Out of the last 5 times I had tire rotation and balance done at that place on the new tires I bought from them they have only gotten the balancing right once. This time when they did it they forgot to put the valve caps back on the passenger side after checking the air pressure. I’m surprised they didn’t forget to put the oil drain plug back after my oil change. Unbelievable incompetence coming out of that service department. Once it’s out of warranty I won’t be back. No Trust!

I hate buying cars. My Dad purchased all my cars until I was in my late 30’s (don’t judge). This was the best buying process ever. I was pre-approved, which made it easier. My sales person, Yazmin, was fantastic. The service was excellent. I’m sold. I will be a Don Davis customer for LIFE.

Great customer service. Both tires replaced with no questions asked after they acquired leaks due to roadside hazards. The standard package they have for your first year of purchase includes full tire coverage, free scratch fix up to $1000.00 ( which I have already used), and 4 free oil changes. Unlike some warranties they actually come through and in a timely manner. Thanks Don Davis! I also got the lowest price for a new Dodge Ram compared to 8 other dealerships I checked out in DFW. If you don’t know where to go for your new car, then go there.

Very uncomfortable experience. The salesperson Chelsea Curth kept bringing up how she is sleeping with the manager here at Don Davis. Kept commenting on how he has a doctorate degree. Good for her but not really appropriate for work. Many sexual advances to make a sale.

“Disappointment to say the least. Was asked “” you don’t have a service contract ?””. Said no, still wasn’t offered to purchase one. Car was ready 20 mins before they came to get me and bring me to the cashier. Most importantly, no one could give me a clear answer as to whether my oil change interval was 5k miles or 10k miles. “” Just bring it in when the car tells you””. Amazing advice, considering my oil change sticker said 5k miles and the Uconnect app says 10k miles. For as great as the sales staff is the service department is in need of a serious refresh of staff and or new processes.”

I will never do business with this place again. Brought my Jeep in because for some reason it won’t shift past 1st gear. Explain the issue with a guy who greeted us thinking he was going to help be helping us. Only to be told that another service advisor would be helping us and walked off making us explain everything all over again. The next advisor told us that it would be about 2-3 days before they would be able to run a diagnostic on the truck. When asked for a service car because people do have to work we are told they don’t offer I’m that but they can set us up with enterprise for 32 dollars a day, which is unacceptable even the corporate Jeep dealership would have given out a service car. Then we get told that we will have to pay 7k to replace the transmission. No offers to rebuild, so we decided that we would be taking it to another mechanic who would rebuild for 1k. 7k to do the transmission when you can buy a brand new one at autozone for less then half the price. The workers have attitude problems when you tell them no you will take it to someone else, and then when they call they don’t leave a message. I will never bring a car back to this location again.

I was looking for a particular new Wrangler JL so I emailed several dealers with no luck. Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the only who contacted me with all the right info and fair pricing. The whole process/transaction at this dealer was fast and on point. Ramzi Barakat was my sales person. He’s the best salesman I ever had the pleasure dealing with. Mr Ramzi is very respectful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The whole buying experience was great! They never played the ususal car dealership tricks nor pressure me onto finalizing a “deal”. Alex in finance was great too! I was IN and OUT with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours. Definitely will do business again.

I just purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. My experience was 2nd to none. I want to do a special shout out to Josue Saucedo New Car Manager, Mark Diaz my super salesman and Alex Ward my Finance representative. These folks treated me and my family exceptionally well. They were able to get me the price I requested with little negotiations. I felt like they really wanted to earn my business. Great place. It suffers from all the problems that are in the nature of a dealership, but it’s a good place. They don’t give you the run-around, and they don’t try to upsell you on nonsense. That may just be my experience, but I used to be a mechanic so I know what to ask for and what their response means. Unfortunately, my previous ASM left, but Nick, who has taken over my service, has done a swell job too. If ever there’s a job that’s out of my scope, and needs to be done right (not a small shop job) I take my baby here.

