Classic Chevrolet wins again! I have had nothing but great service from Classic Chevrolet; at both Galveston and Sugar Land locations. I drive quite a few miles in my cars and have had amazing experiences… again… with Classic Chevrolet. John Smith at Classic Chevy Sugar Land took great care of me! One month and 1,000 miles later I could not be happier with my transmission rebuild at Classic Chevy Sugar Land. I have owned American made (and assembled) cars from the big three. No dealer in the greater Houston area compare to Classic Chevrolet and their ownership experience. Communication could not be better. Dealer of the year for 15+ years could not have gone to a better place!

Dealt with Colin, very nice and polite guy I met with him for less than an hour and I already knew what I wanted to buy, so it was pretty easy. Two days later I came back with my wife and we bought the Chevrolet suburban premier 2018 fully loaded, it had some miles on it but in very good condition the price was very reasonable and they even got a little bit of a discount. The financing guy was also very nice and helpful, he saved me some money too. My friend that came with me to pick up the car also wanted to upgrade his car the same day, he was impressed with the service that they provide. It is a little bit different experience than other car dealers, not pushy and very professional. I will definitely recommend to the rest of my friends to buy here.

Walked in thinking I was just browsing and left with a Red Hot 2021 Chevy Silverado. Lloyd Charpentier is an awesome salesman, very personable. Lloyd got me the best price and interest rate. I don’t know how he did it, but I am grateful for whatever magic he pulled off. The thing I liked the most, it wasn’t a long drawn out process. I was in and out. I’d recommend Lloyd and Classic Chevrolet to anyone.

Purchasing our 2019 Blazer was a great experience. Our sales lady literally walked across the lot every time because she didn’t want to inconvenience us. Amazing. But now that we have traded the vehicle and got a new one. It has been a nightmare. We have been trying for over a two months to get our refund check from gap insurance. I am about to have to drive three and a half hours and sit in someone’s office until this is resolved. The 3 stars might drop soon depending on what happens.

Overall experience was good. I used the online scheduling system to schedule service for my Suburban, at the conclusion of that process it said a service representative would call and confirm my appointment. No one called. I had to call the day before my appoint to determine if in fact I had an appointment. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the online tool, if I had to call to confirm, I could have just called to make the appointment.

First time purchasing a used car from a traditional dealership and had a good experience with Alfred. The website was helpful, and we were able to conduct most of the transaction by phone. We came to the dealership to drive the vehicle and take care of the paperwork. Very pleasant experience.

Called this location to inquire about details regarding the car I wanted to purchase. They kept bouncing me over to the next representative. Nobody would even let me get two words out without redirecting me to the next representative. Very rude. Let’s work on better customer service. Whether it’s over the phone or in person. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully. You guys lost a potential customer. Even if you couldn’t discuss certain details over the phone, it doesn’t excuse the fact of knowing how to handle potential clientele. Absolutely disappointed. I really wanted that Chevy Blazer. I guess I’ll go with an Infiniti QX80 from somewhere else.

Very satisfied with our car purchase and experience at Classic Chevrolet. They have a large inventory and even brought a car from another location upon request. As with any large purchase, you must do your homework ahead of time to be clear of what you want and are willing to pay for. The dealership worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We have had our truck for a couple of months now. It started out being a very bad experience. I had spoken to a woman on the phone before heading to the dealership. She told me she would have both of the vehicles available to be seen by the time we got there. We drove 2 hours to get there to find only one of the vehicles there and we were told it would take 2 hrs to find the key to it. The other vehicle we wanted to see was still at their other dealership 10 or so miles away. I was very upset about this because the woman said that both vehicles would be there. I wanted to leave but our salesman was very nice and apologized profusely (for something that was not his fault) and to give him a chance to make it right. He did!!! The other vehicle was brought over and it was perfect. I was exactly what we wanted and the ending deal was very satisfying.

“Do not go there!! I tried to buy a car last year and my credit was not good so the salesman gave me some pointers and told me to come back in year. I did the things he suggested and was so impressed with his patience and clarity I went back this year and purchased a vehicle. Now every time I call for a issue I get the run around. My tires were dry rotted. I took it back the dealership “”split”” the cost of the tires with me after 8 hours of asking. My car needs shocks. Took it to them spacers were placed instead of replacing the shocks. I was promised free oil changes. Of course no one can seem to find that paperwork. The undercarriage was dragging. I called about that. The part is 25$ but they charge 149.00 a hour labor??? My tags expired a month ago. Reached out to my salesperson who is no longer there. Spoke with his manager explained I’m a travel nurse and need my tags current. Told to bring car today. Brought car… guess what.. no tags will be issued and told police aren’t giving tickets… this has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE… NO TRUTHS FROM THIS PLACE SORRY I EVER WENT.”

