We came from Georgetown to take a look at a Chevy Traverse. Did not think we would leave that day with the SUV!! We’ve been asked about close to 10,000 down at other dealers in Austin, with our credit being ok. We thought the same would happen here. Little did I know that with 1,500 down we went home that night with a 2018 Chevy Traverse!!! Jordan did a great job, and was very patient with us, he did not see us as a sale, but respected us. I cannot express how much I love and appreciate this dealership!!! I cannot thank the entire staff for their amazing work taking care of us and our family. They not only worked hard for us, they even gave up their evenings away from their families because we work late. Michael Young is the most professional, caring, and respectful salesman we have ever dealt with. He not only was prompt with updates, he made sure that we were happy during the entire buying process and made it easy. The trade in appraisals were fair and spot on as well. Hats off to everyone there that helped make my wife’s truck purchase an amazing experience. Great Service! I finally stopped by there Monday to shop for a 2020 Ram 2500 after talking to Miss Jennifer Whiteley for a while and she set me up with Mr Nick Schroeder who I highly reccommend anyone looking for nothing less than professional, Honest Straight Forward service. Mr Nick went above and beyond for me. He worked tirelessly for 4 straight days to make sure I got what I wanted, and even after the purchase, he went out of his way and continued to help me out to get the much needed accesories, for my truck. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process of my daughter buying her first car. Jade Smith was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us, and made the whole experience wonderful. From driving us back and forth between the two lots, to spending the whole day with us to make sure my daughter found something she loved within her budget! He is extremely personable, honest, gave us realistic facts, and we all shared a lot of laughs throughout the day. Also, we came back to have the gas pump cover put on, and he met us at the dealership on his day off to go and have that done for us. What a top notch employee! Update: I was contacted by the dealer the day after I got my truck serviced. After reviewing their video footage and confirming that the damage did occur while the truck was there, they offered to fix it. So I took the truck in, and their courtesy shuttle gave me a ride to and from work to pick it back up. The truck looked as though nothing had happened, so I am completely satisfied. While I wish it hadn’t happened to begin with, I cannot imagine a better outcome. I am impressed with the promptness of the call I received, so they obviously pay attention to reviews. Original post: So, I thought I’d give this place a try since it’s so close to base. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have no complaints about the maintenance except the damage done to my drivers side door. I’m typically a reasonable person that would say that it was probably there beforehand, and I’ve just now noticed it. However, the damage is right next to the driver’s side door handle so when you walk up to the truck, as long as it is in sunlight it is plain to see. The service garage at the dealer is covered/shaded. Obviously I can’t prove it, but I called the service department anyway to let them know that it happened. But a PSA to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service there- there is a tech in the back somewhere not being careful, and he damaged my truck today. His name is not on my invoice (says “House Tech”).

Bought a pre-owned 2019 challenger. Dom was very helpful in helping me find a vehicle, not pushy at all and let me drive multiple vehicles from the store opening until closing. Car had a small issue the day after I bought it, but I didn’t purchase the extra warranty. The store still ensured the car was fixed properly. Shuttled me where I needed to go and even drove my car to me once finished after shuttle hours

Juan kept me updated on my Jeep service as to when parts would arrive and the expected time of completion. Juan was always on top of getting things accomplished for me. AWESOME service staff and cleanliness. On a Saturday only waited about 20 minutes for a walk in oil change. Valerie in service was professional but more importantly, she was very personable. The cleaning lady went out of her way to make sure there was a show on TV that we liked, and was also very personable. As we sat there and she was cleaning the snack bar area, she was being very thorough. The ladies bathroom was sparkling clean. It was a short but very positive experience. I encourage you to give them a visit.

Went to this dealership on Tuesday Feb 02, 2021 with the intentions of trading my 2015 GMC Denali for a 2021 RAM Limited. Arrived and looked at one of the trucks in front of the dealership and then walked inside because there was a White Limited Edition one on the showroom floor. Checked out the entire truck inside and out for about 10-15 minutes and never received a hello, how can we help you, someone will be with you in a moment or anything. That was definitely a sign, so we decided to leave. I see a lot of 4-5 star reviews and this may have been an isolated incident but for my first visit it was definitely not a good one.

