Friend bought a truck, I bought my F150 in 2014 and my father also bought a truck from here. All three F150s are great and have not had any problems. I’ve had my truck serviced here and they have always provided top notch customer service. I also take my wife’s Nissan there due to their great maintenance service and customer service. Definitely recommend them. Fair pricing, honest sales guy, great service and maintenance .

“My salesman Edward worked hard for my business and to get the sale done for my new car. Ultimately this place did not offer the best deal by far on the car I was after and definitely were trying to rip me off on the car and my trade in.The windshield is completely cracked from one side to the other and they acted like it was so gracious that they are repairing it that they are already giving a good deal by agreeing to fix it (eyeroll) they would have had to replace it anyways because it was in the field of vision and thus illegal to drive. But I happened to like the aesthetic of this particular car and Edward being persistent led me back when I was planning to get another, better deal. Edward pushed for me to get a little deal which I appreciated, even if it still wasn’t the best price. Two things were agreed upon that would be fixed, scratches on my car and fixing the windshield. When my car came out from getting scratches “”repaired”” there were several that looked sloppy and some that were not addressed. When I talked to the sales manager he was such a jerk to me and treated me with a temper. He was like this before when I wasn’t happy with the deal he was offering me and why I originally left. As a woman buying a car alone, he made me feel uncomfortable, blown off and like I was getting ripped off and undermined. No apologies, just him telling me I’m wrong and walking away with a temper. He told me because it’s a used car there would be imperfections, well yeah but I also just spent $30 grand at your place and deserve to be treated like you can follow through with what was promised to me. All the other gentlemen I met at this place were great, including the paint guy who listened to my concerns without reacting but the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Unfortunately one bad seed is enough for me to not want to give my business again. This is the type of experience that a woman is afraid of going to buy a car on their own, to not be respected and and to get ripped off. This is a picture of two scratches after repair. Too many others to include.”

Our salesman (Blake) did an excellent job showing us the vehicle and searching for a trade to get the vehicle with the exact specifications. At first, we didn’t think they were going to find one, and Blake did not try to convince us to buy something else. He said if they can’t find one, then they will order one. He was very patient and not pushy. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was well pleased with this experience. We had had bad experiences with quick lane where we moved from with tools being left on our rear fender and the job not being done correctly. It appeared they were trying to complete the job too fast , sacrificing accuracy. I expressed these concerns with service advisor Mike Lawrence who listened and assured me that the job would be complete to my satisfaction in a timely situation which it was. I think the price was fair. everything was detailed and explained in writing. I even asked for an estimate for a future job that I am planning in the near future. I was pleased that I was not pressured into buying something that did not need to be done. I have complete trust in this place that if a service is recommended then it is for the safety of the auto, not just to sell something unnecessary.

Wonderful experience here. No one was pushy. I was in and out in under 3 hours with trade in and new purchase. Angel was by dealer and he went above and beyond to make things happen. Finance department was also quick and seamless. I will use again in the future.

I bought my very first car here, and let’s say they made the process quite easy. Edward Vargas walked out and showed me a couple of cars, but the one I choose he highly spoke about. Now , the purchasing part was easy because the whole Mak Haik team worked with me. I did not necessarily like the tracking equipment they have installed, which they make me pay for when I do not want that tracking device. So, other than that I was satisfied with working with them.

“Oh my gosh..!!!!!! I went over to Mac Haik Ford Lincoln to purchase a vehicle for my husband. Oh my gosh my SALE person ART ESPINOZA and Jose Finance was fabulous extremely friendly made me feel So comfortable. I felt like I was talking to my best friend. I felt like I was at home .I was so relaxed I didn’t feel pressured . I told him what kind of payments I wanted. what ? he made sure I got it!!! I love this man his concern was Making my husband and I happy. If I wasn’t already married to a good man. I WOULD married HIM🤣🤣 !!! Took my F250 in for oil change and service. Had a front suspension notice to have looked at. Service department got everything quickly and fixed the front end suspension issue (death wobble). Truck feels amazing after driving up to Dallas on pot hole filled I-35. Great job guys