Where do I begin!!! My wife dropped our car off at your dealership service center with service advisor Gilbert Galvan. This Tuesday, January 5, 2021! The service we agreed upon with Mr. Galvan was to have a headlight replaced and have a state inspection done. That’s it! We weren’t notified that the car was ready because our service advisor did not have the right phone number. After calling and leaving a message with the correct number Mr. Galvan finally called about our car. He told my wife that he and a technician had to push our car into the service bay because of the transmission. First off, there was nothing wrong with the transmission before bringing it to your dealership. We picked our car up this afternoon and my wife drove four blocks and the car stopped in the middle of Hwy 90!!! A Stafford police officer had to help her push our car out of the highway before she was involved in an accident. When I arrived I checked the transmission fluid to which I couldn’t see any. I’m not crazy!! I believe your technician pulled transmission fluid from our vehicle and thereby endangered my wife!! Your advisor also had work performed on our vehicle that he did not get our approval for!! Now if there was really a transmission problem then why was the vehicle passed for inspection!!! You people make me angry because you will say and do anything to put money in your pocket!!! I will never do business here again and I will seek more advice regarding recourse concerning this situation.

Excellent customer service. I saw the car I wanted online and went in with a number I would buy the car for. The guy asked me how I got that number and I told him I off how much the car is actually worth plus TT&L. I wasn’t out to make them a profit. The car was sitting for 6 months! Needless to say, I got the for for a single Penny over my asking price. I’m in love with the car. The interest rate was nearly double what my credit union was offering but after some negotiation, I got the interest rate nearly close to what I wanted with the full protection package through Ally. Classic Chevy made a liar out of me because I didn’t think any of this could be possible. I got my dream car with all the bells and whistles for the price I wanted and the protection the car deserves. I live in Humble but I think it’s worth the drive to Sugarland for free oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles. The secret to a good buying experience is going in having done your homework and with confidence. Know your credit history, have the proper down payment, and you can walk out with the car you want or need with little to no hassle.

I purchased my car from Classic Sugar Land last May and was hesitant about using their service department for oil changes and general maintenance because I pass by there daily and it always looked so busy and hectic. Yes they are busy, but there is a reason why. They run that service department like a well oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Be careful on how you word things. I have a warranty on my windshield and they could not find it. The guy who called me Quinton, told me they didn’t have a warranty and had to pay out of pocket instead of telling me how I or he could rectify the situation. It made it seem as if I wasn’t being honest with in-fact I do have a warranty as someone on the office side screwed up and didn’t put the information in. This is not the first time someone has said the wrong thing on your staff. But Gordon and the young man who fixed my windshield were very professional!!!

Is been a whole week to make a copy of my key car, fix camera and oil change. They offered me a rent car for $45 a day I don have a key and money because l been assaulted and robbed and they suppose to gave me 2 keys when I bought my car. Please go somewhere else to buy a car.

Brand new camaro 1 month old and it is towed to the dealership. it was there for almost 2 weeks and nothing was done till my mom called our salesman and he apparently got it bumped up in line to get a test drive. they found nothing wrong. There was an issue that when you attempt to go 60mph it would down shift and when you are stopped at a red light it would lunge out. The towing company was confused and ended up with 2 tows. Not a pleasant experience. Prob going to take it to a closer dealership and hopefully get better service.

