No one’s perfect, as the saying goes. Well Town & Country Jeep lived up to the saying. I only went there because they had the truck i wanted and i did buy it. It’s sadly unfortunate dealerships are really a terrible representation of the brand. My experience was subpar at best. They make their money on service, I will not be contributing and will not even dare to use their service.

This was by far my worst experience with any car dealer. I knew what I wanted when I went in. Rich gave me all the numbers. I went back in the next day signed an agreement at a specific price. It was supposed to be ready for me the next morning. Needless to say it wasn’t ready at all. When I showed up the following day I was told to go get dinner and come back in an hour and a half. Finally get everything situated new plates and insurance on the truck. Go to sign papers and the agreement is a decent amount more than the original signed purchase agreement with my down payment. As you can tell from other reviews this dealer will lie just for a sale. They are very unprofessional including the finance department and the “manager” I would suggest staying away from this dealer. Nothing but headaches. Owner commented on this post. Still never heard a word

I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I got from Mario Liccardello and his staff. I went somewhere else first and was so disappointed with the customer service that I almost gave up. I decided to try again the next day, and when I arrived at Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Levittown Mario Liccardello greeted me right away, was so professional and nice. Just purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass, I love the car it’s great! I recommend if your interested in purchasing a car ask for Tom C. He was fantastic, he helped me find a car that I would like and would work in my budget. He was very friendly, easy to communicate with he even gave out his personal number and even called during his day off to make sure that I was happy with the car after my purchase. Made the process very easy.

My parents bought a 2014 Wrangler Dragon a few months ago from dan and I have to say I’m not impressed. I’m amazed and just so thankful I was able to get it! I love everything about it. I was on the beach at least 4 times a week this summer. Dan and Town and country really came through for me.

Horrible service. My husband and I went to give them their easiest sale of the day on a used car. We got there around 12:45 and we were dumped in a waiting area, without anyone giving us any updates, for over 4 hours. We didn’t leave until almost 7, and didn’t eat or drink except for soda from the vending machine for the entire time. I’m not the type of person who usually posts negative reviews, but there’s absolutely no reason it should have taken that long. I would avoid this place.

The worst to buying experience ever had, the worst service experience ever had! They sold me without my knowledge lifetime warranty, it was cost about $2000. I had to fight for that to take it back about 2 years. I took it but, it was so so frustrating. It was 2 years old Chrysler 300, it was looking brand new. I did test drive there was nothing wrong that car. After finished paperwork about 7 (seven) hours, I took the car and drove to home. The car was totally different that I test drive car. After couple months I had to go there many many times for repairing many things, steering wheel, bluetooth, screen, tail light… for example they took my car 9 days for chancing tail light! So it was 7 years ago. I hope they improved themself. I never ever buy any type of Chrysler anywhere especially there.

Can’t make this up! After all the positive reviews and bad experiences at other Jeep dealers, I thought this was the place that I would be able to buy a jeep grand Cherokee limited from. So I made an appointment to see the exact car I was interested in. When I got there, they told me that car wasn’t on the lot, and that it would be an hour for them to bring it up. The sales person definitely had an attitude problem, almost like they are doing me a favor!!! I still waited the hour because I was really interested in test driving it and possibly buying it. Finally, they tell me it’s outside. As I’m about to get in, I was then told that it’s still in shipping mode, and can’t be driven. The only way to test drive it is to sign the agreement that you will purchase it. I was extremely surprised to hear that and would have expected them to tell me that before they have me wait an hour. I would not buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. 0 stars.

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Town & Country. This was our second purchase from them in recent years and we delt with Casondra both times and she absolutely makes the buying process easy and comfortable. Her overwhelming personality and knowledge are top notch. The transition into my new Jeep was quick and painless. Monica in the finance department was also amazing and did everything possible to get us the best deal. Brought my recently purchased 2019 Ram 1500 Limited in to service department for one of two free oil changes that came with my recent vehicle purchase. Service check in and check out were excellent. My only complaint was the mechanic left oil all over the underside of my engine causing a large oil stain on my driveway. I understand oil drips a little when changing filter, however this was excessive and should have been washed off before returning it to me. I have photos of the oil stain I am now stuck dealing with in a fairly new driveway, as well as what it looked like under my truck after I discovered the mess. There is no excuse for returning a car full of oil all over the underside without cleaning it.