My experience with the service department was surprisingly amazing. After previously having a very bad experience at another Ford location, I was not expecting very much but was hopeful. Robert in the service department went above and beyond, was very responsive, informative and clearly explained my options. I was provided with a rental car at an affordable rate and they made the process very easy. From their actions, I could tell customer satisfaction is their top priority. Incredible experience. Purchased a new truck from this dealership even though six hours away from home because they had the model I wanted. They rolled out the red carpet and made it worth our time. Edward Vargas got me into a Fx4 lariat for a great price. Knowing my past credit history, I didn’t think it would be possible. He got me a great rate and was super helpful. I recommended my brother and a friend who ended up purchasing a raptor from the same gentleman, he moved mountains in order for him to get the raptor at a great price definitely recommend you ask for him when you shop their used dealership.

Eric Walker did a fantastic job! I will be the first to say that I do not like the typical experience of buying a car. Salesmen are too pushy, most seem lazy and unwilling to work for you. I typically do most of my research and then find the specific car I’m looking for and try to make the deal happen quickly. Nothing worse than sitting around at the dealership waiting for Finance to get the paperwork together so they can try to sell you extended warranties :). But Eric was great. I told him the car I wanted over the phone, sent him pictures of my trade-in, he negotiated via text, made a deal and delivered the car to my house. It was awesome! Thanks Eric!

The usual 2 hour wait…this time it was to have a new battery installed. If I wanted a free car wash – it would have been an additional hour and a half. Other than that, the people at Mac Haik are very nice and do the job right.

They lie….made an appointment for recall work…they tell me they are booked out for one month and repair will take 2 days… i call the Ford Mfr, who says the repair takes 1/2 day. They call the dealership (1 hour later) while i am on the phone…and the dealer rep says that they do not have an appointment for me…Why do people own Fords? Never had anything like this with Honda, Toyota, BMW…… I have to add that at least they answer their phones… Covert does not….

**UPDATE** Mark contacted me and took care of my situation. Shout out to Heidi for her customer service, thanks! Will be back. I had service which seemed to go fine but my steering wheel was left with small scuffs on the left side. One of which I am positive was not there before the service. I contacted Heidi and made her aware of the situation, and sent her photos around 12/18/20. After never hearing anything in return I had to call her 1/5/21. She apologized and assured me that she would print my information and her manager would get back with me first thing morning of 1/6/21. Here I am afternoon of 1/7/21 and still I have heard nothing, no apology for the scuffs, no call just to say they looked into it… absolutely nothing. I cannot imagine if I would have had more severe damage. Extremely dissatisfied.

The service department has been outstanding! I’ve had to take my 2019 F250 in a couple of times for small repairs and a few recalls. Heidi has been my service advisor each time and she has been great to work with. She stays in constant communication, has kept me updated on the work being performed, and keeps everything on schedule. She and Lloyd were even able to make a small repair to my truck while I waited when I pulled in late one afternoon without notice. Great service team!

I call and made an appointment for 11 to have my lug bolts cut off and new ones put on. They got me in quickly—only not to have the part. I sat an hour with no follow up. I went and ask- they were waiting the part to come from fiat. I live about an hour away. I went to take care of some shopping and looked around (I don’t shop like that- in / out with things on list). I wasted 4 hours, call the dealer, then went back. Still no part. At 12:30 I ask if they could mail it to me he stated no they would do it when the part got there/at 4 and they stated they would mail it to me. That was Wednesday and now it’s Monday night. No part. I leave tomorrow and will take my other vehicle.

Update: Tobi called me and worked me in to get the scratch repaired. I’m updating my review because Tobi and Ford eventually reached out to resolve the issue. Communication needs to be better- can’t overcommunicate with someone who just bought a new vehicle and has concerns. It’s the beginning of the relationship.** My salesman, Tobi, was knowledgeable and friendly at the time of sale. Finance was incredibly slow getting to us, but that was fine. We bought the vehicle at night, and Tobi assured us that if we saw any faults when we got home in the daylight (dings, nicks, scratches) to let him know and he would be sure to get it corrected. Next day we saw a large scratch on the interior- glove box, and reached out to get it addressed. It’s been 10 days and we have not heard back from Tobi (he was going to reach out to his interior guy) a plan to get it addressed, even after I have completed a survey…no one has reached out to discuss (I was hoping to solve this internally)

Went in for a simple oil change. Everything went as well as it could have. Got in my truck in sooner than the initial time estimate. The tech found some other issues that need attention. I was giving explanations as to what was going on, prices, and options to take care of it now, or to postpone it. Would go back there again.