“I am totally pleased with how my service advisor kept me informed about the progress on repairs to the vehicle and the cost. All of the problems seemed to have been resolved when I received the vehicle from the delaership on March 9. However, when I went to start the vehicle the next day, I noticed the same hesitancy to start as before and even three months before that. Another trip to the dealership found the source of the problem immediately (on the service drive even) and I was pleased not to have to leave the vehicle in the shop again. The car seems to back to its original greatness, My only concern was that the issue that brought me back to the shop the second time was one that a service manager (Dan, Cypress) said happens all the time on these vehciles, i.e., loose nuts connecting the battery terminal to an electrical bus bar. It seems this might have caused the original problem in November 2020 and later in February 2021 that led to the other numerous electrical issues (body control module short, horn assembly short). If this happens “”all the time””, I wonder why this wasn’t checked prior to the vehcile leaving the shop in March 2021 or even in November 2020 when I had difficulty starting the car and the dealership found that the starting/charging systems checked out fine and the battery was in good shape”

My company car was to be delivered at this dealership and fleet management recommended I visit the dealership so I can take a look and test drive the vehicles before choosing the car I want. I was told flat out the they don’t make any money when it comes to company cars and it wasn’t worth his time to show me any vehicles on the lot. I will gladly drive 40min to have my car delivered at a different Chevy dealership due to this horrible service!!

Me and my family went yesterday to look at an SUV they had there. At first there was a mix up with address. That was very frustrating, as they have 2 locations and we went to the wrong one, but once we got there and were greeted by Christopher Hodder, it seemed to ease our minds a bit. After test driving we told Chris exactly what we looked for as far as pricing. We had to been to almost 20 dealerships and walked away from many sales, due to the breakdown of the pricing. I took my vehicle to get fixed since the engine light was showing in the dashboard when I first took it and paid for it, it was supposedly fixed then as soon as I arrived home the same engine light turned on then on the following day I took it back to Classic Chevrolet they had it there for a few days and then told us that a leave was causing the sensor to pop up as soon as they were going to return my vehicle the same engine light turned on and I showed it to the advisor they had my vehicle for a few more days , it’s been already about 2 weeks and they finally figured out the problem I honestly feel like they messed up my vehicle even more. Mojtaba Moosa was very pleasant, so was your finance representative. Problem I have is Oil hadn’t been changed and tires were low (26 psi) when I got hm. I spook with Mr Moosa and he checked with the service department and oil had been changed on January 7th at 3900 miles. I purchased the vehicle as a new vehicle with 4400 miles. It should have been serviced prior to delivery, not with 500 mile on the oil. The other thing is the oil life status should have been reset at the oil change. I know those may sound like small details, put those details go a long way to customer confidence. Makes you wonder what else don’t I know.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!! I brought my vehicle in for service for a check engine light and a cold start code. 55,000 miles on the odometer. They said I needed two fuel injectors replaced. $1600 minimum. I took it somewhere for a second opinion. I was told to add a bottle of fuel injector cleaner to two consecutive tanks of gas. Halfway through the first , the check engine light was no longer lit and the truck ran as it should. No more codes either. $7 instead of $1600.

“9/15/2020: Reached out to Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land regarding a 2020 Chevy Tahoe they have on their website. I spoke with Debbie Lopez around 8:30 am to verify that they still had the vehicle (not sold) before I made the 5.5 hour drive the following morning. 4 hours later, Debbie finally called me back and told me that they did in fact have the vehicle in stock. I advised Debbie I would be there sometime late morning or early afternoon the following day. Sometime between 5 pm and 6 pm, I received a phone call from I believe it was Kristin(?). She told me that the vehicle was not actually on their lot, it was being used as a loaner vehicle to a customer. The vehicle was supposed to be returned that day but, the customer’s vehicle was not ready and therefore she did not know when the Tahoe would be back on their lot. Kristin also told me this particular vehicle has been on this “”loaner”” program for the past 2 months and already had 2300 miles on it. The pictures on their website shows only 5 miles on the odometer. I told her that Debbie never mentioned the fact that the Tahoe was being used as a loaner nor already having 2300 miles. When I asked Kristin if that meant the vehicle would be further discounted from the website price, she informed me that it had already been discounted for the “”loaner”” status. I find it strange that the vehicle isn’t even on their lot (could be sitting at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico) and yet they have already factored into their asking price? I read some of the negative reviews for this dealership on Google but, thought these customers may be over exaggerating their experiences. I was wrong. I’m giving Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land 2 stars only because Kristin was honest with me on the phone and saved me a 340 mile drive. Thank you Kristin….To Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian (owners), some of your staff obviously need some serious INTEGRITY TRAINING. Update 09/17/2020: I’m posting the picture of the Tahoe this dealership is trying to pawn off as a “”NEW”” vehicle.”

