Staff was courteous and helpful. The wait time was longer than at a quick lube place but the quality of work is far superior, I was told up front how long it would take and my advisor was within 5 minutes of his estimate. If I could change one thing it would be that their call center would either be on site or to have someone up there answering phones for appointments that had a clue what was actually going on at their store. While I was in my advisors office his desk phone was ringing off the hook, his cell phone was ringing, his text app on his computer kept going off and he had people waiting to talk to him lined up but he still took his time with me, explained everything thoroughly, and walked me to my car when it was ready. “I bought my first truck on New Year’s Eve 2020. Aaron was fantastic with his attentiveness and helpfulness with details, pricing, and overall communication throughout the day and after hours. It helped give me peace that my purchase was a good move (I wanted a Ram). I was bummed they sold the truck I was coming in to see but they found a dealer truck that was the same model and color. Unfortunately, this dealership is a full hour from my home and I had to take a few extra trips to square away walking away with it as a “”NEW”” vehicle. It hadn’t been properly serviced or cleaned (in or out) and I had to come in for 4 hours (not including drive time) on a workday Monday to fill the fluids and rotate the tires to get it to like-new state. That was a big frustration point because I don’t think it would have been done had I not pushed for it. So, the experience could’ve been a little more streamlined. However, I did get a great deal on the truck and found a salesman I can trust. Now, I’m just waiting for my Ford Pass Rewards to accumulate so I can use them to get my bed liner!”

I brought my vehicle there for an oil change and to replace battery in key fob. Barely any of the service staff were wearing face masks! Didn’t want any of them spreading their virus breath in my car. Instead, I took it to the Nissan dealership where I bring my other vehicle (and where they do in fact wear and adhere to face masks as a company policy). I guess AutoNation lost business, as I wanted to get some additional work done there as well.

Great experience at AutoNation Ford Burleson. I drove over 3 hours to purchase my vehicle and there weren’t any last minute surprises. Even the chat with financing was enjoyable – they informed me of the options but didn’t try any high pressure tactics. AutoNation Ford Burleson gave me the best price after shopping Austin, Houston, Waco, DFW, and San Antonio.

Well I haven’t had my car in over a week because there was something extremely minor wrong that autonation has been working on fixing. Though this should have never happened they handled it professionally and with intense care. Therefore they still deserve a high review. Glenn is easily the nicest most caring salesman I’ve encountered and the manager for used cars was also on top of things for me.

I have mixed emotions about this visit. I had my car towed in for what turned out to be my battery that had a cell go bad. Clyde, the service advisor that helped me called me and left a message it was only my battery but they did not have one in stock. I tried twice returning his call to no avail. Finally after renting a car and going to the dealer to talk to him face to face did I discover that he had left for the day and left my ticket on his desk unresolved. At this point it was only 1:30 PM. A nice lady named Linda saw me in Clyde’s office and came in to help me. After explaining the situation to her, she made a call to someone and 15 minutes later they pull my car up with a new battery they supposedly didn’t have according to Clyde. Linda was a very nice lady and was very apologetic over the situation. But I was still out the price of a rental for two days because of this. I did not buy my car at this dealer and had another issue with them doing a repair two years back as they did on another vehicle that wasn’t bought there before also. Autonation Ford Burleson is only three miles from my house so they are the natural go to for things. I have bought a vehicle from them before and had a pleasant experience with the purchase and service. But seemingly they only want to truly help if you buy from them.

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer in Burleson. The experience was fine through the process, nothing to brag about but buying a car is not something I have ever been excited about. Now they told me the used vehicle i was buying would have to go through a service and inspection for safety before leaving their lot and this was good news to me, however they either have shady tactics as a company or maybe it’s their sales team that is shady or maybe their mechanics are just plain lazy. Within 3 weeks of owning the vehicle and driving it approx 250- 300 miles things did not seem ok and I took my vehicle to my mechanic. He gave the vehicle a once over and what happened next was a surprise. They ( Auto Nation) over filled the transmission causing damaged to the pan gasket and trans cooler, all 4 ball joints were completely gone and you could literally shake both wheels while on the lift ( very odd since they just put 2 new tires on the vehicle and performed an alignment for safety reasons, i have no grand idea that the used vehicle i bought should be in perfect new car condition, but these problems 1 caused by them and the other ignored by them should have been addressed. For those reading this that may not understand the safety of failing ball joints, I could have lost the wheel completely while driving. I called and spoke with my sales guy to inform him of the over filled transmission and he really kinda blew me off when he should have offered to have the repairs made for the damage causing the leak. I will encourage no one to ever buy a vehicle from such a shady company that says they take measures for safety yet let a vehicle clearly leave their lot with problems they caused and safety items that were not addressed. Very sad to continue to see companies taking advantage of patrons. I will be filling on this company to recover the cost of repairs for safety items and damage they caused and will never trust them for future purchases.

