Absolutely awful!!! I’ve purchased 7 new vehicles in my life and I’ve never waited 7 days!! To be told yes or no let alone be told its a done deal then get next to no response..passed off to some one else who has know clue what is going on …if your looking for clear up front and straightforward stay AWAY!!! From here….I I have no problem being told no or we can’t get it done but being led on and dragged out for a week like my time is not as important as there’s is what gets me

Gonna have to go with 4 stars because of how long my car was their no calls for updates unless I called after weeks of car sitting at shop, delayed part delivery or on back order, short on loaner cars don’t help me any when I needed suv for work don’t have the option to be at home even during covid locked down so I started with four stars I have to change my review because to day I notice my headlight uneven so I popped my hood my headlight was hardly bolted in and the top of my bumper is cracked because they over tightened the bolts I will attach a picture to show as you can see they also busted part of my headlight and didn’t even put bolt in
Great staff and experience. They helped me and my fiance get that 2nd car we needed for our own little family, and went far and beyond to get us there. Highly recommend them, for anyone looking for a good car dealership. Thanks again!

We just purchased our second Ford Fusion from Jim Franklin today. We were looking at an older model Fusion a week or so ago. Then Jim was able to work out a great deal for us on a 2017 Fusion Platinum! He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns during the process. Then when we came in to sign paperwork, we were in and out very quickly. Definitely one of the smoothest car deals we’ve ever done! Thanks Jim! We absolutely love our new Fusion!

Salesman had the nerve to rag on a old truck in the parking lot. A 1999 f350 that could use some work . Just happened I was in the parts dept when I heard him talk about it and realized he was talking about my truck . You all just lost a customer . I won’t be back.

It not a good one that’s for sure. My wife and I went in on 11/07 to get a value on our SUV to begin looking at a smaller car for her. The salesman that greeted us started off with an attitude because I would not tell him what type of car we were looking for. He went into a long drawn out arrogant tale about how he had been selling cars along time and knew what was needed to give us a value. After about 15 minutes or so they finally came back with a value that was a range of value and not just one set value telling me it depended on what car we wanted to trade it on, I questioned that asking why would it matter. He got really snippy at this point and never did tell me. I asked for our keys back and oh man he just went over the top and actually got angry with us. I had to go to the sales managers desk to get my keys and I told him about my experience and said we had bought multiple cars from this place over the years (at least 4) and that due to the salemans rudeness they just lost a sale. I am pretty sure the sales manager is the same person we worked with when we bought our SUV from this dealership. I made it known that I more than likely would not return as a customer. Even for my $5 oil changes for life on our SUV. After Brandon left the service area that went downhill as well. Very sad as we preferred this dealer over the much larger one at the other end of Hamilton, but today we felt like we were at the much larger one and they just did not care about the customer.

“Took a bit longer to get a oil change and tires rotated but only because it seems like everyone goes there. Get there early! They worked on my 2014 F150 that’s modified (35″” tires with 6″” lift) and given how heavy those tires are the got the job done at a great price. Staff was nice and helpful. If come back for other work I may need done.”

We were looking for a used car for our daughter. We bought a 2011 Chevy Cruz from James Manville. Seven days later the turbo got a crack in it. Contacted James and he the used car manager and the new car manager got together and got the car in right away to have the car fixed free . We had a six month warranty on it. Even tho it was a expensive fix they stayed true to their word. I would definitely go back to them again and please ask for James he’s great!

I can’t express my thanks enough. Todd, one of the service advisors took my call… I was frantic, soccer mom of 4 driving all over all day every day, and we were scheduled to take a long trip out of state… an unfamiliar WRENCH light (indicating powertrain/transmission/all-wheel-drive issues – NOT standard maintenance… I called around all my local dealerships, they all had weeks long to wait to even get it in to get a quick scan to SEE what was wrong. Todd told me to come on in and he would see to it that we got scanned- We pulled the code… One I can drive on but one I will need to be fixed soon. I won’t even be price shopping, they have earned my business. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and assistance! This mom is SUPER GRATEFUL!!!

