Took my SUV to them on a Tuesday morning. They gave us an estimate with NO details of what they were charging me for on Thursday. I finally get details on Friday and I then realized why they didn’t want to give details… they were trying to charge me $900 in parts and $3000 in labor… I told them I’d have a tow pick the car up. Towed the car to our neighborhood mechanic on Friday and he fixed everything for $650 by Saturday. You lost a potential customer for life!!!

Put a van in the shop for warrant work – which they claim to have completed – but want to charge us $300 to put it back together. —– now 1 week after this initial post – we yet have our van. We have escalated to Ford Motor – but this dealer does not care – they are holding our van hostage.

This was my fourth time purchasing a vehicle, and it couldn’t have been more smooth. Al was an enthusiastic salesman and all-around great person. He was never pushy, and answered all 101 of my questions. He seemed as happy I was interested in my dream car as I was to take it home. Joe Myers is a little bit of a trip for me, but I’ll be getting all my service done here too because good customer service seems more and more rare these days.

Don’t even think you are going to get post purchase service from this place. A short summary is that I called to get a check engine alert resolved. I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle with them for 3 to 4 days and they would look at it when they could. The initial reaction one might have may be that these are covid times and we all need to be flexible but there is more to the story; I initially called to schedule an appointment. I was told to just walk in, so I did. I was first told that I would need a mask. Ok I had it in hand and put it on. The client assistant checked me in but said that it would be a bit of a wait. I spoke with her on two occasions prior to deciding that it would be best if I came back tomorrow. On both occasions she WAS NOT wearing a mask. Which is ok by me but I did point out the inconsistency. So I called later to schedule a time which is when I was told about the 3 to 4 day rule. I tried to explain the situation that I was told to come back earlier tomorrow but was told that “I am just a client assistant and that is the rule “. Again a bit of an inconsistency I see that this place he gets good reviews in fact I gave them one a couple of years ago when I bought the first of the two trucks I have bought from them. There will not be a third but I am certain that they do not give a darn

We bought a beautiful new/used vehicle. Our salesperson was fine. However, we traded in our previous vehicle which they still have not paid off in 20 days. I have left multiple messages no returned phone calls. I am making payments on a vehicle I don’t have and interest is charged daily! What could have been a positive review has changed.

We didn’t get paperwork for warranty info. Was told someone would call us back never happened. We were told someone would help us get the manufacture code for our car door. I had to call multiple times. Finally talked to sells person and he told me he couldn’t help me. I would be charged a fee. Be sure to get everything you need for your vehicle before you leave because once you leave they stop helping you. They made there sale they are done with you.

This place is a joke! I purchased a brand new f250 and for some odd reason it didn’t come with a spare tire. I purchased this vehicle a month ago. It took me several phone calls to salesman and management. I finally received a call yesterday stating my spare tire was in. I told the salesman I would be in the following day to get it installed. Fast forward I’m here now! Been waiting 3 hours. So I ask to speak with the service department manager. He checks into the matter only to come back and tell me the “new” tire they ordered had a knot. Poor customer service

I was very happy to here a sales manager say he will not give me a chance of walking out that door without the car I came in for a 2019 gt mustang, Mr Al saw that my credit was not strong enough to actually get this car, he did not stop he got with other members of the team an made it work for me, an I saw he wanted me to have the car just as much. I recommend going straight to Mr Al.. he’s a true people person.

Buying from out of state, salesman did not confirm the vehicle was available before having me speak with financial rep and run credit, gave them credit card to hold vehicle and asked him to hold on the phone to verify a flight was still available before he took $500 fee to hold vehicle. I confirmed my flight while on the phone and told him flight was good and I would arrive at 9am. He calls back 10 minutes later and says the vehicle just sold, sorry but this is a big dealership. I purchased a 7 am flight at 3 pm. Did not have 24 hours to cancel flight. Out of the money for the flight and have a hard hit on credit for a truck that was already sold.

I don’t like to leave reviews like this, however what happened to me yesterday 12/14/2020 has apparently happen more than once at this dealership. (Read older reviews) I had scheduled a test drive for a 2016 BMW on Sunday evening. On Monday morning I got contacted by the dealership to confirm the vehicle was available and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership they had a contact on the vehicle for another buyer. I feel let down, ignored and miss lead by Joe Myers Ford. If you want a trustworthy dealership then this is not the one for you.

Got charged $250.00 and got absolutely nothing done on the vehicle. Was not made aware that I would have to pay diagnostic fees for a repair that I decided not to do. Pure lack of communication on their part. Had I known, I would have done the repair which was just one of many that I decided not to do. Totaling $5200. The cost of repairs here is outrageous. I always have issues here…..I wasn’t even contacted for 2 days from the beginning. Last time I got service done here I called back the next day to check on vehicle and my service rep was out of town for company training and there was nobody put in her place to take care of me. Nobody knew what was going on with my vehicle. Terrible experience. And the reason I decided to decline the repairs was so I could go ahead and buy a new F150. Thanks to service department, it won’t be at Joe Myers.

