The business model of this place is incredible, you can take a test drive without the annoyance of someone in the back seat trying to “sell you”. No pressure and the prices seem to be an average of 10 – 30 percent less than everywhere else. The location transformed a theatre into the dealership and it is incredible to see. They are busy but a lot of room to accommodate the traffic. Beautiful building, clean, friendly staff and best of all no sales tactics.

I had Nichole as my representative. Process from test driving the car to owning it took about an hour total. Nichole was kind enough to go out of her way to get me a second key for my car, filled up the gas tank, buffed out some minor scratches, and replaced the steering wheel entirely. I am very happy with this place and will continue to buy from them.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Auto Boutique and could not be happier with either the car or the service the I received. Salesman, Jordan Gamble was both knowledgeable and kind. Jordan had multiple clients that he was working with besides me but always made me feel as though I was his most important client. He was clearly very hardworking and that was greatly appreciated. Seth, the finance specialist that I dealt with was also very amicable and was forthright and honest when it came to the financial aspect of the purchase. I definitely recommend this team when searching for your next auto purchase!

I came into auto boutique originally because I noticed they had some great deals while I was looking for cars online. The staff here was so friendly and made me feel at home. My car salesman was Austin Martin and he was amazing. He made sure I understood the whole process and that I was content with my choice. A week after I bought the car with him I called with a question and he got back to me immediately. Austin did a wonderful job making sure my car was in brand new condition even though it is a 2017. I have already told at least 3 people I know who need cars to come to him.

sales person and buying car went fast, but they forgot to send my title to the lender. I called after a month of not being able to locate my title that i need in order to get plates (i live out of state) and turns out they forgot to send my title….. for an entire month! now i’ll be driving on expired temp tags. my other option is to call the state of OH and ask for new temp tags which seems like a big pain. SUPER ANNOYING.

Auto boutique is a large, beautiful building for starters. They have a massive variety of vehicles on a huge lot and when you walk in the door the dealership just looks beautiful. Then there’s the staff. Pavel was my salesman and he was courteous and understanding when I came to him with a complicated predicament I had to sort out to get a car. He was very attentive and helped me through all the details without being pushy. Zach, the guy that helped me with my financial paperwork was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Went to buy a car for the sticker price located on the window of the vehicle. They said the price on the car was wrong and raised the price for 19,500. The sticker was for the right vehicle we checked the Vince year and model . I do not recommend this car lot.

This was one of the best car shopping experiences I have had! We went in on the 6th just for a test drive. And that’s what I got! A test drive. No one pushed or got all up in your business. Met with Nicole the sales consultant, she gave us info and we were done. In and out. No pressure. I was able to text her with questions through the week. Got basic need to know answers. Went back today, Nicole was right there ready for us! She is absolutely amazing! Andrea was our loan lady! Again absolutely amazing!!!! I highly recommend going and seeing these ladies for your next vehicle.

Waste of 5hrs of my time! Called this dealer about a VW Golf and told them I was driving up 1.5hrs to test drive it. Got their and it was a dirty mess inside and out and their was glue tape on the passenger card door. The sales guy told me they were pretty slow when I called, so why did they not clean it up before I got their? Then I noticed that they want to change me a Destinations fee along with some cleaning fee. I told the sales guy I just wanted to pay the listed price of $9000 + tax, title and plate, Nothing more! He said that I had to pay those fees. I WAS HERE TO BUY THE CAR!! And drive it home. I was not going to make 2 trips so they could clean it up. I had cash in hand. I guess they don’t want to sell cars.

I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Colorado LT Crew Cab for a great price, and it was a great experience! Nicole Mason was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions with ease. I bought a 2012 Audi Q5 outright on February 22nd 2021 and still do not have a title in hand. I have expired temp tags and never get an answer from the auto boutique. I’m always transferred to the title person, who never answers, and also never calls back. I’ve submitted this with the DA in Columbus Ohio as I paid for a car and still do not have a title to a paid off car. The auto boutique employee today states the title is still in auto boutiques name. A week ago I was told it’s with the DMV. However the DMV hasn’t received said title. Do not buy a car outright from this place. You might be able to finance it and be fine. But don’t expect a title ever from them. I’ll be bringing the car back and turning it over and filing a claim with my bank as they are stealing my money.