We just purchased a Ram from Freedom Country. Found the the truck online and dealt with Josh Harris over the phone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to set a purchase price before arriving at the dealership. We had been to other dealers in Austin and San Marcos who weren’t responsive. Very pleased with Freedom Country and highly recommend Josh Harris.

I’m highly disappointed in the service department! I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with them for 2 vehicles now and each time it’s been nothing but a headache! So the first time was with my 2015 Patriot, In august I took it in and had the throttle body replaced which was about $600. Then in October I started to have the same issues again so I took it back and I waited in the shop for over 2 hours to have the service advisor tell me that nothing is wrong with it, that maybe I’m pressing on the gas and brake at the same time causing those lights to come on. So after a week of the same lights happening I took it back to a different service advisor which he determined it was a PCM issue that would be another $600 or so to fix, so I took it to another mechanic shop. The other place told me that the Throttle body was bad and needs replacement so at that point I brought it back to Jeep service since they had replaced it recently. So they “Fixed” it but about a week later it was still having the same issues so I brought it back to them and they kept it for a few days and they “fixed” it again saying it was loose wires. Then, a few days after the same thing happened. At that point I had spent so much money on repairs, rentals and I was honestly frustrated with them so once my car was “fixed” for the last time I decided to shop around the lot and Megan helped me choose the 2021 Jeep Compass ( Megan was great by the way, I have no complaints against her). Now, after my experience with them I was hesitant on buying from them but I love the Jeep Brand so I decided to give them another chance. Big Mistake! Because, after having it for a few weeks, I noticed rust spots on the silver trim of the vehicle and on the front grill. When I went to pick up my plates, I showed that to Megan and she told me that the service department would be able to take care of that. So I went and showed them and told them that I need a loaner vehicle during the repair since I can’t be without a vehicle because of my job since they couldn’t do it when I’m off on Saturday. They had me call them to see when they would have one available and I was told to send pictures of the areas affected by the rust and that they would let me know what they could do. A week later and I still hadn’t hear from them so I called the service advisor and he said that they don’t have any available and they won’t have any available soon because they’re is 7 people ahead of me needing vehicles for repairs and they’re higher priority. Normally I would be understanding and have no problem waiting but since I’ve already had to go through so much with them with my previous vehicle I have no patience with them. So I call Megan and she said she would talk to the manager and see what he can do. A few minutes later I get a text from the advisor asking if I can wait for a loaner or I can bring it in on Saturday. So we shall see what happens on Saturday. But why did I have to go complain to somebody else to get a solution? Why was my previous vehicle not a priority when it was having issues prior? I understand that the rust issue is not a big deal but it is to me because I just purchased a brand new vehicle so that I wouldn’t have to be dealing with car issues and yet I continue to have issues with the service department. Therefore, this is unacceptable and I hope you all take the time to read this and avoid going to this service department and avoid getting a car here because it is not worth it and I will no longer spend any of my hard earned money here.

My overall experience was okay but there were some issues. I shopped online for my new jeep and was contacted by a sales representative I was informed that I needed to bring my trade in to get an accurate estimate. I was told the process would take about 15 minutes. I showed up at 1 p.m. and was given an amount for my trade about 30 minutes later. I was given the keys to a vehicle that I did not request. I informed my sales person I would complete my shopping online. I left the dealership at 2:30 p.m and I returned at 6:45 p.m. to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle would not start due to the battery. We tried another vehicle, same battery issue and the service department was closed. I insisted I was returning to work in the morning and wanted my new vehicle before I leave. Finally, I informed the manager to use another vehicle because all was needed was a change in the VIN. I test drove the third vehicle. It took less than 20 minutes to sing the contract. Issues 1. I wanted the entire purchase to take place online but I had to go to the dealership twice. 2. I was given the key to a vehicle that I did not request. I was shopping and inquired about one vehicle. When I showed up at the dealership they could not locate my completed application for about 30 minutes. 3. The vehicle I initially chose only had six miles but it would not start so I received one with 19 miles. 4. The additional warranty that I was being sold for 84 months was ridiculous, and extra $50 per month.