The repairs done to the Ranger were completed in a reasonable time. We ordered new tires while the truck was in for service as well. Had to wait an extra day for the tires to arrive, but we were kept informed thru the entire process. They even delivered the truck when service was finished!

“Don’t waste your money buying brake pads or service from them. Even though the Ford Website still says they have “”lifetime”” brakes, this dealership will not honor that. My new brakes and rotors need replacing 17 months after they replaced them and they claim they never offered lifetime warranty. Also, check your bill very closely as they often forget to apply discounts and/or coupons.”

Took long time for recall repair. Took the truck in on Monday morning for same day repair. They called after 6pm and said part would not be in until Wednesday morning and repair would only take about an hour. Had to call several times to talk to someone. Repair was finally completed Wednesday after 5pm.

It’s not that they did a bad job, they just took too long to do it. We had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change. At 11:30 we still did not have the vehicle back. I have no idea what the issue was. I can get an oil change in 20 minutes. We had to go ask what was going on before they said the oil change was done and could the do the recall work now. How long we asked? Another 30-45 minutes. No. Because 30-45 minutes might turn in to 2 hours. This was two times in a row we have had issues. If we have them a 3rd time, we have bought our last vehicle from this dealership. And then at checkout they had the gaul to say, if you are going to give us a less than perfect rating on a survey, please call this person first to see if we can get you happy. Why would I have to call them when they are the ones causing the issue? Try to get me happy now, not based on if I am going to give you a bad review. Does that mean you only try to make those happy that you have wronged if they are going to complain about it? You should be trying to make everyone happy if possible.

Very awesome folks. I looked online for a car that was a good choice for me due to a disability I have. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Craig Parr. Explained to him exactly what I was looking for and to send me a quote and we’d go from there. Got exactly what I wanted with absolutely no haggling and a lot cheaper (with far less miles on it) than most places in and around the DFW area. I highly recommend AutoNation in BURLESON TX. I had made an appointment to replace master cylinder due to recall but when I arrived the service department had no record of the appointment nor did they know if they even had the part. Mr. Moore checked for the availability of the part. He then said that they would take care of it and they did. Thank you Autonation in Burleson.

AutoNation is the poorest excuse for a car dealership in the United States. Burleson location is no different. The communication is non existent. The sales team lies to sell the car. The service department takes an extended amount of time to do any particular service. The parts department can’t figure out how to order parts in a timely manner. If they order parts, it’s usually the wrong ones. You can’t get answers from a single person at this dealership. Now if you need exercise, they will give you the runaround for months. Never, ever purchase a vehicle from any AutoNation. You will only be disappointed over and over and over and over. Ridiculous

“Being a Ford customer since 2015, I have always received superior service here until my last visit in December. I called and spoke to a service advisor on Dec 22nd regarding a broken seal in one of my tail lights, which was covered under warranty. A replacement was ordered and I was told to come in the following Monday, the 28th for the replacement. I arrived and was checked in by 12:50, but did not leave until 4:30. I spoke to a Manager and Linda regarding my wait and expressed that there is no reason a simple tail light swap should take so long, considering I had been proactive and set this up beforehand. I was (unprofessionally) informed by the Manager that this was “”standard”” wait time for this repair and was completely disregarded by him. My intent in this review is in hopes this experience can be prevented for another customer. I have given three stars because the repair was done, the service advisor I spoke to handled the order and Linda is a gem. However, the Manager needs some classes on professionalism and communication skills.”

