GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!!! Brought my Nissan into the service center due to concerns about the brakes. Mauricio went on a test drive right away with me to evaluate the issue and gave me great insights on the little things that go on with my car and assured me the vehicle was operating normally. He saved me 2 days without the vehicle and some $$! Really appreciate the genuine care and honesty. Thank you!! I will definitely be getting regular maintenance here from now on.

RUN AWAY from Don Davis Nissan Service! Go anywhere but here to get your Nissan serviced. Took my vehicle in for a check engine light; vehicle shut down on the highway. Determined the thermostat and gasket had failed; also needed heater and radiator hoses. I agreed to all and paid the $1,100. That’s not the issue. They returned my vehicle to me in WORSE condition than I gave it to them: heater in the vehicle now doesn’t work. And they want me to bring it back to them to diagnose. Laughable – no way, I’m done. I’ve been coming to this dealership for service since 2007. ALL of them constantly recommend service based on this or that; I have discovered on my own some of these recommendations are unnecessary and an outright lie, even while telling you it’s coming from the manufacturer. I dealt with it for years from these jokers and I’m through. For God’s sake, stay away from this service department!
I always brought my vehicle here for services and very please with the staff, price and the jobs they had done, the waiting room is very clean and comfortable, and they provide drinks such water, and variety of sodas, and recently I seen snacks too while you wait. Updated Brought my vehicle here for service today and been waiting for 2 hours, and still not done yet.

Fair and good natured in the negotiations. Had just left a competitors lot and felt insulted with their offer on my trade, Cody and Adam came back with a fair offer out of the gate and we had an enjoyable negotiation to the number we were both happy with. Stephen in finance was quick to wrap up paperwork and get me a PO to my bank. Never felt pressured o throughout the process. They respected my bottom line and my wish to use my bank. I don’t know what happened to service. I use to take my 14 Sentra there and Buddy (service rep) was the best. Now, I don’t see any black people working there anymore. They are rude and nasty when calling in to make an appointment. I called several times to see about a recall and get transferred to a voicemail. I decided to take it to Clay Cooley where I got in and out without the attitude.

Don’t use this dealership. Switch and bait. Saw car advertised and they would not honor the price. We talked to the dealer before coming, test drove and they would increased the price by $7,000 wasted two hours of our day. Very disappointed teenager. It was a car for a sweet 16 from her grandparents.

The auto service department is really nice however I don’t think that it should take as long as it does however I’m not an expert in Auto parts so I don’t know how things go together I don’t know how long it takes for things I just know that I was there from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. but I got an alignment I got a sensor replaced I got a full induction service they replaced my filters they gave me a CVT flush so I think it was okay I mean they estimated to be about 1,000 and it was like 917 for everything.

“First of all, on a positive note, my service adviser, Mr. Mauricio Marchant, was very kind and helpful, during the process of the engine repairs done to my car. But when I picked my car, the lady at the costumer service counter asked me to sign the STATEMENT OF DISCLAMER “”to verify that I picked up the car.”” When I read the Statement of disclaimer, this DID NOT say ANYTHING about picking up the car, but that your company, Don Davis, disclaims all warranties, and that the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. This goes in direct contradiction with the promise that Mr. Marchant gave me that the parts or products have a warranty of 12,000 miles or twelve months. Also, I find it misleading, when you are asked to sign a form to verify that you are picking up your car, but in reality you are signing your rights of a warranty away.”

I will always recommend this dealership after the experience I had. Not pushy AT ALL and won’t try to upsell you. They worked with my price range and I even got a 2020 Altima for so much cheaper than what I had planned on spending for a 2019. Cody was great too! Terrible service, terrible customer service, minimal help. Lied about me not having a warranty, literally called the place they told me to call, Burleson Nissan, and verified that I had a warranty, for him to tell me I didn’t have a warranty. To literally pick it up and take it to Burleson to have it fixed under warranty. Was thinking about purchasing my new car from Don Davis once I finished paying my current car off, and I will say thankfully I know now I will never be doing business with them again. I will never recommend anyone to go there, and I’m definitely telling everyone I know about my experience at Don Davis. Literally the worst service I have had at any company.

