I bought used F150 platinum about three weeks ago it was supposed to be totally detailed it was not they never wash the motor anything out of the hood still have battery acid the inside windows were not clean they did not clean I need the headrest it’s sad to spend that much money couldn’t recommend them they don’t fix it
To start off, I would highly recommend getting sales person Javier to look for a vehicle for you! He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions when asked. I first came upon metro ford when looking for a 2017/2018 ford fiesta and saw that they had the lowest prices for them ( new or used) so I started reviewing them and will admit that I was hesitant given all of the negative reviews; however I decided that It couldn’t hurt to give them a gander. So I started corresponding with Javier Bravo about getting a new 2017 ford fiesta and he assured me that it would be waiting for me upon arrival… and it was indeed waiting for me! I did as much research as possible and came prepared with all the incentives and offers that I knew ford was offering and metro ford ( though unaware of them) still honored them and gave me an even better deal than was expected. The whole transaction was extremely smooth and though it took all day; it was well worth it!
My first call to the dealership was taken by a very friendly woman who accomodated my request to test drive the nissan I had seen on their website. She greeted me with a smile at the front desk and was not pushy in anyway when I arrived in a hurry. Our salesman, Kirk, was honest AND hilarious. Both he and the gentleman who worked with us on financing were up front about all costs and were willing to take the time to explain any aspects we were unsure of. They offer an excellent comprehensive warranty on their used cars (although we did not take advantage of it). Their auto service staff was also friendly and helpful. This car buying experience was a very large step up from our very first at Big Red.
Everyone at Metro Ford has been great to me! My salesperson Justin was super friendly, Jason the GM helped me order a new 2018 Mustang and Tony their finance person got me a great interest rate! Once I took delivery their friendly service department staff helped me swap out my wheels and install a few extra parts. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations!
Normally don’t post reviews, but I just wanted to share this great experience, as usually car shopping is a pain. I was looking for a car for my son and decided to visit some dealerships. Stopped by Metro and I was able to take my time when browsing around without being hassled. The salesman, Javier Bravo, patiently waited as I made up my mind on which vehicle would be best. He gave me his honest opinion and had all the information I needed for any of the vehicles I was debating choosing. In the end, my son was excited to receive his new vehicle and I was pleased with the service I received. Have recommended to my friends and will go back when looking for a new car in the future.
Best Service Department in OKC! I’ve purchased many cars in my 82 years, but the Ford Edge from Metro Ford is my favorite and the maintenance from their service department gets an A+. They are fast, thorough, courteous, and give an honest estimate. They also have free shuttle
Straight forward with online pricing and the used truck I bought is the cleanest 5 year old truck I’ve seen. Thanks guys! Easy doing business with you.
This dealership will sell you a vehicle and take your check but will not follow through on their commitments.
Drove from KS to pick up a new truck. Truck had not been cleaned and I had to clean bith exterior and interior when got home. Noticed the owners manual was missing the day after I picked it up. Contacted the salesperson Kirk and he stated he would get it in the mail that day. 10 days later, no owners manual.
Upon inspection of the truck at the dealership multiple rock chips were identified.
It’s a shame I have to write a review like this because I encountered several people who were very nice, however Kirk is so unorganized it’s scary.
Purchased a used Charger from Phill Batson. I was impressed by the no-nonsense atmosphere and the great customer service. I worked a deal over the phone and when I arrived, the car I was looking at was clean and ready to go. The longest portion of the deal was my test drive, which I went on without a sales rep. Truly a positive car-buying experience. I highly recommend giving Metro Ford a look.