The place is nice and clean, people are friendly, prices are reasonable however they add $499 for paint and fabric protection and you must pay for it. There is no choice. They need to make this blatantly clear on the website. Maybe for a higher end/higher priced vehicle people might be okay with it but for a $5000 vehicle, this is completely unreasonable. I was ready to purchase but this is just unfair and I had to walk.

Auto Boutique is not a traditional car dealership. Buying process goes quickly but expecting a detailed vehicle with the filter changes, oil changes this does not happen. When researching price the vehicles are more presented as private owner. Expect to spend a few hundred more dollars after purchase. Once understood not a bad a transaction. Would go back.

Yesterday was my second time buying a car — and my first time at Auto Boutique Ohio. I made the 3 1/2 hr drive because I saw the specific car I was looking for on their website with tons of features that I couldn’t pass up. I set up an appointment over the phone and was pleased to have Nicole assist me once I got to the dealership yesterday. She fully explained the remaining manufacturer’s warranty and the (very clean) CARFAX report. Nicole was very informative and made sure I understood each thing she told me instead of flying through it. I ran into a personal roadblock while in the process of getting approved for financing. However, Seth patiently helped me through and explained exactly what documents he and my soon-to-be loan provider needed. Filling out the final paperwork with Seth was quick and easy too without feeling rushed. Just like Nicole did, Seth made sure I understood each section before I signed off on it. I’d also like to mention that after I drove off the lot with the car, I started having a problem with the key fob. I went back to the dealership, and although they had already closed for the day, Nicole and multiple members of her team were more than willing and determined to get the problem fixed, which I’m very grateful they did. Even as I was getting ready to leave again, another employee (Kyle I believe) saw me and my new car and offered lots of tricks and tips from his personal experience with similar vehicles including his own. Shelbie followed up in a courtesy email to make sure everything was running smooth, and she was also who I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment in the first place. I appreciate her help as well. The whole team was abundantly helpful in my car-buying process, and I can’t say enough good things about the dealership itself and its employees.

Hi I just recently bought a very lightly used Mercedes-Benz from Auto-Boutique at Georgesville square. The two gentlemen that helped me were Zach, and Ryan!! Emailed and called for availability on cars. Did not receive an email back and the phone just rang. So I came in to test drive some cars. One of the cars was reserved so I test drove a different car. I really liked the car and was ready to buy it when I was told that it was also reserved and I shouldnt have been allowed to test drive it and I could not purchase it.

Besides the fact that I arrived an hour before close and completely understood why they repeatedly advised me they were not doing any more test drives that day (I don’t blame them for that), they seemed completely understaffed to help anyone even answer some questions. Their website and onsite iPads show a considerably larger inventory than what they have on the lot currently (which is huge btw), they include items that will be coming soon, but there is no filter to eliminate those so you can effectively search through what is actually there that day. Another note, ALL of their vehicles are getting a Zurich Shield paint & fabric treatment (valued at $499) and documentation fees (which if I remember correctly was around $350) per vehicle added to the cost whether you wanted it or not. Shady if you ask me. It should be an option and not something already forced on you that increases the cost of the vehicle. You are effectively adding almost $1,000 to the cost of a used vehicle which would be better invested in gap insurance. So you are not getting more car for less but less car for more. Just my opinion though.

I went to Jeff Wyler yesterday in Springfield and couldn’t have been more disappointed. They couldn’t find the car I wanted to see and the car I made the appointment to see was sold 2 days prior and I was never notified. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. What a horrible experience. So finally today I decided to make the hour and a half drive to Auto Boutique. The customer service could not have been more helpful. They even called the night before they closed to let me know that the car was still available and the are holding it until I get here in the morning. This is was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. Ask for Kas, he’s the best!!

I called about a vehicle and set a time to look at it. I drove an hour to the dealership. I get there, they take all my information, then waited on the salesman. Then she comes over to us and says sorry the vehicle you was wanting to look at is sold. The atmosphere felt fast paced. In and out, I did not like that.

Customer service and title handling are a joke. My wife bought a car there in February and we still don’t have the title. Call their title clerk and get sent to message every time. Leave a message and never get a call back. Its just poor business. Theyll sell you lemons too and damaged vehicles. Make sure you inspect the vehicle VERY WELL before you decide to buy.

I’m not a fan of car shopping, but the Auto boutique made it far more enjoyable. My girlfriend and I just bought a car here a couple of weeks ago. If you’re looking for a car, give these guys a shot. They have an incredibly diverse selection cars and trucks with a large variety of milage and year. We got a very gently used Chevy Cruze with very low mileage at an awesome price.