Went to look at Ford Ranger Lariats. The dealership was completely trashed by the US290 widening several years ago. Mid-day on a weekday all customer parking was taken. New inventory is not at the dealership – some obscure lot around Senate and 290. Result: I wasted my time. I did not accomplish my goal of seeing a Ford Ranger and have to regroup and see GMC’s offerings where I know the dealer has a lot of inventory onsite at the dealership.

“I would like to start off by saying that I have purchased 3 vehicles from Joe Myers, and traded in a Jeep wrangler in that past and have always been satisfied with the process and treatment I have received. However I stopped by Friday 2/26/21 after work to check out a Camaro and I wasn’t very happy with how the interaction went. When I arrived I was greeted in the parking lot by a sales associate who asked what I wanted to look at, I told him I was interested in the Camaro and he asked if he could have my drivers license so he could go get the keys. I waited outside for about 5 minutes when the sales associate and another gentleman came with the keys in hand. The gentleman introduces himself and proceeded to tell me that “”because of the traffic in the area, the car having a lot of power, people like to race, and because a mustang might pull up while I’m test driving, that I wasn’t allowed to test drive the car””. He then stated I “”could get in the car and start it, but I wouldn’t be able to test drive it until they pulled my credit””. First off if its policy to not let people test drive before pulling credit, why ask for my drivers license before telling me that? Second I’m not some 19 year old kid looking for a joyride I’m 30 years old, I’m not gonna street race someone on 290 during a test drive. Third the first car I ever bought from Joe Myers was a 2010 Camaro SS back in 2013, which I test drove BEFORE we pulled my credit. Also I had my pre-approval of funds letter from my credit union in my truck, needless to say I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on.”

I love this Joe Myers Ford location. Great customer service! This is where we’ve purchased all our vehicles from. I love that I always tend to have a great experience there. Been going to this Joe Myers since 2006. And let me just say, my husband still has that car. This last time (nov 7th to be exact) I took my truck for some maintenance stuff and Mr. Dan took care of it. I called him a miracle worker because he took care of it so fast! Highly recommended this location!

Very dishonest Sales, they gave price even higher than Internet Price a lot. When I passed the Cellphone to the Sales for proving their tricky price. He asked me to wait and go back to his Boss asking about what to do. Then come out to tell me they could give me same Internet Price. And they dont give you break down price like Sales Price, tax, plate fees, just a total price, so dont be fooled by them. Their Sales Manager isnt friendly at all, teasing Customer and disrespect to Customer. Well, this is very bad experienc to me, so I bought the car from another Ford Dealer. Dont Go there!!!

Purchased 09/07/2020 I cant tell you how important Trust through transparency is when buying a vehicle I will say this is probably the most honest dealership I have done business with in getting a new vehicle! Our customer service rep, Mr Alex Solis gave me direct and honest responses about the overall process and maintained my trust during the entire visit! Most dealerships will have hidden fees and pressure you into warranties and wont give you the best price! Joe Myers dealership did and showed everything upfront on cost and estimated payments! Terrible experience. Classic bait and switch. I spoke with Luis Alfaro for several hours on Thursday, January 28th concerning a NEW Explorer XLT 2021. After coming to a negotiable price with his Manager, Devin Bodily, I decided to drive to the facility to test drive the very vehicle we discussed per the VIN number. After arriving I was told by Luis the vehicle was sold last night and we would have to go to “plan B.” I asked if I could speak to Manager Devin who confirmed it was sold. After asking Devin if I could speak to his manager Rafael, Rafael informed me that the two of them didn’t know what they were talking about and the specific vehicle was a “demo” and was at a another location. He said he could have it brought to me the following day which they did. Luis drove the vehicle to me and pointed out that there were several scratches on it and I showed him a couple he didn’t notice. There were 3k miles on the vehicle and was obviously not detailed or a very poor job was done. Needless to say I did not purchase the vehicle and tried to follow up with the GM Pat Goldwait who emailed me asking about my experience. After several attempts to contact him by phone and email without an answer, I just chalked it up as a waste of time. Typical used car salesman, dishonest and shady. I will never buy a car here.

I am beyond disappointed , they have the worst costumer service, ive been patient for almost 2 weeks now. I bought a car 2 months ago and it turned out to be a bad car, they finally paid attention after 1 week and then im on the waiting game again. I was blamed, i was turned down, i was passed on to different people. So im paying a car thats not even on my possession, this makes me mad because ive been so patient and nice and professional but i guess this is where it ends, now i feel like i cant trust this place or this brand no more. Having covid is hard, no one takes you to the doctor, no one can take care of you. I have to call 911 to get to the emergency room because i dont have a car and no one can take me because i have covid and at 2 in the morning im having chest pains. This is frustrating. Ive been in contact with someone but no one seems to value my time. So can anyone tell me why i cant vent here?