Service on my vehicle was done correctly. Next time, I would like it if I was updated more about my vehicle instead having to call the dealership myself to be updated. Dealership forgot to do one of the work orders that I requested, but after noticing, the work order was done immediately and correctly. Originally I was not happy with the overall customer service, but after speaking with Mrs. Belota, who works at the dealership, it changes my perspective based on how she listened to all my concerns.

The service department here in Burleson could use some help, they are very inefficient. My recent experience was an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was made for 11 am. I arrived early at 10:40 am. It was made clear that I would be waiting for my truck while making my appointment over the phone and upon arrival at the service dept. They completed my service a little after 2:30 pm. An oil change/rotation should not take over 3.5 hours to complete, PERIOD! Paperwork also stated that I had turned down new windshield wipers that I was never asked about. I do know that my tires were rotated, because they failed to check air pressure afterward since my front tires now have 80 psi in them and the rear tires are at 60 psi (exactly opposite of factory specs). This is a typical visit, and far from my first experience here. In addition, my bill was $163.14. I drive a diesel truck, so oil changes are expensive. However, this price is a little steep even for premium service. Auto Nation Burleson’s service department is performing FAR from premium service in my opinion. My truck will roll 75k before my next oil change is due, and will be out of warranty. I will be shopping around for an independent shop for my future service needs. LOVE my F350, but Ford’s service department in Burleson and Cleburne for that matter have been terrible!

“so my first impression was not good …..I pulled up to the service area that was hard to find in the first place because the sign is hidden by the building and there were not other signs directing you there. Also once I was sitting in the area for service several employees looked at me but did not ask if I needed assistance, one of which walked in front of my car and looked right at me. once I parked and came into the building no one not even the receptionist acknowledge me or asked if I needed assistance. I finally found a very small sign on the back wall the directed me to the service area…..and again walked by several employees trying to find the service area no one acknowledge me….. I finally found a desk and someone assisted me. After that I had a pleasant experience I am bad with names I believe his name was Edwardo? He was very polite and respectful. I will also say I came for a oil change “”The works”” but I was told that they also do another service that would cost $187 when I said I didn’t need anything but the oil change ……he had to have me sign something so he wouldn’t get into trouble to show he asked me about the $187 item and I declined it. I personal feel that if you have to add on things like this then it shows maybe your return rate is low because of poor customer service and your trying to get as much out of the few people who use your service department. I will not be returning.”

Brought my Edge to the service department because I got a warning light saying rear tire was low on air pressure. Service Rep said I would have to wait 2 hours for someone to check my air pressure since I didn’t have an appointment. I left and called general manager when I got home and he didn’t answer his phone but left voicemail stating what happened and my name and number. Never got a return call. Called the next day, again got his voicemail and to this day never got a return call. Will NEVER buy a car from any AutoNation. Once they got my money, I was no longer important.

The only thing AutoNation Ford in Burleson is good at is nooooot!!!! communicating with their customers… Around a year and a half I’ve been waiting on them to give me an answer about a paint issue… Horrible customer service……… And I mean horrible….. From the general manager to customer service all around horrible service… Ford makes a great vehicle… Just don’t buy it from here.. #2 update!!! After getting a new service manager things have really worked out smoothly… I’m upgrading to three stars until I get my car back!!

Took my 2015 F150 in for it’s 5th time to have the panoramic roof fixed. Took them 2 weeks to the day to have it ready for me. Got it back and seemed to work. Opened a window and noticed the cover was flapping in the wind. Easy fix, right? On it’s 6th and current visit it’s been there for 17 days and I haven’t received a return email or call from my service advisor in 7 days when he said the part would be here 2 days ago. They’ve had my truck for 31 of the last 63 days. Communication is horrible with the last two advisors I’ve had there. If it wasn’t under warranty it would not have even gone back to them. I will be headed to Cleburne Ford next time. Seems the Autonation group has gotten too big for their own good.

