Jeff, one of the service writers at Casa Ford, did a great job in handling a recall on our 2014 Ford Escape. We bought it used and got a recall notice about the possibility of the door locks being defective. We first took it to a dealer that was close by which turned out to be a mistake. All they told us was that Ford had disallowed the recall to be performed on our car with no further explanation. We then went to Casa Ford where Jeff explained that the reason Ford had disallowed the recall to be performed was that it had already been performed before we bought it. They then checked to make sure that the work had been done correctly, which it had. Jeff did an excellent job in keeping us informed of the progress and explaining the situation to us. On a scale of 1 to 10, Jeff gets an 11 as does Casa Ford. Thanks guys.

Went in to try and trade in my 08 Expedition that I got last year with 18% interest rate, I went in with low expectations thinking I was going to waste someone time. Travis York helped me out, got me out of that high interest debacle onto something newer and better, truly amazing service, he was not willing to let me go until he worked out an amazing deal, and way lower interest. Very professional and provided recommendations subsequent to vehicle multipoint inspection. Received an oil and filter change. I was also going to get a tire rotation but they did point out that the tires were 6 years old so I will soon get new tires instead. Great service. Reasonable in price.

Once I purchased my car they went from the nice guys to the do nothing guys. Bought a car, with issues they said they would fix (and haven’t), bought an extra warranty, and I can’t get anything done. It took three months to get one issue fixed, and I still have issues (safety related) that are persistent. There are only two people that get anything done for me there, you can’t just call the service department, go straight to the top. Worst service ever.

Great experience at Casa Ford. Was able to do the majority of the paperwork from home, and were treated very well once we actually arrived at the dealership. Alfred, Travis, and the team were attentive and took the time to make sure we were thoroughly familiar with our new car and were happy with the finance and delivery process. The dealership didn’t try to add in a bunch of extraneous dealer-installed options at an inflated price like their competitors tried to do. Can’t recommend them enough.

Took car in for warn out terminal replacement and new battery. -When the car was returned there was a burnt hole in the driver side leather seat. -Had to take it back for that to get fixed. -A day later the battery was dead and had to get towed back to dealership. – Took a week to give me a cause of my battery draining. Nothing specific just a parasitic draw from somewhere but don’t know exactly so wanted to charge me almost $3000 to change out a whole electric system. -Almost 3 weeks without my car by now. – Had to take it to another Ford dealership to get exact answers and fix the problem.

My fathers car has been in the maintenance service because of a recall concerning headlights turn off automatically. 1st time the parts were ordered wrong. Now it been in the shop since Tuesday (2-23). They finally received the correct parts. And they still haven’t been able to fix the problem. And no return phone calls what so ever. Craig my Casa service rep. told me my F150 had to be laid to rest (after 245,600). I had to purchase a néw engine or buy a truck. He gave me his honest opinion and stated, to take my time, it is a tough decision, and if I had questions, just call him. Well my wife made up my mind, and we purchased another truck, an F150 Platinum. Our salesman Marco, and Alex, in the Casa finance department, were excellent. There wasn’t the slightest amount of pressure nor tough negotiation. I received a great price and rate for a vehicle that does everything but cook dinner😂. I have been doing business with Casa Ford for 30+ years and will continue to enjoy their excellent service and outstanding team. It is truly, “THE HOME OF THE NICE GUYS, YAH!”

Everything went well and they finished my service repairs quicker than they estimated it would take. They were very attentive while I waited and this gentleman came by periodically to give me my status on my car which was a great help and service. I would have given them 5 stars. I didn’t because I was offered to be dropped off at home and picked up if I waited in the waiting area, but nobody ever came by to do so. There was no coffee available and popcorn too because it appeared they were out of service. But overall I was satisfied.

Vehicle took Close a month to get repaired. Never had any follow up calls until asst. service manager got in contact with me. Had to visit the shop periodically to see if my vehicle was actually being worked on. Got vehicle back not properly repaired. And still missed to fix one item. Was never offered a loaner vehicle. Have to take vehicle back to get that one item fixed, redo the sun roof fox. Vehicle was given back to me with headliner and seat stains of grease.