From the moment we were greeted by the friendly staff to our awesome salesman man Josh and our loan assistant Quience. We are truly happy with our new Ram truck. Josh was so patient with our whole buying experience. Everyone always asked if we needed anything, like water or a cold drink. Thank you Josh and all of you. Service department is terrible. Juan is extremely rude. Take your vehicle elsewhere. If you are looking for a Jeep that a price can’t be beat go to Nyle Maxwell jeep dodge in Austin. Don’t believe me? Go look up prices on their website. These guys in Killeen can’t compete and once the sale is complete they could care less about you, your recalls, or any issue with your jeep/dodge vehicle. Come here if you want to pay well over what you would there.

Called ahead and spoke to Eric in the Jeep service. Told him I wanted to make an appointment to service my wife’s Jeep. He told me he could get us in today and there is no wait. He even went as far as to tell me I could go to with location. I drove 30 minutes to get there just to be told it’s a 2.5 hour wait. Be cautious when dealing with Eric .

I was in for service and I forgot to mention to the mechanic that the air was low in my tires. I figured no big deal, the mechanic will notice the screen and loud dinging indicating the air was low and take care of it for me. But as I drove off I noticed they didn’t fill the tires. Yes, I should have mentioned. I didn’t think of it until I was getting into the vehicle. Small courtesies and attention to detail would have been 5 star quality for me. When I take my Hyundai in for service they vacuum it, top all my fluids off, fill my tires and clean my windows.

I went there to get a car and within two days of me having it the AC goes out, then within a month the transmission starts slipping. Didn’t even get my real plates before I got into a wreck because of the transmission going out, will NEVER buy from here again. Paying on a car I don’t even have now because they thought of me as a paycheck and not as a human being, they sell vehicles that are not safe. Be careful buying from them!!

The good: Customer service from the sales and parts department. Service department offered a loaner vehicle after repairs exceeded their projected maintenance time. The bad: High prices from the parts department, check engine light coming on after driving less than 1 mile after repairs were completed, the service department failing to see and/or smell the leaking coolant coming out of my radiator after I told them about it, the service department not calling to offer updated timelines or status updates for my vehicle. The ugly: Juan, the face of their service department, accusing me of trying to haggle a free engine replacement out of him because I was (calmly) asking for clarity on their mechanical diagnosis after another shop had a different diagnosis. That vehicle transports my family of 7 and instead of explaining something to a paying customer Juan allowed himself to become frustrated and brought my integrity into question. I will never come back here and never recommend this servicing department due to his lack of professionalism. Although, he was nice over the phone. Last words: I traded my dodge for a Kia.

OUTSTANDING salesman, finance and manager!!! I’ve purchased many new trucks in my life but this by far was the fastest purchase EVER!!! From start to Finnish!!! Jeff Gabe my salesman to Mike and the finance lady they put all the pieces of the puzzle together. I went in there on Wednesday after work and test-drove 2 Jeeps and settled on one the 2020 Sting-gray Rubicon on Thursday and Friday after work that Jeep was delivered!!! My daughter had a blow out in front of this dealership, I came up to help her change the tire but am in a wheelchair and was having a hard time getting the jack in the right place, 2 gentleman noticed we had been out there quite a while in the heat and came out to see if they could help. Not only did they send out a very nice Tech by the name of Chris to come change the tire, they also brought us cold bottles of water. I did not catch their names but wanted to say Thank you very much to all three of them for helping us out. Neither my daughter or I have a Jeep but they still took time out to help complete strangers and it is greatly appreciated!!

In September I took my 2012 Chrysler town and country in to get serviced because it was making a strange notice and giving me a 300 and 306 code after moving here from Georgia. They charged me a 150 fee to do a diagnostic. So after i looked codes up. I read it was possible a spark plug or ignition coil in cylinder 6 or something else. So I said that should be easy to fix or possible know what the problem is. Two hours later they call me and said my van was ready and I was like that was fast. When I got up there they said my van was about to throw a rod and I need to get a new vehicle or a new 8000 dollar engine. That’s my two best options. I could finance the engine through them. Keep in mind that a 2012 crysler town and country isnt worth 8000 dollars. Then they gave me a receipt that said what was done and I asked what all was done to it because i couldnt believe they said they just listened to the vehicle on the receipt and the service tech said he knew it was about to throw a rod after sitting in vehicle and turn on van. Didn’t even look under hood. Everyone was so nice to try to get me in a new car but I decided not to. After getting a new car from someplace else a few months later I decided to stop being lazy and fix it myself. After changing the spark plug and ignition coil everything worked fine. This was a terrible experience and a lost of a 150 for somebody to sit in my van and get out and assume they knew what the problem is. Even a doctor or computer technician follow steps to verify that’s what going on. Not just try to cut corners.

