|Whoever serviced my car they unplugged and ripped my dash camera off my windshield. When I went to go plug it in it doesn’t work anymore. I just picked my Jeep up 20 minutes ago and found the camera and my charger iPhone charger on the floor. I work in the auto industry and this is not acceptable at all. My question is if I paid 750 for work done on my car you should return the vehicle as it was inside and not touch what’s inside. This being said the floor mats weren’t even vacuumed. We always vacuum out floor mats after serviced vehicles that were in the shop or a basic oil change. Won’t be coming here again. When I went to get my car serviced in Everett they didn’t treat pull my camera off at all..|

My recent car troubles have been nothing short of terrible But dealing with Rairdon’s has been such a treat. When I first started having troubles, Tim, was so quick to diagnose and get the repairs underway. Ryan was really great at answering all my questions that I had and making sure that I had everything that I needed to survive the week without my car. I will definitely never take my car anywhere else if I have any issues…. The pricing was good, the explanations were great, and the time that the repairs took once they had the parts was very efficient! Tim and Ryan– you tell are the best. Thanks again!

She called me to follow up on an email, and I let her know I was in the market but didn’t have time to do the research and looking. She listened to what I was looking for and sent me an email with my dream Dodge Durango RT. The process went smoothly and I was the owner by that night! There was a minor repair necessary, and it was completed quickly and ready for pick up the next day! I feel this dealership’s sales and service departments care about their buyers. Tyler did a fantastic job helping us find our dream car! We came in looking for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for on the lot. Tyler was able to find the perfect truck that met almost all of our needs, stayed in our price range, and happened to be our favorite color! Tyler has even helped us get quotes from the parts department for bed liner and even text me pictures of final results on the Gladiators. If you want a salesman that goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend Tyler.
Worked with salesman Jon Pierre and Finance Manager Rob Robbins when purchasing a preowned Kia. Both were very accommodating and helpful. Very satisfied with the transaction.
They will try to add multiple multi-thousand dollar packages on top of your contract including $3000 to bring a car over from a different Rairdon’s location. Make sure everything is in the vehicle before leaving as I didn’t even have a passenger side car mat and that both boys of your keys work as I went home with a key fob to a totally different vehicle and then went back for it and took forever when it was in the salesman’s pocket the entire time. . Question all of your add on amounts they squeeze in because I not only paid sticker price, I paid $6500+ of add ons I didn’t need or that they added on like the location switching fee even though the vehicle came from 30 minutes away. They definitely took advantage of a woman. I am a NURSE on top of that and during these times I would expect them to not deliberately try to add on thousands of dollars to my package and try to help me save money as I’m also a single parent. Won’t be returning. Going to make an extra drive for all my services in the future.

The sales woman Linda was a pleasure to work with. She delivered exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I flew in to Seattle from another state to buy a truck and she picked me up herself and drove me an hour to the dealership to complete the sale. She and everyone else at the store was extremely polite, courteous and professional. Linda even called me days later to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and with the service I was provided.

My buying experience at Rairdon’s of Marysville was outstanding. In fact, I purchased TWO vehicles at once. We used Jarik D. and Chris C. as our sales persons and both of these gentlemen were awesome to work with. From a beginning phone call, to two visits to the dealership, we felt no pressure, and they made the buying experience easy and hassle free. They were easy to talk to, and I felt I had their attention from start to finish. I was taken care of from first meeting to seeing Rob in finance, to driving both vehicles home the next day. I would recommend Rairdon’s of Marysville to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I am going to tell my friends and family the same thing-“go see Chris and Jarik at Rairdon’s”. My review is not of purchases, but from service. First off it’s overpriced vs say Everett dodge…..and by a large margin ask you will see. I live next to this dealership but drive to Everett mall way to get stuff done due to pricing and quality. Rairdon’s is nice and quick, the one thing I can say is I have been having clutch bolt problems and everyone who has done anything on it says it, yet when I did my oil change and they did there checks they noticed nothing (it’s a squeaking or chirping) was actually surprised they did not recommend fixing everyone does lol. Next and this hurts me to my heart NO MOPAR PARTS???!!! Wth I’m sorry I get overcharged then I suffer with o’rielly auto parts from my mopar dealership….nope tbh the service here is better but the prices are quality is not. If the pricing and quality were in line this would be 5/5.
Love my Dodge Journey! Our sales guy Sean Connor was very knowledgeable and polite, he helped us choose the right vehicle for our family while staying within our budget!! He was very patient with us as well, having our 2 small children with us car buying can be difficult. Would recommend him for everyone!!
I bought my very first car here last month. Jim and Mike are just the best and have been so incredibly helpful and kind. I asked for a roof rack and they made it happen, the car needed a new windshield and they made it happen. I trusted them instantly and they’ve not let me down! Love these guys and the service department as well💗👌
My experience overall was pretty good. Ryan (internet salesman) was really good to work with and went out of his way to make sure everything was correct. I went in with an offer from another dealership and ask them to beat and they did just that. That literally took all of 20 minutes at the most. My only issue came on the finance side. I was already coming in with my own financing and that I was putting money down and paying for tax, license and said as much. After about a half hour wait for finance and getting through most of the paperwork I start to write the check and he says none of the paperwork reflects what I had said I was going to do and then was told you can take care of that with the bank once the paperwork goes through. Turns out that was not the case and now I have to do a refinance to reflect what I had in initially requested. I should have just had them redo it but all in all not that big of a deal just a little annoyance. But from the sales staff and Ryan specifically I would definitely buy a vehicle from them.
Recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn’t be more happy with the sales process. Ryan Laubach was friendly and very easy to work with. Appreciated his no pressure sales approach during the process. Will definitely be back to work with Ryan again.