Little known they have a restaurant open to the public. It is cafe styled and looks to be a 1960’s diner. It was a favorite hang out for Don Haskins ( famous UTEP basketball coach . There are a quite a few items lining the walls from autographed photos to football’s, from local personalities.

This Christmas time of year is hectic enough-add a pandemic and many business have a skeleton crew of employees. Of course, my luck is that my vehicle renewal is due in December so now I had to try and get an appointment to get this taken care of. Without the inspection being completed, you cannot even go online to re-register the vehicle! I called Casa Ford and they told me to come down after I got out of work (a plus). I was taken cate of promptly and my inspection was done efficiently. I cannot say enough great things about this service department- I guess that is why I have been with them for 11 years.

But When we got there, we were not able to speak with the gentleman who was supposed to help us out and another individual tried helping us. **UPDATE** Casa Ford contacted me to resolve the issue. They went beyond what I expect and resolved all the issues and concerns. Very professional the second time around. Only thing i would ask to be changed is to keep the same level of satisfied customer service across the board to avoid issues like these. Thank you Casa Ford for the better experience the second time around. ************************************************************************* Vehicle was dropped off on November 3 for an oil change and airbag recall – did not receive vehicle back until November 19th. No call was ever received to get update on vehicle status. Calls were not returned either by service rep or service manager as was told when call was made to inquire about status. A diagnostics test was run on vehicle without notification of cost and total to pic up the vehicle was $189.00. A young lady in customer relations did help in removing the additional fee; however, when the vehicle was picked up no one was able to tell me if the airbag procedure was done on my car. When the cashier called the service rep he stated he was gone for the day and that I would be receiving a call the next day. I waited for a call until 1pm and no call was received. I called to find out status of airbag recall and I received a picture of an invoice from an unknown number with no explanation on what I was looking at or courtesy call. Just a picture. My car had panels under the steering column left open with electrical tape hanging from it. An email was sent to Casa Ford noting the issues and NEVER received a follow up call. Horrible customer communication.

I bought a truck at viva Ford because of all their end of the year discounts, what I didn’t know that is if you take the discounts you forfeited all your maintenance program, so you don’t get any service. I called Casa Ford and the girl who talked to me in service was great she told me they would take care of all my services. She sent me to a service advisor name Crag he was great he took care of my maintenance schedule changed the oil and had a repair technician make sure everything on my truck was working properly. It’s a shame you have to go to the competition to get your truck serviced. From now on I have learned my lesson and I will be buying all my Ford trucks and cars from Casa Ford we trade about every 2years. The service manager, Jose, finished with another customer, reviewed my appointment and came out masked up to greet me at my car. He handed me my service number and answered my questions. I left my car for two recall services and the tire mobility kit scheduled service. He thought it would take a couple of hours. The next day Jose called to let me know one of the replacement parts arrived damaged and he had another being overnighted. He expected the car to be ready at noon the following day and he serviced the tire mobility kit for free. At noon the next day he texted saying the car was ready. I asked him to charge the high-voltage battery while I was coming to get my car. I arrived to find everything taken care of and the car in the charging spot. All in all, this dealership pleasantly continues to meet my expectations.

“I scheduled an appointment to do an oil change for Saturday morning. Today I had free time so I rescheduled for 10 am. I arrived a little before 10. It was 12:22 pm when I was checking out. 2.5 hours of waiting for an oil change. I can understand having to wait if I was a “”walk in””. “If you are looking to sell your car. Please DO NOT go here. Here is my experience in a very short summary to save you time and me from typing a long article. (I will spare the names so that I do not have any backlash on my review) I applied online using the KBB tool to sell my car. A rep at Casa Ford called me and scheduled an appointment for me to look at my car because they were interested and I expressed that I thought the KBB offer was low. She was great! However…. I changed my mind and was unable to go to this first appointment. So, a few weeks passed and I once again decided to sell my car using KBB. Again, the same rep called me from Casa Ford about the KBB offer and expressed that they were still interested and scheduled an appointment with the same guy I was supposed to meet last time around. Again she was great, friendly, etc. Heres the one star rating in a nutshell: I arrive and a sales rep approaches my driver side before I put my car in park. I get out, he asked how he can help, and I tell him I have an appointment with so and so. He says okay and then says well I can help you. First off, why am I being helped by somebody other than who the appointment is with??? Second, I begin to tell him about my car which I would have already not had to do so if the right guy was helping me. This guy was very dull, and asking questions that I already answered online about my car using the KBB tool. Third, he asks for my key, but does not explain at all what he needs it for? Had I been somebody new to this, I could have easily been confused but I just thought I should point out to anyone reading this that they do need to look at the vehicle in order to give you an offer, hence the keys. Fourth, he comes back very shortly, which is fine, but then says that the offer Casa Ford Lincoln is making is a “”bad offer””. I was asking for 10k, the KBB tool offered me 7,300…..so I am guessing that the offer is lower than 7300….. Why would you review the offer online, then have me come in only to tell me that the offer is lower the the KBB stamp approved cash offer? Lastly, I wish I could tell you the offer they made, but they did not even do their job to tell me. Who knows what that number could have been. All I know is, I felt that I did not receive the proper customer service that I know I would have shown to a customer at my work. This was as short a story I could have made it, apologies. If you are looking to sell/trade in …. go somewhere else where it is more organized, friendly and willing to do you right.”