“I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer here in May 2020 with Aaron. He was AMAZING!! However, I had trouble with my window, every time it would roll down it squealed. I took it in and had an appt with Matt, whom I never got deal with. Clyde was amazing and took excellent care, even going so far as to communicate with me through text. Now there is a recall, for which I was also scheduled with Matt, and ended up getting someone else. She didn’t seem super willing to help out and after taking a day off of work was brought back in and asked to bring the car back Monday. When I inquired about a loaner, she said they didn’t have one, but she would work to see what she could do on Monday. I brought my car back yesterday, Monday, and she came and got my car and keys. When I asked if I was going to have to find my own ride, she simply answered Yep. Then while waiting to my ride, I overheard her tell the mechanic when he asked what needed to be done with my car, she informed him it was a recall and when he walked out the door, she stated “”But not one we are doing today.”” She just seemed put off. I now don’t have my car for two days and I have two little kids and a job I have to do and it’s stressful trying to make car pool arrangements. If there are no loaners, I understand that, but it seems no effort was made in order to get one for me. After all, this is a recall, not something I did to my own car.”

I arrived at AutoNation Ford Burleson at approximately 2:10 for a Oil change and was given a 2 hour window. Finally at approximately 6pm I went to see why such a long wait and was told that it would be about 20 minutes. Finally at 7:05 I went back to ask where my car was. Apparently the service person took the keys and dropped them on the service advisors desk and left them there. The service advisor that was still there found the keys but no paperwork. I finally was given my keys, no bill showing that the work was completed and was not charged but I spent approximately 5and 1half hours for a oil change and haven’t heard a word from their service department. I’ve been doing business with this Company for close to 15 year’s and have found them to be very unreliable and over priced in their services. This was and has been poorly handled.

“This is Pat Johnson. I took my 2016 ford explorer to get her 100,000 mile check up. I also had a check engine light on. I did not hear a word for a week. I calked. Nothing had bern done yet. Do, they looked at it. Told me how much it would cost. I said fix it. Now, comes the second week. Still NO word so, I called again. Oh, it will be ready thus afternoon, guarantee. I wait all day. Finally get a call at 6:45 in tge evening, “”your car is ready””. I told them I would be there first thing on the morning. So, after having my car for 2 weeks, they did the job in ONE day. They knocked off about 109$. I still paid 1800$. If this is your idea of customer service; you won’t have anymore customers to service. I bought my car there new in July 2015. Paid cash. It will be a cold day in hades before I ever do business there again. Better to go to Firestone to service your car.”

This place is a complete joke. They tried telling my elderly father that they checked his rear brakes and he needed them badly when they never took the tires off the car to inspect anything. We checked the brakes when he got home and they were perfect. Then they wanted to charge him $2,100 to replace belts and hoses when we bought the parts for less than $100 and did the job in about an hour. Will not be going back there anytime soon.

I had my vehicle (which I had bought from this location the beginning of the year) towed here two weeks ago because I had transmission issues and was stranded on the side of the highway. Given it was a Hyundai , I knew they weren’t really able to work on it since it isn’t a ford although I did have the warranty through them so I was sure they would work with me. Being understanding, I knew they were probably going to have to send it to a neighboring Hyundai dealership to get worked on. Since it’s arrival at this dealership I was only told once that they were going to send it off to get worked on although every time I‘ve called since then I’ve only been Either told the person doesn’t know or transferred over just to be prompted to voicemails and even after leaving them no one has called me back to give me any update on my car. Fast forward a week and a half later, they still had not even received the parts for repair. No one bothered to call me to keep me abreast on the status of repairs. No one would call me back. Even though they provided a loaner, I still prefer decent customer service over anything else. Apparently appointments don’t mean anything. It feels like the doctors office where you have an appointment but its always way later than the appointed time. Appointment was at nine. I was told the mechanic wouldn’t even be here until 9:45 after I had already arrived. I will find another dealer to work with. On the Second trip, after sitting for a while i was told they don’t actually have my part. I was hoping auto nation would redeem themselves on this trip so I could change my review to a positive one. Maybe I’m just unlucky and everyone else is getting great service. Don’t need to talk to a manager or get a free oil change (already paid for that when i bought the truck) just want my brand new fifty thousand dollar ford truck fixed.