“I have used Don Davis’ Service Dept for almost 8 years. In the beginning they were great – efficient, thorough and friendly. Over the last 12 months, I’ve noticed a serious decline. There is an alarming high turn-over rate of service techs, lack of customer service and obvious tension between the repair tech and service techs. Tues (6/30) I called the Service dept & was told a standard oil change and tire balance & rotation would have an expected wait time of 1.5 hours. I confirmed this upon my arrival (11:30am). I had to leave for work by 1pm and mentioned this to the service tech. Not only did it take 2.5 hours for this to be completed, I got a sheepish “”I’m sorry”” without eye contact, from the service tech handling my jeep (he didn’t introduce himself – I later learned his name was Mark). Yes, I was upset and expressed as much to him. Due to this delay, I lost an hour’s worth of wages, which given the current economical situation, is a HUGE deal! The young female cashier was not helpful and expressed no concern to help things along. No management was present or addressing any customer concerns (that was visible). I witnessed repair techs arguing with service techs, both using profanity and an overall sense of disregard for the customers watching. I understand things can happen, but it is better to be up-front with your customers, explain the issue and provide alternatives (oil change only to save time vs oil change + tire balance & rotation). I was provided no options – I was ignored until I went into the cashier demanding an update. Had I known it was going to be 2.5 hours long, I would have made arrangements for a different day or a drop off situation where I was not waiting. I cannot afford for something like this to happen in the future and will be taking my business elsewhere. The exception to this is the head cashier / manager, Trisha Moore (she has been there at least 8 years). She knows me by my continued patronage. She saw I was upset and waiting for my vehicle. She came out and remedied the situation in 5 minutes. She has always and continues to be the wonderful!”

Brought vehicle (Jeep, 56K Miles) back multiple times for HVAC repairs. Don Davis refused to stand behind their work and charged us each time time. We decided not to have another round of costly repairs made and inquired about trading for another vehicle. Don Davis sales wasn’t interested in trading, calls were nt returned. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the service writer didn’t greet us and was returned with glove compartment laying on the floor and handicap tag missing. The dealership has since apologized but hasn’t offered to make things right.

There service department is horrible, took my Jeep in and payed for the diagnosis, was told it was the battery from the Start/off indicator payed to get a new one. Left after waiting for 4hrs was told the battery would charge over time. Four days later still wasn’t fixed took it in and left it later I received a call saying it was the switch and there was going to be an additional charge $36.68 on top of the $253.06 I had already payed since they said it was the battery. What was the whole point of the diagnosis…

I’ve purchased a total of 3 vehicles with Don Davis because of the quality of service received. The willingness to drive an hour not only because of the faith established with the Sales Department but the in the Service Department as well. Loyalty is a two way street and Thank you Mr Cesar in service department for the attitude this morning which finally give me the motivation to pull the plug on canceling my oil changes and extended warranties. Appointments are made for a reason, computers will enhance performance. Preparation/ Planning are essentials for success, knowing a little about a service contract and what a customer has purchased are important things to know. “DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My husband has a 2020 vehicle from this dealership and their service department is AWFUL!!! We have been going back and forth with them and we know it is covered and under warranty since it is 6 months old and barely has 5,000 miles on it. Of course they want to come up with the excuse of the supposedly 1 thing that is not under warranty!!! We know what you are doing and we will never buy from you again and we will make it known how dishonest your service department is. You can really do better than that sorry excuse of the “”problem””. Peter the sale representative helped me pick the perfect truck for my business.. Their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced in any dealership.. After it was all said and done I received the best deal on such an amazing vehicle (truck month with many incentives). Every 2nd Tuesday of every month they have a customer appreciation dinner where they take the time to introduce all their staff and explain the best ways to maintain your vehicle. They also had an Arlington police officer go over safety and police department procedures for collisions. The officer also went over proper ways to document collision information for your insurance company along with other great advice.. Very informative and overall the greatest experience I’ve been through in a dealership..

Had a simple oil change and this is the resulting damage found at next interval. Head is rounded due to either over torque or wrong size socket. I understand mistakes happen but NOT telling the customer when it happens is not excusable.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The man in service attitude was rude and unnecessary. Everything he said to me was in a harsh unpleasant tone. He acted as if me being there was a bother to him. As if I was wasting his time. I just moved here and never had to do a state inspection. He literally acted as if it was wrong for me to ask a question for understanding. I’ve worked for plenty of dealerships and we would never be allowed to treat a customer like that.

Don’t purchase from here or a Dodge. Husband has bought 3 and all of them have issues. The new one 2019 has had an issue and the dealership/service is no help what so ever. They can never duplicate the sound, we even provided a video. Service techs and manager had an attitude problem each time we took the truck! Stay way from this place or Dodge!