In addition, the delivering dealer (Nation Chevrolet) failed to provide a key for the wheel locks. I have been going to Classics for a very longtime. I have referred many family members too Classics and have purchased three vicles from Classics. BUT THIS OIL CHANGE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD! First, I had an appointment at 7:00 and I lift at 9:00 and then they broke one of my caps and lost a bolt ,then tried to make me feel like I did not know what I was talking about! They replace my bolt ,then sent me out to look for my replacement cap,I came back and told them why would I have to go look for the cap ,if Classics had broke it, the service manager ordered,and tool care of me. I explained to them I have never had an experience like this before,I don’t think I will ever go back to Classics for service. God Bless you and hope your service people will learn how to treat a lady customer.

I never do reviews but I purchased a vehicle today and had a great overall experience. I was helped by a new employee by the name of Alexis. Alexis and his manager Steve took away the overwhelming headache that’s usually associated with purchasing a vehicle. They also made me feel comfortable and I felt like they had my best interest at heart when it came to getting me the best deal for my vehicle and getting the best value on my trade in vehicle. I would vouch for this car dealership and it’s employees including the receptionist who also did a great job, over any dealership I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. Horrible. Got Cory McFarland as a salesperson. He was trying to steal internet salespersons deal. Already ran my credit but he made me do another application. The internet sales person had already given me a quote based upon my credit. I already knew I was surprised, but he kept trying to make me feel like less of a person. The whole process of working with joe and everyone there could not have been more pleasurable! Pictures, videos and FaceTime was seem less and so professional. They even made time for a local company to come out and check the car over for me! I can’t say enough about dealing with Joe and Classic. Even when I received the car and had a minor technical issue, they offered to pay for a new battery if it was needed. I’m sorry to post this so late but it was important to let people know how great Joe was to work with… especially during Covid and being out of state!

7am appointment, dropped car off night before. Agreed to pay $145 for brake inspection. Advisor failed to tell me there was a coupon for a free inspection. Had to call at 12:39 the following day for status, left message. Had to call back at 3. I needed back brakes. Advisor did not know what was included in service. Asked what difference was between $139 ACDelco pads and the price she was quoting. Stated the ACDelco pads would squeak. Asked what was included in the 299 labor that was different from coupon price. She could not tell me. Asked how much wear was on front brakes. Again could not tell me. By this time, mechanic was gone. Would have to get answer in morning. She calls in morning without all answers to question. Agree to have service. At 8am Says she would text me within an hour with completion ETA. Received text at 4:20. At dealer, sign says everyone must wear a mask. 3 employees in service had masked below nose. Woman at desk had mask completely off. Guy who brought car around had mask below nose. Lug nut key as sitting in console. I put it back in the glovebox, from where they found it. I then opened console…it had been riddled through and every on the bottom was now on top. Nobody needed to rifles through my personal stuff. When having something done with the wheels, the advisor should ask where the key is. They would not had to have riffled through things to find it in the glovebox. Worst experience ever at a dealership. Two days to do a brake job because the so called “advisor” could not answer simple questions.

Brought my truck in with a unsafe electrical issue on the 8th of Jan. I explained the issue with the service writer and at the same time explained I had a bumper to bumper extended warranty. I got called on the 13th and was told only a single part was covered by the warranty? I questioned the finding and information, but needed my truck back and working. So told the guy to fix it, also change the oil while it was there and add a remote start module. At 5:30 on the 14th they called and said the truck was done. So picked it up and asked the guy why they never drove it to see what the issue was. he assured me it had been test driven. Problem with his story…..I have real time GPS on all my vehicles and the truck NEVER left the service dept, not once. So got truck back and not holding my breath that they fixed anything except draining my bank account. Thought things were better at Classic but seems the same folks left over from the old Bill Heard are still running the service dept!

Recently took my truck in for a radiator replacement. I was informed of the cost over the phone and agreed to the work proposal. Later that day I called to check progress and was informed that the truck wasn’t idling properly and was due for routine maintenance. The cost of this Maintenance was an additional $600. The truck was idling fine before I took it in. After said work was completed, the truck still doesn’t idle properly. This isn’t the first I have been screwed by Classic Chevrolet service but definitely the last.