Originally I would’ve given them a 5-star. Our sales person, Chris, was fantastic. Everyone is very nice and this isn’t a personal review about any one person. BUT we bought a brand new car for my daughter on 8/22/19 and other than the first 3-4 days we had it – it’s been in the shop. The AC won’t blow if the phone is connected to the car. Not the dealer fault – probably a glitch in the software. It happens. It’s hot as heck outside so no AC isn’t an option. What IS the dealers fault is the fact that they have had the car for the third time and now just have stopped communicating with us. I call and leave a message, miraculously someone calls my daughter to tell her a part is going to be replaced (this will be the 3rd). I leave messages for the service manager, sales manager…no return calls. I tried letting my daughter deal with it but I’m now stepping in. I have to make the first car payment on a car we have had in our possession less than a week?

Did not hear anything….I left 2 voice mail messages for my service technician Matt which were not returned. The guy stated, “”Didn’t you hear that it could be 24 to 48 hours before it could be serviced?”” No, for three reasons: 1. If I had heard that, I wouldn’t have left it in the first place. 2. Doesn’t explain the un-returned voice mail messages. 3. Why would I have to make a service appointment a week in advance if it was just waiting 24 to 48 hours to be serviced? Took my vehicle to another auto repair….diagnosed it and repaired it within half a day. Even with Vehicle Protection Plan, I would rather pay for repairs than have these incompetent people touch it. Also never got our referral card when buying car for $100 even after follow-up. Will never use or buy from AutoNation Burleson again.”

Our guy Tyler told us that we would get a lower interest rate if we buy the warranty. After doing more research this is a direct violation of the Truth In Lending Act. Your score is the only factor not weather you buy a warranty or not. Why would a bank want to take on more debt for the same loan? Do not use dealer financing here.. they will scam you.

Always seems to be miscommunication when taking my vehicle for service here. I scheduled a drop off a week in advance along with a request for a loaner. When I took my vehicle for service, lo and behold, no loaner. Sadly I expected it. I parked my other car by Lowe’s, walked back to pick up my vehicle and later in the evening had my wife help go pick up my car. When I called a few hours later to check on the vehicle, I was told they haven’t even looked at it yet and it may be a couple of days. Why did I schedule a week in advance if they were going to treat it like I just showed up and requested they fit me in their schedule! To top it off, they later suggested an air filter and cabin filter change. I approved the charges only to be called a bit later telling me I also needed new wiper blades. Give it, my truck is always stored and only has 18k miles. Not sure how my wipers need to be replaced but I said what the hell, go ahead and replace them. When I got my bill, I was charged $20 in labor costs for the wiper and an additional $50 for the filters. Had I known it would cost $50 to replace wiper blades I would have changed them myself. God forbid I mess up squeezing a clip to remove and replace the wipers. Way to charge you an arm and a leg Autonation! Never again, even with warranty you get gouged! Its my fault though, I trusted this place. I even contemplated trading in my wife’s Sienna for an Explorer. Not with this kind of service, better off sticking with Toyota. They take care of you very well.

Asked them to check the low tire light sensor. Don’t know if it was replaced or not because it wasn’t on the bill. Just have to wait and see if it comes on needlessly again.

I had my keys stolen and had to have my car towed to the dealership to have keys made with a chip. When I got there, I was met by Matt. I explained what had happened to me with tears in my eyes. He said, it’s going to be ok. He said, they could make me keys and reprogram the chip so I can drive my car. Started feeling better until we got to the price. Felt sick to my stomach from hearing that. There is no way I could do that now. He said, he would see what he could do and to trust him. I trust God first and foremost to work this out and I am trusting Matt. When it came time to pay, Matt was waiting at the payment area. He said everything is good to go. I said, great, now what do I owe? What the cashier told me, I had to ask a second time. She repeated the amount. It was a lot less than I told. Here come the tears again. I was so thankful to God, Matt and everyone else who had a part in working this out for me. If I ever need anything else done, I will definitely be going to AutoNation and seeing Matt. If i could rate this less than 1 star I would. I will never take anything to this dealership again. Took our 2012 fushion in for the free air bag replacement (recall). When we picked up the car the dash was barely hanging on and the trim piece completely fell off within a couple miles of leaving. So we take it back for them to fix properly. They had to replace all the clips that hold the dash on. At the same time the car smelled like anti-freeze so we had them check to see if it was leaking. They quoted us $1300 to replace the radiator.. Said NOPE we will come pick it up and fix ourselves. On the way home the car is steaming like crazy so I pop the hood and those idiots didn’t even put the cap back on for the anti freeze reservoir. (pic below) Nearly cost us an engine.. All they said is we will give you a free oil change…… That’s how you treat customers?? Especially a customer who has bought 2 vehicles from you.. Lost my business forever. Don’t waste your time with this place.