Called at 2PM to check availability. Got an official appointment for 5:45. Got there and the truck has been sold for days. BAIT & SWITCH. They got a 6.2 power stroke i can look at. Hahaha no such thing
I recently went to this dealership looking at a truck that we called ahead on and even scheduled an appointment to go look at it. When we got there they said it had been sold for two days than they offered us a ford 6.2l liter powerstroke which doesn’t exist. Terrible staff went outside and saw employees smoking in a sold vehicle and throwing the butts in the console of the truck. Staff and manager knew nothing about the vehicles they were selling and all the vehicles were about 5 grand over priced for a used vehicle. The manager was useless ive seen a table better at selling vehicles. When i was outside the employees were talking to the manager about how they scammed a women out of a car using the ole BAIT AND SWITCH SAME AS THEY DID TO US
I scheduled an appointment with Tanya Washington to get an estimate for my car. When I arrived, she was not at the dealership and I was told to wait until she got back from her lunch break. While I was waiting for twenty minutes, no one attempted to help me, or speak to me for that matter. I left without even receiving eye contact from any of the staff. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this dealership: don’t waste your time.
I received great help from Clay and quality service from the body shop/service department. I was in for an oil change and slight repair on warranty on an F-150 I bought at another dealership, dropped it off at 7:30 and got a call that it was complete before lunch. They were very courteous, and provided quality work in a timely manner. I was also given a ride in their complimentary shuttle across town.
Purchasing was the easiest part of the entire process, unfortunately, made a great deal and Jason was good to work with. This was my first ever Ford truck purchase and WILL BE MY LAST. I’ve always been a Silverado guy and will go back at trade in time. Simply because the service department here has been the worst ever so far and my experience with my truck has been so disappointing from Ford. 1st it is a 2018 f150 2.7 eco boost. 1300 miles and within less than 2 months the check engine light has come on and a recall within the first month. The CEL is a known issue Ford has had with this truck since 2015 and just keeps putting them out, should have done my research. The dealership does not give out loaners which is the first for me with any new vehicle I’ve ever bought. Dodge even sends you to enterprise and pays for the rental on their dime because they care. Took the truck in for a half day no loaner missed work fixed the recall said the cap less gas door could have not sealed and reset light sent it home with me. I told them it would be back on guess what 1 week later here it is and guess what no loaner vehicles. Twitter ford adviser told me the we’re sorry and to speak to service manager. I did that this morning and he said he would see what he could do and call me back as I sit here waiting and no call. If you want a quality truck buy a Chevy if you gotta have a Ford and like me service after the sale is as important as the sale go to another ford dealership. I made a big ford mistake hope you don’t.
This dealership is happy to shotgun out your credit app after assuring you they have the best finance manager anywhere and will work with anyone, but will not follow up as promised even to say that they can’t or won’t make a deal. Even after being told I would get a call by the end of the day my call in to the salesman was ignored, then I didn’t receive the call by end of day I was promised. I regret falling for their lies and for stopping at their lot. *Edit: I called and spoke with Shannon. His receptiveness to my concerns was why I changed this review from 1 star to 2 stars. In the end, willing to take a negative situation and use it as a learning experience for their business and employees is a positive outcome. I’m glad this ended up the way it did, went to a Chrysler deership and bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler 300 without any drama.
We went in looking for a specific car that we saw on the website. We were offered drinks and popcorn while we waited for a sales rep to help us. Phil was already helping a customer so we got handed off to Ada. AND SHE WAS AMAZING! There wasn’t a single person there who was not friendly. We had gone to other dealers and they assumed we didn’t have enough money so they didn’t give us the time of day. The people at Metro Ford don’t judge. They go out of their way to make you happy. By far, the best experience I have ever had buying a car!
Edit 1/10/18: I bought a 2015 Mustang on December 2nd. Now there’s a problem with the car. The previous owner had installed an after market part and now Ford isn’t paying for it so we’re out $500 even though we have a full warranty and just bought this car. I bought another car elsewhere. When my car started acting up a month after I bought it, they waived all costs. I’m pretty upset about this.
