At first they seemed to be efficient and friendly and I felt at ease with them. However I purchased a vehicle and 10 minutes after driving off the lot the check engine light came on. They told me they would get back to me on it and it took a couple days and I had to call and inquire. They connected me with the cars original dealership to get it serviced. First major problem. Second, after test driving I noted the emergency front console button was jammed in and I asked if it could be fixed before purchasing. My agent said their people will for sure check it out. My mistake was having blind faith because after I signed all my papers and got to the car it was not fixed and was told they tried and couldn’t so I could just schedule it for service sometime. Third, I wasn’t told until after I finished the car signing process and was handed one key that there was only one key. Given the immediate issues off the Lott I asked it the dealership would be willing to at least pay for a second key to be made when I take it in for the engine to be checked. They told me that the previous owner was a family member of a worker there and they will have them look for it. Then they said they couldn’t find it and they won’t get a second key for it. They were nice people on the surface but when it came to action the customer service was extremely poor for me. Check engine lights coming on when a car has 20k miles moments after leaving the lot and then doing absolutely nothing to go above and beyond to try and make the situation better… If you want ease of mind that you’re not getting a lemon of a car, and dealing with staff that do the absolute bare minimum I would recommend going somewhere else.

As a first time Nissan customer, I felt I wanted to share my experience with others to hopefully help new Nissan customers, and current ones, be informed about my potential “buyer beware”. As mentioned above I ended up buying a new car with this particular Nissan location. Although the staff appeared nice, I also felt a little rushed in making a decision then and there about purchasing, which should have been my first clue. After getting the paper work signed, I was told I would be receiving my temporary title within 30 days, (this was pre-covid). It turned out that I didn’t get a title until closer to 3 months later after buying the car. This was done only after I called Nissan in Bedford stating I hadn’t received it. I was told by their associate they had the copy but had just not sent it out yet. Suffice it to say I did get it in the mail. Another issue was while I purchased a brand new car, no one properly checked to make sure all car notifications were intact and in working order. Fast forward 1 year later and my check engine light has still not lit up, despite my car being over 10,000 miles. I go into a different Nissan location to inquire about the light as well as getting a general maintenance check. It turns out that something was overlooked and was never set to actually light up when the oil needed to be changed. I was told this is something that happens notoriously at Nissan in Bedford, as well as staff not checking customers tire pressure before leaving the lot. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was sad to learn that this was a common practice from the company and also with the lack of communication and general follow-up you expect to get, it was just not there. Hopefully the delay with the oil change wont damage my car in the long run, but I am happy to know I got it addressed and that the associates at Nissan in North Olmsted were both attentive and helpful during this whole situation. For the reasons listed above, it is not in my plans to return to this location. Hope this review will help others, and if you do buy from the Nissan in Bedford location, I suggest making sure all necessary safety checks are performed before purchase.

Picked up my new lease today! This is my 3rd lease with Nissan (2nd with Nissan Bedford). Sherri was so wonderful to work with. She made this the easiest leasing process I’ve been through! I had previously been to a different Nissan and had a horrible experience and was about to give up on getting the newest Rogue model until someone recommended this Nissan. Sheldon at the service department was more than accommodating. They told me only what was wrong with my car and suggested routine maintenance, which i was not obligated to get. Loved the ease of being able to review what all was needed and suggested for my car without feeling confused or pressured. Pricing was affordable compared to other places i had been to before with previous vehicles. They had my car finished that day AND fixed a recall i didnt even know i had (officially). I would definitely recommend their service departments and techs. Also, jocelyn, the cashier/accounts pay was super jice and helpful as well. I have never been treated this well any place i have received car repairs at. Will return again, happily. Thank you for the wonderful experience and A+ for the great customer service! My car feels brand new.

I leased a vehicle three weeks ago for three years, being told that I was able to go to any dealership without any appointment necessary to get my oil changed, and car washed. During this “COVID-19 pandemic”. Little to my surprise I went to the Bedford Dealership without any appointment as I was instructed being allowed to do. I get there and was told I needed to wait thirty minutes. Why? Half hour past and someone addressed me to say that I “Can’t” get a car wash. Per my agreement with my salesman I was allowed. This is there way of doing business selling you lies to get you into a vehicle. This isn’t good customer service. Agreements are agreements. Whether “written” or “said”.

I do have to bring it in cuz there’s definitely something going on with brakes like they are pulsing; the rotors are out of true. The car was demo, so it has 2060 miles on it upon pick-up. “Went to this location for a oil change and tire rotation. After noticing my car didn’t have heat (when i just used my heat 1 day ago), this caused me to check my fluids. This is when i realized my fluids were not topped off. One of fluids was under the minimum level mark. I took my vehicle back to Nissan, but check this out. It took them nearly 6 hrs to add the fluid only to the “”min level””. They filled the wiper fluid to max over filling it causing a spill onto the motor, now i have to smell this burning odor until it dissipates. On top is that i think i was overcharged after using multiple coupons. I was hesitant on going to this location in the first place. This is not my first incident at this location. I wish Nissan Airport was still open, but I will not be returning.”

Only had my car for a year Nissan Rouge 2016 I wish that they make sure their car is safety update with parts !! I already need new brakes and rods and real barriers and I had to get a new battery that cost me $200 safety for my family is very important what’s the point for a warranty if don’t cover for the first year of buying a car !