“The Sales person (Lloyd Carpenter) was good, informative and fair. The finance person (Justin) was good and quick. However the representation of the charges was a bit of a shell game. In particular the Protection Plan options. He never discussed how much they were, he only represented and focused on the monthly note amount. I sat in my car for 5 minutes watching and waiting for assistance with two employees asking have I been helped, I say no and inform them I’m here for a oil change. Only to be approached again for the 3rd time asking do I need assistance? Yes, I’m here for an oil change I don’t have an appointment. Only to be asked who did you speak with. My thought is I didn’t realize I needed to speak with anyone to get my vehicle serviced. It’s med evening and I understand your shift is about to end but until your shift end you should NOT make your customers feel as if its a bad time to come or that they will not receive service unless you have an appointment. I battled with Chevy to replace a part that is a known issue and was only given a discount on the part. The service advisor has been so hard to contact during this entire process. We even opened a case and the Chevrolet advisor couldn’t reach our service provider at classic chevy sugar land for multiple days. Fast forward we get the car back after it spends the night at the shop without any heads up from the service advisor. The issue is not fixed and I try to call back. Not only can I not get my service advisor but apparently half are on lunch and half with a customer. Not sure if this is poor management by the team there or if Chevy puts too much on the plate of the service department but it’s frustrating. On top of the service being poor I must reiterate how disappointing the quality of these vehicles are. I have two Chevy’s two years apart and they have had the same issues. Will not be buying another Chevy and will not be recommending this dealership for service to anyone else.

If you have a Corvette, don’t take it here for repair. I took my car for a simple repair (shift cable), they added in a recall for headlights. I got the car back almost 2 weeks later with other problems , one includes the headlights not working properly and not my original headlights. Brought it to the attention of the service mgr, he stated everyone would know if Someone was switching them. I got my car back with severely faded headlights.Even though it’s clear evidence that they have been switched. Someone in the department has a Corvette and is trading out parts. Beware of this Service department.

You need clear signage that you are not supposed to get out of your car when dropping off your vehicle rather than to be told rather rudely to return to your car until the service advisor comes out to you even if you have an appointment. Decent prices. I should not have showed the salesman and manager the quote i got from your competition, but i did. You came within a few hundred dollars and had it right away so i pulled the trigger even though it was more expensive. I voiced where i needed to be and what i wanted and more importantly didn’t want. I’m not blaming anyone but myself, but there were approx 12% of total costs added to what i had a handshake on added during financing. It took approx 45 min to get to financing after i did the deal with the salesmen, i’m sure there was training or something going on, but i didn’t want any of the extra services, just wanted the truck + taxes and licensing fees. Nothing was explained to me while i was signing, and it was the (sign here, here and here). Again, this is all my fault. I didn’t stop anyone to make them explain, there were some great tricks to get folks to sign up for the KAHU warranty, premium package, etc. Unfortunately this has damaged my view of the dealership, and will not be returning. I will just ask in the future that you do not take trust for granted, and in my eyes, it was taken advantage of. For clarity, i’m not blaming anyone but myself, and i hope we all learn going forward.

I talked to a Service Advisor about the problems with my 2012 Cadillac SRX and left it for the repairs to be done. After a few days I received a call telling me what the problem was and how much the repair would be. They found other things wrong that needed to be fixed but I told him I would get it done later. When I got the call from the advisor saying my car was ready for pickup, I go to pick it up and after looking at the bill, there were repairs on the bill that I wasn’t aware of hadn’t approved. I immediately told the advisor that I wasn’t paying for that additional work because I hadn’t agreed on that additional work to be done. I was very upset. I was given a percentage off the bill to satisfy me. I paid the bill and said I would never go back there for any type of repair.

I cannot believe that i was charged $362.00 to have a window put back in place. The only reason i allowed my daughter to do it is because she felt very uneasy and i would not be safe. I checked the website and chose the Trax, the offer was a mark down of 22k to 18k. I went to the dealership and the sales person and I agreed to another offer of 15k for a demo. Buy time time I sat down with the loan officer everything changed. My fault is that I signed blank pages, I was in pain and trying to get through the process. I whined up with the new Trax, which is okay, then I expect to pay for the mark down offer with the rebates and I also ask for the AARP discount program. I got none of this, trust is something I guess not to be expected from sales people. A valuable lesson learned.

Prior to performing Chevrolet’s recommended 135,000 mile Scheduled maintenance on my 2013 Tahoe the price quoted was $960. After maintenance was complete I was charged $1,144.76. Classic Chevrolet’s explanation of the higher charge was very lame! Some items were misquoted. Some items were added. The customer rep said they forgot to include tax in the quote (which amounted to $35). My impression is there was no real intent to be accurate on the quote. Had I known the total was going to be this much, I would have refused and found another shop to do the maintenance. On the positive side they did give me a $250 discount which, without would have made the 135,000 mile scheduled maintenance a total of nearly $1,400. This seems outrageously high! All work was complete in 2 hours. I’ll let you be the judge of that fact but it makes me suspect all tasks were performed or performed properly.