“Extremely unprofessional service department. I’ve had nothing but issues with them from the very beginning. This place is perpetually over priced and understaffed. It takes an entire day sometimes just to get an oil change in their “”Express”” Service Center. They will try to charge you a diag fee for fixing warranty / recall items. Then when you call Nissan to complain, they will deliberately lie to Nissan NA to make it seem as if you went in for a different, non-warranty issue. The last time I went there with a 1yo Nissan for a tire rotate and balance. It pulled to the side at highway speeds so I paid extra for an alignment. They can never get anything done in a timely manner so I left the car with them the entire day. I coordinated a drive to work in Plano and back, and was barely able to get in before they closed. Guess what? Car still pulled and it didn’t even look like anyone touched the rims. The rims still had all the same dust, it still pulled, and they still tried to charge me for something that didn’t get done. Be very observant when dealing with the service department. They are liars all the way up the chain to the service manager. I have been going to this dealership for over a decade and bought a handful of new cars from them, and it’s always the same run around in the service dept. Trust your gut with these people and definitely shop around. If you think they’re trying to pull one over on you, then you’re probably right.”

Brought the car there to get serviced at 9am. Even though they said I would get it back the same day, I wasn’t mad about receiving it the next morning due to getting a rental. But I expressed my concerns about a squealing noise from my tire. I was told that nissans usually squeal. I don’t think so. No car should make that noise after having it for a month.

I came in with the intention of just getting an oil change and realized I needed a new radio (under warranty). This service department is amazing they made sure I had a rental and communicated everything to me efficiently and clearly. Buddy Melvin went above and beyond to assist me during this visit and I have never had such a positive experience with a service department. I wish I would of started my experience with Don Davis and not purchased my car from the awful Clay Cooley. Been taking my 2 Altimas for service here for years. I know how things are supposed to work. Took my son’s Altima in for a rear break service. Pulled up the online coupon for 30.00 dollars off and presented it when dropping off the vehicle for repair. When I picked up the car I paid the price in the receipt without question. Upon viewing the bill I noticed that there was only a 15 dollar discount and not the 30. When I questioned the service rep, his explanation was that the other 15 dollar discount was not applied in place of a waste disposal fee. He was willing to give me the advertised discount, but when his supervisor stepped in, she was not only willing to give me the full discount, but felt obligated to add an additional 20 dollar waste fee. At no time did anyone mention such a fee or list such a fee on any of the paperwork prior to my not getting my discount. I guess it’s the dealerships way of saying don’t ask questions unless you are willing to overpay for their slight of hand in the paperwork charges. The dealership has always shown waste fee charges in their break down of charges on billing in the past, so why be so deceptive? I think it’s time to stop dealing with businesses that attempt to deceive the customer. It has always been my understanding that brake pads are refurbished by the manufacturer and not trashed. If there are any additional fees involved, simply be upfront.
They took such good care of me in service, Chris is a rock star, he listened to me and found the problem in my heater core – no more leaking in my cab 🙌, they fixed my pathfinder where I feel safe inside my vehicle and on the road again, awesome dealership. No wonder it’s packed all the time, Waxahachie Nissan is a joke, they even put a fee on my warranty if I went anywhere else to get help. Unbelievable!

I have been used Don Davis service for many years. I stopped by today to do my oil change and transmission fluid change. The technician showed up quickly and let me wait in car for a service representative. I waited over 30 minutes, no one showed up. I think they don’t want to serve my Van. You guys messed my beautiful holiday weekend. Worst experience with Don Davis.