After deciding on a certain car, my husband and I were willing to drive 2 hours to Metro Ford of OKC for it. I submitted an online inquiry and within minutes had received both an e-mail and phone call from General Service Manager Shannon Black. My husband followed up with him and locked in the numbers before we made the trip. Shannon met us at the door and handed us off to Shannon Knight, who did an excellent job of showing us the vehicle and answering our questions. She was extremely personable and reinforced our decision to make the drive. 30 minutes with Finance Manager Eric Goodale and we were on our way back home! Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
We were having a miserable time with our GPS on the 2017 New Ford that had only 400 miles on it when we left IL for Chicksha, OK. Ended up with the entire U.S., Mexico on the screen with our entire trip reduced to one inch. Justin Bowers, this cheerful former marine solved our problem with the touch of his fingers spreading the picture on the screen (we didn’t know that!!!) and also explaining how to increase the volume of the GPS voice by turning up the volume while she spoke on the volume control and then turning it down when “she” quit talking with directions. Now why couldn’t the Ford manual tell us that??? He was just great and wanted to know if there was anything else he could help us with. We fought that danged GPS for almost 700 of the 1500 mile round trip. He was great! Another dealership in Chickasha said there was nothing that could be done. Humph!
Not very friend towards the end, female sales keep saying she gave me an my moms ID back,an then some of the other workers got Rude, crapy attitudes. But like they say never argue with a customer there usually Right, Guess what they found my ID’s.
Shannon was so nice and drove a truck to me to see vs. me driving an hour and having to take more time out of my busy day. I rate a 3 because Jason wouldn’t budge any more then $450 off asking price. So no deal. That happens though at most car dealerships.
Had some recall work done, they lose one star because the low coolant sensor registered a warning and they knew it would and didn’t bother to let me know before I left with it, the second because it took three tries over the span of three months to get it in.
After having a bad experience with this company under old management and 1st giving a 1star review the new manager reached out to me and helped me. Customer service is always most important and I there’s is coming up! So today I change my bad review to 5 star for I am happy! Thank you Jason H and metro ford Sincerely 1 happy customer The Burns
The whole metro ford team are outstanding. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely buy my next car at metro!!
Metro Ford of OKC made vehicle purchasing a pleasant experience for my wife and I. Past experiences at other dealerships have not been so great, so I went in ready for war. To my surprise, this dealership was so easy to work with. Ellsworth was our salesman, he was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of questions. Usually at this point in the past all I want to do is leave and quit wasting time. I did not feel that way at all. He was very polite to my wife, which is important to me as this vehicle was for her mostly. I’ll be back Ellsworth. Tony in financing was a great help with all of the warranty information. ( I told them up front I had my own financing, and was not harassed to finance through them. My choice.) Tony answered all of questions we had and took time to make sure we understood. Didn’t feel rushed at all during the whole process. Tom in management was great. Resolved any issue we had with ease. You can tell he isn’t just one of thoes managers who doesn’t care what about the people who do business there. All of the follow calls and emails just reassuring that all was well. Sarah with customer service was great to talk to on the phone. Looking forward to many years of business with Metro Ford of OKC.
If you are looking for a different vehicle, then you need to call or go by Metro Ford of OKC and ask for Justin. He was a great help to me.
So, I got a new phone and Syncing with my car was proving difficult. Unlike the past phone, I needed help. Immediately the staffer got into my car and helped!
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU SELL THE CAR TO YOURSELF LIKE I DID. Horrible customer service and the detail shop is a joke. I bought a used Nissan Rogue a month ago. The salesman and the manager were telling us different things about the car because neither one of them knew about Nissans. Luckily, I had already done the research on the car and knew what I wanted and was looking for. Upon purchase, there was what looked like a coffee or soda stain on the roof’s upholstery and all I asked from the dealership was for them to detail the inside again, tell me when the last oil change had been done and to give me some recommendations on somewhere I could possibly get the upholstery cleaned. Joshua (the salesman that helped my fiancé and I) has not once called and checked on me nor has he fulfilled any of my requests. The detail shop “detailed” the car again before I left the dealership however, I used a baby wipe and removed stuff off that wasn’t cleaned off. VERY disappointed in the way things were promised to be taken care of but nothing was ever done. I ended up taking my car to a Nissan dealership so they could inspect my car and make sure everything was going to hold up for me and my family since Metro Ford couldn’t hold up their end of the sale. WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE METRO!!!!