On October 20, 2020 I purchased a used 2018 Raptor. After the differential and transmission needed to be fixed I waited 2 weeks ( delivered Nov 4 ) to get it delivered without any help from the salesman who kept over promising and under delivering while I was the one having to get the updates. I get it delivered and to my surprise it leaked transmission oil and the sunroof does not work. Since November 15th trying to get it into service, It took them 2 weeks to get me In and I had to physically go. December 2 Just dropped it off and it turns out they will have it ready in another 8 days, so now I’ve had the truck a total of 3 weeks out of 6 and it’s in the shop and apparently it’s on me to fix it. Luckily the transmission was covered by the vehicle warranty but the 3500 sunroof is not. This is seriously the worst experience I have ever had and now have a $50000 lemon that they will not do anything about and won’t work with me in any way. I genuinely hope No one ever goes through what I am going through and will probably now have to deal with a vehicle that was not delivered in working condition. UPDATE: Truck was dropped off last week. Today is December 8th. Went to pick up my Truck( earlier than expected ( first plus) last night and Spoke to another higher up manager who promised he would call me today and would figure out how to work with me after hearing my story and seeing all my documentation. Of course I received no call or communication and to top it all off they had my truck in the shop, returned it to me with pieces of what appears to be seals for the sun roof thrown on the front seat, and didn’t take the time to check that the temp license plates are expired as of Dec 5th. Guess what?! Got pulled over and the only reason I wasn’t ticketed is because the kind officer believed my story and Asked I make sure they get me my plates ASAP. Yeah not sure what to do with that. You asked me to email you on this review and still haven’t heard back and this is before I spoke to the last manager or got my truck back.

I am a loyal Ford owner and am very disappointed in Ford Motors. My truck has been at every dealership in El Paso, Texas. Casa Ford spent the whole time with the truck only to tell me what the problem wasn’t. Shamaley Ford wouldnt be able to work on it for 2-3 weeks. Finally, Viva Ford figured out the issue. However, since the truck is a 2020 F350 the dealership is telling me that they don’t know the part number since the truck is so new. I have been without a vehicle for a month now. I called the customer relations department at Ford Motor Co. and get the run around from them also. Not very impressed for the customer service.

Typical dealership BS. Take in for a problem, you know what the problem is, yet the dealership states they cannot duplicate…but yes!! The service advisor hears the problem and just to get shot down by the service foreman saying that is normal and found nothing wrong. After going back and forth via text i just said forget it and not worth my time and effort. Extremely disappointed with Casa Ford service. Not recommended. What’s the point of bumper to bumper warranty if the dealership won’t honor their own warranties. BTW, I could hear the problem the moment I got the car back.

I bought a 2020 exploer XLT and unfortunately already having problems with it. Had to get the transmission fixed because of a recall. Then recently had to get it towed to casa ford to be looked at for the breaks. Took them about a week to fix it. Got this vehicle without researching it, hoping for it to be a reliable family car. So far it has not been that reliable, and I’m honestly worried about driving it too far and something happening again. First time getting a ford vehicle and honestly regretting it so far.

