Great place. Had 1 problem and they fixed the issue. When my car was having problems they got it fixed as quick as they could. Best Ford dealership I’ve dealt with. Went to 4 in Ford to price out a 2017 Ford focus ST and they got it the quickest and for a good price. Gave me the best trade in value on my truck

For some perspective, I’m a full time grad student at a nearby college. I was looking to lease a new vehicle to replace my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. My fiance has had work done on her car at Heritage for a while (transmission-computer recall issues) and every time she came back from there, she praised the staff and how well she was treated, so I decided to see what Heritage could offer me.
Long story short, I walked in after inquiring online about a new truck. I was provided with outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Specifically the employee I worked with on my lease deal was Kyle O. I would highly recommend him. He was an absolute pleasure to work alongside. I never felt pressured or uneasy about anything. He was super easy to talk to and is all around a genuinely good guy. I ended up getting KBB value for my trade in, coupled with a great deal of rebates and incentives, and worked out an unreal deal on a new truck. No haggle or hassling, just real and honest deals and service. Not sure what else you could ask for from a dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone in VT and surrounding area.

Great local dealer and service department. The shuttle is slow, simply because its a busy dealer with a long route. You are better off taking an Uber if you want to get to work on time. Will come here for all my Ford related needs going forward, great shop.

I went in for a warranty repair. They were expecting me, the work was done in a timely manner, and they found a minor brake adjustment and fixed it at the same time. The waiting area has good wifi so I could work while waiting. I had no issues nor surprises with the experience, which is excellent.

Servicing a recall on my out-of-state vehicle was a very easy process. The department even informed me I had a free clutch replacement under my warranty plan I didn’t know about. Everything returned fine and in order, and Mike was kind enough to spend some time at the end of his shift providing me advice on other items I was contemplating getting fixed, as well as general maintenance. Very easy, pleasant experience.

A couple years ago I brought my 2005 Ford Explorer in for some work on the rear tail light. Most 2005 Explorers have a crack on the rear tailgate near the logo from people slamming the top half of it when closing. Mine did not until I got it back from Heritage Ford. I noticed the crack a few hours after I brought it back. I got in contact with the manager telling him the situation and he just flat out denied it and said he saw the crack when I first brought it in. What he saw was another Ford Explorer the same year and color they were servicing that day. I noticed that vehicle when I dropped mine off. Heritage ford flat out denied that they cracked my tailgate and refused to make good on it. My tailgate remains cracked to this day. My service engine light just came on. I’m not sure where I’m going to bring it but I do know it won’t be Heritage Ford.

I’ve been very impressed with both the sales and service teams at Heritage ford. The staff are always very kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help. Gary and Shawn in service are always super kind and welcoming, even when I’ve dropped by without an appointment at 5pm!
I recently had an issue with my vehicle, and they spent some serious effort diagnosing the issue and are working to resolve it. Awesome customer service. My family has been buying cars from Heritage for a long time, and I don’t see that changing. Keep up the good work and thank you for the awesome service!

I have never really had a good experience at a dealer before. At Heritage, my last two experiences have been great. This summer, my van suddenly would not go into park. I drove it to Heritage and they put it right on the lift. This past Monday I showed up for a snow tire swap and it turns out I was a week early. They got me in the queue and swapped the tires anyway.

Without an appointment I was able to get my first oil change Thursday. The service manager said it would take an hour. I knitted while I waited and drank fresh water from the water cooler. Thank you service manager for accommodating my needs.

I just got home with my brand new car from Heritage Ford and I can only heap praise on everyone at the dealership for the experience I had. From start to finish, I felt like I was being treated not just as a customer, but a human being–like my time and wants and needs were all valuable, and like they wanted to help me. Special thanks to Katie for getting me the car I wanted, even going out of her way to make sure I was updated on when my car was delivered, as well as making sure I got the color I was really looking for quickly instead of just delivering me another color that was more convenient to get ahold of. Before I walked into the dealership, I had never purchased a car for myself, so I didn’t even know how to set up insurance or registration for a car–Katie helped with that too, explaining how to work with the insurance company. The Heritage team even took care of the registration, and installed my license plates for me before I even got in the car. I also want to appreciate Chad, who helped make sure that all the paperwork was done properly, that I was getting the best deal possible, and that I was getting the best service for my car as well. And I’d also like to thank Celeste for getting the process started for me, reaching out when I first expressed interest and found me a better deal than even what I walked in expecting to get. The entire team at Heritage is amazing, and if I stay in Vermont for the long term, or even somewhat nearby, they have turned me into a lifetime customer. Thank you all so much.