Daniel Ybarra was helpful and informative. Service on my vehicle was performed in a timely manner.
I purchased my previous vehicle from Randall Reed Ford. Metro Ford of OKC bought the dealership from Randall Reed. I went into the dealership in March to cancel my GAP coverage when I traded in my car. They had me sign paperwork and said it would be processed. It’s now 7 months later and I haven’t received my refund. I went back into the dealership to figure out what is going on and they said they had no record of it on file. I was advised to email my documentation to get it it processed. The person helping me gave me the wrong email address. I called and left a message, but never got a call back. I had to back to the dealership and talk to someone. They required me to go to my bank to get a lien release, instead of contacting the bank directly. Then, they email me and tell me that the refund was sent to Randall Reed. I contacted the GAP contractor and was told a cancellation was never requested. After I advised the dealership about this, they told me “you might want to ask them about the [GAP Policy] since it wasn’t purchased with us we can’t do anything about it.” You would think a dealership would want to take care of ALL of their customers, even those they inherit from a previous owner. And if there was absolutely no way they could do this, they should tell customers up front. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place.
very helpful and informative staff. My saleswoman Shannon Knight really knew her stuff. anyone considering purchasing a vehicle really ought to check this place out.
I came into Metro Ford a couple weeks ago and can honestly say I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!! My salesmen was Art Deloera he was so helpful and patient, always had an answer to any questions I had. If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend going to see Art at Metro Ford of OKC.
Found on cargurus, drove in from Texas, found them reasonable, prepared, and welcoming. Made a great deal. Took a few hours to complete entire deal. Thumbs up from this guy.
I’m a little behind on writing this, about a month and a half ago I was involved in an auto accident that wasn’t my fault. I had just purchased my Honda brand new a year ago so I wasn’t planning on shopping for a vehicle when they totaled mine out. I decided I wanted something a little bigger this time so after an exhausting amount of time trying to figure out what I might want I decided to check out the Ford Escape. I met with Landon twice on Saturday and found an Escape with the color/package options I wanted on the second trip. Went back on Sunday to look it over again then came in Tuesday when Landon was back in the office to work out a deal. Thanks to the finance guy, the deal went sour. It was unfortunate since Landon and Shannon were so great to me on leading up to that. Shannon came in Wednesday and heard what happened and a couple of people contacted me and invited me back in. This time I was assured I wouldn’t have to speak to finance until it was time to sign papers. Landon and Shannon met with me when I arrived and I explained to Shannon what I wanted and we agreed on an acceptable offer within minutes. These two deserve a gold star! Landon was a great salesman, he never once made me feel pressured and yet was willing to help me find the vehicle I wanted. Completely opposite from what you’d normally expect from a car salesman…his demeanor was very welcomed at a time when I was stressed beyond belief. I’m falling in love with my Escape from Metro Ford despite not wanting to be in that position in the first place. Thanks for a great experience!
FAKE lariat F150. They have a black XLT F150 on their lot that has lariat badges on the side. I was going to buy the truck and as a final step before buying I asked for the Carfax. At that point they came clean that it was not a lariat but an XLT. They would have sold it to me, at the lariat price, if I had not asked. They refused to remove it form the lot or change the badges, “I’m going to sell it like it is.” The other ford dealers are not that far away, do not go here.
Great service! I refer all of my friends and family to Ellsworth at Metro Ford of OKC. Sales staff are friendly and the finance department is on point.
Took my car for service, Daniel is taking good care of us, very attentive and honest. Always trying to give us a hand. Best customer service in the metro. Highly recommend!
They are the best they gave me all the information I need to know about my Ford Focus and the Ford Fiesta thanks so much.