I went in to just get my 2015 Ford Focus looked at for a recall notice I got in the mail, and I left with a brand new 2018 Ford Escape SE 4WD. That wasn’t the plan lol. But, after talking with James Manville (aka manny), he was very welcoming and accommodating to my budget and everything. So, thank you Manny, and Sam (the cool black guy with the super dope red spider gear on), and everyone who helped me at this dealership! Highly recommend this location! James Manville and his general manager Bill Lewis were awesome to work with! They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted in a color I would be happy with. When something unexpected happened with the one they were going to get me in a dealer trade, they were on it looking for another one immediately. I was then torn between a couple colors since I hadn’t seen them in person and they managed to get one of each from other dealers so I could pick! Doesn’t get better than that as far as outstanding customer service! If you need a new car go see them!

It took a 2 month’s to get my car repaired and it still has the lights from the original complaint and getting an update on my vehicle was like pulling teeth. When I would call to get an update my advisor who I will not name never knew what was going on or never available. I still have issues with my car but don’t want to return due to my bad experience with this place.

I went in for an oil change a few days ago and i pull in to the quick lube area and waited in my car for someone to check me in. I saw a man get up from the left side of the desks and walk away a short time after and he came back that’s when i decided to get out of my car. I walked up to his desk and stood there for maybe 2 minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never did. Im not a rude person, so I waited and finally a young man walked up to desk behind him and asked me if i had been helped and i said i hadn’t but by that time, I felt as if my time had been wasted so i kindly told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. Please ensure your employees are paying attention to customers. I can’t believe how long I waited for assistance only to have a man that seemed to be doing nothing but looking at a restaurant menu on his computer, ignore me.

Aaron, he is new, He was very courteous he kept me informed. I believe there should be a policy of informing the customer how long it will take to get an oil change and tire rotation. You were very busy, I understand. Delays happen. I had to go into the auxiliary waiting area. After about an hour. A nice salesperson went to check on my car. Great customer service as that goes. I was informed my car had just now been moved into a service bay. It was over an hour again, before it was done. I asked Aaron if it was better to have an appointment. He told me know, he said early morning was the best time. I do not have the ability to come at time. My job starts at 0800.

The employee I was in contact with was exceptional. Arron always kept me in the loop of what was going on with the vehicle, and called me to update me with a timeline of how long it might take to get it fixed and explained why. Then once the truck was in there they got the job knocked out in one morning beating the estimated time by a fairly large margin. If I remember correctly the estimated time was around 3-5 days. I was shocked since it was done so fast. I brought a truck in for the recall part and it was the first one that failed the inspection. I brought my brother’s truck in since he was out of town, I wasn’t expecting it to be done or ready until right before he got back or even a little later but these guys did not disappoint and surprised me by the communication and work ethic!

I will never take my car to this dealership again. Poor communication to customer regarding car repair. After 2 days of my car being at the dealership and the mechanic breaking the gear shift in my car. I was told they were unable to fix my Ford f 150 truck because it was too old and at to many miles.

Body shop (Both Mgr. John and Tech Steve) took great care of the paint issue with my 2017 Ford Explorer. Recd a loaner at no cost and the work was completed within the time frame given. Body shop coordinated w Quik Lane and at my request my Explorer was serviced, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Wonderful service!

I had an amazing experience with the Body Shop. The people running it and the manager were very kind. I went in and figured I would be sitting for a while. I had no appointment. I went in and they gave me a rental car and sent me on my way. Was very convenient with having 2 small children. They kept me up to date with my car and got the work done within a couple days. Went look at a 2019 white ford ranger truck. While there they were very friendly snd offered us bottled water. The first attemp to value my car was low but they did explain why and then worked with us and actually doubled what they originally offered. Then they worked with us on numerous different ways to get the payment we could live with.

“The purpose of my visit was for an oil change, tire rotation and for two factory recall fixes. The issue I had is that when I returned home after picking up my car I reviewed the paperwork given to me and looked at the standard inspection sheet and saw that my front brake pads were noted to be at 2mm and in the “”red””. No one had called to tell me that, they just said my car was done and they didn’t review it while I came to pick my car up. Had I known that, while my car was already there it would’ve been nice to have been aware and I would’ve gotten that replaced. That seems like it should be a standard procedure. Now I need to schedule an additional appointment elsewhere to get my brakes done.”