Adam Solomon & Syed is the Ultimate team . I been dealing with them a little over six years . Each time I purchase a vehicle the experience gets better and better . I called Adam and told him I wanted to text drive Infiniti I seen on the Don Davis website. No hesitation Adam pull some strings to get it to the dealership . When I got there it was sitting in a single parking spot . All it was missing was a BIG RED BOW . I test drove it didn’t like it . That didn’t stop Adam listening and understanding what I wanted . He pulled out a Nissan Murano. I wouldnt thought to drive nor look at one . It was nice ,smooth and top of the line . Syed knew everything about Nissan Murano inside and out literally a walking book. He was the perfect sales man bc he has owned quiet a few. The process was easy . Not one time did I hear they would try and get me in the car . They worked it all out and the car was mines. Worst experience ever!! If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. I took my car in because my car was shaking really bad and pulling to the right. My car was there for 5 days. I picked it up on Saturday and my car was still shaking( what the hell did they fix after 900.00). I immediately took it back and they said they knew nothing about my car shaking just to tell me later my rim was bent but it would be another 1000.00!!! Don, didn’t you just charge me for an alignment, but you didn’t know the rim was bent? I’m confused and out of 900.00. Thank God for Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine for saving the day. I will be reaching out to the BBB and if I can find who serves on their board of directors for the corporation I’m calling them as well.

They inconvenienced me for 5 days and did almost nothing I was told on a Monday to bring my car in for diagnostics and they would have something for me Tuesday. Tuesday I was told they would get to it first thing Wednesday! Wednesday I was told they would take care of me by Thursday! Thursday the service representative would not return my call! I had to call the service manager, finally I got a call from them late Thursday telling me that I needed allot of work on it but didn’t have pricing for parts and would get right back to me…..NOTHING…..Finally at 9:30 on Friday I tried to call the service rep, he was not available to talk! I then told the person on the phone that I was coming for my car. I finally got me vehicle back at 11:30 where they proceeded to charge me for their time, give me a break! I have 2 Nissan products never again!

I left my vehicle with Norma Mitcham for a faulty tire and an oil change. I was called later and returned after 6 hours and only the tire was repaired, and I have to schedule another appointment, take time off of work and make another trip because what I asked to be done wasn’t done in a 6 hour window. When the cashier asked about the oil change, Norma assured her that it was done, the cashier asked for that paperwork, Norma looked for it and because it had not been done, it didn’t exist. She offered to have me wait while they did it then but I was going to be late for church. After that, Norma simply walked away and didn’t apologize to the cashier who was the person who identified the error in the first place.
Omar Gonzalez was such a great help. He provided excellent and professional customer service. He even went on a test drive to exactly pin point the issues that I was having with my vehicle. Everything was taken care of in a very professional and caring matter. My daughter is in the market for her 1st car and we already found the perfect Sentra for her to buy here. NOT ANYMORE!!! Their service department completely messed up my husband’s 2020 vehicle on a routine oil change just because one of their service guys did not know how to work on his vehicle. Of course they do not want to take ownership of it now. It is a 2020 vehicle and this is the ONLY place it has been. So of course now we are looking elsewhere for my daughter’s new vehicle. “I am from the Austin area. I was in the market for a new Nissan Rogue Sport (2020), especially the nitro lime metallic. I started looking at the car sale sites and found several for sale, with discounts. I guess it’s the end of the year and dealers are discounting their 2020’s in order to have room for the 2021’s. I found 3 or 4 that fit my budget. I started calling the dealerships. OMG, what a difference in each of the dealers approach. A few were willing to tell me anything, just to get me in to their store. I’m referring to the dealers here in the Austin area. One of them told me that there were only 2 nitro lime Rogue Sport SVs in the entire U.S. Imagine that! And his dealer had one of the 2. OKAY, on to the next dealer. I finally found Don Davis Nissan in Arlington. What a difference. No pressure…and they went out of their way to help me. Again, no pressure. I spoke with GiGi at Don Davis and she was exemplary in her approach. It wasn’t one of those “”willing to say anything”” just to get you in their doors, either. She was friendly, very professional and, whatever she told me she was going to do, she did. She answered all of my questions and left me feeling like I was part of the family. And, I got the car that I wanted at a great price. I almost feel like they discounted the car too much, ALMOST…!!! Anyway, Don Davis gets my overwhelming vote of approval. Extra charge added to bill that was not discussed. Amount discussed over the phone and which I got in a text message was different than that what I had when I got there. Then when questioned about it I will told, “oh I didn’t know what it looked like on your end.” What difference did it make? I told you what it said and the $100 charge was not discussed prior to me leaving as some diagnostic charge no matter what. I know people don’t normally deal with dealerships and now I see why. One year almost exactly to the day the Nissan Sentra that I bought BRAND NEW has completely stopped working. My husband has brought this car back to the dealership 3x in the last 2 weeks and apparently the mechanics here can’t fix it. We have kept regular maintenence on this car, there’s is NO reason why a brand new car that is still under 35k miles should be completely broken down. Beware of the quality here. If we could get rid of this car immediately we would. I bought a used 2008 Sentra for my very first car and for 10 years never had it break down once. We buy a BRAND NEW car from this dealership and 1 year later it’s dead. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a 1:30pm appointment for oil change and State inspection. Was kept waiting 2;30 hours with no updates, finally consulted associate and told next in line for inspection. After waiting longer was told oil change had not been done either and that was what was being done, inspection would be even longer. Cancelled inspection got oil change, since prepaid with car purchase, and left. That was our last prepaid service. Will not be going back, service on our vehicles has been horrible the last several visits now and not improving. Won’t consider buying Nissan either now since would have to use this dealer for convenient service. Owned Nissans for 23yrs, but enough is enough of horrible service.