It was the worst car buying experience I’ve had, the sales team worked hard to make the deal we wanted, finance guy was pushy with extended warranties and a bit arrogant, after all that we were given the keys to the new truck we purchased , no vehicle walk thru by the sales staff which was disappointing, they are numbers focused not customer focused. I was going to purchase a second truck at the same time but decided not to based on the experience I had with the first truck, they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot but AutoNation dealers within 20 miles did, I asked if they would bring one over for me to look at and test drive, basically the answer was no as it’s too much trouble.

I recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation, Burleson and the process was flawless. The folks at the dealership were friendly and professional, except for one disgruntled clerk, but that was just some free entertainment. My dealings were with Scott who simplified the process for me. I live three hours east of Burleson so swinging in on my way home to look over the vehicle was not an option. Scott walked through every detail of the truck via mobile photos and videos and sent me all the information I needed to make my decision all while I wrapped up my weekly duties at work. AutoNation appeared to have one of the best choices of inventory in the area and I was in and out in close to an hour. Great customer service, great people, and great vehicles. I would recommend AutoNation, Burleson to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I keep saying that I need to find another dealership but this one is so conveniently located. Unfortunately, the service department is terrible and I don’t think they have a clue what they are doing. Recently I brought my 2020 Explorer in for scheduled maintenance and because my 360 cameras were not working. When I picked it up, my service advisor Matt told me the oil had been changed but I had to let the camera guy look at the camera issue and he wasn’t there that day. Matt said he would call me the next week and schedule an appointment with him. Matt has been my advisor before and his follow-up is absolutely the worst. A month went by and no phone call. So I called and explained my situation to the lady that answered. She was so rude and clearly my call was an inconvenience for her. She told me they would have to see if the part was in and then cold transferred me to Matt who sent me to voicemail. I left a message and asked for a call back and didn’t get one. I called back again, 2 days later, and got an appointment “with the camera guy” allegedly. The next week I dropped off my vehicle and got a call a few hours after drop off and was told that all they did was a software update, they didn’t look at the cameras because they always just start with doing an update. The advisor that called to tell me this said that it might fix the issue and if not then I would just have to bring it back in because apparently my time doesn’t matter. I was so agitated at this point. When I go to pick up my vehicle the advisor told me that they were unable to duplicate the problem, which is funny because the cameras rarely ever work. He said he was confident that the update should help because they did this big update and restored some things and because of all this update work that they did I would have to re-pair my Bluetooth devices. However, when I turned my car on, all devices are still connected. He told me that they may need to order a new camera but it takes forever to get those in. Then another gentleman told me that they did order some cameras but that I would need to call to find out if they had received it. Why should I have to call and why am I getting conflicting information?!?! These advisors are clueless. Of course, when I get home and back into my driveway, the cameras go out. So the issue definitely wasn’t fixed. This place is infuriating!! Find any other Ford Dealership because this one is awful and they do not care about their customers at all.

My 1 star rating is not reflective of the salesman we worked with, Scott. There were no issues with buying the truck. Scott was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. My wife and I commented several times that we wished all future vehicle buying could be through him. My 1 star rating is due to the alleged “30 day warranty” that comes with the purchase of the vehicle. The second day I had the truck, the backup camera ceased to work properly. I thought to myself, “ no worries, I have the warranty”; how naive I was. I called the service department before I drove 30 miles to get there. After three days, it turns out the backup camera part is not covered, and to have it replaced through the dealership would run ~$900. While I do not believe that they knowingly sold me a truck that had a faulty camera, I am extremely frustrated that the warranty isn’t being honored. When customer satisfaction is touted to be a priority during the searching/buying process, it would appear they were comfortable letting this interaction be less than satisfactory once purchased. As a result, I will not be purchasing another vehicle through them, nor would I recommend Auto Nation to friends or family, and I would dissuade readers of this review using this dealership too if you considered the “30 day warranty” a factor in your decision making.