I did purchase truck last week. They lie about their prices on Autotrader! They make u buy $3000 warranty on top it purchase price. And after that financial manager is even bigger crook. Charge me extra $1756 in end on top for similar warranties which they were already charging me $3000. And they reason the manager told me that I have buy all these extra warranties with brand new truck so I can get good interest rate. My credit score was around 742 and I called the bank if I had to buy those warranties and bank said no I m qualify buyer and suppose to get best rate! This dealership is full of crooks. I called couple times to cancel warranties but no call back! I do not recommend this dealership! I m successful businessman and buy new car every year but I never been victim to scam like this dealership!

I decided to visit this dealership after receiving a flyer stating that the dealership was willing to pay up tp original MSRP for my Ford Truck. I chose a vehicle but wasn’t allowed to drive it initially. The sales person took us to the on site car wash where we had to slam on the brakes to avoid a head on collision. Once I was allowed to drive the vehicle, the test drive lasted all of a mile due to the truck being low on fuel and we headed back to the dealership. Now this entire time the dealership had my truck keys and supposedly it was being appraised. I was forced to wait another 45 minutes for the sales person to finally give me an appraisal of almost half of the advertised flyer value. Pretty poor marketing tactic to just get people in the door

I took my car for service there and when I picked up my car had a dent. I told them and they said they were going to check the video camera to find out what happened. I waited for the dealership to call me but they didn’t reach out. I called them back, they gave me a lot of explanations that didn’t make sense. They told me to take back the car to the shop, that they were going to fix the dent. Other dealerships when something like that happens they provide free car rental and that didn’t happen in this dealership. When I got the call that my car was fixed, I checked and the dent was still visible. I went back home without my car yet again. I don’t recommend this dealership anymore due to this reasons. I bought my car there because my dad is a member of sugar creek Baptist church otherwise I would have bought it at Finnegan Chevrolet of Rosenberg. I will never take my car for service in this dealership again.

I recently made a purchase there and was cheated out very badly I seen an online rate and made the apt to see the car but unfortunately my first sales guy had an emergency and had to leave and handed it off to a new sales rep. The sales guy sold me the car for the price it had on on the car and not the online rate which keep in mind my first sales rep had honored. Im finding out until now that my car note came in that the price was not honored at all. I have yet to recieve my contract papers of the deal. I was promised that 2-3 day I would be emailed with my contact papers but I have not received nothing yet. I called but I’m just getting the push with different people now. This is unbelievable and sad.

Kap promised me a new tail light, made Chris go out in the rain to take pictures of the tail light for his records and set apt for Friday……I asked for the promise of a new tail light in writing and kap played the black card and told me “not to worry my brother I got you I will take care of you I told you I will replace it and I will”….. fine he seamed genuine I buy the truck it’s now Monday 1 week later and he saying that he is not going to replace it and continues to send messages through tray to find loop holes on how not to replace the cracked tail light I spoke to Texas state inspection Agency And vehicles will not pass inspection with cracked tail lights I been screwed up and screwed over great job classic Chevrolet. My anger and disappointment is unreal with the level of treatment I’m receiving brings into question how they were able to pass it through inspection “sketchy” So to all those who took the time to read my comments there is an UPDATE! 1st I want to say thank you to Tiffany S. & Steve B. at Classic Chevrolet for resolving all of the issues that I was having and understanding where I was coming from with my complaints they were very professional and made me feel valued as a customer and really gave me the buying experience that i should have received from the beginning i understand no one is perfect and mistakes were made then rectified and allowed this to be a learning experience on both sides to better ourselves but i can say that i am now happy and grateful this situation ended on a positive note.