“Misleading information on dealership website about pricing and details about car. Advertised internet price at $43,729 and then said…””well we added things”” (hidden charges). Second, in their own description of vehicle, listed magnaride as an added option, which I REALLY wanted. Then when I brought it up several times during the purchase process they confirmed. I really don’t think they heard me, or knew what they were selling (not knowledgeable), and just wanted a quick buck! The sales person was nice though, and the car is great. Buyer beware, guess you have do everything for yourself and ask for proof of all claims.”

Edwin Holmstrom provided timely updates and explained everything in detail. Louie in Parts was awesome! We were stranded in Oklahoma as we were traveling across country, due to a malfunction of the ABS Brake Controller. The part is backordered on the Ford website so while the Oklahoma dealer was trying to find the part through their network I went online and discovered Mac Haik had one in stock. Louie worked very diligently to get the part to us, expedited shipping and tracked it through the entire process so we were able to get back on the road quickly. We were traveling due to a death in the family and his customer service at this very difficult time in our life was awesome and much appreciated. If we’re ever in the Georgetown area with our truck, we know where to take it for service.

“I had a rough experience with this location. Two vehicles were due to be transported to this location due to dead batteries, they were both dropped off at 1 pm. Afterwards, they were both scheduled for “”the works”” at 2 pm. I contacted the services department several times throughout the day to ensure there were no issues. I spoke to at least 4-6 people from both the services department and quick lane. I was never contacted despite them having my phone number and email address to inform me that services were never performed on either vehicle for their 2 pm appointments. I was even told at one point that the dealership never received either vehicle, and had to call the towing company to verify they were dropped off. Long story short I had to drive to the dealership at 5 pm a full 4 hours after the cars had been dropped off. I was told that one person had received the keys 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Throughout the day I was hung up on, transferred, and told I would be called back by 4-6 people. I was then told that they could get everything done that night, however, I am eight months pregnant and do not live close to their location and proposed they call me in the morning. I would highly suggest saving your time and money and driving to the Waxahachie location instead. Very frustrating and disappointing for simple services.”

I recently had them pick up my car, leave me a beautiful loaner and they took my car there to have a state inspection and oil change etc. They brought it back clean and on time. “Tried to reach the “”internet sales manager”” to check on a truck I found on-line. I guess it’s typical customer “”non”” service at big dealerships these days. I got transferred around and ended up at an unidentified voicemail. Called back and still got the run around and ended up asking for the GM to let them know how difficult it was to try and reach someone specifically for buying a vehicle… Guess what, got sent to another unidentified VM. I left a message for Dwayne, the GM. Got a call back from a salesperson, not Dwayne the GM, trying to sell me a truck not address the issue I had with trying to get to the person I wanted to deal with. LOL The leadership culture at this dealership is clear in the way my call was returned. Details matter, customer service matters.”

I completely by chance happened upon this dealership after seeing a used car for sale on Cargurus. The sales person who answered my call was Alex and even though the car I was calling about had already sold, he seemed like such a nice person I decided to take a look at what else they had available. I ended up buying a 3 year old Ford Escape which I absolutely love! It’s in great condition and I got it for a good price. Alex is an absolute superstar and he is the only reason I drove from Austin to Georgetown to buy a car. Highly recommended!

“Bought from a team of people on the Used car side. They were to the point, no back and forth and got the transaction done without delay. Tony was really great, but ultimately when I was ready to buy, I made the deal with Alex, who is down to earth and gave good insights and pointers on things I wanted to do to my truck after purchase. Went in for an oil change and they called me and told me my battery had died and it needed to be replaced immediately or else I’d never make it home. I declined, knowing my battery was fine. Two weeks later and haven’t had an issue. Some more lies were fed in the process of trying to talk me into it as well as additional repairs, but I’ll spare everyone the essay that that would become.