Sept 17th: I feel it is necessary to provide an update and adjust my rating. After my unsatisfactory experience the GM reached out to me personally to apologize and discuss the situation. I appreciate the effort and time spent with him and I will now give them another opportunity to sell me a car. I am very impressed with him and the fact he took the time to talk with me Sept 15th: Arrogant and rude is the only way to describe the attitude of the sales person. Your’re better off buying a car off Spencer Highway than opening yourself up to the kind of treatment.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They do not honor warranty work and strives on making your life difficult in these challenging times. Also was pressured really hard and eventually tricked into signing the contract. FYI when your on the phone with the insurance company adding your new vehicle. Dont let the crooks on the top floor slide you all the paperwork so you can not properly read them and talk to the insurance agent. I will never buy a car from these con artists. My mustang was giving off service lights the next day after purchase! The best part is I can prove it all thru the ford app which messages me with every notification from the car! So I have already contacted a lemon law attorney! They kept my car for 31 days while I made my monthly payment. What a joke!

Joe Ramirez and Joe Meyers did it again!!! These guys are great! This is Dustin Potter signing in on my wife’s account so I could leave another amazing review. I posted about a week ago about how easy it was to sell my truck to them when it almost seemed impossible at every other dealership. Sooooo… shortly after that I went out and bought a used truck from another dealer simply because of convenience of the location. (Silly me). On the way home with my new (used) truck feeling on top of the world with my wife following behind me she calls me and says my blinkers and and brake lights are not working on the right side and it was all down hill from there. Then i noticed that i could only get one radio station and realized the truck antenna was missing. Then i started hearing a bubbling noise coming from under the hood. I called the dealership immediately and they told me not to worry and bring it in first thing in the morning which i did. Left it there all day for them to work on it. Picked it up later that day and on the way home on the highway it stopped working while driving. I again called them and they told me to pull over turn it off and then back on and it would reset. I laughed, hung up pulled over and reset truck and hauled butt directly back to the dealership and canceled the deal. Good news part… I called Joe Ramirez with Joe Myers and told him all listed above and he offered to come pick me up!!! I didn’t want to put him out so I declined and took a Lyft straight to Joe Myers. Joe Ramirez asked me what I was looking for and found the perfect match right there on the lot. No pressure selling no hidden agendas. I left the same day with my 2012 F350 super duty truck with only $85k miles! I told them what I could afford and how long I could afford it and they made it happen! I’m still kicking myself in the tail for not taking my own advice and always choosing Joe Myers and Joe Ramirez in the first place but hey it’s a heck of a story! I would recommend these guys to my family and friends every time. Thanks again!

“I came in a few months ago to look at a used vehicle. This was my first car buying/shopping experience and they definitely took advantage of that. They pushed me very hard and I nearly bought a vehicle from them because of this. They’d rather have a sell than a happy customer is how I felt. I had noticed the vehicle I was driving had a bad shake over 70mph and instead of addressing the issue I was told “”well how often do you drive that fast anyways?”” I was lied to about what was supposed to be a soft pull on my credit and they ended up hard pulling and my credit took a big hit because of this. She buys all of the vehicles for our family, the staff treated her with respect and assisted her with everything she needed from them. The vehicle we bought had an issue as my wife was driving it home from the dealer. Al Hall and the GM got a brand new vehicle to her, stayed with her until the tow truck came and made sure she was home safe (I was out of town while all this was happening). The original vehicle was repaired beyond our satisfaction, I was very pleased to come home and have my birthday present sitting in our driveway. I highly recommend choosing this dealership when it comes to selling or trading in your vehicle. I made the decision to sell my truck which was becoming a hassle everywhere I went due to my truck being in my grandmothers name. My grandmother is not in the best of health and could not leave her home to sign paperwork etc. I called Joe Myers and was put in contact with Joe Ramirez. Joe explained that this was not an uncommon situation and that they would be happy to help. I honestly thought they were just trying to get me in the door but when I showed up I was greeted by Joe Ramirez and went through the options. Within less than an hour I had an offer on the table and Joe and I both were headed to my grandmothers home to sign the paperwork in the comfort of her home. After 1 week, the dealership hadn’t even started on my truck when they ensured it would be taken care of “”in one to two days””. I complained, the manager comped me a rental for another week and i was happy. Called again this morning for additional recall issues and the service employee was rude and snappy on the phone, i asked some simple questions and was transferred, i got placed on hold and no one answered my phone call. Usual attempt to up sell you stuff or services you probably really don’t need to do at every visit. Nothing is ever as fast as they initially say. And after many years dealing with them, the workmanship is still sub par at times with oil spills under the hood and either missing or cross threaded bolts \ screws. Only plus is it’s local and they occasionally have donuts \ kolaches for you