“Disappointed in this dealership. Bought 2017 Camaro in March 2020, with one set of keys. Was told by Finance Manager that with the $1k “”Classic Protection Package”” my cracked windshield & lack of extra key would be taken care of. Classic Chevy has made my first car buying experience absolutely horrible. Everything seemed great until I left. The dealership wasn’t willing to go down on the price whatsoever because it was already discounted at the most they could do. Come to find that the following day after I bought my car, my VIN to my car was still listed and for $1000 cheaper. I bought my car at the beginning of March and still have yet to have proper paper work to sign over the title for my old car. I’ve contacted the dealership multiple times and have been told I will be given a call back and never get a response. You get given a business card but when you try to contact the person with what you’re provided, you never get a response. If you’re looking for somewhere that has great customer service and for a place to actually get stuff done then Classic Chevy is not the place. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Basically, I put my van in service to get an oil change Friday, September the 26th. When I picked my van up that Monday the 28th, I noticed that my Scosche Bluetooth car charger was missing out of my van. I brought It up to one of the service men, he referred me to talk to the service manager which didn’t contact me that whole day. I asked multiple people how I could write a review and I got the same answer which was to speak to the service manager. A week has passed and no one contacted me. Friday It was brought to my attention that the service manager was on vacation and wouldn’t be able to speak to me till next week about my missing property.

CJ Jackson made my first car purchase a great one. I had met with him last year to test drive the exact same make, model, and color truck that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to afford the car at the time but he made the experience so pleasant, comfortable, and without pressure or stress that it left a lasting impression. When I was able to afford what I wanted, I came back to the same dealership, knowing exactly what I wanted. I kept his business card for a year and specifically only wanted to deal with him and him only. He remembered me! Although the dealership didn’t have what I wanted, he hunted it down for me (100 miles away), got it down to a reasonable price with discounts, and was really helpful in helping me make this big decision. Since it had to be delivered, he kept me updated on the progress of the car and whenever it was delayed. CJ is more than a salesman, he’s a genuinely awesome and relatable person who actually listens to the customer. I’ve only recommended him to every one, since my 2020 Kinetic Blue Blazer is extremely popular at work and with friends!

Our sales rep, Mike Rollinson, was very helpful. Mike worked late to accommodate my schedule and he did not pressure us into anything. Instead he asked questions, knew we needed to add a vehicle and wanted to save as much money as possible, he offered suggestions on how to do that, and we worked out a deal the next day. He came in on his day off to finalize the deal. Mike was friendly and attentive. He also helped us set up the Car Play and other tools inside the truck before we left the dealership. It was a pleasant car buying experience.

I felt taken advantage of. I trusted Ashley to be honest and look out for me. I took my car for an oil changed. I was asked if the fluids had been changed. I told her I didn’t know. I told her that I took over the car from someone and had work done on it at Buick and another Chevrolet Dealership within the past two weeks. She said she would check. When she called to tell me she said it hasn’t been done and that the car needed a time up. Cost $1300. I said okay. Well when I arrived the cost was over $1500 and I looked at the receipt from the other Chevy dealer they had done a complete fuel system cleaner but Classic charged me for it again. After talking with the service Manager Drew I believe was his name. He saids there is no way they could have known what was done on the care and that they clean the fuel system when they change the spark plugs and they can’t tell if it needs cleaning or not. He also said the best he could do is a free oil change and 10% of any other service. The fuel kit was over $200 and I’m sure the labors was more. I guess it my fault trusting people and not asking more question. I thought surely another woman wouldn’t take advantage of me.

Purchased a used vehicle about a month ago and I still don’t have my car ready. Keeps being sent to the mechanic for the same reasons over and over. Managers there don’t know anything about card and only promise to “take care of us”. You are looking for a good used car, DO NOT COME HERE! Don’t waste your time or money. I hate giving bad reviews but honestly I’ve had it with them and they think that WE (the customers) have time and money to waste. I have to pay a car loan for a car I don’t have.

Since purchasing my vehicle, I’ve had to make too many phone calls to too many people to find out where my car is and what’s happening with it. 5/22 – Despite entering the dealership “thinking” I knew everything about buying a car, this dealership treated me like a valued customer. The salesperson, Greg, his Sales Manager, Kap and another Senior Manager, Frank, were absolutely professional and courteous throughout the buying process. Good people! Good Dealership! The customer service was extremely mediocre. My service advisor was nowhere to be found for a good 15-20 mins and had me standing around looking confused. The price of labor was OUTRAGEOUS! $224 for labor and only $39 for parts??! I could’ve ordered the damn parts on my own and had a local mechanic install for WAY LESS. To top it off, after all that I pick up my car and literally the next day THE PROBLEM STILL ISN’T FIXED. I feel scammed and will never be returning to this location again.