One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I recently had my Chevy truck stolen and was looking for something similar to my last truck. I found the vehicle online and called the dealership to get more info. I spoke with a very nice woman who made sure the vehicle was in their lot not pending any sale. She asked if I wanted to come down take a closer look at the truck and made sure to set me up with Matt Rodriguez who would show me the ins and outs about the vehicle. Matt was very knowledgeable and genuine about helping find something I love, not just something I would settle for. He catered to all of my needs and wants in a vehicle as well as made the negotiation process smooth. He even mapped out a perfect test drive route that would test the trucks capabilities and explained to me a lot of the features while driving. Once we came to an agreement he personally walked me over to their finance team and introduced me to make sure it was a warm transition. Finance team was great, help me understand every detail and thoroughly explained the additional packages as well as made recommendations based off customer experiences. They also actually were able to get me better terms / finance through a credit union that beat my banks rate. It was a no brainer that I took them up on the better deal and they made the process great which normally dealing with finance its usually a pain. I still needed a few things taken care of with the vehicle and Matt made sure to jump on top of it to get it take care of. Matt went above and beyond! It is always so refreshing to work with people who actually care about their customers rather than treating them like numbers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to go see these guys. Ask for Matt if he’s available, you will not be disappointed!

We made an appt for regular service maintenance and was told it would be complete in about an hour and a half. After 2 1/2 hours, my husband called and was told it was “”almost ready””. But promised he would be called when finished. After 3 1/2 hours, my husband got in touch with Cesar, who said he had tried to call, and suggested “”you must have my number blocked.”” Really??? The service center is beyond awful. Went in for ac issue. Paid 1200. Ac went out the next day. Brought it back in and they charged my warranty company 1700. Said I needed a new condenser. Yet on the initial visit they put the condenser was new. They misdiagnosed the issue the first time. Asked for reimbursement of part of the 1200 they took from me. Got met with excuses and how they are perfect without mistake. Was told that 100 deductible would be taken care of when I picked my vehicle up the 2nd time for the inconvenience. However they held my car until i could pay another 100. 3000 in total went to them for an ac issue. Did some research on their Facebook account and found multiple black women complaining of the same exact issue. Seems like they are in the business of taking advantage of us. Bunch of crooks.

“They lied to me, take your car to another dealership, buy a car somewhere else! I took my car with 2 light on, engine light and throttle light. They took 7 days to ran the “”inspection”” and said that “”we’re going to fix your car””. After $472, I asked twice “”is this going to fix my car?””, Mary Castro said “”yes!””, a lie. As I was driving back home the 2 light went off! They basically fixed a thing that has nothing to do with my engine and my throttle. I still have the problem, they don’t know what the problem is and I paid for a service that they promised that they would deliver. I’m going to denounce them to BBB.”

So I went to Don Davis DODGE to get my bumper on my truck (1500 Lonestar) replaced and walked out with a 1500 REBEL!!! They gave me a good deal on my trade in. Jim Britton was my salesman great guy I blame myself for asking him what they had in stock. When we purchase the car it needed freon the bumper needed to be fix we called earl Manuel he didn’t answer after you get the car they dont care nothing about that afterwards they have bad service we got a red Nissan Altima went back the next day to get it fixed and it was. Went in to look and test drive a 2013 Nissan Maxima, walked out 3 days later after return phone calls to find out if I was going to get it, and the Financers saying I was getting the Maxima, with a new 2017 jeep. They claimed it was because it was what they could get the bank to finance. Don’t go here. They believe in the BATE AND SWITCH. Highly disappointed in finding out I wasn’t getting the car I wanted, and they didn’t tell me til after I signed the paperwork. I had to be talked into it still. Already traded in my old car, and needed a vehicle for my new job, which is why I went there in the 1st place after seeing they had the Maxima I wanted online.

I called about a vehicle and they told me it was sold and hung up the phone. A professional sales man would have asked if they could have helped me with anything else, or if they could try to find something else for me. Funny thing is, I have cash in hand ready to buy a truck. Unfortunately I wont be buying a truck from Don Davis.