Special shout out for Marvin Preston! He did a great job working with me to answer questions as I was trying to make my car purchase. I spent a lot of time going around to dealerships and Marvin and the guys at Metro Ford were great! They weren’t super pushy, they helped me out with questions and were patient to work on my timetable. Very pleased with my experience with them. Thanks!
Landon the salesman did a fine job trying to help us find a truck and was really nice and not pushy. We made a deal, you know the kind where you agree to a price which was $45,000 out the door for a 17′ F250 FX4 sign it and they run it back to the sales manager. Sales manager agrees to the deal so we go to lunch while they prep the truck for sale.
After we return from lunch and have money in hand the sales manager changes his mind and doesn’t honor what we agreed to. He said it would be the same truck minus the FX4 package and backup camera…we were upset but still agreed to the purchase then we go into his office to finalize things and he starts adding the doc fee, prep fee, delivery fee etc.
I said you’ve already changed the truck we had agreed on for the $45K and now your changing the price…what didn’t you undersrand about $45K OUT THE DOOR? He refused to honor our agreement that was signed earlier so I got up and left. Talk about BAIT AND SWITCH.
Landon should quit and go work for Reynold’s Ford where they honor the deals they make! Talk to Frank in sales he will treat you right. Frank sold a brand new Ford truck that day due to the a$$ hat sales manager at Metro Ford being sleezy.
I have been to quite a few new car dealers all around the world, in my lifetime. Most of them have the same type of sales people. You know the type, grinning from ear to ear, hand thrust out to grab yours, as they ask ‘what can I help you with today’. The same ones that have the ‘let me go ask my sales manager’ response to every question you can ask. Making you wouner, why am I wasting my time talking to this person in the first place. I need to be talking to the sales manager!
This is my second time in as many years, to have the opportunity to visit Metro Ford of OKC, and I have chosen to do business with 2 different sales representatives, to prove to myself that they are a top-drawer dealership! And they have proven to me, that not only do their sales representatives have a high knowledge of their vehicle inventory, but they are also capable of making informed decisions without the need to ‘go ask a sales representative’ any time you ask them a question. I love that!
Oh,and the dreaded finance people that the other car company’s have! You will not find them working at Metro Ford of OKC eather! I have found the finance staff here is top-drawer as well! My total time spent in the financial services section was less than 30 minutes! OUTSTANDING! Metro Ford of OKC, you are truly the best dealership I have ever had the opportunity to do business with, thank you! God bless!
Great Service! I looked around for weeks at several dealerships all over the metro. I narrowed it down to a couple trucks at Metro and a few other at other locations. I messaged Metro asking about 2 trucks and letting them know I was interested and then scheduled a test drive. They checked with me the day of to verify what time so they could have the trucks ready. When I got there Ellsworth had both trucks up front ready for me to view and drive. I drove them and picked the one I wanted. We then went in and talked price. I never felt hassled or pushed. They did amazing working with me and even understood when finding out that I had my own financing. Then when they took me to the finance department to finish the paperwork. They finished the paperwork for me instead of having my finance company complete it. David was very professional and nice. I will definitely be back to Metro Ford of Oklahoma! Go see Ellsworth he will take care of you.
They should just post, “We don’t take checks at the door” It’s fine that they don’t, but would save a HUGE amount of time just saying it instead of calling your third party for the disapproval on a 20 year old account with more than enough money to cover the cost and with no bounced checks–ever. You can do better, you apparently choose not to. Therefore, 2 stars.
This Flex Limited is our latest family member and is right at home in our garage. My wife is really loving the car. Easy entry-exit along with the power tilt wheel and adjustable pedals are definitely a plus for her. Jason Pollard and Ellsworth Speight definitely went above and beyond to get us a vehicle that absolutely meets my wife’s needs. An excellent sales experience paired with a low finance rate and competitive pricing made the purchase a total two thumbs up experience..