Brought my car on Saturday as scheduled, when I get there, was told, couldn’t get to car until Monday, should’ve called me before I got there. So I had to come back Monday. Waste of time. I told Buddy front drive strut is knocking and wanted an oil change, I was informed It was a back driver side stock was out, not the strut. An oil change wasn’t done and the knocking in front strut is worse, sounds like front tire is going to fall off but you guys didn’t find anything wrong, a total waste of time and still having the same issue but worse so I’m not happy at all

And the previous Service Advisor called as a followup to see if I got the info. When he was told no, he said he would get it and call right back. If I could have given a lower score I would have . Let me see if I can tell you a story. I came into the Nissan dealership a few weeks ago. My car was giving me some major issues. I had photos of the problems . I voiced my concerns to my technician and requested diagnosis. To my surprise the DEALERSHIP could not determine what was wrong with my car and explained they were not able to duplicate the problem. I explained the car was cutting off while I was driving and the brakes would lock up . I would be in the middle of traffic and this was a safety hazard. The service person agreed it was but could not resolve the issue. I requested they check the charging system . Which should have been done if I was bringing in for diagnosis. Anywho. It found that the battery was not charging at the correct voltage. The device person waived the fees for diagnoses that day. I left the dealership upset and had the battery replaced . After the battery was replaced the vehicle would still act the same. New light showed on the panel. Brake and battery light flashing together . I had the alternator changed . The lights continues to flash. So I had the car towed to the dealership for fear of driving . The technician called and advised the car needed the alternator replaced . I explained the alternator had just been replaced . I asked him if the car was showing any other codes . Wait for this …. he explained the car was not put on the diagnostic machine . Wait , wait , wait …. You mean to tell me I bring my car in to request a diagnosis and the dealership is not putting the car on the machine . So this means the car was not put on the machine the first time I brought the vehicle . I became upset with the technician and demanded the car be placed on the machine due to me asking for a diagnostic service . I was aware the alternator was charging on an intermittent basis which is the reason I brought it in the first place . The car was then placed on the machine and I was advised the transmission was bad in a 2016 Nissan Quest . You see if the first time the vehicle would have been placed on a machine …. this could have been resolved and I would have know what I was dealing with. But after spending 600 dollars on an alternator and battery. And then bring it back to the dealership and the technician wanting me to have the alternator checked just to start at a whopping price of 1150.00. Wait for this … without first putting on the machine for a full diagnostic test. So after leaving the dealership and being ill advised , misinformed , and not given full service . I drove the car to the Honda dealership where I purchased a new 2020 Honda Odyssey and traded the vehicle in . Thanks for not putting forth your best foot to really see what was wrong with the vehicle the first time . Thanks for not attempting to do right at the second visit … without me having to come fully unglued and request a full diagnosis. I feel like due to being a woman I was not really being listened to. I feel like my concerns were not being heard . I am wise enough to know that these techs have worked on enough vehicles … Nissan vehicles to know what the problem was when I first came in . Don Davis you failed my expectations . I am not sure I will ever return to the Nissan Family.