I went to don Davis to get my seat belt buckle fixed I spend almost 600 dollars when I got my car back I had a piece of material cut and missing from the side panel on the drivers seat and the stitching on the front bottom completely separated I took it straight back up there the kept my vehicle at that time then called me and told me that they did not damage my seat. So they they was not going to fix it. Italked to the manager and he said that the guy who fixed the buckle seen the damage to my seat but conveniently dis not notate it. My seat was it damaged when o tool it in and now it is. I will never use this place again and I advise anyone who is thinking about going here to take a second thought about it. They do not value there work and they do not do good business

I purchased a new 2018 ram with 48 miles on it, on 10-20-18. Sales dept and finance went great. Was checking the spare tire pressure as we had a trip coming up, and found alot of rust and corrosion on alot of aluminum, painted steel and galvanized bolts. Brought in to service and dropped off, I was told it was perfectly normal. I will include their write up. This truck had 48 miles on it. The service manager and director refuse to help me out, saying chrysler deems this as normal. Not my words, but their words. They will sell you a vehicle, but if an issue arises, they will not go to bad or step up to help the customer. I am a 3 time buyer from here, and will not do business with this dealership any longer.

I have been involved in the Auto Finance Industry heavily over the last 10 years. I have purchased multiple vehicles from other dealerships as well. Don Davis CDJR will take care of all of their customers to with the highest level of customer experience. My experience was far superior than any other past vehicle purchase. I visited the dealership on a Saturday, which I knew would be busy. Unlike most dealerships, I was able to walk around the used car lot for 20 minutes without being hounded, which was amazing. When I entered the sales office, I was greeted warmly and met Marcos Hernandez, my sales guy. He was super patient, helpful and enthusiastic. Two women shopping for a vehicle likely represent excellent subjects to give this review. Granted we buy a lot of cars, which means we have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly. Let me just say that our experience at this auto dealer (after a week of not purchasing due to one bad vibe after another for non-transparent methods of operation of other jeep dealers) was not five stars – it was TEN. DAMIAN was absolutely the BEST. He was friendly, responsive, direct, no-nonsense, and MOST IMPORTANTLY did what he said he would do. There were no games, no surprises, and the process of getting in and out was painless and done in an expedient and efficient manner. We admittedly dread the visit to the finance department (where things can often go awry) – however, we were blessed to find another DAMIEN (perhaps it’s in the name) – and our experience was extraordinarily pleasant – again, direct, honest, forthright and no pressure. This was my daughter’s 10th car if that tells you anything about our ‘experience’ in purchasing vehicles. It may have taken us a week to discover this dealership, but we are so glad that we did. You will truly LOVE the car shopping experience at this dealership and how quick and painless they make it.

I was so glad to buy a new JEEP from DON DAVIS, because when you go buy a new vehicle they will treat you well and they will be nice as much as they can until you buy the vehicle. Well I had this experience, I have paid around 29K on a JEEP Wrangler 2016, they also insisted me to buy their own CAR CARE PLAN, which covers all the parts and electrical things. So the word they used while selling the plan is – BUMPER TO BUMPER COVER. So its only been 3 months, and my rear right indicator stopped working, first i was shocked because I just bought the vehicle couple a months ago, then I kinda feel relaxed because I knew I have that Car Care Plan. But it turned out a different story when you take your vehicle to service area. The way their manager started talking about my plan, he was kinda giving me hints that I would have to pay out of my pocket for everything. Then they called me today that their was a fault in a socket that needs to be changed. And the cost of changing the socket is $300, and my plan covers nothing. So this is some kinda Bull…t that they do at DON DAVIS, they just look professional but they are just ripping off people. They think that they gaining trust like that. Well its their skills to make money like this wrong way, and i am gonna show them my digital skills of writing all over social media about the dirty business they do. NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL TO EVERYONE.

“Never had such a terrible experience. Consistently lied to by their service department, including the service manager. Tried to convince us that the warranty was expired when it was not (confirmed by Chrysler), and told us the noises we were hearing were not a problem with the vehicle. As soon as the warranty expires, they diagnose the cause of the noise and then tell us the vehicle needs a new engine. After weeks of them refusing to do anything about it, or provide Chrysler an accurate account of the situation, we pick the vehicle up with no other options. 2 miles down the road, coolant is streaming down the hood. I pull over to check it out, and they did not tighten the radiator cap and coolant had sprayed all over the engine bay out of the cap. The best the service manager offers is “”Sorry about that””, and doesn’t even offer to clean the coolant that is dripping and pooling in the engine bay. We even bought this vehicle from Don Davis and we were still treated this way. The service manager even recommended that I take the vehicle to their own sales department and offer it as a trade in and say nothing about the engine problem because they probably wouldn’t find the issue on their standard inspection. So he is encouraging me to try to sell the vehicle as a vehicle in good condition to his own dealerships sales department, and intentionally try and cheat them. AVOID THIS DEALER AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS. We did not trade our vehicle in with them, but be warned that they are willing to sell vehicles that may break down soon and their service department will lie and cheat you.”