I dropped my car off around 10am for an oil change, tire rotation and an A/C check. I received one call from the service department around 3pm, but that was it. I tried calling the service department around 6:34pm. But no one answered the phone. I called 6 times after that and no one answered. I was NEVER told that the had to keep my car overnight. I was left without information and without transportation.

The salesman I talk to for a test drive was very nice and understanding. He talked to me like I was a person, not his paycheck. But the service department definitely does not have enough room for how many cars come in. It took 2 hours to do a oil change… I will never get my car serviced here again.

Wife went to drop off car for appointment sat. Said it’ll be ready and waiting for pickup after hours on Saturday. Come back on sun to pick it up, they never called to say it was finished or that it wouldn’t be finished. Car is inside bay. I work tomorrow and wife now doesn’t have a car to get her to work tomorrow and no information was given. Also tried to say car is out of warranty saying computer said purchase date was wrong. Guess we will see if they make up for it Update The service folks made contact on Monday and kept us updated and came to pick me up once her car was complete. Bad start but great finish. Way to go dodge.

We agreed on a price, signed the paper, salesman took it to Floor Manager in Finance. He hit our credit then comes outside where were waiting to tell us there was a big mistake in the price we signed on like lots of difference. And then used the excuse that the salesman is young & made a mistake. Mistake should’ve been addressed before he hit our credit. When we refused he then hit our credit 3 more times they’ve called & text me multiple times since that day. Must be desperate to make a sale. Wish they would lose my number. Would never recommend them to anyone.

“As a first responder during this COVID-19 crisis whose husband has been a teacher for the last 14 years, we cannot believe the level of disrespect and embarrassment we experienced dealing with an inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional manager/financial manager who had the audacity to tell us to take our business somewhere else when it was brought to his attention that we were aware that he was undervaluing our trade in vehicle by 3000 dollars because another dealership offered us 3000 dollars more for our vehicle. Even when we pointed out to the manager that he was being rude by telling us to go somewhere else he dismissed us and stood up to walk away. We explained to him again that he was being rude and that we would have to address this in a review, and as he walked away from us he continued his rude and inappropriate behavior and said “”go ahead”” which demonstrates an individual, in a leadership position, as a manager who has no regard for the customer. To be clear we weren’t asking them to give us anything outside of the value of what our car was worth. Again how can someone mistreat you for knowing your value. I could never imagine conducting myself in this manner with my patients or their families, nor could my husband treat his colleagues, students or their parents in such a poor manner. In addition, not being told we had an option between rebates vs. low APR financing would have cost us an additional 9,000 dollars if I didn’t bring it up to their attention that I saw it advertised. How can a company do that knowing we are in a recession? We were told to go miles away to conduct business when we were trying to keep business in our hometown. Instead of making an investment in the individuals in the area, we were made to feel uncomfortable to even buy a vehicle in our area. The disrespect I felt as an individual who has been putting her life on the front line every day for the past 3 months to help our community is beyond hurtful and so discouraging. We were looking forward to purchasing this vehicle and would have been driving it everywhere within a 1-45 mile radius , so the exposure the vehicle would have gotten would have been good for their business because we would have promoted their company. In regards to safety, these individuals have our personal information, they know where we live and our phone numbers, it’s beyond uncomfortable knowing that. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”

Do not use their service department. If they break something, they won’t tell until you find it later and it’s a 50-50 shot having them fix it. I drove my car for a regular oil change service after coming home from orders and after it was done, they bent the steering pin and could not drive the car off the lot. Had to to get it towed to Ashton car repair to fix it. They do not have a qualified srt mechanic at shop.