Seen a suv on Edmunds Call and made an appointment, That part was way good. Got there on time waited 35 minutes to get a person to attend us then 25 minutes to get the car. It was not washed and dirty inside out. After a quick test drive on their parking lot Wait another 25 minutes to talk with a salesman. It was very disappointing experience. Not at all preferred.

Made multiple attempts to connect via their website and text. Finally the next day I called and made arrangements to look at a vehicle, so I found someone to watch our little one and drove 45 minutes to take a test drive. I arrived and said I spoke with Ramone and was there to test drive. I was told the vehicle already sold. No call to me to let me know anything. I don’t recommend wasting your time with this type of facility.

Absolute satisfaction. I bought a Hyundai Elentra SE at 2/14 from Ryan. At first, it wasn’t a great experience because I felt severe vibration and shuddering in the brake pad. However, Ryan and the service mechanic Josh helped me until the problem is totally fixed. Now the brake is clean and good to go.

I found a vehicle online through their website. I called ahead of time to schedule a test drive. When I arrived the car was up front for me to test it out. No wait to do so. Once back from the test drive I advised my sales agent i would like to purchase the vehicle cash, no loan. We went over numbers, there is a automatic fee for in case of upholstery damage for $200 that you can not refuse. Even tho I was buying the car cash, I still had to waste my time sitting down with someone from the finance dept who tried to convince me to purchase an extra warranty (couple thousand more) for the vehicle. I refused it but they will try to push it hard on you, I think it’s a requirement if you finance thru them. They were very pushy at this stage in the buying process, I almost walked out on the sale. They didn’t detail the vehicle, they didn’t fill up the gas tank. (They say they can only give a quarter tank of gas 🤨) the vehicle I purchased was a great vehicle with low miles. Im happy with the vehicle I purchased just not thrilled with the process. I feel they dragged it out longer than it had to be with me paying cash.

To say they are good sales people is an overstatement. With someone who is around people who have compromised immune systems, I need to do 90-99% of my business online. About 12pm, I went into the website and clicked on the apply for financing. After speaking with Shelby at the dealership, I find out that it was sent to the old system. I needed to go into the site and do it from a computer. I do so and then reach back out to Shelby. I am the put in touch with Brandon. He says that the next finance manager will review my application. 2 hours later, he calls back to verify my information. 2 hours later, he calls me to get my trade in information. At 6:30pm, I reached out via Facebook and they say sorry and ask if I have brought the issue to the manager, I haven’t heard from anyone. The only response I get is I’m sorry to hear this. Hopefully we can gain your business again in the future. This is not how any sales person should react to a customer!

Was more than thrilled when i finally found my dream car, little did i know while filling out paperwork and headed back home 5 hours away that they just cleared the codes on an engine misfire that would lead to the check engine light coming on just about 2 hours into my drive home. Leading to me needing to do repairs on my own vehicle and then coming to find out it was tuned to an access port that they had not included in the vehicle (a $675 part without the costs of a proper tune) i am in love with my car now that i am almost on the road, not so much with this dealership. Would not recommend.

Found a car I really wanted and went to the dealership based on recommendations from friends. The car was great and overall experience was adequate, however we really disliked our salesman Darshawn. I have been to plenty of dealerships in the past and have always had good experience, but here it seemed like our salesman couldn’t care less and was preoccupied the whole time. No introduction or greeting, it seemed like he hates his job and does not care about the customer at all. I’m sure this is an isolated case, but I think there really should be more training on good customer service. I even brought one of my friends who bought a car from here, and she agreed this salesman was awful. Questioning if I wanna go back, I really liked the car, but customer service is extremely important to me.

My first time buying a car from a dealership. My ’03 Toyota Celica runs okay, but I forgot to check the transmission fluid, which was low, and no windshield wiper fluid. Gotta wonder what other fluids may be low. Expect decent wait times unless you call ahead with cars to look at. The staff was friendly, but they are a high-volume operation, so they seemed to be frantic at times, running around. Pierce and Caz worked with me: nice guys! Pierce was able to get the okay from the manager for me to bring it back for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement at their service center, but it would be nice if they were to rectify other low fluids.