People are very nice and service is great once you’re there and they have your parts, but therein lies the rub. My last appt was to have recall work done – THEY called ME to schedule, I had to leave the car for the day (which is no easy thing to work around) and we found out at the end of the day that they didn’t fix anything because they didn’t have my parts…. what? After a good run around they found some unlabeled parts for the recall and fixed it, but it had to be done the next day so my 2 small kids and I were without a car for 2 days. Now I just made an appointment to get new tires put on my car. I called back a little while later because I forgot to ask for the price and found out through the parts department that the tires are not in stock… for my appointment tomorrow… really? Luckily he was great and said he’ll get them in right away, but what would have happened if I hadn’t called back? They should not be scheduling services if they do not have the parts to do the work, or should at least be making sure the parts are ordered as they are scheduling the appointment.

On october 2017 I bought ford explorer SUV from this dealership. 2 months later the abs lights and traction control came on I brought back to the dealer They say that was a freezing temperature They call me to pick up the vehicle After they had it for 2 days I drove back home an hour later the lights came back I return the vehicle They say they could not figure out the problem they have to call the Technician. they say they have to Replace pcm They did after they had vehicle for 3 days.Took the vehicle back 16 miles later The same problem came back I return the vehicle Now is a different thing backup camera causing the problem They took the fuse out They call me they say the wires a corroded They have to replace the whole camera.They call me the next day to drop off vehicle Now they say they got the wrong parts.Finally got fixed after 3 weeks Without camera. The thing that scares me was when I shut off the engine and the engine belt was still running I explained everything to them yet they never bother changing the vehicle Especially the sales manager. If you Already bought a vehicle from them Pray that never get breakdown if so, you are screwed. Therefore my advice is dont waste your time and money to this dealership.

Asked and checked the Internet photos of a car they had listed as excellent, drove 1.5 hours to find it scratched up on every panel and it had rust. They would not sell it for less than the full clean retail condition. The sales people were very polite yet unable to bring the price down to match the condition. Well at least the place seems neat and we’ll stocked.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SEL from Heritage. Charlie Moriarty was the salesman who helped me with the purchase. I did a lot of research on-line and had decided that the Escape was the vehicle that I was interested in. I stopped by Heritage to look at the vehicle and possibly a test ride. I told Charlie that I was not intending to purchase the vehicle right then and he respected that. I drove the car and fell in love with it!
Charlie was not pushy at all. After the test drive, Charlie suggested we look at some numbers so that I could get an idea what the “deal” would look like. We did exactly that and I ended purchasing the vehicle right then and there. Charlie is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and respectful salesman. He knew the product and was able to answer all my questions.

Great Experience working with Ryan Morriseau and Heritage Ford. I had an intermittent problem with my Ford Escape that was difficult to pinpoint because of problems getting the diagnostic codes. Ryan was persistent, arranged two appointments to evaluate my car problem and provided me with a rental when he was made aware that the repair would take the entire day. My vehicle was repaired and the cost came in just below Ryan’s estimate. I received a follow up call from Ryan a couple of days after the repair to ensure that there were not continuing problems. Could not be more happy with the service that I received from Ryan and the entire Heritage team. I recommend them highly.

I am absolutely thrilled with Abby and Kyle from heritage ford! They both helped me through the process of leasing my first car. With no credit report, and just having started my job as a stylist right out of cosmetology school, I was not expecting to be able to lease a car with no down payment. I’m paid biweekly and started 2 days after the pay period, so my first check won’t be in until the end of August even though I started the first week of the month. Kyle and Abby were more than happy to work with me and get me set up. I would suggest heritage ford to anybody!