I put in all the information requested about my car and i even asked them to respond to me by email and not to call. 5 minutes later i get a call from anna garcia asking if i wanted to look at the car. I told her the numbers have to be right first and let her know and i still havnt got a email to value my trade or anything related tobworking a deal. There are plenty of good dealerships that dont play these games. Service department is a joke. Went in 6 weeks ago for a small part under warranty. They said that it would be in stock within 3 days. I had to call them 3 times over 6 weeks and get sent to voicemail before talking to someone. They state that parts department lost order and they need me to drive back down there and start the process over from the beginning and will reorder the part when i make the hour drive down there. Folks be very cautious in dealing with the service department at Don Davis. I had a recent experience In which I had brought my vehicle in to have a coolant flush done with hoses being replaced. Is was suppose to take two hours and ended up taking six hours. A couple months later I brought my same car back in to have the air conditioning serviced. Within this time, they discovered that I needed my thermostat replaced. This is something they should have found when they flushed my coolant but didn’t, so I ended up paying an addition $800 bucks for the additional labor to take care of the thermostat issue. They sent me a review to review my experience, so I rated The a 3 star with my explanation. I then received an email that they refused that review as it was likely the same review I had given on an oil change on a different vehicle the week prior. I really question their ethical dealings!!

The staff are very courteous and helpful, and there was no hard selling. That was great. I went in for a fast-lane oil change. I expected it to be done within one hour or less. It took a full 2-hours before I got my car back. Several customers who came in after me were gone and I was still waiting. I was the only customer left in the waiting room. After I went to check with my service advisor, I still needed to wait for another 20 minutes before I got my car. The inspection report indicated that my car was done within 45 minutes. But I was kept waiting for more than one additional hour.

I got a fair price and he took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, rather than use those pushy sales gimics and tactics some car sales people use. He was warm and patient. He knew everything there was to know about my vehicle. He was like a walking manual! Let’s face it, in a world and time when we want things yesterday and regularly don’t have time to sit and read an instruction manual, he was and still is a life saver! He has taken the added stress right out of buying a new car without me having to fumble around and figure out how to work the tech in it. He has even checked in on me to asked how I was enjoying the car & of course I received a great thank you letter! How cool is that?!! I have a relative that referred me to him and purchased a vehicle and her friend went to him as well. We are well satisfied customers! In my opinion, you can get a vehicle for a fair price easily. Horrible customer service. Not once did they call me to inform me about the status of my vehicle. I paid for the original problem they diagnosed and my car still wasn’t working. I brought it back and now its another problem that wasnt originally brought up. I ended up paying over $1400 now my air conditioning doesn’t work (which was originally working properly before I brought it to them) Not only did they try to charge me for another diagnosis but they never fixed my car for the original problem I brought it in for. The finance dept did it ANYWAYS to try to counter offer my offer and in turn I’m left disputing credit hits and writing to the Better Business Bureau because they decided to do what they wanted to do instead of what I requested. I got it back and took it to the service department stating it was one thing when it was my struts only had it for about 2 months. Then had to take back for a leakage. Whomever had this 14 Jeep Cherokee before me didn’t take care of it and I am stuck with a rotten of a vehicle. I am ready to get rid of it. I expected to get a long lasting vehicle but I got a bad one that may not last for years to come. I still need work done on it and I have seen them so much this year I’m tired of going back and forth. Make sure you get the vehicle you purchase a good looking over if you know anything about it because had I have known it was not a good vehicle I wouldn’t have purchased. Hey Don Davis think you all can take this Jeep Cherokee back for a better one.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The service center is terrible. Every time I come to this place it’s a hassle. You would think it would be easy but it’s not. I came here for a tire replacement. Simple right ? I leave my tire there for them to change out and came back 2 hours later. I still had to wait. When I returned they told me my warranty company would not pick up. But magically when I called them myself boom they picked it up then he says oh they just picked for me as well. I hate this place I really do. I wishe there was mother keep closer to me. Save your time if you have another you can go to. Do that!