Use Better Business Bureau to make Dealerships Accountable! SMOKE AND MIRRORS! BEWARE! Do not use Mac Haik’s service department. Per Brittney (Advisor), they have a different technician for every job that is performed on your Ford. PRICE GOUGING is having multiple mechanics look over a vehicle and then all employees hours are added together (Because they’re Ford certified…Seriously!?! — Worst response EVER from a Service Advisor). They’ll upcharge for diagnostic & labor funds from a small job (wiper motor that literally takes 10-15 minutes and charge 2 1/2 hours). Warranty funds that was supposed to be for the larger job are then are mysteriously short leaving customer to pay extra. National average for ALL jobs should have been 3.9 hours per warranty company. Mac Haik charges 7.2 for the same work (per Brittney). AVOID MAC HAIK AT ALL COST!

He was excellent at following up on things. I would have loved to give the dealership 5 stars but they failed, in my eyes, on the car detail & the accounting side of the transaction. Update: I had to return to the dealership right at closing time to finalize the deal. The sales agent I was working with left as soon as I got there, but I was turned over to another agent to finish up. Before leaving I asked about a second key, they only provided one. I was told to call my sales guy Monday so he can arrange to get me another key. The day after the sale (Sunday) I realized that I left a couple of small items in my trade-in pickup. I sent a text Sunday and I called him Monday morning. He agreed to get the items I had forgotten and he pushed back on the second key, basically refusing to provide one. I pushed back since I was told it would not be a problem. But he said he would speak with the sales manager about it. Later I was told they would get me one. I arranged to return Tuesday before noon for the items and another key. I arrived just before noon on Tuesday. My personal items were returned to me but when I asked about the key the sales guy basically exploded in anger, aggressively denying me what I was promised. I pushed back, an argument ensued. The sales agent was almost yelling at me as he moved toward me in a physically intimidating manner. The sales manager came out of his office after hearing our heated confrontational conversation and basically backed up his sales agent. They both ganged up on me very aggressively. The situation escalated, I actually thought there might be a physical altercation. I was shocked by their behavior – there’s a bit more to this story, but the main point is that I was verbally attacked and physically intimidated by a manager and his sales guy. I was not asking for anything I was not entitled to as promised by the word of another sales agent who took good care of me, going over a few details about the truck I just bought. I did raise my voice, but my upset was justified. You don’t make a promise and not deliver and then defend it by coming after a customer verbally and physical aggressiveness. I was humiliated, abused, bullied, ganged up on, mentally cornered, physically intimidated with aggressive body language and posturing, combativeness, and devalued as a person, and customer. It’s like I wondered into a pack of junkyard dogs. I left the Pre-Owned sales department and went to the main building to speak with someone in charge. I relayed what transpired to tertiary management and was told he knew the director of that department and that the issue would be handled. He apologized on behalf of the company. While nice, it’s not good enough. It’s been 5-days since the incident and no one from MH Ford has reached out to me with any type of comment. No one one should be treated the way I was. I understand it’s the holidays and people are on vacation, but I would have thought that someone from upper management should have at least followed up with me. The gentleman who did listen to me was polite, cordial, respectful, and helpful in that he did fuel up the truck and checked the tires since they had low air pressure. A small consolation after being traumatized though. So, at this juncture I still do not have the second key I was promised. I was expecting the key Wednesday. I cleared my day so I could be available, but no one called, not even to report they couldn’t make it. I contacted the new car sales manager who did inform me I would be contacted today, Thursday. We’ll see. My experience with the sales agent and his manager in comparison to every single dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my entire 45-year vehicle buying life can be characterized with one word; Traumatic. I may update this review again. But that depends on how MH Ford responds going forward. Original Post: Initially had a good experience. But the buying process soured a bit and I left – removed one star for the hassle they caused. However, they called me back later in the day and we were able to hammer out a deal. Got a pre-owned Ford F-250.

My review is for sales only as I have had stellar dealings with parts and the professional men and women of the department. Went with the intent of purchasing a new 2020 F150 XLT Crew Cab 5.0. Already approved through FMC for much more than what I intended on spending. I’m an informed consumer and very familiar with purchasing new cars as I have had over 15. Went in with fair expectations and not unreasonable demands. Basically presented an offer and without any haggle they came back and said this is our final offer. I walked out and didnt look back as it was insulting.. My gut and aurora of the environment felt off. Needless to say went to Covert Ford in Austin and kept 6k in my pocket for the same truck and options. Yes, you read that correctly $6,000 difference. I have no affiliation to any dealership and this is an unbiased review. I would have preferred to support local businesses in the county but not at a 6k detriment.