Purchasing a used car for my daughter, all ready to sign but then things changed. Starting with the price, the old pure profit dealer prep charge. Something that perhaps should have been discussed prior to the purchase signing. Then there was the 5 year bumper to bumper overpriced warranty that they tried to sell me when originally I was told that if the car has less than 75,000 miles it comes with the warranty. Their explanation, since it’s not a jeep or Chrysler that I was buying, they cannot offer the warranty. Again, something that should have been explained earlier. Then finally, about to sign and Monica from financial tells me that I cannot pay the car off early and If I do pay it off in less than 8 months, there would be penalties imposed on me. Hmm, isn’t that illegal in NYS? That’s when we walked out. Nobody tried to stop us and no follow up calls. P.S. bought a car 2 days later at Honda City.

Terrible dealership. STAY AWAY! Doesn’t honor jeep corporate promotions. Terrible follow up post sales when I had questions. As sleezy as they come Go to Smith Haven or East Hills Jeep. I have always had great experiences there. Very unprofessional Held off on payoff payment to my auto loan they purchased until after I made another payment, then only paid the delta thinking I wasn’t going to noticed. Yes, they paid exactly one month payment less to the loan company even though the total payment amount was written in contract. Salesman Bob was a nice guy I thought, round guy with a Hawaiian shirt. But just another dirtbag dealer salesman. Stay away!

Most frustrating and dishonest car leasing experience I’ve ever had. Raised price on lease after prices were negotiated. Changed terms of lease after terms were negotiated. After the price was negotiated I was told I was getting a $1000 rebate. When I asked for rebate they said they took it off my price. Told me DMV fee was approximately $500, then charged closer to $700 for DMV fee. Update…One month later manager said he’d look in to concerns and get back to me. I’m still waiting

I went here yesterday thinking I was going to get my 3rd ram from town and country. I’ve leased 2 prior and my lease is up. However I left very disturbed. I picked out the same exact truck I had prior a big horn ram the only difference was it was the night edition. A few bucks more 51k to 54k. I was expecting to pay a few dollars more a month. My old payment was $400 a month w money down being taxes first payment and all that jazz. the guy came back to me $598 a month w 4k down. I told the guy he must of made a mistake. They were definitely trying to rip me off…if this is how you treat returning loyal costumers I’d hate to see how you treat someone new! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

“Me and my fiancee had bought a certified Jeep patriot in February 2019 and immediately upon delivery while driving back to Connecticut we had noticed the car was severely misaligned (part of Jeep’s certified safety check). After battling the dealership to pay for the alignment since we live two hours away, Fred the GM promised to pay for it and to keep it under $129.99. A few weeks later we had still not received the check and our sales person Damien promised that it was getting processed (screenshot attached). After a month, Fred the GM screamed at me over the phone when I confronted him about not getting any clear answers from his staff regarding our car still not being registered and our check not arriving. He became irate and started screaming at me and said “”you’ll receive your plates and check when you do”” and hung up on me. I filed a BBB report and he said that he never promised it despite me having proof which is attached here. Don’t buy from this dealership; they are con-artists and Fred their GM could care less about anyone who buys from them.”

Went in to lease a 2020 Grand Cherokee. Kent Viscovi would be the guy to go speak to. You can tell from the beginning he has a ton of knowledge pertaining to lease and also finance options. Even with the demands the company pushes to receive every dollar possible, this guy will find you a way to make it happen in your favor. So far this is my 3rd car from Jeep and if I would have met this guy earlier I would have had 2 past awesome prior experiences. Anyway when you go in ask for this guy… You wont be dissapointed.

We purchased a used car from this dealer on 5/21/20 and had a very pleasant experience. Unlike Westbury Jeep, the sales-person Lance was easy to communicate with and felt no pressure throughout. In addition, finance manager Chang was informative and explained each transaction thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealership. PS – We’re about to call them in regards to a crack in the windshield that we may have over-looked to find out if they can fix it. We’re hoping that they do as I haven’t had the car for 24 hours…..
Wish I could give 0 stars. Incredibly rude salesmen by the name of Mac I believe. Very uninterested in answering any questions or doing anything over the phone. Hung up on me while I was explaining why I would not be purchasing from Town and Country. From other salesmen, it took 4 days of continuous calling to finally get an answer for a question that I was told would take 15 minutes. Unless you’re in the showroom with a check in hand, they simply do not care.