I live in Fort Worth and had been working with Lucas Lara, salesman with Joe Myers Ford for a week on preparing a purchase of a 2016 F-250 Platinum pickup. Lucas was responsive and patient with this distance purchase. I have no complaint about his service, which was exemplary. The paperwork was prepared through my Credit Union and insurance binder established for THAT pickup, and I was driving to Houston with my wife to finalize the deal. When I showed up at the dealership ready to test drive and take possession of the pickup, there was another couple in with the dealership finance department looking into financing the pickup. The dealership management would not let me purchase the pickup! I can assume it is a sweeter deal to have a buyer that is financing through the dealership rather than self financing. The salesman did his job and the dealership would not back him up! I have done many distance deals with Ford dealerships and this is the first sour deal and poor treatment I have ever experienced when finalizing a deal. I will have nothing to do with Joe Meyer Ford, and as unfair as it is for me to feel this way, I will have nothing to do with any of the Houston Ford dealerships.

I have had issues with my 2012 Edge, off and on for several years. It has been a rare fluke in my electrical wiring. Every time I brought it in, they worked tirelessly trying to figure out what kind of gremlin it was. Finally fixed and I’m still loving my vehicle after all these years! I was trying to inquire about a 2017 mustang GT first of all the car was scratched in multiple places. “NEVER, in my life have I been so disrespected before today. My husband had sold his Ford F-150 and we were searching for a new truck. On November 2nd I saw a truck listed on the Joe Myers Ford website and proceeded to send it to my husband. That night we drove to the dealership and when we arrived the truck “could not be found” we drove around on a golf cart for 15 minutes in the cold just to be told we needed to come back because they didn’t actually know where the truck was. So, we left and were told to come on Tuesday, which then turned into Wednesday which then turned into Thursday. We were strung a long all week because they were waiting on a part for said truck. We were promised a video as well which was not received until Friday and it was poorly directed to say the least. At this point enough was enough and we told them if the truck wasn’t done by Friday that we would be moving on. Come Friday we were FINALLY able to look at the truck so, we drove to the dealership for the second time and it was completely torn apart. We sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before it was done. After the test drive and inspection by my husband whom btw works at a dealership himself we decided to purchase the truck. Upon purchasing there were multiple things that were PROMISED to be fixed i.e. the windshield, passenger window, and paint splatters across the tailgate. Upon this discussion we met the pre-owned director Yonatan Arrage whom was very volatile and passive aggressive but our interaction was short. A week went by and they finally got the window in so we dropped the truck off Friday the 20th at 9:00am giving them two full days to fix the things they PROMISED to fix. WE show up around 6:30 today Saturday the 21st to find the passenger window not tinted to match the others, the paint still there, no detail, the truck wasn’t even washed. After a discussion they said they would not be taking the paint off because they couldn’t do it by simply buffing it so that they would not be doing it at all. Of course we are rightfully frustrated at this point and asked to speak with the pre owned director Yonatan Arrange once again. I have never in my life met a more disrespectful person who was absolutely disgusting towards two people whom bought a vehicle from their dealership. He treated us like we were idiots and spoke down to us. After stating once again that they wouldn’t do what they promised, not letting anyone else speak, being extremely rude, I told him that I didn’t appreciate him treating us like we were idiots so he then yelled “I’m not doing that and I’m not dealing with this” and proceeded to STORM off inside like a child and we never saw him again.PLEASE never shop there they blatantly do not care about their customers they won’t even try to hide it. I absolutely hate dealerships and this is exactly why. They are awful and horrible people and I hope that nobody else ever gets treated like we did/have. Don’t shop here, they will not do what is right. Evidently after there own wrong doing they will proceed to never treat you with kindness or respect. On the 6th trip back to this dealership they did a detail that should have been done long ago and my Oakley sunglasses were taken out and not put back. I left and noticed them missing and conveniently they had them at the detail station. Not only are they rude and disrespectful but apparently thieves as well. Regardless of their “”effort”” made to customers there is NO excuse for how someone so high in management treated a paying customers. A week later and I have received no response from the GM because evidently they just don’t care. This dealership is a joke.”

We live about 1 hour from the Joe Myers Ford dealership. My wife was in the area and test drove a few cars. When she got home she said the service was excellent and that we should try and give them our business. I called the next day and asked for some pricing on the 2020 Expedition. They gave me a fantastic price that I compared against many other dealers. In the end, I drove an hour to their dealership to get the car because their service and pricing was unbeatable. I would highly recommend working with Joe Myers Ford. Pat is the general manager and will do a great job for you. Very experienced and easy to work with. If I’m in the market again for a Ford, he’s surely my first call.