Very seldom do I misunderstand, what someone is telling me. For me to be told to bring my paperwork, that they will put me in a car tonight! To test drive a vehicle, and then be told they could not do anything for me. They did not bother to show me any used cars, since they had said they had nothing to offer me, I felt like they were looking down their nose at me. Then to be told that the manager doubts very much if his faithful employee that has been there 10 years had told me to come on up and, he was rounding up the cars to see what car I would qualify for. I wouldn’t have wasted my gas or my time! You can take what you will from this, just make sure you’re prepared for someone to imply that you’re lying.

I wish I could give no stars. The absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had in my 38 years of life. I took my Edge in for 2 recalls in June. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I went to the dealership and they “lost” my vehicle. Then they had excuse after excuse after that about problems with the air bag and fuel tank recalls, blaming it on Ford headquarters. They finally fixed the recalls in August. When they called to tell me it was finished I asked them to fix the power steering leak, which they had for another month and they forgot to fix the power steering leak. Stay away from this dealership

Very quick service. Took my car in for a recall and another issue. Another dealership told me they were scheduling recall fixes a month out and it would take a week. Dick Masheter had the parts ready to go and my car was finished before I got off work the same day. And that included the additional work I needed done. I was able to drop my car off before work, get a shuttle to work, and a shuttle back to get my car after work. I was also pleased that the majority of the communication was able to be handled via text. I will definitely be using them again.

I went in looking for a good priced, used, newer F150. I found one as soon as I got there. Everyone was great and we negotiated a great price. I was in a hurry and had a limited schedule. I had to come back the next day to finalize everything. Fortunately for me, that allowed me more time to research the truck. I was looking to tow about 6,000 lbs. After looking into it, this truck could not do this. This is the only reason I took a star off. I wish the team had a better knowledge of the variety of features and combinations they were selling. However, I went in the next day and let them know there was a problem. After sharing with them what I found, they had a replacement ready to go that actually had everything I wanted and needed. They made me a great deal on a better truck!! Overall, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Tom Isaac as a sales person as well. Great guy and will do what he can to get you what you want!!

WOW! Great customer service. I went in for an oil change and was informed it would be about a hour and a half wait. So I asked if they could check out noise in my wheel. I was later told that it was a wheel bearing problem which needed to be to be fixed, but they had to order the part, which I agreed to. So I was driven home by a staff member and waited. I called Austin, who was the Service Rep that took my order. He stated that the part did’nt arrive and my car would be available Monday morning. Now this was a Saturday. I explain that this wouldn’t work, so he offered a to give me a loaner to drive. So they sent someone to pick me up. When I arrived Austin told me the part came in right after we hung up on the phone. He introduced me to Shaun, the Service Technician that had been working on my car. Shaun stated that he would stay there to finish my car no matter how late. Now this is near closing time. He also came to the waiting room and explain exactly what was going on with the wheel bearing. I was very impressed for recieving such great service and drove my car away that day. As we all know customer service can Make or Break any business. Now this may be standard procedures however it certainly made me feel special. Keep it up!

He very patiently showed me different models in the snow on Saturday. Great deal on a 2019 Ranger that I LOVE. Jim Franklin was wonderful as well. Worst service shop in Columbus. Terrible customer service, employees have bad attitudes and are dishonest. I took my 2020 Explorer for 18K oil change and to have a broken plastic seat cover replaced. Service tech claimed it wont be covered by bumper to bumper. They removed protective shield on bottom of car to perform oil change and never reattached- left with it dragging on the ground. When i asked to speak to manager- the service tech said i am the manager, we are not covering this manufacturer defect and misrepresented the damage in order to produce a charge. After researching, found out the employee was not the manager and the service department supports this kind profiteering. Beware! Spend your money where your business is valued.