“The people are very nice. The sales process was great, and the service department has always been very friendly. However, I was sold a maintenance package that locks me into service at this dealership. Didn’t sound too bad, but I’ve moved, and now I have to drive 45 minutes to the dealership. Every oil change has taken more than 1.5 hours. The sales dpt. constantly has “”garage sales”” where they park cars over half the service drive, and somehow this makes an already long wait for an oil change even longer. Paperwork takes longer than it should, and many times I have been the one moving my truck through the department by constantly asking the writer or the cashier the status of my truck, which was already sitting outside. I worked at a dealership service department for nearly 7 years, I know what an efficient, well run department looks like. This isn’t one of them. Even better, to cancel my service agreement is a $75 fee. I would buy here again, and the people are nice, but nice doesn’t make up for wasted time and money. Don’t get the service agreement, unless you have a thing for waiting around hours at a time.”

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 4 door in May of 2017. The car had a little over 3,200 miles on it. I looked at this dealer a couple days. One day I made 1 full day before buying the car. The whole transaction should have been smoother . I noticed there was no mat on front passenger side. So contacted the sales person + was told he would get some real mats so they would match and never followed through .Hence I got my own along with much better wiper blades. There Are 3 Things that I don’t like. Real lies and being taken advantaged of. And real bad attitudes when you call a place to continue business and they are Rude and a service rep tell you to go elsewhere, like the Mazda dealer. The dealer from the service department. sent papers for the works on oil change,Tire rotation +pressure check etc. I called and spoke to Jeremy who said he was the service advisor. Jeremy gave me a big steal about my car not being a Ford, so they are unable to do the work for that price. MIND you my tires were bran New when purchased the car + I get the air checked every couple of weeks. So I asked Jeremy how much for the oil change and let him know what type of oil. All of this should be at his disposal as He had to call me back, because another service rep could not give me an answer.

Well. I was a little disappointed this time. Occassionally I have my wifes chrysler 200 worked on or serviced here. Had issues with trunk and no choice but to take it to the dealer, did what they said and brought it to them to diagnose, and said first that they would be able to get it back to use in about a day and a half, once there and leaving the car they started to give us the run around, well maybe this or maybe that, and another 2 or 3 days. Come on…… for a trunk not opening, unfortunately there is no key spot on the outside, so don’t have much of a choice, need to be able to opening the trumk with the push of a button, certainly hope to hear from them today…

Just purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from this dealer. David Jones was my sales person and spoke to him only through email before purchasing me vehicle. He worked out an excellent deal through email before I even came to the dealer. I arrived at the dealer for an appraisal of my trade and they stood behind the deal made online. I asked David if I could test drive the vehicle before I made the final decision, and he already had the vehicle that I wanted in front of the dealership. He took my car to appraisal and we were off on the test drive. The appraisal took ten minutes and within 20 minutes of arriving I had a 100% negotiated deal. Paperwork was sent to finance and it was another 5 minutes before I was in front of the finance manager. The finance process was a no pressure process, I had a better rate from my bank and was told upfront they couldn’t beat my rate – no pressure. I asked the finance manager for the cost of the service packages which he openly told me the cost of everything. This dealership did not do anything to pressure me, hide anything, or try to deceive the deal. Everything went smoothly. I have purchased several new cars and this by far was the easiest process I have ever had at a dealership. I am in love with my jeep and will only purchase vehicles from this jeep dealer. I would highly recommend looking at them first. I walked away knowing I got a great deal.

I bought a new truck there about 2 years ago. The sales experience wasn’t too bad but now I’ve had the first mechanical problem and can’t even get anyone there to talk to me. I was put on hold twice for a total of about 5 minutes then told they were too busy to answer a simply question. They transferred me to a voice mail with the promise of a call back later in the day. Big surprise, no call back. The true judgment of a business is service after the sale. They’ve failed. UPDATE. We need another new car and this time we’re looking at a Ford Mustang. Due to the previous bad experience with the Dodge dealership, we won’t ever considered their Ford location. Poor customer service really dose cost a business money.