We were in the market to purchase (2) vehicles for our daughters who are going off to college. We wanted them to have more reliable means of transportation to get to and from school. One will be 3 hours away and the other 5. We needed that peace of mind. We saw a vehicle that matched our needs on the website and decided to go to the dealership for a further look. When we arrived we were quickly met with a very professional, polite and eager to help sales associate, Nader (Nick) Eid. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay, we had done our homework and offered up a very fair deal! Though our style may not have been the most orthodoxed, Nick was extremely accommodating and we felt like he was our own liaison advocating with his team to get us what we needed. We left that evening believing Nick would call us once he was able to match our requests. He called the following morning with the right vehicles and with a reasonable offer. We tweaked the offer a little bit but quickly came to an agreement and purchased those vehicles later that day. We went to several dealerships but their sales folks felt a lot like the stereotypical ones. Nick did not. He was authentic is his style and mannerisms and made us feel like we were important. I wanted to buy one of their used SUVs, however, they made it impossible. The SUV was listed on Autotrader website. I live 3 hours from Houston so I needed to complete the buying process and have it delivered home. The salesman that they assigned to me, Bruce, told me the out of the door price, but refused to send me a detailed bill and told me that they don’t do deliveries, but he knows this guy that has been doing deliveries for that dealership for years… I call the delivery guy for a quote and ask him what’s his company name, the guy doesn’t give it to me and tells me I would have to pay him before I get the car. SHADY!! So I call the next day (Saturday morning) and the “inventory manager,” Pedro, answers the phone and tells me that they DO deliveries, and tells me he will get to the bottom of it and call me back. He never called me back. At this point I didn’t want to deal with Bruce, the one who told me I needed to make arranges on my own to have the car delivered. So I tried to get in contact with another sales man, Frankie, who called me back with the out of the door price for the car. However, when I tell him to please send me the detailed bill, he never did or called me ever again. So I called back, and left a voice mail for Pat, the “general manager,” who didn’t call me back either. Needless to say, they lost a customer (which I’m sure they don’t care), but also gained a bad review for their bad customer service and unprofessionalism.

I’m not sure why, but the service department will charge you LABOR for something that is INCLUDED on a service coupon they advertise on their website. There is no fine print stating that labor is not included. I was charged $80 for a $40 maintenance package. Definitely will not be bringing my vehicle for service here nor will I consider future purchases from this dealership if this is how they treat their customers.

“I have had unprofessional dealings with car dealerships in the past. However, this had to be the worst of them all! I was purchasing a 2016 Yukon from this place. I had a check from my bank to complete the purchase. I drove 4 hours to make the transaction. Once we started the process to complete the transaction, the salesman comes out with a credit check form. Why would the dealership need my credit information if I already had the check, all we had to do was sign over the transaction forms. I asked the salesman if I could speak to his manager. The manager (who went by the name of Bradly) walked up to my mother and I asking “”what the problem was”” I responded in a calm way “”we did not see why we would have to fill out an application to have the dealership run my credit”” at that point the manager got upset and said “”it is procedure it is necessary””, my mother asked the salesman who was helping us with the transaction and who was standing next to Bradly(Manager) why he didn’t communicate this before? he responded with “” I didn’t know until now”” my mother replies “” you made me drive all the way out here for you to have us sign a credit application?”” at that time Bradly answered in a very rude/condescending way to my mother . Bradly responded with “” I didn’t make you come here, if you do not want to fill out the form , then you can take your check and buy a vehicle somewhere else!”” . I asked Bradly how long had he worked at this dealership he told me he worked there for 4 years. It amazes me how a MANAGER of 4 years can speak to his customers that way without fear of any kind of repercussions . I felt that he was displaying a very unforgiving chauvinistic attitude towards my mother. I will say this though. If it wasn’t for Bradly’s chauvinistic attitude. I would have gave this place a 5 star review. The sales person was very helpful, the people there were extremely nice. The finance manager saw I was upset, he did not show any kind of aggression or hostile attitude like Bradly did. He was very helpful and kind to my family. He explained why the dealership had to run my credit and answered all my questions. As I say in all my reviews, the dealership will probably not address Bradly’s attitude or his aggressive manager tactics. I am taking time out of my day to let others who read and care about reviews, know what to expect when dealing with Mr. Badly Stancik. responding to the dealers response, Interesting how they only addressed the fraudulent activity they have been experiencing and did not mention anything about Bradly’s disgusting attitude. It shows the professionalism of this establishment. 0 STARS!”