“Had a 730 appt on Saturday, it was pretty busy but finally got checked in at 8. The Service adviser was friendly and attentive. I just needed an oil change, but through some discussion he told me about a “”great deal”” on some new tires, which I did need. We went over the pricing and I approved the services. Not only did it take over 3 hours for an oil change and 4 new tires, when I see the bill, its easily 100 dollars more than I was “”quoted.”” I went over the pricing with “”Jon”” and he agreed that the price was higher than we discussed. He apparently went back to the service manager and they dropped it 20 dollars…laughable. They basically did nothing to honor the original price. Let me be clear, I asked all questions about the pricing, other than getting it in writing. There was no confusion, no misunderstanding. Customer service may exist here at Don Davis, but in my experience it does not. I can get these services at many other locations, but I choose to go with my dealer and justify the higher costs, assuming they will do the job right and at least be honest with me as a customer. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again and will drive a substantial distance just to avoid dealing with them. Anyone thinking of having them service your car, expect it to take more than you would think it will take and if you agree to any services, get it in writing.”

When told after spending all day there since 🕖 7:00 am then around 3:30 to 4:00 🕞 was told oh almost done. Then hour to almost 5:00 was told he wasn’t done yet. Just why would you tell a customer you’re almost done when actually you were not EVEN CLOSE? Not really happy with service, oh and there was put in a rental and told to come back in the morning. And had to wait 15 to25 minutes for the rental. Good god I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon.

So there should have been any reason I would need wipers. Was told the tree on my tires was low. My tires are still under warranty, but I was told I must contact the manufacturer. I bought the tires from Don Davis, not the manufacturer. Upon leaving, I was reading my receipt only to find out that my tires we NOT rotated. When I spoke to a service tech, he only said they could rotate my tires… after I sat for 3 hours expecting them to be rotated? No thanks.

I made an appointment for my first oil change a week ago I came in at the specified time and waited 3 hours to get my car back. I don’t mind waiting but I also don’t understand the point of making an appointment just to have to wait that long without being told an estimated time. No one came to check in with me during that time either, not even to say it was going to be a while longer. The advisor mixed up my report with someone else’s and told me I needed breaks, tires and other services on my car which I was very confused about because my car literally has 6k miles on it, I came in for a routine oil change. I had to question the information for them to even notice and I understand an honest mistake but there was definitely no attention to detail on that. I’ve had 2 other Nissans of the same model purchased at a different dealership. I never waiting more than 2 hours as a walk in, they would wash my car every time and I never paid nearly what I did here for the same service. I understand being busy and the staff was pleasant while we interacted but I think they need to work on customer service and overall experience. I drove 35 minutes to come here because I wanted to give it a chance, seeing as I purchased the vehicle here, but the other dealership is closer and I know they give better service, will not be coming back for service.

I came in for a routine oil change and maintenance. I was told on the phone it takes about an hour or less for this maintenance. I arrived at my scheduled time of 1200. By 1230 I was helped. By 130 I was told it would be another hour. By 315 I finally tracked someone down who then related it would be another 15 minutes. At 345 I was told that my car was still being “worked on”. I asked for another eta and was told “when they are done”. Not professional or courteous of customers time. It has been a 4 hour wait now. Ultimately I am not very satisfied with don davis Nissan. At least there were beverages and sitting area, plus the rep was at least friendly. If you come here for any maintenance be aware it could take significantly longer than any estimates they give you. Also understand that you will rarely be updated and expected to just wait. Bring a book. Also don’t plan anything else for the rest of the day.

Generally, I have a great experience at Don Davis based on the quality customer service I receive from Service Advisor, B Melvin. As usual the customer service as was great when I arrived on 10/31/19. I was there over 2.5 hours for my 35k service interval which included routine maintenance and I needed a car inspection for registration. I have a maintenance package and I have my car serviced on schedule. Upon a closer review of my servicing documentation I realized that my car was serviced with full synthetic oil instead of conventional motor oil. I immediately called to speak with my advisor to question what this would mean for future servicing and how it would impact my prepaid service package. I was informed he was unavailable and I was asked to leave a message . After multiple calls between 10/31/ and 11/4 and no response, I call to speak with Service Manager J Gonzalez on 11/04/19. On the evening of 11/04/19, I received a call from my service advisor, B Melvin. I was informed that since there was low mileage on my vehicle it would be fine if I have future oil changes with the conventional oil again. I requested documentation in support of this recommendation/information as I have learned that if it’s not in black/white….it didn’t happen. Mr. Melvin stated he understood and indicated he would follow up on 11/05/19. At the time of completing this survey, I haven’t received (electronically or otherwise) any follow-up. I consider this to be an issue easily resolved if the information received is accurate, yet it’s been a very disappointing experience.