I had scheduled an appointment to meet with the Manager and director of Mac Haik Ford on 11 Jan 2021 at 0900hrs it was confirmed and sent to my outlook calendar. I arrive with a business plan to help them have their cars detailed and cleaned since they aren’t selling the cleanest vehicles to customers. I walked around and noticed the highend Mustang’s, Ford F-150 trucks leather was not treated or condition. They did not have any wax on the exterior paint of the cars and the tires were not cleaned and armor all. I arrived early since I am retired military and a small business owner and I informed the secretary that I had a 0900 hrs appointment. I showed her my phone and she went to talk to some sales person in charge. I waited until 0935 hrs and told her my appointment was from 0900 until 0930 hrs. A guy walks out a sales associate and is rude and doesn’t apologize for being late or for making me wait. I told him that I would walk out if I was a customer who wanted to buy a car and that this is no way anyone would want to conduct business with this organization. I walked out and left due to there lack of customer service and rudeness towards guest. I will report this to Mac Haik corporate and to Ford Corporate office. They had sales reps who were not social distancing and were not wearing mask within the dealership. Avoid this place like Covid-19

The receptionist was really helpful and told me that the Fast Lane would be able to help me. She gave me their hours, which was helpful. Mac Haik ford gave us an exceptional truck buying experience. Isaac O’Bannon and Jason Hicks took exceptional care of us. First with Isaac tracking down and having my F350 delivered. Our experience with Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown has hands down been the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to start. The first car we test drove, which was brand new, had a dead battery. It took two hours of our day to test drive two cars because they are so slow about everything. When we finally found the car we wanted, we did all of our dealings via email. The dealership was not willing to negotiate even the littlest bit. It was ridiculous. The only reason we bought there was because no one else had the exact car we wanted. We came back into the dealership to sign already pre-approved and having already agreed on price and it still took THREE hours to sign papers. When we finally left with the car, within 5 minutes it started smoking and the transmission started leaking and going out. We turned around and went back to the dealership where no one showed any amount of appropriate concern or apology for the fact that the transmission just busted on our brand new car on the way home from buying it. Luckily they had another identical car we could buy instead, but that meant hours more of our time and paperwork. Within a week the lift gate on our new car stopped working and we had to take it in to be fixed, more time and inconvenience. Two weeks later, the lift gate broke again and the rear view camera was glitching, all on our BRAND new car. The worst part of all of this, is that the dealership has shown ZERO remorse, sympathy, anything for the inconvenience and the lack of confidence we now have in our brand new car. No one has apologized, no one has expressed concern, no one has offered any sort of compensation for our troubles. There has been no effort whatsoever to try to keep us happy. I feel like any other dealership would have been scrambling, especially after the transmission disaster, to do what they could to apologize, compensate and keep us happy as customers. Mac Haik has had terrible customer service from day one, but now that we’ve already bought the car and they got their money, it’s essentially non-existent. Even after sending the dealership an email expressing our frustration and disappointment, we still haven’t heard a thing from anyone. At this point it wouldn’t matter how much cheaper it is than other places, we would NEVER buy from this dealership again and would definitely never recommend it to anyone. * Just updating this to say that we got the Liftgate fixed for the second time and that same day it stopped working again. So now we have to bring our brand new car in to get fixed for the 3rd time in the first month of owning it and we still haven’t heard a thing from customer service.

I love Ford! my first car was a ford escape, my next 2 cars were ford SUV’s. although I currently drive a subaru my wife and i went to look at an explorer / expedition to replace my subaru. We arrived around 5pm and were greeted by a very cold uninviting entrance and ambiance, there were several salespeople standing around and no body even bothered looking towards the front door, much less greeted us. The older lady manning the counter did end up calling over a salesman (Angel) to help us. Very nice young man who is very passionate about the ST trims. If we do decide to purchase a Ford from this location it will be because we can only find the vehicle there. Definitely not purchasing for the customer service, which quite frankly given that sales are down due to the pandemic should be at an all time high.