Not very good about communicating. I had to keep calling to check on my car. Finally picked up my car and the next day I had to buy a new battery. They had checked my battery while there but they didn’t mention it to me that it needed immediate attention or I would have bought a battery from them so I ended up on Black Friday shopping for a new battery.

I bought a car in October of this year and will completely recommend Metro Ford of OKC! Sales associate Arturo Deloera went above and beyond with my purchase and helped me in anyway possible!
I bought a new car from here forwards the end of October. I new exactly what I wanted and the sales people were extremely helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle that I did not want.
Shout out to Kelly Porter!! He did a fantastic job helping me on my purchase from Metro Ford! I called about vehicle I saw online and he checked it out and called me right back with all the details!! Kelly and Shannon did a great job getting everything finalized!! If you need a vehicle….Kelly Porter is the guy to see!! Thanks Kelly….you’re the best!
After recent management change we have actually been helped and acted like metro Ford cares. Love to see in which the direction this dealership is going!
I went in to see about an air bag replacement under a recall, and ended up driving out in a new car instead. Overall, the experience was 100% no hassle, great staff, quick (in and out in a couple of hours). My sales guy was Lee Green. Far from a boring regular sales guy, he’s enthusiastic and really cool to deal with. After all, I came in for an air bag, and drove out in a new car. This guy deserves a raise! John in finance was great too, and found me a much better rate than I thought I qualified for. All in all, 100% fantastic experience. Will recommend and return. Cheers!
I recently purchased a new F150 from this dealership. For over two months, Sales Rep Ivan Rosas and I worked on getting to a price that worked for both of us. Ivan was patient, not pushy, and worked professionally with me to reach a point that was mutually acceptable. Ivan was easy to work with and, at the point that we were prepared to purchase, Ivan expedited the experience for me and my family to provide a seamless and straightforward process. Ethan Manley was the finance manager and worked with us on financing terms. I expected this process to be painful, but Ethan worked diligently to get us to a favorable point and accommodated to many of our requests. If they can’t meet your price point, they’ll let you know and will stick to it. At the same time, they don’t go overboard in trying to sell you a bunch of extra things you don’t need. Both stances are respectable in my book. Overall, I would recommend Metro Ford to anyone. Great experience.
I had a great experience purchasing a new truck from Metro Ford of OKC. Kelly Porter and the rest of his sales team made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the current sales team at Metro Ford to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.
Friendly staff. Maybe a little pricy at times. My issue is that I was unlucky with a ford fiesta with many recalls. I hope the settlement with the mother company gives us justice.
I have a 2013 Ford Edge that I bought from Metro Ford of OKC in October 2014, I had problems with my brakes going out. I took it up there to have the brake booster pump replaced, (there is a recall and my brake issues where caused due to the faulty brake booster pump) a few weeks after replacing it I continued to have the same issues occur (brakes not engaging, brake pedal going almost all the way to the floor) so I took it up there a few more times (2-30 and got the usual “it’s not doing that with us, we don’t know what to tell you, are you using your brakes correctly?” (yes they actually asked that). So I have continued to drive it, well I went almost 9 months without it happening but now it is happening again and more often. I have a 2 month old infant that I have to transport from place to place in a vehicle that the brakes don’t always work, my husband has posted this on their Facebook, Yelp and google reviews as well; with no feedback from their manager or no “please contact our general manager @ …..” but of course since his posts there have been other positive reviews that they have responded to but not the one that makes them look bad and is 100% accurate. So, my suggestion to future customers is NEVER do business with them!
The finance department will do everything in there power and spend hours on the phone to get you the best deal they can, I am very pleased! I would recommend these folks to everyone! And see Ivan Rosas! He will help you out!
Nick Bubb was our salesman and was great! John, in finance handled the paperwork and he was great. We knew what we wanted and what our price point was so it made it go quickly but Nick was very professional, knew the car’s features and was personable also. we are taking it back in this week for one item we discussed during purchase and Nick personally set the appointment for us and put everything in writing.