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! with Joe Lavigne WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE THERE. I took my 2016 Ford Edge to Joe Meyers Ford for a possible leak in the engine cabin. I bought my car from them in 2017. The same Service rep from our last request for the same issue was assigned to us. The rep seemed to be bothered with my husband and I after she read her notes from our last visit. She stated they didn’t find any issue then and probably still wouldn’t. We explained to her that we had last taken it in just after hurricane Harvey and we were told they had too many other cars that were flooded so they only shampooed the carpet. We also notified the service rep that we found info online that Ford has a known leak issue with my type of vehicle since 2015. She then sent us to her manager (Joe Lavigne) where he stated since it had been too long since our last visit, he would not be responsible. He didn’t provide any resolution or assistance and in fact laughed at us. He basically said it was our issue to deal with. The service rep and the manager were no help at all. They basically blamed us.Because no leak was previously found, they would not check again or be responsible for any repair. We were forced to leave abruptly because I was so upset and felt degraded by the service rep and manager. They don’t have any customer service skills and had an attitude from the start. It was an extremely horrible experience!!!

Very disappointed in their customer service. Requested vehicle availability on Saturday. Due to the rain/work didn’t make it out until Monday night. I informed them of this by email on Monday morning. I would drive the extra 20 minutes to get to any other Ford Dealer besides Joe Myers. I went through a 3 week run around to obtain the final bill of sale and get my trade in payoff sent. You’d think being a larger ford dealer they would have some form of standard and professionalism. After 3 weeks of phone calls and eventually a Better Business Bureau complaint I received my requested documents. I was also yelled at my a senior management member who later apologized via text. Sorry you had to come in and take care of something that should’ve been done weeks prior. But also I don’t need to know about your personal life. I’ve uploaded a screenshot to show the way they treat customers. The GM Pat Goldwait did reach out quickly to apologize for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of his senior manager. I gave them so many chances to make things right. Again, just drive to the other ford dealers close by that will treat customers right.

The numbers worked out exactly as I expected them to as we did some talking via email prior to me visiting the dealership. I live in San Antonio so most of this was discussed online. Glen Francis helped me out through the entire process and the sale was quick and painless. “Beware of “”dealer added options”” which won’t show on your sticker but will show on the purchase agreement. Make sure these addons are actually equipped on the car or have that scam removed. Joe Myers Ford (JMF) added a $1500 addon called ‘tint,locks,nitro’ and it has since been a nightmare. The scope of this review will consist of this “”addon”” and some chipped paint under the spoiler from the factory caused by Ford during the PP2 upgrade process. Tint- The $500 window tint charge that was added on was essentially strong arm robbery. The car DID NOT HAVE tint on it. The worst part is that no one said anything about it. However, they have since installed tint but it was pretty poor with lots of bubbles. The warranty may be lifetime but I’d rather pay less to get a better job at a pro in the future. Locks- My car has an optional anti-theft prevention kit installed which is displayed on the window sticker and it clearly states ‘wheel locks’ right below it. The dealer then ‘added’ wheel locks for $500. This was outright thievery. The salesman strung me along for 5 weeks until I finally went in to speak to management when the sales manager Ralph, told me he regretted JMF sold the car to me at “”such a low price.”” Still, I was given a credit and ordered an intake. After 5 months I finally got tired of waiting and began calling to get something done when Morgan stepped in and got me taken care of. She got it resolved in a few days and now I have my intake. Nitro- The $500 charge for nitrogen filled tires is absurd. The tires weren’t new either, there was sufficient tread loss for so few miles, I replaced them immediately. Paint- This part is the saddest of the story. After about 4 or 5 weeks JMF finally took the car back in to fix the paint chips that were under the spoiler from the factory install. Their body guy did a good job. The salesman then offered to detail it. They took my car through their car wash tunnel. It still had dirt on it. It was covered in small surface scratches. It looked like a used car. They buffed out most of the scratches but I didn’t want them touching the car after that. Luckily a friend of a friend does detail work and hooked me up with a triple coat ceramic coating with paint correction. Edited as things went along. They finally made good on their credit they gave me and I learned some expensive lessons when dealing with people like this but for now, I’m willing to keep going here in hopes that things get better.”

I came here to the Parts Dept to simply get a new battery for my keyfob. There was 1 person in front of me, so I thought I would in and out in minutes. WRONG!! When I approached the counter, a manager (I assume he was) came in and started asking her about something and she went to the back, for several minutes, and found out the information he needed. After several minutes of waiting, the manager finally helped me. A minute later I finally got my battery and left. It was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a battery. June 6th Johnathan advised 2 service tech.’s are deployed in the National Gaurd and they are severally back up with vehicles. June 12th my car was still UNTOUCHED and Elaine advised no one would be able to attempt to run a diagnostic until MAYBE Monday June 15th. I had to tow my car to Tomball Ford but at least Jacob has guaranteed to have a diagnostic ran by June 15, 2020. Unless you have multiple cars at your disposal DON’T bring your car here for service!!