Spoke to John on the phone to ask about the battery on a two year old Rogue bought new. I was then told that it won’t be covered under warranty. Luckily I called the Nissan customer service as well and found out battery IS in fact covered under basic warranty. When I called back a second time they begrudgingly agreed that I can come in for an inspection. I asked if I can go to any Nissan dealership so I don’t have to drive 30 minutes and they said no. A quick phone call confirms that’s false as well. Pretty predatory practice if you ask me, John.

I was referred to Don Davis Nissan by the Car Pro Show because I was looking for a new Altima. Brandon Williams was a very professional salesperson and helped us out to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, the general manager (a man who’s name I cannot remember) stepped in and started to berate my father and I when he discovered that we couldn’t agree on a deal that day. The general manager repeated 5 times, “We will not miss your business” then started rant about how their their the number 2 Nissan dealership in the state and they already sold so many cars that my car buying experience at their dealership was meaningless. I’m astonished that this dealership is endorsed by the Car Pro. My father and I ended up making a fantastic deal at another DFW Nissan dealership later in the day. Please avoid the new car sales department at Don Davis Nissan and instead look at the better Nissan dealerships in the metroplex.

Buy a car here, if you’re lucky enough buy one from Tony Brewer. He did a fantastic job a finding the car that was right for me at the right price. He did such a great job my mother came back less than a month later to purchase a car for herself. That being said if you know what’s good for you, you won’t purchase any services from this dealership. I’ve had many first here in regards to terrible customer service and communication: 1. They lost my car upon completing service. How do you loose a car!? I have one witness to this and another friend who’s expected the same thing 2. They waited till closing to call me to pick up my car. I asked if they could hand the keys off to a sales person since I wouldn’t make it back in time, which they did to accommodate me. The second time they threatened to keep the keys until Monday (they’re closed Sundays) unless I came back right then. 3. A)They scheduled my oil change without informing me my oil warranty was expired. It wasn’t until I got there that they informed me of this (shady boots for sure). It was only over by 3,000 miles, I really think something could have been done about this as I did not plan on having to pay for this service 3. B) I gave them the benefit of the doubt (I don’t know why) and decided to stay and get my inspection done so the day wouldn’t be a total loss. I asked how long it would take to do the inspection and he said a half hour so I decided it was best to stay. Less than 3 minutes later he asked if I was dropping off. My response “Why would I be dropping off when you just quoted me a half hour.” He was dumbfound that I called him out on a lie. The day was a total loss as I left having nothing done to my car. I drove from west Fort Worth for what turned out to be a hot mess. If you made it this far, don’t do it. You’ll regret it big time

Horrible customer service. Took my car yesterday for diagnostic test around 10am. It’s another day and nobody called to update me of anything. There is no direct number to call and when you call their customer service they are very rude. Arlene was very rude and when I asked her if it takes 24 hours to diagnose a car she stated mom we are not open 24, did not want to transfer me to whoever I worked with and wanted to transfer me to his voicemail. Diagnosing a car is done by a machine and should not last more than a day.Customer service sucks here so don’t go here unless you are looking for rude and poor customer service.

This place not even worth 1 star…I took my truck (still in warranty) came in for nail on rear tire to be fixed. After over 2 hrs of waiting and looking for answer from service advisor…It finally done and truck ready out. After 12 hrs overnight shift found out my tire way low again….when I check it the nail still there with the yellow mark next to it…so exactly did you performed? NOTHING. DD Nissan is the worst, incompetent, dishonest dealership I ever deal with….I will have to go elsewhere for service even it’s inconvenient. DD used to be good, but last 6 years ya just didn’t make it…get back the good people. We bought our 2017 truck and 2O18 car in Burleson…even those Arlington only few miles from our home.