I think they were trying to gouge me at first and didn’t give me an honest low price at first. We had to go back and forth playing cat and mouse on a final monthly payment. I live in Austin but was in town for work. I had been looking to replace my high mileage, daily driver, a 1997 MPV with 300,000 miles. I found Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep through the Capital One Car Finder App. Cody Wiggins met me at the door and we checked the computer to see what they had available. I gave him a list of cars that I was interested in and he was familiar with all of them. I settled on a used Toyota that had just come in but wasn’t detailed yet. Was greeted by the Service Director, Shannon just as I was stepping out of my car in Service. He brought over the Terry, the Service Manager to work with me directly. I had a frustrating dead battery issue, which was throwing multiple codes. Terry and Shannon quickly ran down the process (I have Max Care extended Warranty – which makes things MUCH easier for all) and I was in a loaner car and on my way in less than 15 min. I know this doesn’t always happen this fast in alot of cases, but I was happy that it could. It was also a holiday weekend, but that didn’t get in the way. I was kept up to date on repair status both by phone and electronically by their automated system. I was also given a menu of items to repair, replace, consider where I could say yes or no to each one. I added a tune up, oil change, and another item and am completely satisfied with the outcome. I have already referred friends and coworkers to them. I will be back for service and my next car.

On Sept. 11th, my car engine blew on my way to work. Audrey the service rep. and Joe the service manager were great and did their best to keep me informed of updates as they occurred. It is my opinion that the Extended Warranty Service that I have been paying on for years, made this an unnecessarily extended and slow ordeal. They took over four inspections before deciding to cover the engine replacement- taking almost a month! Don Davis on the other hand, was professional and helpful.

5 stars to the service department 3.5 stars to the parts department I have bought parts there, I think they are priced too high and stock is low in what I have asked for. Some of the parts staff seem totally disinterested in you. Others are very nice and friendly. Service, I had an awesome experience. I was skeptical given the reviews, but as my regular mechanic couldn’t sort out my issues, I reluctantly took it to a dealership! Have to say, everyone was nice that I met. Pricing was upfront and straightforward. My issue turned out to be rats eating the wiring, took awhile to diagnose, but I couldn’t sort nor two other mechanics, so I think they did fine. I also like they apply most of the diagnostic fee to the repairs!!! I did get advised to fix the rear brakes, but I know they were bad as I meant to do em myself last year! So that was an honest upsell and reasonably priced too, so I had them do it, no issues! I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs, at least by my standards. Dealerships are known to ride their staff pretty rough so I don’t expect hourly updates and Cheshire smiles. I also like they can text you updates! Saves us both time from the phone. Audrey was the service manager who took care of me, ask for him- I think he’s great.

I’ve had my new 2017 Jeep in there going on two weeks now and they call me today saying after two weeks they find a new issue and it’s not under warranty and saying I’m at fault??? And they won’t admit to their mistakes. Just awful. And then they want to tell me there’s no such thing as orange windshield fluid??? The service center put blue windshield fluid in my brake fluid , and ask me if I did that? When I haven’t had my car going on two weeks now and then I tell them I only own orange windshield fluid and the service manager Joe Johnson says there’s no such thing as orangewindshield fluid only blue! I went here a while back, my first time going to a car dealership. It was a terrible experience. I was looking a jeeps, the sales rep misunderstood some of the specs and was trying to sell me a bigger vehicle (or understood and wanted to sell me a bigger ride). I was visibly unhappy with the vehicle that they were trying to press on me, but they were pushing really hard. I also let them take my keys to see a trade in value out of curiosity, that was a mistake. They kept begging me to take it home for a week, to try it out. I kept trying to say no without being rude. And I felt like I was held hostage, since I was waiting for them to bring me my keys. The offer for my car was like 40% of blue book value. After I left they kept calling me to see if I had reconsidered, I was usually at work so I couldnt answer my phone. It was a very stressful situation and I won’t ever go back and am hesitant on ever going to a dealership anywhere again.