If I could do a half star I would. Took my 2011 F150 in for recall notice and they broke the blender door actuator on my AC. This service department gives every honest mechanic a bad name. Service manage had one excuse and his boss had another. If u Google yr and model its a know issue and I had fixed it once before. But I knew how to keep it from braking. And I am sure they did too. Just wanted to be a typical big corporate more money I can make off a honest person the better. Auto Nation Ford is nothing but greedy big corporate dealer. Disgusting! The oil change and routine inspection were completed as requested. However, I also had a couple of other questions about my car, but the service woman in charge of my appointment was on the phone with someone else while trying to get my information. I felt like I was being rushed through the process. Perhaps I could have indicated that I was willing to wait for her to finish her call so that I could explain my concerns more clearly. I wanted to ask if they could check into why the car would idle roughly as it occasionally does, but I suppose we’ll just have to bring it back in if it continues to be a problem.

About a week ago I made an appointment to get my Jeep fixed. The key will not turn. YouTube taught me to hit the key in with a hammer. So this is how i have been starting my Jeep for over a week! Today Autonation in burleson service department called to inform me they can’t fix Jeeps an hour before my appointment. Seems strange since that was the first question i asked when i called to make the appointment . 😡 So figuring it was their mistake perhaps they could have contacted the Autonation Jeep service department and see if maybe they could get me in. Every time I bring my car in for service, there is some issue covering it under warranty. I bought the full extended warranty, (which I was told would cover everything except tires and battery)and somehow, it has never covered whatever I needed, even something as small as windshield wiper blades when getting my oil change. The service dept. is terrible. I just sat in the service line for 30 minutes waiting on someone to help me (there was 1 other car there when I got there), just to be told that the battery which I bought 2 years ago (with a lifetime warranty) would cost me $40 to clean. (I had called before I came and was told to bring it in for them to check and clean and make sure it was good.)Apparently, at the time they installed it, it was not put in correctly because it was terribly corroded and if it had been put in with the anticorrosion that should have been used, this would not have been a problem. This is just the latest in a series of terrible service I have received from this place. I would never recommend them, nor would I ever buy another vehicle from them.

Oh my goodness!! My daughters and I had been to FIVE other dealerships during the day and we were tired and emotional and just wanted to buy a cash car! We were greeted immediately. Terrible service. Not complaining about the outcome just the complete lack of quality service. The supposed master tech could barely finish telling me what was wrong before he offers to buy my car. I mean at least let me decide what I’m gonna do before the vultures swoop in. Expect more from Ford service. Then I pick the car up because the price I was quoted was $4000 more than any other dealer and or mechanic shop around…and I called all of them. Then I drive it home and it barely runs. I drove that care for weeks back and forth and no major issues. Just the entire experience felt like a scam. Will never in my life go back or recommend anyone to go. Unless your looking to sell your car to the mechanic that is supposed to be diagnosing your car. If you think that’s legit then call me ….I got some ocean front property in Arizona I can sell you..

I would not recommend this service center for anyone. I seriously doubt this dealerships inspection process for pre owned vehicle. I bought red convertible mustang from this dealership and I am already facing second issue with that car. 1. The first issue was the windows won’t be closed fully. They said they have to order a part from ford. For that they gave a timeline of 12 days. After 12 days they didn’t even bother to give me a call about the status of it. When I try to call the service center all I can get to is voicemail. I hit voice mail 9/10 times. I am not sure what’s wrong with service center here. 2. Second issue my car is trying to stop in the middle of the road without applying breaks. Its very scary to drive that car. I could get killed because of that. Change your inspection process and service center. You guys offer a terrible service.

Online purchase, wonderful experience. I purchased a truck online and picked it up a few weeks later. I worked with Mr. Lynch. I saw the truck online and really liked it. It was well under MSRP. I was out of town because of work, but Mr. Lynch was flexible to answer all the questions I had and took pictures and videos of the truck and commentary on the test run. They did a 100 point inspection and were even willing to throw in a thorough touch up job on some scratches. When I arrived, the truck was even better than they had advertised, with several upgraded features that they had not upcharged. Almost 4000 miles later, I am still extremely satisfied. Good business, great people, and fantastic barbecue not too far away. Well worth the stop and a trustworthy place to buy at a distance.