Absolutely horrible place to take a car for repairs. They never call when they say they will to give update on your vehicle and will keep charging you for more diagnostic time. Left my car with them for days and they still have no clue how to fix what’s wrong with it. Complete waste of time and money

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Jeep dealership. I brought my Jeep into the dealership with 20 minutes notice, because of a strange noise at startup. They fit me in right away, and dedicated a good amount of time and energy to diagnosing my problem. Will and Taylor told me exactly what I needed to know and send me on my way in no time.

This is a slightly different review than usual. We test drove a jeep at Rairdon’s and were not able to come to a deal, but our experience was on such a high caliber, that I would have no problem in returning or recommending that others go there. Jim Gillen was professional, courteous, and patient. Even though our offers did not match up in the end, we left feeling that we had been treated as customers would want to be. |I came here to bring a neighbors car in for just an oil change while he was deployed. I came with a coupon for $25 for a regular oil change and presented it when I showed up. After 2.5 hours for a simple oil change I was presented with a bill for $136. They informed me that the coupon I had was for conventional and the car required full synthetic. That’s fine I can understand that BUT they should have informed me up front Additionally they claimed to have changed two air filters which I didn’t authorize. I opened the hood and found the air filter was still dirty and not changed. Dodge makes great products but dealers like this are the reason they can’t pull themselves out of the poor brand perception that people have. I spent years working in dealerships before a career transition so I am aware of their tricks and manipulation. This is a dishonest service shop and I can only imagine how bad their sales department would be|

Linda Kasner and Michael Horner were the best! This is our first brand new vehicle. They treated us like part of there family. Everything from looking, test drives and finance were top notch and very fast. They wanted to make sure WE were happy with the vehicle before anything was done. Went in for an “Express Service” oil change this morning and it took 20 minutes just to pay. That’s as long as the oil change took. The service advisor said I had to wait for the part guy to unload some parts, then I was told I had to wait for “Parts” to open to discount my parts. (Sounds like an internal problem to me). After 3 years of poor service and unfriendly people at the service desk I am done with Rairdon’s “Culture of Care”. If this is their “Culture” I want no part of it.
They told me i couldn’t get the car i wanted, went to another dealership and got 2 cars. Good lookin out. Go anywhere but here…👍4% is what my “sub loan” is…

|I tried to use a coupon that they had on their website where they would drop off my Jeep to me if I had a service order over $250( my service cost was around $600) I showed the service guy and he said he couldn’t use that on Saturdays. No where on the coupon does it say “exclusions apply” or not valid on certain days. That delivery coupon was part of the reason I scheduled with them. Edit: They called me back to resolve The issue and admitted it was an oversight of the coupon. I appreciate them taking the time to fix the issue , shows that they actually care about customer service.|

|I am only giving this 2 stars since the car buying experience here did go well, but I just had my first service here yesterday and was not happy. I had an 8AM appointment to start the Saturday, and was told it would be quick. I was receiving an oil change and a tire rotation. After an hour, they finally finished. After looking through my menu on the car, I noticed the PSI on my tires were all the exact same. I knew going into the appointment, my back left tire was around 33 PSI while the others were about 43. I drove two miles down the street and back to see if the pressures would switch, and they did not. I came back to the dealership, and the service guy I spoke to told me it would take 3-40 miles for the indicators to reset. Okay. I drove the 20 miles back to Everett, still no change. I ended up using my own tire pressure gauge to see for myself, and sure enough the back left tire was still at 33 PSI. This was after driving another 20 miles. This makes me believe they did not perform the service they charged me for. I contacted the dealership yesterday, and I am still expecting a call back. I don’t care about the money side of it, the tire rotation is cheap. I needed my tires rotated on a rear wheel drive car going into the winter, so I need the best tires in the rear. I think I will be going to the Dwayne Lane’s dealership that’s only about a mile away from my place for my services going forward. The first picture shows the tire pressures at 7:11AM before my 8AM appointment, and the second picture shows the back left tire pressure at 2:22PM.|
The experience at Rairdon’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marysville was great and smooth. They really worked with me and helped me drive away in my dream truck New Jeep Gladiator Sport! I would most definitely return and Jim is the man truly. He is one of the most unique salesman I have ever met in my entire life. Recommend Jim to anyone else.
The service department was hands down top notch. I have worked 18 years at a dealership in Oregon before I moved to this area. Tim and Randy kept me informed on what my car needed, handled my recalls and even checked to see if I had an extended contract because I thought I had purchased one. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back!
Dealing with Ryan, Brandon & Corey in the purchase of our new Jeep Renegade was an absolute pleasure. We experienced a few little hiccups along the way and these gentlemen were so helpful and obliging, easing our concerns and providing excellent customer care. These guys go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether we upgrade or purchase a second vehicle in the future, we’ll be paying these guys a visit for sure.
I’ve been to A LOT of car dealerships in my search for something new. Always seems like the same thing over and over. Overly aggressive salesmen who dodge questions. I have to say in all my time I haven’t had as good of an experience as I had here the other day. I don’t remember the names of everyone who helped, but Ron was very helpful. I hope he lets the other guys who helped know that they were great too. I honestly didn’t think I’d get the Durango I wanted, but here I am. Go here if you want to be treated like a person, not just a number on a board.
Finally decided to give them another chance after a horrible experience years ago. Glad I did. James was great to deal with and got me into a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Thank you for all of your help.
Said they could mach prices on a Gladiator showed them the add guy tossed it back said he wasn’t going to sell his for that. Total waist of time going down there I save $9000 buy going elsewhere.