My journey started with a quick trip to the dealership to look at trucks. I saw a truck that I really liked and had a vision of what that truck could be. After talking to my salesperson Tobi, he told me he could make that vision possible. He introduced me to their gentleman that manages the accessories, Jared. We spent the next couple days brainstorming on how to make this a dream truck build. Tobi was very thorough and we went through every option several times to make sure the truck specs were correct. Jared put together a list of accessories so that I could see exactly what I was getting. We pulled the trigger and got everything ordered. Both of these guys did a great job of keeping me up to date on the status of everything. When it was all said and done, they handed me the keys to a truck that was far beyond what I could imagine. I’m so happy with my experience and the outcome. I’m not saying everything went 100% as planned, but when we were thrown curveballs they called me right away and we worked through them. As a customer for over 12 years, I’ve never had an issue with any of my vehicles, the staff at Mac haik Ford haven’t never let me down. I’ve heard of some customers are disappointed with the time it takes, but if you think about it, the reason a lot of people take their vehicles to quick lane is due to the great service, they perform the job right the first time. Their are a lot of loyal customers. Over the years I’ve owned 2 Ford F 150,s the first I handed down the first one to my son, he still owns the vehicle and it has 360000 miles on it and it’s been serviced at Mac haik Georgetown since 2007 no big issues only maintenance. My second I’ve had it serviced since 2016 same thing only maintenance performed . As for the staff, speak with Jason Norman at quick lane, he’s a great guy, very professional knowledgeable and courteous, just like the rest of the staff in service and sales. Take my word you will not be dissatisfied. As I said earlier I’ve been a customer gory over 12 years

After a deer hit I chose Mac Haik over Travelers recommended body shop-what a mistake! After waiting 6 weeks for return of car-original estimate was 10 days-the 2017 Navigator still didn’t run right. After taking it back multiple times to fix electrical, coolant leaks, and rough engine, MHF claimed vehicle was fine. It was not. The final straw was when I arrived home to find parts left in the back seat that were caked in engine fluids and deer guts. I then took Navigator to Leif Johnson Ford. Upon cursory inspection Ken Diamond-Manager-found multiple flaws in their work. He called in Travelers who also inspected-with a supervisor-and between the two companies found major problems, both hidden from me and obvious. Ultimately, they discovered MHF did not fix or replace parts that they claimed replaced (and were paid for), shoddy workmanship on parts they did replace, and other items that should have been replaced and were not. After another month I finally got my Navigator back and it now runs right. Thank you LJF and Travelers for defending me against MHF terrible job! Travelers paid for the newly discovered problems but are unable by law to reimburse me for items they had already paid for or the additional rental car expense. I had approximately $2600 in damages plus $1200 in rental. I tried to reason with Dwayne Harris-General Manager at MHF to do the right thing, but he refused, eventually offering $400 as a settlement. I then turned to Travelers to intervene. A regional manager reached out to his people who reached out to MHF with no better success. Both LJF and Travelers agreed that MHF should compensate me and my requests were valid. That left me with a civil suit. I had previously sent demand letter, but Dwayne Harris still would not make things right. It was not until I contacted the Corporate Office requesting contact information to serve my suit that MHF finally offered to settle. Even after all the above, they refused to pay for the rental, that I would not have needed if MHF had done their job correctly in the first place. Eventually I settled by splitting the rental, costing me $600 to settle the matter outside of court. I found that MHF was unwilling to make things right in the face of obvious deficiencies until I proved that I was willing to file suit. Not how an honorable company should run their business. If something goes wrong, be willing to sue, otherwise good luck to you! Chris Epstein

Edwin (the so called Service Manager) is an embarrassment to Customer Support/Service professionals everywhere. It’s a disgrace he is running a service department. The dealership puts his name and phone number on the receipts yet he doesn’t return phone calls/messages and doesn’t even have the decency to come out of his office and talk to you when your at the dealership asking to speak with him. Instead, he sends one of his unprofessional, very poorly dressed, rude and I’ll mannered managers out to dismiss your issues and tell you about what you don’t know in your life without even knowing anything about you. Ford really needs to re-evaluate this dealership’s idea of Quick Lane Service. Mack Haik Ford and Edwin are CLUELESS!!!