In the last year or so, I have purchased two 2020 vehicles from Casa Ford. The purchasing and working with Pete was phenomenal! That is not what this review is about. The first car I bought was a 2020 Ford Explorer. Within the last three or four months, we have began having issues with the vehicle. The issues we have faces so far have been the AC on the drivers side was not producing cold air, but the rest of the car was getting cold air. This was very inconvenient for whoever was driving. The insert for the cup holder fell through into the center console, and the transmission wasn’t working properly; took 5-10 seconds to go into gear. It ended up having a recall. We contacted the dealership and had to make an appointment to come bring the vehicle on to be serviced. I went over the issues with Craig, and he asked me if we would be ok to leave the vehicle for a couple days. I agreed. This was on a Monday. Three days later I called to find out if it was ready and to inquire about the status of the service. I was able to reach Craig after calling 3 separate times, and he told me the vehicle would be ready on the following Monday because he had to order the part for the transmission. I called back on Monday to ask what time I would be able to pick up the car. I was not able to contact Craig, but spoke with an assistant that informed me that the vehicle was not ready yet, and that she would let Craig know to call me. He did not call me back to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. After calling 5 separate times for the next three days, I finally heard from Tony, the assistant service manager instead of the Craig, which threw me off. I was originally told “a couple of days” and then had zero communication until I had to contact the dealership. I had to get ahold of the dealership instead of them informing me about what is going on with my vehicle. I pay every month to be able to have this vehicle, and for a quarter of the month, I was unable to use it, or get answers about how long it would be. I am fortunate enough to have a second vehicle, however that second vehicle is a Diesel and is costly to drive, especially as a daily driver for a week and a half. So now that’s more money coming out of my pocket, due to issues that shouldn’t have been happening in the first place with a new vehicle. Had I known they would have my vehicle for so long, I would have been able to plan and budget. I wasn’t even offered a courtesy vehicle from the dealership, which I find odd, especially if they knew how long they would have my vehicle in the first place. Tony told me the transmission was fixed, and that they had assigned the AC and cup holder issue to an HVAC Technician. I was told I would hear back from him later that day with a time frame. I informed Tony about the lack of communication and asked what was going to be done about it, and did not get a replay about that, only that Craig would contact me about the time frame. Craig contacted my wife on Wednesday at 5pm to let us know that the vehicle was ready. While reviewing what the issues were, he did not have the correct information about the AC, and stated he wasn’t told that the rest of the AC was working and the drivers side was not. He informed my wife that because of the inconvenience, he was having the vehicle cleaned and detailed for us, so because of it was being detailed, it would be ready for pick up on the following day; Thursday evening. I was actually surprised and happy that they were going to do something for the lack of communication and the extended stay of the vehicle being away from us. Upon picking up the vehicle, we noticed that the vehicle was ran through a car wash, it was evident due to the water spots all over the car and windows. The car was slightly vacuumed out, and wiped down. Not detailed at all. The lack of care put into this service is atrocious, and the lack of communication and accountability I feel is poor as well. You would think the dealership would take care of people who buy multiple vehicles from their lot. Not this dealership.

Once we finally got in touch with our salesperson, the process was ok. It took my wife some effort on her own to find the F150 she wanted, without assistance. Several phone calls were not returned, and emails were not answered. I understand that there may have been some staff issue with the finance department on the initial time we tried to purchase the truck, however, the wait was far too long. We waited over an hour & a half, & decided to return the following since it already 20:30 & we were still waiting. It resulted in both my wife & myself having to make significant adjustments to our schedule in order to complete the paperwork the following duty day. Casa Ford staff were friendly & very accommodating to us while we were at the dealership. Another positive note, I greatly appreciated all the staff I dealt with went out of their way to acknowledge their appreciation of my status as an Army veteran.

Jermaine Bowan is an amazing human being and sales rep. He is genuine, thoughtful, and honest. I have been a customer for over 15yrs and never experience any disappointments. This last visit I was not satisfied with the detailing process of the vehicle. Many scratches and dings from washing equipment. I would suggest a brushless mavhine or mobile detailer contract. The current environment in the nation has had an impact on services. Yet, I still wil be a devoted customer to Jermaine Bowan and Casa Ford. I qas totally eased with the turn out afyer a few days of hiccups.