I called to get appointment and was told they would be able to get me in that morning by 8:30am and it would be ready by that evening. I get there and meet Joey and after giving him the key and signing the paper he said 2 days. Immediately I questioned it since I was not prepared to be without my car 2 days. My fiance was with me and he said he would just fly back to work on Tuesday evening to allow them a little time. Wed came and not calls. I called by Wednesday 4pm and Joey said the tech hadn’t pulled it in still and that it would be pulled in Thur morning. 4days without my car and I was told 1 day then 2 days. I spoke to Ken the manager and he didn’t too much care until he asked what I wanted and I explained as a manager he should be telling me he was going to go the tech to find out what’s was going on then call me back. He then said, yes that is what I was going to do. Needless to say he called back a few minutes later and said tech pulled car in and I should know something soon. I didn’t get a call until Thursday at 10am. He told me stuff that should be done due to my mileage and it would cost $1,850. Mind you it had nothing to due with my issue and I have already had some of that done within a year ago. He then said the tech just notifed him the car recreated the noise that I brought it in for. No engine lights or warnings were displayed ever. Now the issue was cam phasers and my bill jumped to $5,800. No codes or lights to tell them this was the issue only assuming. I had him send me the quote via email and by 12 I had my mother pick up my car only paying for the $155 diagnostic fee. The guy told my mom they were doing an oil change so she called me and I told her not to have them do it and I would consider it later. When she told Joey he said ok let me stop them. When he brought the car to her he told her I would be wasting my money to have an oil change done anywhere else and she instantly questioned why they were trying to do one if it was a waste of money and he told her she wouldn’t understand because she was a women and walked off. My mother proceeded to question him and he would not respond. I would never refer or trust AutoNation ever again. My car was inspected and as dusty as my car was you can tell no one touched or leaned along the car under my hood. The next mechanic just touched a few places and you visually see the hand prints. Very bad customer service, no loaner cars offered, no discount offered but you keep my car 4 days too long and no evidence of their claim for the work suggested. And the disrespect to my mother when she questioned why you wanted to charge me for an oil change that you said would be a waste of money if anyone else did it.

Bought a new 2018 Ford Edge. Salesman (Mike) was very helpful and worked hard to transfer the car we wanted from another location, answer all our technical questions about the car, and helped verify it could be flat towed behind our motorhome. Trading in our Ford F350 for this car was easy and relatively quick (not so much from other dealers I have dealt with in the past). Had to haggle a little on the trade-in value of the truck and the price of the car but all went relatively quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership and especially Mike to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Got my oil changed and new wipers. I had a door squeaking and they lubed all my door hinges for me as well. Over 10/10 in my book. The only complaint I have is with the dealership in Katy. We started the buying process 2 weeks prior to when I actually received the vehicle and the Katy dealership took their sweet time getting things fixed and getting the truck here. The truck had been on their lot for 30 days when I inquired about it and they waited until the last minute to repair a lot of minor things and order parts. KUDOS FOR JOE IN Auto Nation Ford of Burleson’s Service Shop. Bought this 2017 Ford Escape in May of same year. Drove it to work the next morning in the rain – Drove through a washout on an exit ramp exiting to my work place. The water in the puddle I had to plow through scooped the protective Plastic Mud guard on the passenger side of the vehicle and bent it backwards under the car. It makes a nasty sound dragging the leading edge of the plastic guard on the pavement. 1 day old… Ford won’t replace it. The Best 5 star Ford in Lewisville would do is offer to screw it back into place. So now every time I get to 80 mph or above it just blows off again. Stopped in at Auto-Nation Ford in Burleson’s Service bay while on a trip after it had blown off again. Joey was the Tech that helped me. He never batted an eye.. He put my car right into the shop and add bolts to hold it in place and cut off the road graded part of the plastic. Took Pictures of it so I can show Five Star Ford what had been done to it. Joe had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. So I dedicate my 5 Star review to Joey from Auto Nation Ford Service shop… Thanks and Kudos to you and your team. Thanks for super quick service and the friendly advice for obtaining the replacement.

Really bad communication. Had my vehicle for 8 days for struts and alignment. Had to call every other department to get to someone in service. To wait for a call back from them.