I was told by the car salesman Miles my 2017 Hyundai sonata sport 26,000 would only cost the sticker price 17,995 + tax & tag fees. They wanted me to put 3k down. I said I would wait but he said I could put $2,500 down pay the other $500 later. When I sign my paper work they input I gave them 3k down but put the price of the car was $18,405 ($500 More). Which was fine b/c now I wouldn’t owe them but owe that $500 to the finance company in the long run. April they still took the $500 from my debit card. They sent my bank 1 paper with scratch out makings of the amount and date saying on March 14 I pre-approve them to take it on April 1 (which my bank stated the mark out looks unprofessional for them to be a major car dealership with no intitals.) Another paper they sent state on 4/1 I authorize it over the phone (ALL LIES). On top of all that we’ve had the car since March 14 and have been told by 2 different brake companies the brakes & rotors need replacing. Today 1 tire leaking air took it to discount tires, they said they can’t plug the tire b/c the tires are 6yrs old and at a 4 depth. So a 2017( 4yr old car) 26,00 with 6yrs old tires, brakes and rotors need replace all in 3 months plus the additional $500. I have called and text Miles several with my concern since April and all he say I’ll check into it and call you back (he never has). It is to much going on in the world for a Major company like this to be openly robbing hard working people. Now I have to get a lawyer involved and BBB. I have been patient enough.

Another gentleman who worked there saw me struggling to hold my 14 month old and her huge car seat. He carried the car seat to the cashier for me, waited until I was finished, then walked with me to my car and put the car seat in the vehicle for me. Cecelia (Cece) was excellent. I have been to four different dealers in efforts to get a very specific truck, I wanted the 2020 1500 Limited, black appearance package, ram boxes, multifunction tail gate, everything, fully loaded. Nobody had one on the lot anywhere local when I started looking, did this stop the Dodge Country team? Nope. After pulling teeth with other dealers trying to get the deal I wanted for my trade in. I waltz into Dodge Country, hand Cece the keys and got an appraisal in less than 30minutes, and it was $2500 higher than any of the competition offered. Then Cece locates the truck I want and has it delivered the very next day! I could rabble on and on about how great my experience was and continues to be, but why sit here read all that mess, go experience it for yourself. Ask for Cecelia if you want a no pressure, friendly, professional, and just all around pleasant purchasing experience.

I gave them 2 stars because if you call Mr Moody then you’re issue will more than likely be resolved. Anyway, I have had three bad experiences with Dodge/Freedom Country. The first one I let go, the second they gave me a free Sirusxm trial, but yesterday I had a 900am appointment to replace my master window control, a recall, and ask them to look at my remote start. Service never called me or answered the phone. I had to call Mr Moody to get them to tell me after 24 hours that it was going to take 3 to 5 days to get the part and the price. No apology or try to make it right so I’m done.

By far the best dealership in town, everyone on the staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their positions. The whole process was super easy when it was time to sign papers all I had to do was sign a couple of documents and then drive away. I had planned on waiting to purchase two vehicles around February. However, Stephen Russell, the sales manager explained the benefits of getting the vehicle now. Gio was super professional and was helpful. The finance manager Ayona James surprised me by including the Tax, Title, and license into the price without me having to ask. I will be returning in a couple of weeks to purchase a Grand Cherokee. Wow. Real nice way to treat the young military guys buying a used car. My son’s experience: Bought 16k car, no floor mats, no manual, no spare tire. The engine lights are still on showing errors and was told there’s a glitch and they’ll turn off the more he drives?! Called the sales guy several times and keep getting the run around. Told him he can’t go thru Navy Federal for financing so of course his interest rate is higher. It’s just another thing on the list that needs to be addressed. He would have been better off going to a buy here pay here lot.

Service center is rude and unprofessional. I called while I was at the light by HEB on Lowe’s Blvd was transferred to the service center was literally less than 5 minutes away. I specifically asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told no I then said so I can come in right now? They said yes. I came in sat in my car at the service center they stared and never approached my vehicle so after 5 minutes I got out and walked up to them still no one spoke or addressed me. I looked at all 4 people and said sorry I’ve never been here but I just called and someone told me to come in. They said nope. I said is there a different service center for dodge. They said nope. We close at 5o’clock (it was 5:26 at this point) I said well then why did y’all tell me to come in less than 10 minutes ago they said nope. They need better customer service and better communication skills.