You have to get a car from JOSH! He helped me, and was not your typical pushy sales assistant. As a female, I did get a little nervous when looking for my first brand new car purchase. I was hoping that I wasn’t lied to and taken advantage of. But man, was I wrong. I had a really really good experience here. When I got to the lot, I looked around at the Jeep Grand Cherokee’s and walked inside. I was paired with Josh who was to go with me on some test drives. We drove about 4 different cars until all I had to do was pick the color car I wanted. The application process was smooth and easy, it didn’t take very long either. They had first said they could take my old Chrysler Pacifica (2005) for about $1000. Which was a surprise because that car was in pretty bad shape. They ended up giving me $2500 for my car! That made the payments lower and the trade process a lot easier! After talking to the financing department, we realized the payments for the Grand Cherokee were going to be very high. In the $875 region. I thought about it and asked for some other options. Josh showed me some Jeep Compass’s which were a tiny version of the Grand Cherokees. After some more test drives, I found the one I liked. But I wanted it in white. So the next day, Josh drove to another lot in Fort Worth to pick up the car I wanted and had it all cleaned up for me. I picked it up that day and I have been extremely satisfied with my car purchase. If you do come here, ask for JOSH STEWART. He let’s you feel at ease, doesn’t follow you around to every car, doesn’t bombard you with questions or make you feel like you have to buy something right then and there. The only thing I would change about this place is the service center wait time. I’m not going to lie, it is very busy on the weekends so expect to wait, no matter what service you are having done on your car. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change that was included in my warranty. But hopefully the service gets quicker. 🙂

My time at Don Davis Chrysler Jeep on this past Saturday went very well. Mr. Victor Ugarte, the service rep who handled the affairs for my vehicle, was informative about what services were available to me that were of necessity to take care of. I was either the third or fourth vehicle to be serviced, and my vehicle, which was taken in for an oil change and (I believe) tire rotation, was serviced in less than an hour, I believe. All went well.

We had great service while we were there purchasing a car. But we had a tire that needed replaced about four months after we bought the car. They replaced that tire. Less then a week later we needed two other tires replaced immediately, so we didn’t go to dealership. Turns out the brakes were never replaced, the brakes were so bad it was leaving hot spots on the rotor and the dealership didn’t check nor did they inform us that they needed replaced.

I’ve becoming to this dealership for about 6 years my experiences has always been up and down. The service agents are usually great and extremely helpful, especially Mr. Audrey. I cannot say the same for the service manger Terry Collins, he has always been very rude to me and speaks in a very aggressive tone. I’ve had to remind him several times to be mindful of he responds, when issues are presented to him. I no longer wish to work with them because of his nasty attitude. I already filed a complaint once before w/ BBB in regards to Terry. I would advise any new customers, to be mindful of this should run into a service issue and have to deal with that man. I’ve cancelled my service contract and will never come back or refer anyone to this shop.

They kept my vechile for over 30 days, was advised it was ready to be picked up, picked up my car and I knew something was wrong as soon as I drove off the lot, I took my car right back,they kept it for an additional 5 days, once again was advised everything was working fine and I could pick up my vehicle…… well, picked it up and it still WAS NOT fixed and running right! Had to bring it back a 3rd time. Everyone was unprofessional and they dismissed my concerns.

If I could give no stars I would. Their service department is awful and way overpriced. They take advantage of people who have no choice to pay what their asking due to the fact that the car is broken down. You have to call them, they don’t call you. We feel ripped off. Also, this is our second Jeep with issues before 50,000 miles. They have lost us as a customer and we will never buy Jeep again the rest of our lives. BUYER BEWARE! Stick with Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Mini. Jeeps are not what they used to be. We feel very scammed. Will be trading in our Cherokee with less than 50,000 miles on it because we don’t feel safe in it anymore for a Honda.

Don Davis dealerships clearly have no sense of what good customer service is. I have now tried two different dealerships giving them the benefit of the doubt from the mustang repair they tried to screw me on, but now they have proven they are a horrible company to deal with. Between not helping their customer’s convenience and clearing my code on the drive to try and screw up any diag for the next shop, I will never be going back. Oh and yes, we tried talking to the manager, he was just as rude and disrespectful to my fiancé. The sad part is that I live about a minute from them and would rather drive the 30+ minutes to a different dealer than deal with their rude, lying, and disrespectful way of business. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I took my 2008 Dodge Charger SE Plus in for the Drivetrain Inspection that’s required to keep my Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty in effect. I was told it would take about two hours. Not only was it done but they also did a safety recall for the airbag and a multi point inspection of the entire car. Audrey Wilson was great. This was one of my better experiences with a dealerships service department. I will go back. Good job.