Had a great experience here with Austin and Tyler. I was given a GREAT deal on a 2020 Ford EcoSport. Austin did a great job making sure it was a car that fit me and my price range. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Such a gem. Tyler was great with explaining the financing and car payments. We bought a new ford focus titanium from them in 2015. It has 5.00 oil changes for life so I always go there for that deal and get my tires rotated this cost around 21.00 total. My wife stopped by yesterday to get this done and they wouldn’t rotate my tires they said my lug nuts were swollen and wanted to charge my wife around 100.00 for new lug nuts. Really if they couldn’t get them off how were they going to put new ones on. NOT COOL

Oil change. Check in fine, got a call about 4ish hours later that it was done. Check out messy with the cashier not knowing had to use my ford pass reward points. Paid full price for what should have been free oil change. Further, nobody reviewed any details with me and it appears I need new wipers. Pandemic makes everything hard but this was just below average service:(

Tom was very nice and taken care us !! Let us look at the vehicle we want not what they wanted us to have treated us with respect and made us feel like they was family to us!! Everyone there all the staff was kind and very respectful to us never treat us like second class.When leaving messages to any of the staff after we purchased our vehicle they retured our calls not make us feel like now you purchased the care we wash our hand deal with bank!! From finance manager Tyler, to salesperson Tom daughter brought her vehicle first then we come in next day and purchased our vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment for Friday July 3rd at 7:00 am in hopes of getting in an out for my 40,000 mile service. When I arrived, there were already 12 cars ahead of me. When I told them I had an appointment at 7:00 am, they responded by saying that it is first come, first serve. Wish they would have mentioned that on their site. Ended up waiting for 3 hours.

I know she is moving from the Quick Lane to learn about servicing on your warranties, and she is going to be a very valuable team member there as well. Had a flat tire on the way to work. This is after the covid restriction was lifted, so every tire shop had a very long wait. Masheter Quick Lane was able to repair the flat on my Ford Edge and I was out of there in about 45 minutes.

Tom said he would get right on it that same day. Didn’t hear from Tom that day so I texted him the next morning and he stated he would have some numbers for me by 5:00 pm. By 7:30 pm did not hear from him. Sent text to “”skip the trucks””, no response. Must be great to have so much business you just pick and choose who you want to sell to or maybe two trucks just isn’t worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and look for establishments that are eager to earn your business with employees that are eager to help. This place isn’t it.”

I will start off by saying everyone here has been pleasant to deal with and friendly. This complaint is based on experience with service department only. I have never had a harder time getting work performed on my vehicle or even simple answers or updates on status. -No call backs from service department with diagnosis on what needs done -Have never been able to call into service department and talk with someone without having to spend at least 10 minutes on hold. Often times would spend 25 minutes on hold to get update on vehicle. This is not an exaggeration. -On FIVE separate instanced were told they would check on something and get back with us by a specific time and never received a call back, even hours after the deadline. Would then have to call in and wait on hold to talk with someone completely different. -Text messaging service that provides updates and allows you to communicate with service center does not work and have never received response when asking for update -We were attempting to have Ford known service issue fixed that estimated repair at 2-3 days. Car has been in for 6.5 days at this point and no one can tell us if it has been fixed or ETA on completion. Again, the staff has been friendly and pleasant. I do not know if the issue stems from this being related to a Ford recall/service issue and thus gets pushed low on priority list or if this place is severely understaffed and simply cant handle the workload.

Overall it was a good experience. Was bothered that the oil change that it took FOREVER! I was first in line. The 2 cars that came in after me and had the SAME work done both left a good 1/2 hr before me! Tech did a lot of walking around! When I left I had to return because the Tech made my next oil change for 3000 miles! . Every other time it’s been 3500 or 5000! Wish you would have some consistency between your Techs! Service Rep did great. I’ll be back.

Awful!! Took 2.5 hours for the “quick change “ oil change. Check in guy did not listen to me about my vehicle- told him it was a lease plan and he failed to understand three times and then tried to charge me for service- clueless!!! The vehicle has a battery issue but they could not find it and did not replace- the only reason I went to the dealership is because of faulty battery! Did not earn my loyalty or consideration when I’m looking to buy in future

“Went in for “”the works””service package. To my knowledge everything was done and done correctly. They were also about $10 cheaper than Ricart. However, there were a few things I wasn’t very happy with. When dropping the car off I had to ask how long the maintenance work would take. One would expect this to be proactively communicated. No one offered shuttle service even though I did select it thru the online appointment request. Luckily, my fiance was off and gave me a ride home. I was working remote that day but busy and expected someone to call and let me know my car was done. Nope, no one called, even hours later. I had to call them. I suppose that maybe when they gave me an expected timeline that I would come back at that time. However, with the service guy not providing a definite answer, I thought it was better I just wait. Yet, no courtesy call. When I arrived to get my car, I paid and was given the service paperwork. Later, after arriving home I reviewed the inpection report. There were multiple areas that indicated replacement was needed like cabin filter, wiper blades, nothing major but again no communication. Everyone was nice but the communication and level of service was lacking. Finally and on a more positive note, whoever the technician was, he thoroughly filled out my vehicle inspection sheet which made me feel they did all checks. It was easy to read and I was clear on any issues. I just wish someone at least said, “”hey, there were a few minor issues we found.”” “”Review the sheet, let me know if you have questions.”””