They are awesome. So I have a CPO Jeep….given a bad experience in Georgetown I was worried about bringing it to another dealer. In Georgetown they told me my Jeep wouldn’t be looked at the day I made an appointment for, that I had to pay the diagnostic fee upfront, and that they couldnt tell me when it would be fixed. I pulled the Jeep and left angry I had paid for the certified pre-owned to be done on my Jeep. Since then I’ve paid for things fixed on the Jeep out of pocket. Swore I’d never take the Jeep to a dealer again. However…..Big Orange sprang an oil leak….my shop in Round Rock couldn’t source the leak. So I took it to the dealer….and I was so upset about the CPO I’d forgotten I even had it. Thank God for it and thank God for this shop. Y’all were amazing and I appreciate you. Thank you for noticing the CPO, for finding the problem, and for fixing the Jeep today. You have restored my faith in dealership shops.

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership/service center. Dropped my vehicle off on the 8th of July and they could not fix it the same day not a big deal told them to keep it until the part came in (part was coming in next day). They called me the next morning asking me to drop the vehicle off I told them they still had it and they were confused. They said they would go look for it. No return call letting me know they made a mistake and that they did in fact have my vehicle. Did not hear from them until Thursday of that week (when I called them to get an update). Then they offered every excuse under the sun for not calling and offered a rental because they received bad parts and had to order more and their technicians couldn’t fix it so they had to call Chrysler. The following week still no calls letting me know they got the parts or when it would be ready. I went in they continued to offer excuses as to why it wasn’t done and why they didn’t call. I decided I would just pick it up and get the work done else where. When I picked it up the service “manager” tells me that they ordered another part on a personal credit card so it would be here the next day. Finally picked the vehicle today and during pick up. No one working could tell me where my car was parked. On top of all of this when I dropped it off I requested an oil change and they were sure quick to do that and charge me because everything else was under warranty. Jonathan the service department manager has some of the worst communication skills and some of the worst customer service skills I have seen.

I recently took my vehicle in because the rear a/c was not working. Luckily I had an extended warranty which covered the repairs. I was told only the control module was bad and was replaced. When I picked up my vehicle the rear a/c was working fine, however only a week later the rear a/c was not working again. I then went into the dealership and advised them of the problem to which I was told they will take care of me and do not want me to be unhappy. However when I picked up my vehicle I was told the rear blower motor was intermittent and needed to be replaced. This is also a part of the rear a/c not caught on the last service. They told me I would have to pay my deductible again even though they failed to diagnose this problem the first time. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here and will drive an hour to a dealership that will care for us properly.

Had about 4 recalls on my Dodge Ram 1500 and called to setup an appointment to come in. Setting up a time to come in was easy, when I got there I was taken care of quickly and told that they would contact me for pickup when they were done. I was expecting my Truck to take a long time, but they called back 2 hours later! Definitely fast and friendly service!

Beware of Used Vehicle purchases. I bought a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in April 2019 which had electrical issues and a leak in the windshield unknown to me at the time. I realized something was not right and reported right away. I was told they would make the repairs. After working 6-7 days a week in a new practice and having health issue myself, I was not able to bring it in during M-F hours and they are 1 hours drive away. When I was able to take time on a Friday, I get the run around and claim that I waited too long and now they just ignore my requests for an appointment after I cleared my Friday to get it done. No response to 5 Texts, phone call made with run around, no appointment confirmed, and now blocked. Unprofessional and just wrong. I did pay for an extended warranty. Love my Jeep, but I will not buy from them again. I called service department again today and they refused to correct the headlight issue and the window leak and the short in the sound system because I missed the appointment when I was very sick and unable to drive. I even gave them notice the day before that I needed to reschedule and was out of work 3 days already. Actually had Thomas get into a shouting phone call whereby he said “we gave you a good deal so it’s the used car managers call” If I had known there were electrical issues and a leak I would have not made the deal until it was fixed. So unprofessional. I will also say that Thomas who sold me the Jeep made very inappropriate flirtatious comments that I had to warn him to stop and keep it professional. I am a professional and only work with integrity, but it’s clear that not everyone does. I will not do business with people like them again. Karma will handle the rest.

Called yesterday about having cooling problems with my 2018 Jeep renegade. Then I asked to see if I have warranty they told me no, well I ended up going to the local Dodge dealership where my mom lives. They told me I do have warranty and I do have a recall so the took my car right in finished the same day. It’s very sad how poor this dealership takes care of people. Totally lost my business