Would give negative stars if I could. Second time I’ve had a warranty issue with my vehicle, the dealership I purchased it from gave me the run around the first time so I decided to give these guys a chance. Not only did I have to wait SEVEN HOURS for them to replace a button, but when my car was pulled around the trim was clearly not installed correctly. When I brought the issue to the service manager’s attention, he simply began to beat on my car. With his hand. I am a mechanic and although sure, sometimes that’s the fix, I would NEVER do so in front of a customer. It just doesn’t look good. I then asked for the car to be looked at by the technician to verify nothing had been broken and that the panel was properly installed. Eventually the car returned, still didn’t look right. At this point the very rude service director (Dan?) came out and insisted it was fine. I asked to see another vehicle so I could show him the difference, surprisingly he agreed and brought one over. There was noticeable play in my trim, unlike the other vehicle. At this point I had given up, and moved on to the scratch on my bumper that had appeared while in their care. He first asked how they could have scratched the bumper from inside the car, to which I responded “somebody had to drive it back and forth, right?” He then took pictures, said he’d call me if he found anything. Finally, as I’m getting in my car, he says “As far as getting your car serviced, don’t bring it here. You can leave now.” This service department does not take ownership for their sloppy work, and when called out on it they try to make you disappear. Highly disappointed in Joe Meyers, and the Ford brand as a whole as this is the second horrible experience I’ve had in regards to simple warranty issues.

Bad experience with this dealership’s service department. Updates and responsiveness were terrible. They will tell you a service appointment is only to speak with a service representative. Not sure what kind of garbage training that is. When I make an appointment weeks in advance and say what I’m coming in for and provide VIN you better be ready to service my truck upon arrival.

In July 2019 my son purchase a New 2019 Mustang known as the RazorBack, 710hp and number #1 of 25 to be built, come to find out for year 2019 not total misled, there was no disclosure by dealership that the motor was actually souped up by Joe Meyers Ford not Ford Motor Company. This Mustang cost about 63,000.00 now in December 2019 Joe Meyers Ford is offering 35,000.00 it has no damage and less than 2700 miles. I just wanted to let everyone that’s thinking about buying one know you could be misled, these car lose there value fast, fast, and fast.

This service center is absolutely horrible. I regret purchasing my car from Ford. Joe Myers Toyota is much more equipped to handle service issues which is sad because they’re sister companies. Timothy lacks basic customer service skills and a basic understanding of what is right and fair. I dropped my car off Thursday 07/24 and they still haven’t been capable of diagnosing the problem. He estimated that he MIGHT have more info for me by Monday. They should look into hiring a more qualified staff. They have call centers for people who are only capable of answering the phone. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Update: I got my car after approximately one month. I sent an email, twice, to whoever Steve Blanchard is to whatever email address that was listed in the response to my original review and I still haven’t gotten a response lol. Zeros all across the board. They claim customer service is the number 1 priority but clearly that’s untrue. They were better off not responding to the review rather than lying making it seem like they want to help. 08/31/19

This dealer just wants to sell cars and make money. They don’t care about you. The finance manager tried to sneak in $5000 with of warranty without us knowing and then lied about it. And the salesman didn’t care at all. He just wanted to make a sale. They tell you one thing and do another. Would not recommend going here.

They listed a 2017 camaro krypton green on FB market place for $28,795. I contact the guy on Saturday and express my interest in checking out the car. The sale person said they need a couple day to detail it, and will call me and let me know when it done. Monday come by, they mark up the price on their website to $33,8xx ( i can remember exact number). Mind you that is a $4000 mark up after 2 days. I contact the sale man again and ask why such mark up. He plainly told me that the price on Saturday is only for cash deal ( what kind of a lame excuse is that?) It Wednesday now, and i come back to check their listing, the price has gone up to $34,991. (that is another $1000 mark up by just couple day). Are you gonna trust a dealer who does thing like this?

I do not know how this place has that rating on here. I bought a Toyota Sienna a few years back and the salesman (Isreal) rode on the test drive with us. We noticed that he did not shut the sliding door all the way. I did not ask why. Should have. We bought it. Found out within 4 days that the door would open about half the time from the inside. He knew this that is why he did not shut the door. Now we know. We asked them to fix it and they refused knowing it was broken all along. So needless to say we will not be buying another car from them.