Went to test drive a car. Called in the morning and indicated exactly which used car I was interested in. When I arrived, hours later, the car was partially blocked-in and had so little fuel in it that the fuel light was on. I was only able to drive on side streets. I planned to return for a more vigorous test drive, and purchase the car, but they would not budge from the price they advertised. The staff is friendly, but I expect that from a sales team. Be prepared if you are shopping for a used car, they don’t haggle. It’s the advertised price, plus $995 dealer fee, plus tax. If you are not using their financing, the advertised price is higher too.

RUN! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! WE WENT THERE ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO AND CAME PREPARED WITH OUR OWN LOAN CHECK AND CREDIT CARD. WHY DID THEY NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS A LOAN CHECK? I RECEIVED A LETTER THAT THEY MESSED UP AND THE DAY I LEFT WITH THE CAR AND DROVE AN HOUR TO GO HOME THEY CALLED US TO TELL US TO DROP THE CAR BACK AT THE DEALER BECAUSE THEY DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS A LOAN CHECK? I BOUGHT CARS FROM PREIVIOUS DEALERS AND ALWAYS LEFT SAME DAY NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO HIT THEIR BANK BEFORE I GET MY CAR BACK. THEY HAVE MY CAR IN THEIR LOT WITH MY LICENSE PLATE AND MY INSURANCE GOING ON 2 WEEKS. NO ONE IS BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND THEY FEEL BECAUSE THEY GAVE US A LOANER CAR ITS OK? I SOLD MY OLD CAR BECAUSE I THOUGHT WE WOULD BE DRIVING THIS CAR 2 WEEKS AGO. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. I ASKED FOR AN UPGRADE ON NAVIGATION AND THEY SAID THEY MAY BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING OR GO HALF AT THE LEAST AND NOW NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING INSTEAD THEY SAY OH BUT WE GOT YOU CAR MATS. CARS ARE SUPPOSE TO COME WITH MATS?!?! I AM DISGUSTED! Update: it has been two months and we still didn’t get that mats they promised and no second key to our car no follow-up. The kicker was the finance department messed up our check again so since they didn’t know how to process our check we were going to just finance with them because they said we could not return a car we started a transaction on even though we never had the car??? Then my husband drove an hour to finalize the finance only to go home finally with the cr to say they have to cancel it because the bank finally took our check. When we called our bank we were told that all they had to do was call the bank for an authorization # and they never did. We told them to call and they just lied and said they did. We were also told to delete this review if we want the mats now!!!!

My experience at town & country Jeep was amazing. John Pepitone and Casey Waller were extremely helpful, patient, and really tried and make sure that they could help me get the best deal. From the second you walk in the door, you can feel the warm inviting environment. This location surpasses garden city (where we last got a vehicle which was a complete nightmare) and Merrick where we also went to test drive the vehicle I ended up buying from town and country, but when we went to Merrick the salesperson said the Vehicle’s car battery was dead and did not even offer to jump it. They lost a sale. The finance manager, Valerie, was also extremely helpful and concerned about my down payment and had my best interest in mind. I was truly impressed. I am so happy that town and country Jeep got by business because they were well deserving of it. My husband and I are now leasing two dodge vehicles and we intend to only return to this location because of their service and sales associates. A+++ job! Thank you!

I went to Town And Country 6/14/2020 to buy a Jeep, found the car I wanted and put a down pmt. on an agreed cost for lease. They told me I needed to wait until 06/22/2020 to be approved something to do with a Covid arrangement I made on other vehicles I have financed. I called back and he told me the price was going up $20 month because his floor planning date was in between our agreed delivery date 6/23/20 and hi floor planning audit. I was upset but agreed reluctantly, after all it was the car my 20 year old daughter wanted. They gave me some story about no cars available because of closed manufactures. I went to Security Dodge and made the same deal I had with Town & Country but they took my old car and saved me $3500 in over mileage and minor damage on old vehicle (Town and country was not ). I called Town & Country to get my deposit back three times no call back, no deposit returned I had to call Amex to put in a dispute. Mike the manager no skills, no personality, No call back ever. One of the worst buying experiences in my 40 cars and trucks I have bought in my life. 7/1/2020 i put in dispute for refund disgusting customer service.