John Jones provides very little communication with my services. I dropped my car off around 8:30am. I knew there was a lot of work to be done on my car, but by 4pm, I had not been contact about anything. So I call and was told my car was almost done. John call me 10 minutes before the facility closed to let me know my car was ready. I work overnight and my family was unexpectedly down a car because of the lack of communication. If I had know that my car wouldn’t have been ready on the day I had it services, I would have made changes to accommodate that. I usually have good service here, but I was really upset with the way he handled things.

First time getting my car serviced at Don Davis Nissan. I decided to use them because Grubbs Nissan service usually takes a ridiculous amount of time and it is hard to get an appointment. I found that Don Davis was just as bad even with a 07:00 am appointment I did not leave the facility till 10:00 am. After the first hour they should have let me go home or tell me it would be a couple of more hours. The waiting area was too cold. I saw other people with jackets so they already knew it was cold. I am guessing I should have stayed a Grubbs even though it is out of my area. After all of that Don Davis did not wash my car like Grubbs would have. I am very disappointed.

Mike Bello really changed our minds on using your service department ever again. Before this experience we were reluctant to return. But he did not pressure us into what felt like a sales pitch. Instead he took the time to explain things and offer solutions. He walked me through everything that could be required instead of making It sound like things we “had” to do and making us feel bad about it. That was our experience every other time. You need more reps like him and your service department will feel friendly. Mike made me feel as a valued customer, something that has been lacking after the purchase of our vehicles.
Don Davis Nissan is pretty good. I was there just to purchase parts though, I didn’t buy a car from them. I would recommended to purchase parts from them, but not all parts from them. Some parts that you need, they wouldn’t sell you separately, you have to buy the whole thing which I think it’s not right and it’s not cheap either. I had to buy that part online for the part that I needed for the job and the part that I ordered online also an OEM that they sold separately and not the whole thing.

While my vehicle was getting repaired for warranty part issues. The truck received hail damage. Don Davis is holding no responsibility for the damage due to an act of god however, that’s why any business carries insurance. Unwilling to rectify the situation and not even being told until we get a call that our vehicle was ready is just poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. At the end of the day they are not willing to even fix the damage. If the car was being worked on it should have been in the garage.

Everytime I come here, I’m here for 2 hours at least and that’s with an appointment. I was just here last month for my oil change and for the to look the car over. I’m here again this month because I discovered my headlight was out. So I made an appointment to get this taken care of. Over 2 freaking hours later, I’m waiting for them to say yes it’s a headlight. I bought the car and renew the maintenance coverage plan here twice even though I found out later that the plan is just for this Nissan not any Nissan dealer. **Note: If you don’t have an open appointment slot, stop over booking your clients. #@$%^^%#@@@$

I’ve never even purchased a vehicle here but can already tell that indifference is the Don Davis business model. These people sold my work wife a car with enough open recalls to make Fiat seem like a reliable brand. Unfortunately her vehicle was totaled due to a negligent driver but when it came time for Don Davis to refund what was left on the warranty that was purchased it seems their 2nd business model is simply called Houdini. There’s no reason it should take in excess of seven days and multiple voicemails to return a call. Sales people are always nice and convincing but to get an accurate feel for a dealership see how they treat you after you purchase a vehicle.

Had a good experience here buying a vehicle. Went in expecting the typical dealer game, but price was what we talked about, trade in took a bit of haggling but was good, and finance terms were good with no pressure for add-ons. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would visit them again.

Great service experience! I was having trouble with my transmission at 52000 miles. My engine light came on so I brought it to Don Davis Nissan. Luis checked my Rogue in right away; my family and I were given a ride back home. The next day Luis called to say our Rogue needed a new transmission. Thank God it was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We went back to Don Davis to pick up a loaner car free of charge, since our car would not be ready for a couple of days. The entire process was simple and satisfying. The problem my car had was the main focus and addressed properly. I was not given a long list of other problems, nor was I pressured to fix them like most dealership service departments. The employees were professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Don Davis Nissan’s excellent service department!