So my boyfriend and I were driving back to Oklahoma from seeing my family in Houston. We needed to get back the day we were driving in for work the next day. Less than 30 minutes into our drive we needed to pull over because the engine was overheating due to lack of coolant. We thought we fixed the issue, but we began overheating on the highway again, so we exited & thankfully the Chevy dealership was right on the corner after the exit. We were incredibly relieved. He had stopped the car & when we went to start it again, it died. Now, prior to this trip, the car had gotten serviced bumper to bumper. The mechanics had given the ok to make the drive. The trip to Houston went perfect. However, the car was in no way, shape, or form okay to drive 400 miles just a week after it had gotten serviced. We needed to get another car in order to get back to Oklahoma. The employees at this dealership went above & beyond to help make sure we got home. Lloyd began helping us & was being an incredible help, but had to leave for specific reasons, so Josh took over. Josh was incredible. He stayed past closing hours to make sure we had a car by the end of the night. He was patient the whole time, worked with us the whole time. We ran into quite a few bumps, but ultimately, thanks to him, we were able to leave with a new car. These guys genuinely cared & wanted to make sure we got home safely. This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had.

Worst experience, I purchased a brand new 2019 Camaro SS three months ago. First, they tried to rip me off, and then when we got to an agreement, they required me to pay the taxes upfront! Until today May 14, 2020, I have not received license plates and title! When I call the dealership or visit, they have me wait for more than 30 minutes! And when they answer the phone, they say you have to call the Transportation dept. Guess what the transportation dept. told me when I called them? The car is not registered!!!!! It’s been more than three months and still waiting

The reason I give one star is cause I can’t give it any less, if not believe me I would give zero. I made the wrong choice buying a “new” car from this location, the reason I came here was cause my daughter recommended it for me. So I was told that I was to get 5 years of oil changes and tire rotations, tell me why I’ve had to take my car back 3 times for an electric issue that it still continues to have? Also the second oil change I took it in for they wanted to charge me for it. I was on my way to work and to be told that I only got one oil change for free? Yeah no, please definitely think before purchasing a vehicle here. Like all sales men they sweet tall your ear and sell you a lemon. BEWARE!

Initially began looking on website after several fail attempts at other Chevy dealerships. Was messaged by Caitlin Gonzales and I began to tell her what vehicle I was looking at, had already test driven it, gave the stock numbers of vehicles and all of the parameters I was willing to do and not do. I was very transparent in my needs and wants and expressed being frustrated from other Chevy dealerships. I expressed that I did not live close by at all and asked that she be honest in saying if my parameters were realistic to achieve. She assured me that “in 9 years they never lost a customer over numbers”. She said she would need to see my trade which it’s a 2015 Chevy Traverse LS with 27k miles and no wrecks, which is understandable… We are went as far to setup up a day and time and she even asked to be notified prior to arrival so she could be prepared and greet me. I arrive to dealership and Caitlin was no where to be found, I was told she was “upstairs” but she never even came down and I was left working with someone on the floor and I had to go over everything again. Come to find out that the vehicles found on their website that I sent stock numbers on, where actually on another dealership lot. They wanted to sell me a service vehicle that had over 4K miles on it and was all scratched up but wanted to call it “brand new”. When it came down to crunching numbers they couldn’t or wouldn’t come close to the initial parameters I had set already. The lack of communication and listening between their staff really was disappointing as I had to leave my two young daughters with family to try and come get a purposed deal done. The dealership then offered me well below trade-in value and when I showed the sales person the online trade-in voucher from the same dealership and carvana then they quickly adjusted their numbers. Other numbers didn’t add up and when questions were asked as to why, no real answers were given. All that was asked for was payoff and for TT&L to be covered which roughly came out to about 4K. That’s nothing to these dealerships when they easily would have turned around and sold my trade for more then what was offered. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I should have just turned around from the beginning.

To make this short and to the point, I bought a 2013 Silverado on February 2017. The vehicle I purchased was in a prior accident. I informed my sales rep. about it and also his manager. All I was asking for was a price reduction or a different vehicle. Nothing happened it was a waste of time and a horrible investment. I know it was in a accident because one motor mount was replaced, it had new headlights and grill. Also the paint job on the hood was definitely not factory. Their was oxidation on the engine and on the fender brackets. The staff did absolutely nothing for me. You might ask why nothing was done for me……because I signed on the dotted line.