They ordered the wrong truck twice over a 9 month period, refused to order the correct one the third time, then left a voicemail to come pick up the deposit, and neither the salesman or sales manager would even explain why they were so incompetent and couldn’t order the correct vehicle. Don’t waste your time!

Unfortunately the entire situation was a disaster. I dropped my car off by 8am to be detailed and was promised (when I made the appt) that it would be done at 2pm. I called at 2:30 and no one had even started on my vehicle. I had to make several phone calls to get any answer as to what was going on. My vehicle was not done until close, so a technician had to come pick me up, as they told me the shuttle driver had left around 3pm. Once I got to Ford, my car was still not clean. A gentleman tried to quickly wipe down the spots that were still dirty. I was told I could bring the car back the next day if it still looked dirty in the daylight….which it indeed did. But I’d rather not return to this facility for any further work. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a detail done and had major issues both times. My vehicle is still not clean…there are spots, dog hair, and crumbs still inside. It’s not worth the time or money to go here for services, even at a discounted rate.

I would give a zero. My SUV was in the shop 8 days. I had to call them every day for updates. I was always on hold 10 to 20 minutes waiting to get a update. When I took the SUV in they failed to tell me they were behind on servicing vehicles due lack of technicians. If I had known I would have requested a rental. They need to do a better job at communicating. I do not plan on going to that Ford dealership for service again.

Scheduling was a mess. I called on a Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday of the next week. Instead, on the Wednesday the day after making the appointment I received an e-mail that I had missed my appointment–which wasn’t for another week. I called to straighten out the problem. I received a confirmation e-mail. The date was correct, but the time was not. When I left the car I mentioned problems with the key fob. The clerk said he had not heard of that problem before. Perhaps the battery was low, and he would ask the tech to check it. The mechanical work was done without difficulty, but there was no note that the fob was ever looked at, and certainly the problem was not addressed. The clerk was nowhere to be found when I picked up the car.

The sales process is better than many other car buying experiences I’ve had in the past. The sales team was attentive without going over the top and provided a balanced approach of information and nudges toward a particular car. They were really flexible as I went back and forth between a couple of models and vehicles in the lot. And when I needed to get on the phone with my wife, they gave me the time and space to do that. No pressure at all. They did offer some additional services like tire and wheel protection and even that was delivered without a hard push.

Everything was excellent except the young lady who checked my vehicle in. She Didn’t know when my loaner car would be there, if my car was covered under warranty, and tried to charge me for the inspection even though it was still under warranty. She didn’t even direct me to the lounge to wait until the loaner arrived so I just stood around the garage for about 30 minutes. I thought the loaner must be coming from Hertz so I went to sit in their lounge only to be told by one of their associates that they had nothing to do with the Ford dealer. The lady who checked me in saw me going to Hertz and never said a word. She could sure use some more training in customer service.

Great staff. I’m handicapped and they help me get in and out. Are calling an engineer to get car analyzed cause they can’t repeat problem with MPG rolling indicator. Have loaned me my fav car, an eco sport. I have tried to trade even up or have them Christmas gift me the difference between it and my Fiesta, but no go so far. Are you listening Ford?? Purchase 2010 VW Jetta I was talking for a payment price range around $250. They continually showed my cars beyond my price range all of the cars were all very nice. However do it to my credit rating they’ve worked with me for almost 3 hours to finally find a lender. My car payment is $369 and I also have gap insurance ….. thank goodness I got a raise and promotion at work or I would be unable to afford the car. I think I got a really good deal but, did feel a little pressured. I guess these are Characteristics of sales!! So far I have been satisfied with my car, I love it!