You could have saved this time by actually spending time with me and my wife when we visited your location TWICE to look at trucks. We were ignored for nearly an hour the first time we came. The second time, my wife was left waiting for over an hour while the sales rep went to bring a truck to look at. By the time the truck arrived, she was so annoyed, she took back her licence and left. We bought a truck at Auto Nation in Katy the next day where we experienced excellent customer service. Also, I can see why you would think that I thought you were a restaurant. Its sooooo easy to mistaken a car dealership for a restaurant after all. *Insert eye roll* Instead of assuming your customer base is stupid, maybe you should look into your sales force to see why they are driving customers away. You can donate all the money you want into the community. It won’t change the way you treat your customers when they are in your store. Overall, I shouldn’t be shocked by your response. The lack of professionalism you have demonstrated completely backs up my 1 star rating.”

Test drove it and fell in love and not to mention that I was wanting to get into a true full size sedan. After the 2nd visit on Saturday no deal was made. After walking in my door Gm Pat called me asked if I’d like to take it for the weekend just for the hell of it and no nothing signed. I said of course and raced back up there. Monday came and I was there at 9am ready to get a deal done for sure. Ced & Jorge were just as ready and at about 4pm on Monday 2/17/2020 I’m now in this V8 Chrysler 300 C. It is very frustrating and can not trust sales at all, had sales man email me about a special and I was approved for a vehicle. 3 weeks ago on a Saturday spend all afternoon and night left there at 9pm with nothing. Last Saturday when in for an oil change and salesman informed that there was a way with FORD FLEX PLAN. We informed the sales man that we did not have time to waste like 3 weeks ago, well it happen again. They came with a regular piece of paper with price, one with purchase and the other with the FORD FLEX PLAN $0 down and 690 a month and sign the paper to $0 down and 650 a month, I authorized to run the credit 1 time. They came back with $1000 down and $1150 a month. We ask what happen with the FORD FLEX PLAN, well they made a mistake and they are running again the credit, informed them that DO NOT do it, we were done. At this point we were tired and told them that we had things to do. We left and kept txt with sales and back and forth for a whole week until today they say NO deal. Me as a BMW Certify Tech, a Heavy Equipment Certify tech and working with a construction manufacture in corporate, it is very HARD to understand human beings now days. In my days Mr Warren Buffet if the dealer had so many negative reviews, franchise was pull and loose that dealer. Looking also to go through a local dealer home base not like AUTONATION and we get this……

This dealership does not respect their customers time. I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and did not get my car back until 9:45. Four people arrived after me and received their cars before me. When I asked why my car was taking so long, I was given lame excuses about how they had 40 appointments that morning and were expanding and still working the kinks out of their system. They tried to offer a free oil change to smooth things over, but, news flash Joe Myers managment, a free oil change dies not replace my time that you wasted or make it right that you skipped over my appointment to service others who arrived after me first. If you are incapable of hI’ll honoring appointments at the time they are made for, don’t bother making appointments in the first place.
I was referred to Joe Meyer Ford by my brother, who had been singing the praises of the crew here for years. When I was ready to buy a new vehicle, he paved the way for me and made the introductions to the people here. “Big” John and Ryan really set me up nicely with a certified pre-owned Ford F-150, which was a better option in my situation. The whole transaction was basically done over text and a couple of phone calls. After which, I made the trip down (about 4 hour drive) to complete the deal. They did not oversell the vehicle one bit. It was better than I thought it would be, and more than I could have expected had I bought a new one. So, a heartfelt thanks to the Ryan and John and Juan (finance) for a pain free, enjoyable car buying experience. I will definitely be back and will refer anyone I know to give you guys a call.

By far one of the best dealers I have been to. I went to this dealer with some hope after being turned down by multiple Dealers in the Houston area saying they could not help me unless I already had a loan through a bank or actual credit union. As soon as I had arrived, Jose A. was so helpful from the start to the absolute end helping me find the perfect truck. They were willing to find any way they could to help me get the truck I wanted for the ideal car note that would fit my budget and with no sense of scam like other dealers would try to sneak in. The manage himself also came in during the middle of our search and was absolutely polite and helpful with the process. Definitely should go buy a vehicle with Jose, you would not regret it!

I went to go buy a brand new F150 and they sold me the wrong engine size and when I went to talk to them about the issue they would not let me talk to management and then the salesman who sold me the truck tried to set me down and just sell me another and not fix the problem and then lied and said they did not offer what I was looking for…… I went looking on other Ford dealerships and they do offer it and then when corporate got involved I asked them to speak to management they got management for me when the salesman would not then I noticed the management what and they did not seem to care. This will be the last time I ever buy Anything from Joe Myers Ford if I could rate it with no stars I would. Don’t buy your vehicle from these people they teach their salesman to lie to you and the people who run the place won’t help either. UPDATE Joe Myers and I were able to come to a conclusion and I was dealing with the General Sales Manager Ryan. He was able to fix the issue and was able to get me in the truck that I wanted. If you have any issues please don’t be afraid to talk with the man named Ryan he will be able to help you.