Travelled to Georgetown from out of town and my check engine light came on. Took it here so they could read the code. Not only did they charge me $90 just to read the code, but they didn’t bother to clear the codes to see what was an active problem. Instead they quoted to fix everything, even old problems I had already replaced. Luckily a kind stranger helped me and all my problems were resolved with a $30 part. I feel like this place tried to take advantage of me in a precarious position.

Only to find out the next day they increased the price by over $30,000 dollars for no reason! Come one, this kind of price hikes and changes are ridiculous. Don’t fall for it! You can find a better deal anywhere else!

If all employees are like Rob the service rep at Mac Haik, please beware. Try any other dealership if you want a ford repaired. Rob is either very bad at his job or he is a liar. Probably both. A quick update: I was called by Duane Harris with Mac Haik. He worked hard to re-earn my trust and I do appreciate that. I originally gave 1 star but have bumped them up to 3 stars because they did reach out to me to try to correct the situation.

The website was unclear if appointments could be made or were required or if first come first serve with the later apparently being the case. Appointments would be nice. Also would have been nice to know from the website that the shuttle service was not being offered. Upfront price would also be nice, providing a quote of the requested services with an estimated time for completion

I want to Quicklane service for an oil change, they asked me if I want to do a tire rotate, I did say NO because I just got 2 new tire last week, but they still move my 2 new tires to the front and charge me for tire rotate, crazy!!

Well, I had my car towed to this dealer on a Saturday. I had my battery changed & a speaker replaced. I have been concerned about a noise from my engine on acceleration. They had a tech look at & did some testing and found nothing. My battery & speaker was under warranty. I still got charged for them looking at it. I wish they would of told me that were gonna charge for a tech charge. I guess they have to make their money since everything was under warranty. Beware of any charges they will charge you after the fact. The only best part was my service advisor Robert. I won’t be back.

I’m alil bias, but I can say I bought my car here. I love my Echo Sport. I wanted a smaller SUV dealie’ and this fit that nicely. Daniel Leisy or Doc helped me get my car. He us my dad, but from hanging around here to spend some time I can say he works way too hard getting everyone a good deal and is HONEST. I’m not sure I’d support my dad being dishonest. He takes the times and shows actual care which is what I’m finding a lot of workers in many fields lack. He is funny, talkative, and very intelligent. So smart it is annoying some times. I put this here in Hope’s that some one sees and gives my dad a chance to find them what they are looking for, but also experience what good customer service looks like. And the managers Charlie and Dustin are the best♡ Love those guys♡

Decided to buy a new truck, downsize but still functional. I purchased a Ford Ranger. So far a great decision. I hate that the engine shuts down at traffic lights or stop signs but I’m getting used to it, still hate it. Vanessa at Mac Haik made the process enjoyable and somewhat seamless. She wasn’t typical and telling us we had to buy or else. Kudos to her and the staff.

I have to give this dealership a glowing review for their customer service. I did not want to drive all the way to Georgetown for an oil change, therefore I made an appointment with a dealer close to me, covert Ford. What a bad idea that was!! I made an appointment, took my car in and they did not even do any servicing because apparently they only do oil change on a first come first serve basis. Then you shouldn’t have made an appointment!!! People at Mac Haik ford, were polite and courteous, from the time I made an appointment over the phone to the time the car was serviced. From now on, I am only going to Mac Haik Ford.

This is the kind of dealership you want to avoid. They like the money not you as a person. If they feel they can pull something over on you they will. Not only did they charge me more then the online listing price for the vehicle I wanted but they insulted me on my trade in value. My father’s a mechanic and uncles an auto body shop owner. I don’t no everything but I’m educated enough in these areas to get by. Needless to say I walked out without purchasing anything. My sales rep was nice but green. He’s the only thing that saved this review. If your a man you may have better luck but if your a women watch your back.

I can’t say enough good things about the Quick Lane! Shay was keeping me informed and up-to-date on my SUV. It had to be taken to the body shop and he confirmed everything! Only place I take it for everything including oil changes!
