment.

“Contacted Westbury Nissan I saw a promo to test drive a ’21 rogue get a 50$ gift card. I currently have a Rogue and lease up at the end of the year. JOE M called and I returned his call. I explained to him my car is not due til end of year and I am looking to pay around the same I pay for my current car. So I scheduled an appt. Got there 12:18PM. Was introduced to Jason (manager) and he then had me working w Dwayne. I explained to Dwayne the situation and I told him what I told Joe. I have xyz months left on lease looking to get those eaten up and looking to stay in my price range and I was firm every time. I repeated myself multiple times. He went back and forth multiple times (as if i didn’t tell him a certain price range) with high numbers. We agreed on a certain price and “”down-payment”” which Yasser (sales manager) was present. 2 hours later Dwayne tells me they still working on it. I then asked for bags to clean out my vehicle . I packed a few things in the bags provided. I finally finally got called to see financial advisor at 445pm. Charlie was very very nice nice explaining everything to me. We get the contract part read of all my info and before I signed it I said to Charlie I want to be VERY clear that they are buying back my months. He said I would have to speak to Dwayne and them up front. I said Dwayne told me I need to tell you bc I want something in writing it will be paid off. Charlie paged Wayne to come by the financial debt. He did not come. Charlie went up front and spoke to them. Then here comes Mr Happy Yasser. Telling me WE didn’t not agree to this deal of buying back all these months. I said VERY VERY VERY clear to everyone I spoke to today thats what I am looking at. NOT once did anyone oppose to this. He said I didn’t agree. He clearly does not give a damn about customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EVER EVER EXPERIENCED WITH NISSAN. IVE been with them since 2013 and my 4th Rogue. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ! There are other ways to speak to customers. You left me there embarrassed. Your own salesman even confirmed with me when I had left he told you from the begining. DISGUSTED ON HOW YOU treated me after I sat there PATIENTLY.”
I’ve been here before. Never had a problem. But this last time I went in for a basic service and to check my rear tires out. Somehow I ended up paying 300 dollars for filter replacements I didn’t want or need done…and at no point was I given price or courtesy heads up calls about the work. I am very dissatisfied and very ticked off about this. 100 bucks to replace a basic filter that’s only purpose is to filter the air in the vehicle! That is absurd and I will be contacting management.

Horrible experience, the crew is out there only to charge the hard working people out of their hard earned money and not doing the job justly and fairly. This experience is especially worse for Hispanic customers that do not speak English as well as they do Spanish. The crew has Spanish speaking workers but do not offer to volunteer to speak Spanish and instead of sympathizing with these people they just see it as an opportunity to add more items to their total bill in an effort to make a quick buck. As a Hispanic man I find this disgraceful and I will not be giving anymore business to this location and I advise others to do the same.

Very unprofessional and liars, they will tell you if you bring another customer they will give you commission but when you bring one they will Deny by saying we never said it like this. Specially the guy T K and the guy who stammers and call himself a GM. He needs to learn how to respect their customers and solve their issues. I switched from Jeep to Nissan because of the customer service and so far it has been a poor experience. Was told to follow up on a promise at point of lease and now the attitude is one of annoyance. Not a nice feeling. Let’s see if they follow through with their promise. I’ll follow up on this post 1/25/21 still no resolution. 1/28/21 it got worse. Finally got called to bring the suv in. Walked out with six hard hits on my credit report inquiries where the loan officer said they would be soft inquiries and an offer to finance anywhere from 4-5%. Near perfect credit score never pays 4-5% interest on a car loan. I would like for them to remove the six inquiries from my credit report