There was a specific vehicle we were interested in, my husband spoke with Shelby several times. He specifically asked if the body was in good shape, scratches, chips, etc. She said yes, there was one scratch, but it didn’t catch her nail. We drove three and a half hours to get there and the car was in terrible shape. The bumper was all tore up, multiple scratches down to the metal, rust spots that had been painted over but not repaired and more. She knew we were coming from far away and lied anyway. Our toddler was stuck in the car for seven hours for nothing. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. They refused to negotiate on the price, even knowing we had been lied to by their employees. I’m happy to pay more for actual customer service elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Was told a car would be placed on hold while I paid for a third party inspection and then Auto Botique would not answer me back about the car. Then the next day the car was sold. Would not recommend out of town buyers.

We had a very good experience with Auto Boutique. Our sales person Andrea was very nice to work with. She was quick and communicative and checked into all of questions. We got an excellent price on a 2018 Kia, just be aware that the advertised price does not include dealer fees, like the $499 for the exterior/interior detailing they do to every car. Our Carfax showed the most recent service on the vehicle, but these cars are sold as is so you may have some maintenance due. The dealership was much larger than I expected, great selection, large, clean building, attentive staff at the door and everyone was wearing masks. Overall very professional.

I went in last Sunday, hoping to do a trade in for a new car. My salesman was wonderful, super helpful. Then i had to deal with Kas. When I tell you I felt IGNORED, I literally was. He told me to call/ text if I had any questions because we were waiting on the bank. 3 days go by and Kas stopped responding to me (even more) and I called Auto Boutique and they just kept telling me they’d give him my name and number. I called twice. This is my first time doing a trade in and this discouraged me. I will never go back. If you have Kas, walk out or ask for someone else.

the buying experience is great 5 stars but I did have some issues with the title not getting sent or made out within 40 days so they actually gave me a full refund on the car with no fees for the inconvenience and they gave me $500 off an already marked down tesla for the inconvenience so not the greatest experience but it worked out and I got out of a gas hog with no fees so I’m pretty happy

“The vehicle I wanted isn’t available often in the used market. I found three vehicles at Auto Botique in Columbus. All three were listed as clean titles, low mileage, and clean carfax. The price was good for what seemed like a quality vehicle. I called before going to see if they could save these vehicles for a test drive. They promised they would. On arrival, I was amazed at the size of this place. Its huge. I checked in and asked to speak to the person I had reserved the vehicles with. – They don’t let you meet the people you talk with on the phone. – One of the vehicles had been sold even though they told me they were saving it for me. – one of the vehicles had 18k miles on the website but had 38k miles on the odometer – the second available vehicles had clearly been in accidents which weren’t disclosed on the website pictures -the car fax reports didn’t say it was owned by a rental agency but they admitted to it when they showed me previous owner information. After some research about bumper damage vs frame damage and reviewing the clean carfax report shown by the salesman, I proceeded with the purchase. In the back room with the salemen, its there they again provided the clean carfax stipulating that there was no damage to the vehicle. The next form I signed was that I knew about hidden damage to the frame of the vehicle. When I asked what this was for because they hadn’t disclosed to me they advised me “”All of our vehicles have been in accidents. We assume they have all been in accidents””. However, their pricing is high for damaged vehicles. BEWARE – this place is on the sketchy side. Be ready to play games. We chose to NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE after finding out from the salespeople that this vehicle was in a frame damage accident not disclosed on the carfax.”

Amit was extremely thorough with the paper work and was extremely flexible when it came to an issue with the title of my trade in. Auto boutique took my 2010 trade-in with 180,000 miles on it for a much better price that I was expecting. It helped with my down payment as I purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Absolutely love my MINI. The staff was so friendly and even went beyond by fixing an issue with the latch on the door so it would open after I bought the car. Nichole was extremely nice and went out of her way to put some gas In my tank for waiting while they worked on the door. I’m very happy with the experience. He was super busy, but never made us feel like he was busy. He did an awesome job at helping us and keeping up with his other customers. Our finance guy, Amit did a great job. He’s good at what he does and cares about what their company is selling to you. We were looking at a basic model car and he gave us facts about the basic car and upgrading to a different car that was newer. The facts that he provided us helped us in making our decision. I picked Auto Boutique bc I used to work in the Auto Body industry and I’m familiar with the owner. I did my research for months and every time I looked under “great deals” on Cargurus Autoboutique popped up. The car I was looking at had a check engine light on but the salesman said not to worry bc management had already approved repairs on it so they gave me a “we owe you” repair sheet.
